This research aims to provide information on the educational service models used for children with special needs, such as the mentally retarded and autistic. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method and a descriptive approach. Then the data collection technique is through observation by directly observing classes containing ABK children, interviews with the school principal and special accompanying teachers, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that autistic and mentally retarded students have different learning outcomes and service models during the learning process are also different. Therefore, serving autistic and mentally retarded students requires special accompanying teachers so that the knowledge provided by educator can be more easily entered and understood.

This research is motivated by the importance of teachers' efforts to change teaching methods and create an attractive teaching atmosphere in the classroom so that students can actively participate in learning in a proactive way. Be active, not passive, to achieve the high learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student academic achievement. This research uses qualitative methods based on field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews, documents, analysis, reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategy to improve PAI learning is to use "discovery learning strategies" through scientific methods. Using the "Discovery Learning strategy" saw student learning outcomes gradually improve from passive learning to active learning. Students lacking enthusiasm turn into enthusiasm in learning. Through the "Discovery Learning strategy", students can find their own learning material without waiting for the teacher to explain the material.

Competency standards are a breakthrough in the world of education in improving the quality of teachers so as to make teachers not only professional but competent in their fields.  This is an implementation of the national education system law, the national standard of education (SNP), the Teacher and Lecturer Law (UUGD), which is realized in the RPP on teachers which will soon be passed. Departing from the above thinking, the author takes the title "Principal's Manajmen in Improving Teacher Competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung" which aims to describe teacher competence and efforts to improve it, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. In this study, there are theoretical approaches listed in chapter one and chapter two which explain the theory of efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung, then in chapter three the research methods used are qualitative descriptive, and chapter four research results and exposure to research findings data, chapter five discussion or data analysis, and chapter six are conclusions and suggestions. The data that has been obtained explains that the real state of teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung states that every aspect of competence such as pedagogic competence or teacher learning management ability is stated to be still not very masterful and still below standard, but in the aspects of evaluating learning outcomes, understanding students, and implementing educational and dialogical learning, it can be said to be good.

The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the Discovery Learning learning model with the research subjects of students in class X.3 UPT SMA Negeri 6 Maros, totaling 28 students. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). This research takes the form of a cyclical assessment process consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data regarding student activities during the teaching and learning process and the teacher's ability to manage learning were collected using observation sheets. And data regarding student learning outcomes is collected by giving a learning outcomes test at the end of each cycle. The results of observations in the first cycle of learning results by applying the Discovery Learning learning model showed that learning completion reached 14.3% or 4 students out of 28 students had completed learning. The results of observations in cycle II of completeness of learning outcomes reached 35.8% or 10 students out of 28 students had completed their studies. From the results of the actions in cycle I and cycle II, it was concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model could improve student learning outcomes at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Maros for the 2022/2023 academic year.

This research aims to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities by using students' realistic mathematical approach to the material of plane figures, quadrilaterals, triangles. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this research were students in class VII-8 of SMP Negeri 31 Medan, consisting of 32 students. The instruments used in this research were initial test sheets, mathematical reasoning ability test sheets and observation sheets. After the research was carried out for 2 cycles, the results of this research showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average value in cycle I being 78.78 to 87.28 in cycle II. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical completion increased from cycle I, namely 62.5% to 87.5% in cycle II, so it can be seen that this research has met the specified success indicators. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that: 1) the mathematical reasoning abilities of class VIII-1 students at SMPN 31 Medan increased after implementing a learning process with a realistic mathematical approach. 2) by applying a realistic mathematical approach to the learning process, students' mathematical reasoning abilities increase until they reach classical mastery.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the evaluation of equality education programs using the stake method. This research used a qualitative approach, and was carried out at PKBM Sabilul Huda which is located at Kp. Tejakalapa, Sukamukti, Kec. Cisayong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The informants in this research were PKBM Sabilul Huda managers, PKBM Sabilul Huda educators, and student representatives. Data were collected using interviews, documentation and documentation and analyzed using the triangulation model. The research results show that management at PKBM Sabilul Huda is quite good from several aspects such as antecedents (supporting factors), transactions (learning processes), and outcomes (results achieved).

The significant increase in learning outcomes for Islamic religious education is due to one factor, namely the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers. This research aims to determine the competency of professional Islamic religious education teachers at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School, to determine the increase in student learning outcomes at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School, and to determine the influence of the competency of Islamic religious education professional teachers on improving participant learning outcomes. studied at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a product moment correlation approach. The population of this research is all students. The sample in this research is several students at SMA Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo taken per class of 5-6 students. The X variable is the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers and the Y variable is student learning outcomes. The data collection technique uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the data analysis carried out, the Professional Competency of Teachers at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School is running "Good", This is based on the percentage results of 73.54% in the interval range of 61.00% - 80.00%. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School are in the "good" category, this is proven by a percentage score of 78.12% which is in the interval range of 61.00% - 80.00%. Then, the influence of the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers on student learning outcomes at Al-Islam Krian Sidoarjo High School. Based on the acquisition of a Product Moment value of 0.994. These results are in the interval 0.90 – 1.00, so there is a "Very Strong or High" positive influence.

