This article defines the process for developing a speaking syllabus for flight attendant school in a Flipped Learning Network (FLN), which increases student engagement and learning by assigning watching videos at home followed up in pre-teaching discussions, and requiring the students to work on live practices in face-to-face classroom activities. Considering that the syllabus is designed to develop the students' oral competence, the target speaking skill is aimed toward developing students' ability to engage in procedural communication in the workplace. Therefore, the topics/themes are chosen to meet the needs of flight attendants consistent with Project-Based Learning (PBL) by Forum Group Discussions (FGDs). In order to achieve this objective, the development of a syllabus begins with a need analysis, topic selection, syllabus prototype production, expert evaluation, and revision for the final product. The syllabus is organized such that the learning experience is explicitly stated for two formats: online meeting (through Google Classroom for the video analysis) as the lecture homework for pre-discussions followed by classroom face-to-face meeting (through FGDs with peers, individual work, and the teacher) to comprehend students' understanding though some units. Each unit has 2 (two) topics. Each topic consists of 60 (sixteen) minutes or 1 (one) meeting. This syllabus development is considered to be implemented in terms of  FLN for instructional activities in flight attendant school resulting higher-order thinking skills such as collaboration, design and problem solving as students tackle difficult problems, work in groups, research, and construct knowledge with the help of the teacher and peers.

Digital marketing in the current era has become very important in marketing its products, no exception to tourism. Social Media allows everyone to create and spread their own content on various social networking platforms. But in the promotion of tourism, there needs to be a briefing on the strategy of using and preparing content, including social media ethics for managers and other stakeholders. Based on this, the PKM team conducted digital marketing introduction and training activities to be able to promote Pinus Buntu datu Forest Tourism and what potential it has and can be introduced to tourists. This training is aimed at tourism managers of Pinus Buntu datu Forest and the interest of the participants is quite high and they also feel the benefits of this digital marketing introduction training can be applied in digital marketing on social media. Further training is still needed on how to create messages in multimedia (photos and videos) that are attractive to potential tourists.

This study aims to determine the amount of deposition due to the volume of sediment mixed with solid household waste in the canal which is high enough to become shallow, resulting in a change in the geometric cross-section of the canal in the primary canal and damage to the irrigation network of D.I. Cipicung. The method used in this research activity uses a mathematical analysis technique from Chow and Grag theory in the form of sediment depth and geometric changes in the channel cross section. The results show that the volume of sediment deposited in the primary canal is Vq primary = 16.24 m3 (section length of 50.5 meters from a channel length of 300 meters) and the geometric change in the cross section of the primary channel is A = 1.24 m2. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Youth play a strategic role in national economic development because their creativity, innovation, and energy can drive the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at both local and national levels. However, many youth groups face challenges in developing their businesses due to limited capital, managerial knowledge, marketing skills, and restricted networking opportunities, which hinder optimal profit generation. Business incubators provide a strategic solution to empower youth groups by offering mentorship, training, and facilities to expand networking and access to capital, enabling sustainable profit generation. This community service program was implemented by creating a business incubator for youth groups, including business management training, marketing strategies, financial management, and direct field mentoring. The results indicate improvements in managerial skills, business productivity, and actual profit generation, along with enhanced marketing networks and digital technology utilization to broaden market reach. The conclusion emphasizes that business incubators serve as an effective mechanism to create independent, productive youth entrepreneurs who contribute meaningfully to local and national economic growth.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

Penelitian mengenai Model Penanganan Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) di Jawa Tengah berawal dari data makin buruknya kondisi warga PMKS terutama di masa covid corona di tahun 2019. Kebutuhan untuk menghasilkan model penanganan berbeda di tiap daerah. Melalui FGD didiskusikan mengenai SWOT dan model penanganan PMKS. Kelemahan fakir miskin adalah sulit membebaskan dari budaya miskin serta senantiasa mempunyai ‘no freedom for poor’. Potensi anak balita terlantar adalah jika mereka ada di panti karena mereka lebih mudah dikontrol. Kendala anak balita terlantar adalah banyak yang belum terjangkau oleh layanan sosial anak. Kelemahan anak terlantar adalah berperilaku anormatif, acuh, pencuriga pada orang yang bukan dari kelompoknya dan susah diatur, liar, reaktif, sensitif dan bebas melakukan apa saja seperti seksualitas. Kelemahan lanjut usia adalah sedikitnya lapangan pekerjaan yang sesuai bagi lansia yang berpotensi secara fisik. Kendala gelandangan adalah adanya warga yang mengajak meng ’gepeng’ di kota. Potensi disabilitas adalah masih memiliki motivasi bertanggungjawab secara mandiri. Kelemahan anak jalanan adalah rentan terhadap eksploitasi ekonomi, kekerasan fisik, sosial dan seks. Model yang dipilih  adalah model ‘self advocacy and empowering, model ‘Community Based Information Network’, dan model Public Partnership Centre . Proses penanganan PMKS dengan cara rehabilitasi, advokasi/konsultasi, bimbingan sosial dan psikologi sosial.

The results of the first research on the role of digital technology provide convenience in using mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic which has a good impact related to increasing the number of customers. Pada saat ini Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi COVID19, anjuran pemeritah guna  untuk menekan penyebaran virus adalah dengan cara menggunakan masker. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, pendeteksian masker hanya ditujukan untuk mendeteksi menggunakan masker dan tidak menggunakan masker. Namun, pada kenyatannya saat penggunaan masker harus dengan cara yang benar, sehingga manfaat yang didapat dalam menggunakan masker bisa maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini ditambahkan satu kelas baru sehingga menjadi 3 kelas yaitu menggunakan masker dengan benar, tidak menggunakan masker, dan menggunakan masker tidak benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan model pretrained keras Convolutional Neural network (CNN), yaitu VGG16, Mobilenetv2 dan Inceptionv3 untuk mendapatkan hasil akurasi terbaik dan mengimplementasikannya untuk sistem deteksi masker secara otomatis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bagaimana karakteristik arsitektur ketiga model tersebut. Setalah dilakukan pengujian,diketahui bahwa hasil akurasi yang didapatkan dengan dataset yang sama namun model CNN berbeda mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda juga. Mobilenetv2 mendapatkan hasil akurasi tertinggi dengan persetase 100%.

Retirement is an important event that marks the change from adult life to old life.   One of the things that need to be prepared in facing retirement is to reduce the workload as retirement approaches.  The sociological transition theory developed by William Bridges, known as the "Bridges Transition Model," underscores the importance of understanding and managing change as a transitional process involving three main stages: suffix, neutral, and beginning, The theory of social capital proposed by Pierre Bourdieu can provide relevant understanding related to the phenomenon of teacher adaptation in retirement. This theory emphasizes the importance of social networks and relationships in the lives of individuals, and considers social capital as a valuable resource.  The study used a qualitative approach, which showed that teachers who had strong social networks during their careers were more likely to have social support and resources that could help them in post-retirement adaptation.  Teachers who have strong social networks during their careers are better able to cope with the challenges of post-retirement adaptation.  On the other hand, the results also show that teachers who lack social capital or have a more limited social network will have difficulty in post-retirement adaptation.
