A substation is a transmission installation that distributes power to a load in a certain area. The Sekayu 150 KV Substation is the center for controlling electrical power load requirements and functions as a center for securing electrical power system equipment and as a center for the normalization process for disturbances in the Sekayu transmission area. The electrical power distribution system does not rule out the possibility of disturbances, especially disturbances caused by nature. If there is an unpredictable disturbance, appropriate and reliable safety equipment (protection system) is needed to be able to increase the distribution of electrical power to the load (consumer).  

In today's increasingly competitive business environment driven by technological advances, companies are required to implement effective strategies to remain in existence. Technology plays a key role, driving widespread adoption across various business functions. One of these strategies is IT governance, which aims to optimize IT management and investment results. This research explores the important role of executive leadership in shaping and sustaining IT governance practices in organizations. It emphasizes alignment of IT objectives with overall corporate objectives, along with risk management considerations. Additionally, it draws a correlation between humanitarian organizations' initiatives and IT governance maturity, the importance of proactive leadership. Through the lens of the literature, this study investigates the impact of executive leadership on the implementation and success of IT governance, providing an in-depth understanding of the key factors that influence organizational effectiveness.

This research develops a smart doorlock system for engine rooms and platforms based on RFID technology and the Arduino platform. This system is designed to increase security and efficiency in managing access to important areas on a ship or industrial installation. The method used involves the integration of an RFID module as an authentication medium and an Arduino microcontroller as the system control center. Users can open the door simply by holding the registered RFID card close to the RFID reader, which then sends a signal to the Arduino to activate the door lock mechanism. This system is also equipped with an access data recording feature that allows real-time monitoring and review of incoming and outgoing activities. Test results show that the system functions well in various scenarios, demonstrating high reliability and responsiveness. Thus, this RFID and Arduino based smart doorlock system can be an effective solution in improving security and access control in critical environments.    

The activities of Al Hikmah Mosque Perumdim Jubung are not running optimally due to manual and traditional processes. Management of prayer schedules, event announcements, and donation tracking is still conventional, leading to inefficiency and lack of transparency. Congregants often struggle to get up-to-date information, limiting their participation in events. Additionally, the mosque's manual financial management often lacks transparency, causing distrust. This highlights the need for a modern, efficient information system to support mosque operations and improve services. E-MOSQUE aims to streamline mosque functions, including prayer schedules, event management, donation tracking, and announcements. By developing a centralized, mobile-accessible platform, congregants can easily access information and participate in activities anytime, anywhere. E-MOSQUE is expected to enhance communication, transparency, and management efficiency, facilitate access for all members, and strengthen community engagement. The outcome will be improved operational efficiency, financial transparency, and better community involvement, contributing to the mosque's modernization and the community's welfare.

This research aims to describe the use of language in community interactions at the Motabuik terminal, Atambua City. The use of language in question is the form and function of code switching and code mixing in the interaction of the Motabuik Terminal Community, Atambua City. The data referred to in this research is code switching and code mixing in the interactions of the Atambua City Terminal Community, in the form of speech between the Motabuik Terminal Community. The speech in question is in the form of a conversation containing words, phrases, clauses and sentences that have elements of code switching and code mixing. Data collection was carried out using listening, note-taking and introspection techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out with all utterances that showed the occurrence of code switching and code mixing in interactions at the Motabuik Terminal, Atambua City which contained elements of code switching and code mixing. Data collection was carried out by listening, taking notes and introspection. After being analyzed and classified, the data is described and explained to find out the form and function of code switching and code mixing in the interaction of the Motabuik Terminal Community, Atambua City. The results of the research show that there are two types of code switching in the interaction discourse at the Motabuik Terminal, namely in the form of language transfer, includes code switching from Atambua language to Indonesian and code switching from Indonesian to Atambua language at the Motabuik terminal, namely internal code mixing in the form of Atambua language words and phrases and connecting Indonesian as a unifying language communication tool at the terminal, the code mixing function has aspects speech, to explain, provide information and respect passengers.

The Unmanned ships have become a primary focus in maritime technology development to enhance efficiency and navigational safety in waters. In this research, a unmanned ship utilizing ESP32CAM as its core system is designed to detect navigation lights of other vessels and avoid potential collisions. The initial response of the ESP32CAM camera reads the colors of lights approaching the unmanned ship within a distance of less than 100cm. The ESP32CAM reads and identifies colors through image processing. When the ESP32CAM detects green and red lights, it commands the buzzer to sound. The color detection system works such that when the ESP32CAM detects a red light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move left, and when it detects a green light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move right. The servo motor functions as the ship's rudder. Testing of the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera to prevent ship collisions is conducted with predetermined scenarios, including testing with red LEDs, green LEDs, and overall system testing. The results show that the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera functions well. The ESP32CAM camera can optimally identify light colors at a distance of 100cm. Based on the conducted research, the ESP32CAM camera is capable of reading both the distance and colors of lights as specified at a distance of 100cm.

