Geographically, Nyama Yang Hamlet is located on Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, which has very rich natural resource potential, with the potential for coconut plantations. The right skills training can help increase productivity and create jobs. Answering these problems, the main purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and knowledge to the public about the benefits and process of making VCO. This service activity uses a descriptive method whose implementation begins with a preliminary study, mentoring and guidance, processing and production training, marketing, promotion, and evaluation using pretest and posttest to assess program effectiveness. The results of the questionnaire showed that 20 Nyama hamlet residents who participated in the training activities did not know how to process VCO. 3 people or 15% of residents do not know the benefits of VCO. However, after the activity ended, the results of the questionnaire showed that 100% of the residents of Nyama Hamlet were skilled in processing VCO and understood the various benefits of VCO both in daily life and having a high selling value.

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, because in this research it will describe the condition of the object and the researcher plays the role of being the key instrument that will process the data. This research was carried out naturally, this research chose to focus on the conditions existing at the Dessy Course and Training Institute (LKP), Bergas District. The data collection technique in this research uses 3 data collection techniques, namely semi-structured interviews, documentation and triagulation. The data sources in this research are subject sources who have the information needed to support this research, namely managers, teachers, employees, members and alumni of LKP Dessy. LKP is a form of non-formal education unit organized for people who need knowledge, skills, life skills and attitudes to develop themselves, develop their profession, work, do independent business and/or continue their education to a higher level. In carrying out the LKP, good management is also required, namely in the selection of management strategies by the management. Strategic management is a series of managerial decisions and actions that determine company performance in the long term. Strategic management includes long-term planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. This research aims to qualitatively describe strategic management at LKP Dessy, Bergas District. The results of the analysis show that strategic management at LKP Dessy can be described using one of the stages in company development, namely strategic management whose components include environmental observation, strategy formulation by determining the LKP program plan, LKP program planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control.

Tahfidzul Qur'an Syech Ahmad Chatib al-Minangkabawi Islamic Boarding School, found proud academic achievements, especially in the MTQ, MHQ branches at the District, Regency, Provincial and National levels. This research is qualitative field research. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants were selected using the "Purposive Sampling" technique. The results of this research show that the tahfidz learning program is targeted at 10 juz for Mts/Junior High School level and 20 Juz for Aliyah/Senior High School level. The implementation schedule for the tahfidz learning program is two times, first, Maghrib between after maghrib prayer until before evening prayer (18.40-19.50) , After Isha' (20.15-10.00) and Fajr from (04.30-06.50), there is added new memorization, muraja'ah memorization. Second, in the morning formal school hours (KBM) at the local area for deepening the tahsinul Qur'an material, talaqqi method, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, obstacles found in implementing tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning during Covid 19.

This research was about the partnership program of CSR conducted by the state owned entreprise through the economic empowerment of SMEs with the provision of capital to improve the revenue to create prosperity. This study was aimed to analyze the implementation of CSR partnership program. This study used the qualitative approach with documentation type and the documentation technique. The data analysis was done through data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the partnership program of CSR had a legal basis in the implementation and conducted through partnerships based on some business patterns. The CSR partnership program had the allocations funds from SOEs net income, deposits, administrative services/revenue share/margin, interest on deposits, etc. While recommendation that this research is that The Ministry of SOEs should make the procedures for implementing the partnership program that contains stages in providing funds for potential partnership established partners, implementing organizations and evaluation activities

There are many residents in Gebang Putih Village who do not have complete population documents, especially in RW 001. Through the MSIB (Certified Independent Study Internship) program, the author conducts community service by optimising population administration services in the village with several methods, namely collecting data, program implementation, and evaluation. After the community service activities carried out by the author, the number of residents who have incomplete population documents has decreased drastically. The decrease in the number of residents who do not have incomplete documents is the result of optimisation efforts that have been made by the author and village officials.