The absence of student textbooks in the new Creative and Entrepreneurial Project subjects in accordance with the current Merdeka Curriculum causes students to be less familiar with Creative and Entrepreneurial Project material. Therefore, researchers developed an Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book. The research conducted is a type of research and development (research and development). The product development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development of textbooks uses augmented reality as a supporting media in textbooks. This research design adapts the One Group Pretest Posttest Design, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and tests. The research subjects involved 28 students of class XI Audio Video Engineering 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri and validators consisting of two lecturers in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, and one teacher teaching Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. The results showed that the level of validity of the textbook in terms of expert assessment was 91% with very valid criteria. The level of practicality of the book in terms of students' responses was 93% with very practical criteria. Learning outcomes with multiple choice tests showed an average pretest score of 64.64, while the average posttest score was 88.04. Based on the Wilcoxon test which shows the difference or increase in pretest and posttest scores has a significance value of 0.000. The significance value of the calculated results thus falls in the H0 rejection area because the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, in other words that the pretest and posttest scores have a significant difference or increase. Based on the calculation and analysis of student learning outcomes data, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book developed is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, the factors that can influence and factors that can improve teacher performance, are expected. By knowing all that, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals, especially in improving the performance of teachers in their schools. The essence of the principal's leadership is aimed at guiding and fostering teachers to become professional teachers and have achievements and performance and teaching skills. The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention. This figure will always be a strategic spotlight when talking about education issues, because teachers are always associated with any component in the education system, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process. With a professional teacher, a further goal, namely improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's duty as a leader to assist teachers in improving teacher professionalism and performance. While there are still many teachers who in carrying out learning activities have not met expectations. Therefore, the author needs to examine the pattern of Principal Leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam While the performance of teachers at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. However, at the level of evaluation/assessment of learning outcomes, the average teacher has implemented it well and added remedial and enrichment programs

This study aims to analyze the project-based learning model on learning outcomes in class XII Manufacturing Engineering Drawing subjects at SMK Semen Padang. The type of research used in this study is Quasy experimental using one experimental class and one control class. The study involved 20 experimental class students and 20 control class students. Data was collected with test questions in the form of pre-test and post-test to determine learning outcomes in aspects of Knowledge (cognitive), and assessment of student performance to determine learning outcomes in aspects of skills (psychomotor). Analyze the initial data to determine the average of the classes to be used for the determination of the experimental class and the control class. The final data analysis used is the T test. The results showed a significant influence on learning outcomes using a project-based learning model. The results of the T test on the Post-test results obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05 with an average percentage of 71.8 in the Experiment class and 65.1 in the control class. For the T Test on student performance assessment, a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.027 is obtained which is smaller than 0.05. Both T-tests prove that project-based learning models can provide better learning outcomes.

However, having an effective facility management system such as facility management software and also hardware can provide several benefits. For example, improving learning environments, improving school quality and quantity and supporting the educational outcomes of every student. If almost 50% of teachers believe that their workplace harms their well-being, it is worth thinking about how the introduction of a commercial venue and facility could help.

The Preparing Classroom Action Research (PTK) for the Classroom Therefore, this study aims to enhance motivation in learning arts and culture  using the Osborn learning model. This type of research consists of two cycles and each cycle has four phases, viz. The subjects of this study are 32 students of class X AK 3 of SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar. This study was conducted from October to November 2023. The data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis using the Osborn learning model to examine the results of evaluating student presentations. by comparing learning outcomes with average completion scores. Research results  show that the results of learning art and culture subjects in grade X AK 3 gradually increase from  cycle 1 to  cycle 2. This is clearly shown through the average increase obtained from the assessment results. present. The average score of the first semester class is 79, of which the highest score is 88 and the lowest score is 68. Meanwhile, in the second semester, the average score of the class is 87,  the highest score is 93 and the lowest score is 82.

The main problem in this research is the lack of short story writing skills in class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. So the researchers used Bolding media (rolling balls). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Bolding media (rolling balls) on the short story writing skills of class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is an experiment in the form of Pre-Experimental Design. The data source in this research was 15 class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. Data collection was carried out using the results of the assessment of short story writing skills. The data obtained was then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. After analyzing the data, researchers found that student learning outcomes before using Bolding (rolling ball) learning media were relatively low, namely the average score of the Pre-test results was 58 .33, then the average value of the Post-test results is 85.67. After obtaining tCount 9.223 and tTable 2.14479, we get tCount > tTable or 9.223>2.14479. Based on the results of tCount and tTable, it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the use of Bolding (rolling ball) learning media is effective on short story writing skills for class V elementary school. This research aims to determine outdoor study on student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects at SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. With the research problem "Is there an influence of outdoor study on the science learning outcomes of Class IV A students at SDN Paccinongan Unggulan?" The method used in this research is an experimental method in the form of pretest posttest control group design. The sample in this study was class IV A students of SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. Data collection techniques use direct observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a test/T-test data analysis technique where the collected data will be processed and analyzed using a normality test using SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that learning that applies outdoor learning has an effect on student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (Science) subjects. In collecting data, research uses observation, documentation and test techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of outdoor study in learning natural sciences. This is proven in the t-test table (Independent Sample Test) with a significance value of 0.54 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or tcount > ttable (26,610 > 2,056).

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning physics courses in universities. This research is a literature study by taking references from several journals and library sources with a narrative presentation to see the effectiveness of online learning in universities. As educators, lecturers utilize various learning media and digital applications which are expected to be integrated into the student learning experience and still  refer  to  learning  outcomes  in  the  semester learning  plan  (RPS).  Physics is a compulsory subject.  Online learning in physics courses at universities is indeed quit good, but has obstacles to understanding the physics material taught  by lecturers, including the learning provided is more dominant in theory and practicum activities are not optimally implemented.  So that the effectiveness of online learning of physics courses in universities can be categorized as quite effective because the results are not optimal.
