The purpose of this article is to fulfill our task. Regarding the use of Indonesian on social media on Facebook, messages have increased in recent years, and we researched the use of Indonesian on social media on Facebook, in this study, we analyzed the use of Indonesian on Facebook by using text and data analysis methods of public user accounts. We found that the use of Indonesian on Facebook tends to be informal and contains elements of slang, such as OTW, Baper, Gaje, Santuy, and SKSD. In addition, the use of words in English is also very common in the use of Indonesian on Facebook, besides that many also use regional languages, and the use of social media on Facebook is also used by many people who sell online. The use of Indonesian on Facebook also shows interest. high emotional. Negative influences also arise such as the spread of fake news information and the use of impolite and unethical language. And also positive influences such as the use of which is more concise and efficient to use.

This study aims to determine digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media in increasing sales at the Arunazma Online Shop. This type of research is descriptive research. Data sources will be taken from documents, observation results, and interview results. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Arunazma includes the planning, implementation and monitoring stages to increase sales at Arunazma. The obstacles faced by Arunazma in implementing digital marketing, namely delays in delivery and lack of human resources. Arunazma can overcome these obstacles by accelerating the packing process and adding employees to make it more efficient. The positive impact of implementing digital marketing by Arunazma is that digital marketing can increase sales of products in the Arunazma Online Shop.

This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. TOS is an application system that operates Container Terminals. The system regulated in the TOS (Terminal Operating System) can view data online and in real time. The purpose of the TOS system is to manage the planning of goods, tools and all facilities used in all activities at the port efficiently and effectively. Terminal Operating Systems often use other technologies.

 This study aims to (1) reveal Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) school solutions and efforts and stakeholders to achieve Mathematic learning goals through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were theprincipal, the head of the curriculum, Mathematic educators, homeroom teachers, class X students and guardians of students. Researchers used data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that, (1) PAI learning management in the evaluation of psychomotor aspects has not been implemented, (2) learning supporting factors, namely the existence workshops oflearning Google Classroom, strong signals and internet quotas, students having smartphones, and guardians of students being able to monitor and control students. learn while at home. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for learning are bad signals due to natural conditions and the concentration of students is easily disturbed, (3) the application of combined Mathematic learning, namely 50% face-to-face and 100% online requires good synergy between students, educators, families and communities. in order to achieve Mathematic learning objectives in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.   Keywords: , , 

Saat ini perkembangan komunikasi melalui internet semakin pesat. Hal ini yang menyebabkan bisnis online semakin diminati. “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” sebagai salah satu online store yang memasarkan produk dan memiliki strategi untuk menarik minat beli konsumen sehingga dapat bertahan ditengah persaingan bisnis online yang sangat ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemilik dan 4 orang konsumen "Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima". Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dimiliki oleh “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” akan diuraikan melalui teori marketing mix 4p yang terdiri dari product, price, place, promotion. Melalui elemen promotion “Distribution Store Bullshirt Kota Bima” memanfaatkan media social Instagram dan Facebook untuk menguraikan teori marketing mix 4p tersebut dan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan mampu menarik minat konsumen.  

This study aims to determine what factors affect job satisfaction of online drivers in the city of Semarang. The population used in this study were all online drivers in the city of Semarang and the sample used was 352 employees with the Slovin formula, using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Welfare level has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Resilience has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Flexibility has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction Online Drivers in Semarang City.  

