Determining majors is one of the obligations for all students who still want to continue their education. Decisions taken often cause problems when differences in abilities and limitations in thinking result in not graduating on time. Also, we often see majors chosen only because they follow the advice of friends or family and because of the development of the need for human resources in the world of work. Determination of majors should be done by considering the capabilities possessed. Therefore, this application was created which aims to design an expert system that can provide an overview for prospective students about what majors are suitable or in accordance with their abilities. The method used in making this expert system is Forward Chaining, where the facts related to determining the direction are stated first, then draw an appropriate conclusion. By making this application, it is expected to provide convenience for prospective students both in terms of time and cost.

The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.

Jembrak Village has very diverse potentials that can be used as capital in developing as a Tourism Village. The following are the problems encountered in Jembrak Village, such as: (1) the need to form a Community-Based Local Management Agency to manage the tourism village potential in Jembrak Village; (2) it is necessary to train and increase the ability of community human resources to become the main actors in the management of Tourism Villages in Jembrak Village; (3) it is necessary to explore the unique tourism potentials of Jembrak Village to be presented to tourists as a local tourist attraction; (4) the participation of the Jembrak Village community in the framework of environmental management for the realization of sustainable tourism. The author succeeded in realizing programs to support the development of Jembrak Village as a Tourism Village. These programs are the Establishment of Jembrak Village Tourism Village Managers, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Trekking Routes, Producing and Packaging Local Culinary for Jembrak Village, Making Jembrak Village Tourism Profile Books, Making Local Souvenirs.

At this time the unemployment rate is increasing, even among scholars, unemployment reaches thousands of people. One of the reasons is that their bachelor's degree is not followed by reliable skills to enter an increasingly competitive world of work. Currently, along with the development of technology and  science,  we are required  to be able  to compete  in the  world  of  work  by improving the quality of human resources who have good quality knowledge and good personality competencies and have skills that can be used in roles in society and the state in the field of education. the job he does.

All companies that have a business must always have competition, therefore every company must hold training and development for new and old employees. Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

This research is motivated by the lack of complete information, both from books and religious study texts about the problems and developments of organizations that organize Islamic educational institutions, especially in Bali. Also, the uniqueness of the Denpasar Al-Ma'ruf Foundation was found from the preliminary study. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020?; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment?. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed; 1) From the description of the research location, it proves the readiness, compliance, and accuracy of the foundation to the internal and external conditions of the foundation. In addition to experiencing such a rapid evolution, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation also experienced stagnation and involution in several of its activities, and 2) The biggest obstacles faced by the foundation, namely; provision of land and buildings, approval of permits from the environment, as well as the readiness of professional, qualified, and competent human resources. Solutions carried out by the foundation, namely; by renting land contracts, supporting funds from the foundation's business, persuasive approaches to the surrounding community and related officials, and asking for assistance from experts including teachers and staff from Java.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of village funds in Banyuasin Kembaran Village in accordance with the PDIT Permendesa and to analyze what factors hinder the process of using village funds in Banyuasin Kembaran Village for BUMDes development.The form of research used is descriptive , with data collection techniques through interviews with informants who are considered to have the potential to provide information about BUMDes in Banyuasin Kembaran Village. The results of this problem show that the human resources of the village apparatus are different, the development of the economic base in rural areas has long been carried out by the government through various programs. However, these efforts have not yielded the satisfactory results that we all wanted. Many factors contributed to the unsuccessfulness of these programs. One of the most dominant factors is too large a government intervention, as a result it inhibits the creativity and innovation of rural communities in managing and running economic machines in rural areas.

The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Strengthening public awareness about the concept of Islamic economics towards the provision of high quality and highly competent human resources to be able to compete and innovate through research and development.

In village development, the availability of accurate village profile data has an impact on its consistency policy direction.  However, there are some problems that are encountered to be able to update it including the quality of human resources, finance and infrastructure. Therefore, Community Service Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide knowledge about the importance of updating data in planning village development and helping the government update profile data and potential of their villages. The method used is training in updating basic data based on family data which is carried out by providing material and its implementation in the field. Community Service Program can be carried out according to the planned schedule, especially in the provision of training materials. Meanwhile, implementation of material in the training could not be carried out because it was constrained because lack of information technology. However, in general the Community Service Program in Neglasari Village was going well, marked by an increasing participant knowledge and an acceleration of online data updating assisted by students who were doing Community Service Program. Indirectly, this achievement at the same time show that the obstacles faced by Neglasari Village were not only on its human resources but rather on aspects of financial support and infrastructure. The actual presence from the government is needed to support the updating of the profile and potential data of this village because it is not only the village institution that requires it, but rather the central and regional governments.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.
