This increase is very important for a country, especially for a developing country like Indonesia. Along with continuous improvement, progress is characterized as a conscious effort by the state. That departing from this, the government is an important part in winning progress in the business sector as well as for the national development program which must be endeavored to open up as many jobs as possible from various layers of trade that are able to balance the increase in quality and increase in security for the workforce which can become a must. Whereas Article 27 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that "Every citizen has the right to work and a life worthy of humanity". This research is descriptive in nature which aims to collect data as thoroughly as possible that can accurately describe the legal protection of casual daily workers. The type of research used by the authors uses the type of empirical normative legal research. With library and field research data collection techniques. Problems that arise in the use of legal guarantees for precarious workers/laborers are the factors contained in the components of labor instructions, the labor economy as a result of not partnering with trade unions, and based on variables from employers/companies that have not been maximized in implementing legal security in understanding of the labor inspection in force in Indonesia and elements from the government's point of view that are lacking in providing outreach, supervision and firm action against companies that are naughty in running their business which can harm casual daily workers.

The industrial sector is a strategic sector in the development of the national economy to address the problem of unemployment. In economic opportunities, being able to provide opportunities related to the management of material, resources, individuals, society, and the state for the welfare of human life so that there are no drastic economic disparities. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the industrial sector is in economic opportunities in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method is data measured on a numerical scale (number) for data collection by means of secondary analysis where the data is obtained from other parties and indirectly from the research subject. Usually secondary data in the form of documentation or report data that has been available.

In a steam power plant, of course, it has a very important prime mover, namely an electric motor, but electric motors are used in a variety of functions, one of the main roles in this electric motor is as a condensate extraction pump in a steam power plant which functions to push materials for power plant production. Steam power, namely sea water, goes to the generator to become a power plant. The method used is qualitative by using observation techniques, interviews and literature studies. This condensate extraction pump (CEP) electric motor can be operated automatically and manually for routine maintenance and good inspection results.    

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

Pancasila as the state ideology is a role model for the Indonesian people in carrying out the life of the nation and state. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the knowledge of Pancasila values ​​and views on Pancasila values ​​are. The method used is a qualitative approach. This study-aims to obtain a-clear picture of information on errors in-the use of standard words in the presentation slides of Unindra's 3rd semester students. Suwito1 (1983: 3159) states that the standard language is one that must be used as a standard because it is seen as fulfilling the criteria of a number of good and correct languages. This shows that it is appropriate that the-use of standard-language in Indonesian society, especially for the scope of students is very important. Therefore, we made this research to-find out-how-high the-level-of standard words used by students is. The steps for analyzing the data are 1) Analyzing the data set, this analysis includes: noting which data are non-standard words and entering non-standard word data into the justification table. 2) After the analysis of the stages above, the researcher counted the occurrence of non-standard words, namely from the non-standard number. With this result, we can find out how many times the non-standard word is used.

The struggles of the student movement in Indonesia can be seen from its history which was influenced by changes in the ruling regime and pilot-economic order. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the role of the student movement in resisting the New Order. In this study using the literature study method by collecting research data through relevant books, journals, and previous articles. The results obtained from this study are that the struggles of the student movement experienced a dynamic development, this clearly illustrates that the movement carried out by students during the New Order era played an important role in turning the wheels of history.

This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.

The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

The method used in this research is literature study, in which literature study is a data collection method that is carried out by taking research information that is in accordance with the research theme. This information can be obtained from various reference sources, both in the form of written documents, in the form journals and articles, pictures, or electronic documents that can support the process of writing research papers. From this study, the results show that Islamic banks are banks that have good potential for the economy in Indonesia. With Islamic banks, muslim people no longer need to be afraid of transactions what he did. However, basically Islamic banks in Indonesia are still lagging behind conventional banks because the development process of conventional banks is much faster than Islamic banks.

The main factor in boosting Indonesia's economy is estimated to be the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. However, many MSMEs still struggle to use their accounting skills in their daily business activities. This happens because of a lack of understanding and knowledge about accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, especially SAK EMKM, and business actors still think that the preparation of financial statements is not needed to run their business.. In order for MSME owners to prepare financial statements at the end of each recording period, support is provided to MSMEs in the form of assistance to prepare financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This activity not only helps in making financial statements but also provides knowledge about the importance of accounting, especially those related to making financial statements for business activities. The results of this activity show that MSME owners are interested in trying to apply accounting science in their business activities.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform.