Strategi pemasaran sangat berpengaruh dan penting dalam suatu progres usaha UMKM. Sweet Banana yang merupakan usaha UMKM memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait lingkungan eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan internal produk Sweet Banana. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh Sweet Banana ,Untuk mengetahui posisi usaha saat ini berdasarkan Analisis SWOT, Merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang baru bagi usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini  menggunakan data sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah dan kumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahapan analisis  SWOT dimulai dari identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, penyusunan Matriks IFAS (Internal strategic factor analysis) dan Matriks EFAS (Eksternal strategic factor analysis), perumusan Matriks IE (internal eksternal), perumusan Matriks SWOT dan perumusan strategi pemasaran yang disarankan. Hasil analisis menunjukan usaha berada pada posisi Strategi Agresif. Strategi pemasaran yang disarankan meliputi : Mendaftarkan produk Sweet Banana diberbagai aplikasi online, melengkapi property penjualan produk, meningkatkan promosi, meningkatkan ciri Khas produk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa hal yaitu: pengaruh Social Media Marketing   terhadap   keputusan   pembelian,   pengaruh   word   of    mouth    terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh Lifestyle terhadap keputusan   pembelian,   pengaruh electronic word of, Social Media Marketing dan Lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian di Oline Yuika Shop di Kota Bima. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan Masyarakat Kota Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti kuesioner dan teknik analisis data teknik analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) untuk menguji empat hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menujunjukkan bahwa: (1) Word   of   Mouth   secara    persial    berpengaruh    signifikan    terhadap    Keputusan Pembelian; (2) Social Media Marketing secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; (3) Lifestyle secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; (4) Word of Mouth, Social Media Marketing, dan Lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hasil pengembangan e-modul berbasis flip PDF corporate edition pada Kompetensi Dasar puff pastry kelas XII SMK, (2) Kelayakan modul elektronik berbasis flip Pdf corporate edition pada kompetensi dasar puff pastry, (3) Respon siswa kelas XII SMKN 8 Surabaya pada kelayakan e-modul berbasis flip PDF corporate edition. Metode penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan 4D dengan empat tahapan (define, design, develop, disseminate), namun karena keterbatasan waktu penelitian, maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan sampai tahap ke-3 yaitu develop. Validasi e-modul melibatkan dua orang ahli materi, satu orang ahli bahasa dan satu orang ahli media. Objek penelitian berupa e-modul puff pastry. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kelayakan e-modul meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi, bahasa, media dan angket untuk melihat respon siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan: (1) hasil e-modul yang sudah dibuat berupa link berbentuk online mencakup materi puff pastry, (2) e-modul dengan nilai rerata 94%, 95%, 88%;  termasuk kedalam interpretasi sangat layak dan (3) respon siswa diperoleh skor rerata pada tahap satu dan dua sebesar 92% dan 91% dengan interpretasi sangat layak. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa e-mdoul hasil penelitian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Titanium has been utilized as an implant material because of its mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. However, there are some issues in using titanium for medical implants such as particle release that could be toxic to the native environment. Therefore, it is necessary to find safer substitute materials such as natural polymers, which are found to be great in biocompatibility and less toxic. In this paper, we discussed the safety characteristics such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, and mechanical properties for both materials. The source of information was gathered through online databases, PubMed, using keywords such as titanium, 3D bioprinting, and implant, and further screened with biocompatibility, mechanical characteristics, gelatin, fibrin, cellulose, alginate, agarose, silk, in-vitro and in-vivo. Journal publications that did not discuss biocompatibility, biodegradability, mechanical qualities, could not be opened, and were not research articles were excluded. The 9 journals were selected based on the inclusion, title, and abstract. It can be concluded that natural polymers could be a titanium alternative based on its safety characteristics. Further studies are required to do more research about their safety to be used as medical implant material.     

Marketing strategy is a plan to increase influence over the market, both in the short and long term, based on market research, product strategy, price, promotion and distribution sites. Purchase intention is part of the behavioral component in consumption attitudes, the tendency of respondents to act before buying decisions are actually implemented. Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on past purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Memasuki era perkembangan zaman yang makin terkenal akan dunia teknologi atau berbagai sektor industri yang makin pesat maju disebut dengan revolusi industri 4.0 dengan bantuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, revolusi teknologi sangat mengubah akomodasi yang berada di seluruh dunia, pada revolusi teknologi aplikasi maupun sistem yang ada pada sebuah bisnis dapat dilakukan secara online ataupun offline dimana sistem ini dilakukan untuk pemesanan dihari lain sistem ini disebut dengan sistem reservasi, manfaat sistem reservasi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menikmati berbagai macam akomodasi pada bisnis dengan cepat dan meminimalisir  adanya keterlambatan jika ingin menikmati fasilitas atau tempat pada sebuah bisnis , sistem reservasi pada berbagai bisnis memiliki kelebihan dan ke efektifan untuk menjalankan sebuah bisnis. Sementara itu reservation yaitu sistem pemesanan fasilitas ataupun tempat. Reservasi sendiri merupakan suatu permintaan tamu agar mendapatkan  fasilitas atau tempat  yang diinginkan setelah melalui sistem reservasidengan harapan tidak adanya kendala ketika pada hari yang sudah direservasi, metode dalam pengumpulan data melalui berbagai karya ilmiah dengan mengolah data tersebut agar menjadi bahan penelitian inilah metode studi literatur.