The Qur'an as a beacon of life for Muslims has holiness, authenticity and breadth of discussion that never dries up, in fact it cannot be refuted in line with advances in science and technology. The existence of the Al-Qur'an revealed by Allah as a revelation to the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the form of a mushaf has very interesting and complex dynamics to be studied and practiced as a guide to mankind. The word tarbiyah is used for a broader meaning, namely the process of coaching and direction for the formation of personality and mental attitudes, while the word taklim is used for a more specific meaning, namely the process of providing provisions in the form of knowledge and skills and ta'dib is the material taught including language lessons, speech lessons. , good writing lessons, history lessons about heroes and great commanders in order to absorb the experience of their success, swimming, archery and horse riding (skills lessons). Based on the terms above, education according to the Qur'an is formulated as an effort carried out in a planned and gradual manner to provide knowledge, skills and mental attitudes to students as provisions for carrying out their duties as servants and caliphs of Allah on earth. Based on the author’s observations, the basic background of the problem can be formulated as follows: (1) How are functions regulated Lembata Regency Tourism Office in the Development of Tourism Objects on Awulolong Island: (2) What are the Inhibiting Factors in Implementing the Regulatory Functions of the Lembata Regency Tourism Office in the Development of Tourism Attrractions on Awulolong Island which is dosely related to the function the Department. In order to answer this question, research was carried out using the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Method in accordance with the data obtained while still paying attention to theories, principles and legal rules. Therefore, this research that originates from primary, secondary and tertiary data using an empirical and juridical approach normative.  The result of this research show that the regulation of the functions of the Lembata Regency Tourism Office in the development of tourism objects on Awulolong Island in accordance with Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning tourism and Lembata Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 concerning the Lembata Regency Tourism Development Master plan has not been implemented properly. This can be seen from the failure of planned tourist destination development project to progress. Suggestions: (1) The Tourism Department is concerned with making designs that are button - up in nature so that the planned program are in line with the focus on the needs and interests of the community: (2) Increasing community participation in integrated and future – oriented or sustainable management to advance tourist areas: (3) Take firm action against all violationsthat do not comply with applicable rules and principles.

 Microsoft Excel is a versatile tool for data analysis that can be used in various contexts, including health. This study focuses on the use of Excel to manage and analyze health data. The process begins with the creation of Excel tables that include health data such as weight, height, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. Next, we apply various Excel formulas and functions to interpret this data. Examples include the use of the SUM function to sum data, the AVERAGE function to calculate averages, and the IF function to create conditional statements to determine a person's health status based on certain parameters. The results show that Microsoft Excel is a powerful and effective tool for managing health data and provides valuable insights for health analysis. This research provides a strong foundation for the use of Excel in the health context and highlights the importance of a thorough understanding of Excel formulas and functions for accurate and informative data analysis.    

The existence of the police is essential in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, because the police are structured in such a way from the regions to the center and are also in accordance with the duties and functions of the police in creating public security and enforcing the law. The problem raised in this research is: what are the steps taken by the National Police in tackling criminal acts of financing terrorism? What are the obstacles to the National Police in dealing with criminal acts of terrorism?This research is directed towards normative, or doctrinal, juridical legal research which is also referred to as library research or document study, because it is mostly carried out on secondary data in libraries. The results of the research and discussion explain the role of the National Police in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, namely maintaining public security and order, which is a dynamic condition of society as one of the prerequisites for implementing the national development process in order to achieve national goals which are characterized by ensuring security, order and the rule of law, as well as fostering it. peace, which contains the ability to foster and develop the potential and strength of society in warding off, preventing and overcoming all forms of law violations and other forms of disturbance that can disturb society. The National Police's efforts to tackle terrorism include repressive efforts, preventive efforts and preemptive efforts. Sterilization is the eradication of materials, substances, or tools from various live microorganisms or their resting stages. Bacterial and fungal vegetative cells can be killed at a temperature of 60 °C within 5 to 10 minutes. A data logger is a tool used to monitor the temperature inside an autoclave. Previous research on "Autoclave Data Logger" aimed to assist in recording temperature activities within the autoclave. When the device is turned on, it automatically records the temperature inside the autoclave and stores the temperature data read on an SD card. After the sterilization process is completed, the SD card is retrieved for reading on a personal computer in Excel format or converted into a graph. Therefore, the author developed an IoT-based autoclave calibrator tool with data storage. This IoT-based autoclave calibrator tool with data storage utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller for programming and as a source in the IoT system. The ESP32 is used to control the input from the waterproof DS18b20 sensor, which functions to read or detect the temperature in the autoclave. The data read by the sensor will be displayed on the IoT platform, which is the Blynk IoT application, and after the results are displayed on the IoT platform, they will be stored on an SD card.      