Thematic Real Work Activities (KKN-T) with a tourism village scheme aim to explore, develop and promote Losari Village tourism to make it a tourism village. The method used in community service activities is a qualitative descriptive method because it describes the phenomena that occur in depth, and describes the responses without testing the hypothesis. Data collection was taken through interview sessions with village officials, the community and other village organizations. Furthermore, the planning stage is carried out, namely a field survey as a tourism potential multiplier. secondly the implementation of a work program to answer challenges regarding the development of a tourist village in Losari Village. Work programs in the form of outreach, revitalization, Appropriate Technology, and Event Bazaar. In the final stage, namely evaluation as a stage of monitoring the development of a tourist village.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of West Rengat 1 Vocational School students in an effort to increase competence in the field of drawing with the AutoCAD program because one of the competencies that vocational students must have, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, is drawing using the AutoCAD application. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the images that have been made by all participants including the size and shape of the images. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students, who initially did not have the ability to draw using AutoCAD, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 64% of the participants were able to do the drawing assignments that had been given. Keywords: AutoCAD, Competency Improvement, SMK Students.  

Kandangmas Village through the PKK mobilization team conducts a household waste treatment program one of which is by processing it into eco-enzymes. The stages of this program start from surveys and program planning, introduction of mentoring through workshops and training, monitoring evaluation, review of service results, and final report of service. The results of the household waste treatment program as many as 40% stated that this program is beneficial and 32% stated that it is quite important to be useful. Eco-enzyme products have an aroma favored by partners and are used for various purposes, in particular for anti-septic agents and plant nutrient additives.

Anxiety among adolescents is a growing concern due to its significant impact on their mental and physical well-being. Providing anxiety education in schools can be a crucial step in imparting understanding and stress management strategies to teenagers. This activity aims to conduct an anxiety education program for 10th-grade students at Kalam Kudus II Senior High School, Jakarta. The program is implemented using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, comprising four stages. The planning stage involves identifying objectives, analyzing needs, planning the content, and scheduling the sessions. Subsequently, in the execution stage, 10th-grade students are given education on anxiety and stress management through presentations and group discussions. Demonstrations and practice of stress management techniques are provided to enable students to apply the skills taught. Upon completing the program, an evaluation is conducted to assess students' understanding of the material and their application of stress management techniques in their daily lives. Feedback from students is collected to evaluate the effectiveness of the activity and identify areas for improvement in future sessions. This initiative is expected to benefit 10th-grade students at SMA Kalam Kudus II, Jakarta, in coping with anxiety and stress during their adolescent years. The education program aims to enhance their understanding of anxiety and equip them with valuable skills for stress management. Ultimately, it is hoped that these teenagers will be better prepared to face life's challenges and achieve improved mental well-being  

This service program aims to increase understanding and support for mental health in rural communities, especially in Kenagarian Sungai Tanang, West Sumatra. The main problems faced are lack of access to mental health services, stigma towards mental health problems, and lack of understanding of the importance of mental health at the family level. The aim of this activity is to increase public understanding about mental health, strengthen the role of families in providing support to family members who need it, and increase access to mental health services. The methods used include developing educational materials, implementing interactive workshops, mentoring, and program evaluation. The results of this activity show an increase in public understanding about mental health, an increase in the active role of families in providing support, expansion of access to mental health services, and a reduction in stigma towards mental health problems. This program makes a positive contribution in improving the mental health welfare of the Kenagarian Sungai Tanang rural community and provides direction for the development of similar programs in other rural areas.

Education plays an important role in efforts to improve human quality, both social, spiritual and intellectual. Apart from that, education is not only burdened with the task of making the nation's life more intelligent, but it is also burdened with the task of fostering the nation's morals, namely upholding human values, all of which will be realized if it is based on religious beliefs. Meanwhile, religious belief will only be obtained with a deep understanding of the basics of religion itself. Judging from its function, language is a means of communication and liaison in everyday human interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and society and society and certain nations. Likewise in Arabic, which has a special function compared to other languages. Not only does Arabic have high quality literature for those who know and understand it, but Arabic is also destined to be the language of the Koran, namely communicating the words of Allah (Yusuf, 1997: 187). Arabic language teaching has been implemented in formal and non-formal institutions, where the teaching is almost the same as the language as a whole. In fact, Arabic has become a special identity and characteristic of Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, which differentiates them from other institutions. This is an important reason to research. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. The research method used in this research is approach, determining research subjects, data collection methods (observation, interviews and data analysis.

Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). For this reason, a Community Service Program is being carried out with output targets: 1). There is a potential roadmap for agrotourism villages in the Somongari tourist village. 2). There is an increase in organizational capacity in the village in the context of managing and developing tourist villages in Somongari Village. Stages in activities: 1). Activity planning. The service team invited Pokdarwis administrators and the local village government. 2). Activity process. This stage is aimed at finding out the level of understanding of the mentoring participants along with feedback in the form of questions from the training participants who have received knowledge transfer regarding the potential of the village and what will be developed as a tourist village. 3). End of activity. Evaluation is carried out to measure the success of all mentoring programs. The activity success indicator was determined to be 80% of participants able to implement material to strengthen and improve the tourist village in Somongari Village.

The role of management in improving the quality of education in the digital era aims to plan education that is fair, of high quality, effective and responsible, and enhances the positive image of education. The research process aims to provide knowledge about the need for management in educational organizations. Researchers used a descriptive-qualitative method by relying on library research or library research. Data collection was then analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques, this analysis process involved review and evaluation. Management is a valuable element of an organizational institution that manages a life with the hope that it can run smoothly without obstacles. The urgency of improving the quality of education in the digital era includes the quality of student learning, supporting the government's independent learning program. There are challenges and obstacles to education management, namely the lack of educator skills in dealing with the digital era, security threats such as data hacking. This community service activity aims to increase understanding and ability in preparing accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN 1 Aji Jaya KNPI. Through this outreach, it is hoped that the school can manage school operational assistance funds more effectively and efficiently and can properly account for them to interested parties. In this activity, lecturers from the Mitra Indonesia University Faculty of Business Study Program provided practical guidance and training to teachers and school staff, including direct practice in preparing financial reports based on real cases in schools. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of financial reports prepared by participants as well as feedback from participants regarding counseling materials and methods. The results include increased understanding of teachers and school staff regarding financial accountability and transparency, the realization of accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN Aji Jaya KNPI, as well as increased trust from parents and other parties in the management of school operational assistance funds. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase accountability and transparency in financial management at the school, as well as optimize the use of school operational assistance funds to improve the quality of education.

The Surabaya Teaching program is part of the Freedom to Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM) policy to enrich student competence by providing opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by providing assistance to teachers and education staff at the primary and secondary education levels. This program invites students to contribute to improving the quality of learning at the elementary and junior high school levels for one semester. The Surabaya Teaching program is currently the 3rd batch assigned to teach, assist with technology, and assist with school administration and teachers in schools in 3T areas. One of the schools where Surabaya teaches is SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, which is located on Jl. Raya Prapen, Panjang Jiwo, Kec. Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya, East Java. Surabaya Teaching students also have a responsibility in improving the character and interest in learning students who are low. The goals that can be achieved in undergoing the Surabaya Teaching Program batch 3 are a process of adding relationships, adding experience outside the world of lectures, developing students' insights, character and soft skills, encouraging and spurring national development by growing student motivation to participate in development, and increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in the development of education in Indonesia. The results of this program include improving educational services at these schools in terms of teaching, technology utilization, and administration. It can be concluded that the Surabaya Teaching program provides good benefits for all parties and also provides a lot of experience gained during assignments taking place at SMP Negri 39 Surabaya, starting from the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation activities that take place during activities.