This study aims to determine the external factors and internal factors that cause learning difficulties and their relationship with the learning outcomes of Biology class XI IPA MAN 3 Padang. The change in the online learning process to offline learning since the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on external factors and internal factors that cause learning difficulties that affect student learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods. The study was carried out at MAN 3 Padang with a population of 165 students of class XI science who were registered in the even semester of the academic year 2021/2022, with a sample of 33 students. The sampling technique is random sampling, which is done randomly, using an error rate of 5%. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing statements of external factors and internal factors of students' learning difficulties using a Likert scale, and documents on students' learning outcomes for Biology in the even mid-semester exams for the 2021/2022 academic year. From the results of the study, it is known that the level of learning difficulties for external factors obtained an average value of 3.52 in the high category, while the level of learning difficulties for internal factors had an average value of 3.26 in the high category. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test using the SPSS 20 program obtained a value on the external factor of 0.073 which is strongly correlated and the form of the relationship is negative and the internal factor has a value of 0.910 which is perfectly correlated with the negative relationship between external factors and internal factors with Biology learning outcomes in students. class XI IPA MAN 3 Padang. The results of the t test showed that the external factor tcount was -1.853 and the internal factor tcount was -113 indicating that there was no influence of external factors and internal factors (X) on students’ Biology learning outcomes (Y).

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blended Learning as an online and mixed learning strategy by analyzing various research studies related to Blended Learning obtained from the Google Scholar database. The method used in this study is a method with a library approach or what is known as a literature study from research articles for 2020-2022. Article selection is carried out through the process of identification, screening, and eligibility. So that 10 articles are relevant to the objectives and problems of the literature study. Based on the literature study that has been carried out, the results show that the use of Blended Learning by utilizing several digital technology-based applications as learning support can be said to be effective for increasing literacy skills, critical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

The hospital is an important organization and is engaged in providing health services  that focus not only on medical service issues but also on non-medical service issues. The hospital guarantees the availability of medical devices to the availability of equipment that can affect the  quality of health services provided, including patient satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this  study is to determine the analysis of the procurement of medical equipment logistics in hospitals.  The method used in this research is literature review from seven national journals obtained using  online database facilities via Google pages scholar and researchgate. The selected journal is based on its publication published from 2018-2023. The research results show that the analysis of logistics planning and procurement activities of medical devices in several hospitals in Indonesia  have various differences. The difference consists of hospitals that already have a plan logistics is good and some are not running perfectly. Procurement of medical devices that have not been good  due to several factors, one of which is an inadequate budget. So that management or logistics  management of medical devices is needed in hospitals so that medical devices are always available  in accordance with quality standards hospital health. 

Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia, salah satunya adalah di aspek pendidikan, pandemi Covid-19 ini mendorong pemerintah untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Indonesia yang harus dilakukan secara online atau jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 2 Gondang tepatnya pada kelas IX. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian fenomenologi, yang mendeskripsikan segala bentuk tindakan dan juga fenomena yang dilakukan oleh subjek yang diteliti dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMP Negeri 2 Gondang kelas IX sudah terlaksana cukup baik, peserta didik dan guru sudah memiliki peralatan dasar yang diperlukan, hal itu menggambarkan kesiapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, guru menerapkan RPP dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik yaitu menggunakan media pembelajaran, strategi, metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan peserta didik. Pembelajaran online fleksibel dalam pelaksanaannya dan dapat mendorong guru untuk mengajar lebih kreatif, dan siswa juga harus mandiri dan termotivasi untuk belajar lebih aktif.