The DKI Jakarta Inspectorate as a state apparatus is involved in achieving the goal of implementing clean government to emphasize the implementation of the principle of government integrity. The official portal of the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate has a JakWas service that needs to be studied as a catalyst and innovation in the implementation of guidance and supervision of the implementation of regional government. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method with a library/literature study data collection technique. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The DKI Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate in implementing guidance and supervision of the implementation of Regional Government innovates by creating a Jakarta Supervision (JakWas) dashboard to integrate SPBE services owned by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of supervision carried out by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate on the implementation of Regional Government affairs by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Apparatus in an effort to realize clean government governance; 2) The creation of applications/information systems created by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate is based on the mandate of regulations in accordance with the duties and functions of guidance and supervision; and 3) The implementation of sustainable programs requires a commitment to continue to carry out the task of guidance and supervision with excellence. Activities such as system evaluation, user feedback, effectiveness of SPBE services, and their impact on the implementation of provincial-level coaching and supervision duties.

Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is one of the oldest broadcasting institutions in Indonesia which functions as national radio media. Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) has a central role in providing information, entertainment for the community and education for the community. In the process of social communication, the ideal role of radio as a public medium is to accommodate as many needs and interests of its listeners as possible. Radio media has a very important role in providing education to the public. This article aims to determine the function of the Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Padang Public Delivery Institution (LPP) media in educating the public. This research uses an interview method with several sources. The results of this research explain the function of the Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Padang Public Delivery Institute (LPP) media in educating the public.

Smuggling of used clothes is a criminal act that is still a serious problem in Indonesia.This is certainly a concern from various parties, especially Customs and Excise as an agency that has duties and responsibilities in the field of Customs. Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 10 of 1995 gives authority for Customs and Excise to carry out their roles in accordance with the scope of duties and functions carried out. However, in practice in the field, cases of smuggling of used clothes continue to be found, one of which is in the Atambua City area This research uses an empirical juridical research method, which is a study that directly examines the phenomenon of smuggling used clothes that occurs in the field, as well as the role of Customs and Excise investigators and the obstacles of Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the smuggling of used clothes by conducting an interview with the Head of the Atambua Customs and Excise Office, Head of the Atambua Customs and Excise Enforcement and Investigation Section, Atambua Customs and Excise Investigator Members and the public who are consumers and sellers of used clothes. The results of the study showed: (1) The role of Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the crime of smuggling used clothes in the Atambua City area includes preventive measures, namely socializing to the public about the smuggling of used clothes and conducting patrols. (2) The obstacles experienced by Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the crime of smuggling used clothes in the Atambua city area include the breadth of the surveillance area, accessibility, the high interest of the Atambua community in consuming used clothes, law enforcement factors where there are still law enforcement personnel involved in smuggling, facilities or facilities where the number of transportation and investigator members is still minimal, community factors where there is still a lack of sensitivity and community participation in eradicating the smuggling of used clothes in the Atambua city area.

Indonesia is a nation that abides by the Constitution of 1945 and Pancasila. Indonesia has encountered a multitude of illicit issues, both collective and individual, in recent years. One such offense is homicide with premeditation. This is a common occurrence in communities, families, and even police departments. Police officers are commonplace individuals who are susceptible to committing unlawful acts, notwithstanding the responsibilities and functions they perform. A considerable number of National Police personnel have been convicted of premeditated homicide. Consequently, the objective of this study is to ascertain the following: 1) the protocols governing the submission of petitions by suspects accused of premeditated homicide committed by police officers; and 2) the legal defense strategies employed by such suspects. The author addressed the issues addressed in this study from two perspectives: an empirical juridical approach and a normative juridical approach. Secondary data was acquired through literature reviews (Library Research), whereas primary data was obtained through field investigations (Field Research). In public trials, police officers occupy the same position as other civilians, according to research findings. Defense efforts may be initiated during a public trial by having the "Pledoi" read aloud. The indictment and defense cannot be presented until the judge declares the conclusion of the case examination. The written defense is submitted subsequent to the prosecutor's submission of the demands. The Pledoi comprises the following: the defendant's identity, an introductory section, a description of the objections raised against the charges filed, an indictment, the facts that were disclosed during the trial, a juridical analysis, and a concluding section.