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

PAK ABASS yaitu program Pembiasaan Akademik Keagamaan: Asmaul Husna, Berdoa, Al-Qur’an, Sholat Berjamaah dan Sholawatan”. Pembiasaan diri di bidang keagamaan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha mendidik siswa melalui proses pengulangan tentang ilmu keagamaan yang terus menerus agar diperoleh kebiasaan berupa karakter beragama yang diharapkan. Syarbini (2014) menyampaikan bahwa pembiasaan yang dilakukan sedak dini/sejak kecil akan membawa kegemaran dan kebiasaan tersebut menjadi semacam adat kebiasaan sehingga menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari kepribadiannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan (applied research), yaitu penelitian aplikasi untuk memecahkan permasalahan- permasalahan tertentu sebagai best practice untuk  Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) di MTs. Insan Mulia Badung-Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode evaluasi (evaluation methode) yaitu metodhe yang diharapkan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan atau alternatif tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa: 1. rancang bangun program PAK ABASS Program pembiasaan akademik keagamaan di MTs. Bina Ihsan Mulia, Badung tercantum di dalam Rencana Kerja Tahunan Madrasa (RKT) pada setiap tahunnya berdasarkan kalender akademik tahun Pelajaran; 2. Tingkat keberhasilan program PAK ABASS secara menyeluruh dapat diidentifikasi dari arah pilihan selalu memperoleh skor rata-rata 43,89%. Sedangkan kategori sering memperoleh skor rata-rata persentase adalah 33,80%, arah pilihan kategori jarang memperoleh rata-rata skor 21,56%. Sisanya 0,65% sebagai arah pilihan tidak pernah. Konversi  persentase maka diperoleh skor rata-rata 77,69% dengan kategori keberhasilan tinggi; 3. Karakter Islami dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah baik di rumah maupun di madrasah melalui program ini, dimana pilihan selalu memperoleh skor 48,21%. Sedangkan rata-rata skor pilihan sering yaitu 39,48%; rata-rata skor pilihan jarang adalah 12,16%; dan arah pilihan tidak pernah adalah 0%. Konversi skor persentase tingkat keberhasilan adalah sangat tinggi dimana perolehan skor rata-rata keduanya mencapai total 87,68%, sedangkan sisanya adalah 12,32% belum menunjukan karakter Islami berakhlakul karimah yang diharapkan; 4. Dampak (impact) berupa karakter Islami berakhlakul karimah yang dapat diambil melalui program PAK ABASS ketika siswa/i berada pada proses akademik full day school di MTs. Bina Ihsan Mulia, Badung adalah: a. siswa mudah diatur; b. minimnya tingkat pelanggaran siswa; c. ta’dzimnya pada guru yang tinggi; d. tingkat kejujuran siswa yang tinggi; e. berprestasi tinggi.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sebagai pengukuran dan penilaian sejauh manaPKBM Insan Madani berhasil melaksanakan pembelajaran program paket A. Tujuan daripenelitian ini yaitu mensupervisi dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi programpaket A PKBM Insan Madani dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan ketercapaianpembelajaran, administrasi dan mencari kekurangan serta memberikan rekomendasi dansaran untuk menjadi jalan keluar penyelesaian hal tersebut dan menjadikan PKBM InsanMadani Jauh lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatifyang di desain deskriptif sehingga dapat menggambarkan situasi sebenarnya di lapangan.Pembelajaran di program paket A sudah terbilang cukup baik mulai dari perencanaansampai dengan ketercapaian. Masih terdapat kekurangan dari segi prasarana kelas yangkurang serta best practices yang kurang di perhatikan. Sehingga timbul saran danrekomendasi untuk menyelesaikan hal tersebut.

Evaluasi adalah sebuah metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis serta menyajikan hasil data yang didapatkan dalam pelaksanaan program, data-data yang diperoleh dapat menjadi sebuah masukan dalam melakukan perbaikan. Tindak lanjut merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan dalam memaksimalkan sebuah pelayanan yang diberikan sehingga dapat menentukan kecukupan, efektfan serta ketepatan waktu dari pelaksanaan program yang sudah diberikan sebelumnya. Penulisan artikel ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi tindak lanjut di CV.Radar Teknologi Komputer dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pemiliki perusahaan. Dalam penulisan artikel ini penulis memilih metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi serta diperkuat dengan kajian literatur. Hasil yang ditemukan pada lapangan adalah penggunaan metode matrikulasi dalam mengevaluasi tindak lanjut peserta pelatihan web programing. Namun penggunaan metode matrikulasi kurang efektif dalam membantu peserta mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan mereka.

The extracurricular activity policy is part of the policy of the Ministry of National Education, which before the reform was called the Ministry of Education and Culture. To support the implementation of the extracurricular program at SDN Jelegong 01 it is necessary to have various instructions and guidelines, both regarding the material and activities, with the hope that the extracurricular program can be carried out in accordance with the objectives outlined. This research approach is a qualitative descriptive case study type approach, where this research focuses more on the results of data collection from certain informants or respondents; the data needed is the distribution of teacher data that does not need to be quantified, and describes what objective conditions are in accordance with the teacher's effective strategy in developing students' interests and skills at SDN Jelegong 01 through informative presentations. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. With this research, the researcher intends to understand, study and develop strategies and evaluations in developing the interests and talents of students at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek.