Since Covid-19 attacked several parts of the world, students are suggested to do distance learning. However, since New Normal era, students are allowed to do offline learning by implementing health protocol. This research is aimed to describe teaching method with blended learning model namely “Missing Pieces Activities” in English Subject for Seventh Class Junior High School 2 Bendungan Trenggalek-East Java. This teaching method involves various activities, they are: Missing Words for listening, Missing Small Thing speaking, and Missing Sentences for Reading. With this blended learning model, the activities are done by combining the online learning and offline learning. Source of data in this research is activities done by the students during the teaching and learning process. The data was collected through observation and interview. The finding of the research shows that students are more actively involved in the teaching and learning process. Further, they have higher motivation in learning due to the various activities they did in learning process. Therefore, this Missing Pieces Activities can be one of learning methods in New Normal Era to increase students’ activeness and motivation both in distance and offline learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan pendapatan sentra industri keripik ubi melalui tiktok shop. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data primer digunakan melalui wawancara. Dengan responden yang diwawancarai sebanyak 3 orang. Sementara data sekunder yang digunakan melalui artikel, e-book atau secara via online atau melalui website-website terpercaya tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Peningkatan Pendapatan Sentra Industri Keripik Ubi Melalui Tiktokshop menyatakan bahwa Tiktok shop yang menjadi salah satu platform trending yang banyak diakses oleh para pengguna smartphone membuat sentra industri keripik ubi mengalami peningkatan pendapatan. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok shop, membantu sentra industri keripik ubi dalam memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produknya hingga ke luar kota. Pekerja sentra industri keripik ubi harus mampu memanajemen waktunya untuk melakukan live dalam aplikasi tik tok shop yang nantinya akan membuatnya menjadi FYP (For You Page). Pendapatan sentra industri keripik ubi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan hingga mencapai target pasar yang diinginkan.    

The existence of information technology is of course very helpful in all aspects of life, but the use of technology has not been fully implemented optimally. For example, Youth Members of the Baitul Halim Mosque located in Mampang, South Jakarta, who have not optimally utilized the available technology. Therefore, we plan to provide training on the use of information technology for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Members, namely the Canva Application. This training aims to be more able to apply information technology to support daily activities in the Baitul Halim Mosque Young Members environment and to make it easier to manage data and search for data needed by Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Members there. Training activities are carried out using both online and offline methods.

Untuk mewujudkan misi menumbuhkembangkan bakat, minat, dan potensi peserta didik, SMAN 2 Temanggung menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Terdapat lebih dari dua puluh ekstrakurikuler yang ada dengan maksimal dua pilihan. Pendaftaran dilakukan menggunakan formulir online yang diisi oleh para siswa. SMAN 2 Temanggung masih belum memiliki sistem khusus yang menangani pendaftaran ekstrakurikuler sehingga menyebabkan pendataan dibebankan pada satu bagian saja. Tidak ada pembagian langsung yang mengelola pendaftaran dari admin ekstrakurikuler. Oleh karena itu, terkadang status terhadap pendaftaran tergolong cukup lama. Siswa juga tidak mengetahui berapa kuota yang ditetapkan dan tidak adanya informasi tentang siapa saja yang telah mendaftar di ekstrakurikuler yang sama. Dengan melakukan pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan dan wawancara serta analisis data dan desain sistem, sistem informasi pendaftaran ekstrakurikuler dibuat sehingga menghasilkan sebuah web yang dapat menangani permasalahan pendaftaran tersebut. Sistem ini dapat menghasilkan laporan yang dibuat lebih cepat tanpa harus melakukan filter data terhadap seluruh pendaftaran karena sudah tersegmentasi oleh admin sehingga laporan dapat dengan mudah dicetak.