Public sector management accounting is a system that provides accountability information and management control for the government and society. This system serves as an information tool that provides transparent, accurate, and accountable financial reports, so that the public can understand the use of public funds and increase trust in this Sei Rattan Village Office.In public sector management accounting, transparent and accurate public financial reports are used as the main instrument for creating public accountability. These reports are used in the management control process, from strategic planning to performance reporting. In addition, public sector management accounting also functions as a supervisory tool carried out by internal parties at the Sei Rotan Village Office in an open and continuous manner. Thus, public sector management accounting has an important role in increasing transparency and accountability at the Sei Rotan Village Office, as well as increasing public trust in the Sei Rotan Village Office. Therefore, the active role of the Sei Rotan Village Office and the community in increasing the use of transparent and accurate financial reports is needed to increase transparency and accountability in the public sector.

To carry out public services and all activities carried out by state administrators, a state institution is needed that functions and is tasked with supervising the running of public services and state administrators. All forms of complaints and aspirations complained by citizens were all accommodated so that a state ombudsman institution was formed. The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia itself is a state institution that oversees the implementation of public services and maladministration is included in its authority. Supervision is carried out including those carried out by BUMN, BUMD, State-Owned Legal Entities, and private bodies or individuals whose task is to carry out certain public services, all or part of whose funds come from the APBN/APBD. The data that has been obtained comes from a literature review which is then analyzed using content analysis techniques. Human behavior can be studied indirectly by researchers by observing interactions through various media sourced from online news, newspapers, textbooks, journals, and various other types of communication that can be analyzed.

Pondok Pesantren, Islamic boarding schools, play a crucial role in shaping the character of young generations. Effective communication management is essential to ensure the smooth execution of various educational, religious, and social activities. This study aims to analyze the concepts, objectives, functions, strategies, and influencing factors of communication management in Pondok Pesantren. The research method used is library research, which involves reviewing relevant literature. The findings indicate that communication management in pesantren encompasses planning, organizing, executing, and supervising communication processes to ensure effective dissemination of religious and educational messages. The primary goals of communication management are to achieve understanding, build acceptance, and motivate action. The functions of communication management include planning, organizing, executing, and controlling. Communication strategies are divided into internal strategies, such as dialogic communication, sharing, counseling, and interviews between caregivers and students, and external strategies, such as interpersonal dialogue, religious lectures, visits, provision of business capital, and zakat to the community. Factors influencing communication management include interaction, motivation, ethics, internal communication within the pesantren, and religious relationships within the community. With effective communication management, Pondok Pesantren can enhance the quality of education and character building for students and provide positive impacts on the community.

The Fintech-based financial services sector in Indonesia shows developments that are in line with regional and global sector dynamics. This development plays an important role in accelerating national economic growth, where the financial services sector functions optimally to maintain the smooth running of the financial system. This system is the foundation for sustainable development, supports community financial independence, and improves the distribution of development. This study uses a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis. The data was analyzed qualitatively and juridically. The research results show that regulations in the financial services sector are developing rapidly due to demands from regional and global changes. One of the main challenges faced is the ASEAN Banking Integration Framework (ABIF). Legal developments in this sector can be seen in regulatory changes in institutions, services, products, and dispute resolution. Legal reform is still needed to provide a strong legal basis for the financial services sector, especially in civil and banking law. This reform aims to adapt regulations to the latest developments and ensure the stability and reliability of the financial services sector in the future.    

This research will discuss the community's efforts in maintaining the heritage of the ancestors given, namely the Lahbako dance. Lahbako dance is a typical Jember dance, where this dance exists to show a series of tobacco processing from planting to packaging tobacco.  This arian can be said to be a tradition that is carried out every time tobacco planting and has become one of the icons of the city of Jember. It is well known that technological development has been increasingly rapid, and young people are starting to be reluctant to learn or just find out what has become the history of their own nation. The existence of the Lahbako dance which used to be a tradition during the harvest season, is now also used as a tourist attraction, so it can be said that there is a shift in cultural functions. Therefore, efforts are needed to introduce all groups, especially young people so that they can continue to preserve or innovate the culture. In this study we use Robert K. Merton's theory of Structural Functionalism, which emphasizes the need to understand the many functions associated with society, in order to maintain the social structure in society. The functions in question are dysfunction, latent function, and manifest function. In this research using qualitative research methods, with an ethnographic approach.
