Bone cancer that has metastasized can be detected through a bone fingerprint examination, which involves the injection of tc-99m with the pharmaceutical Methylene Diphosphate (MDP). Bone prints are often used to trigger possible metastases of cancer to the bone, which is a major health problem for women worldwide. This study aims to activate the described organ uptake and residual radiopharmaceuticals in bone prints using the Region of Interest (ROI) method. The research was conducted on five datasets of patients with breast cancer. The patient received an intravenous injection of tc-99m MDP and, three hours later, underwent a bone fingerprint examination with a gamma camera. The image results from the gamma camera were processed using the ROI technique and analyzed further using statistical methods. The research findings showed that the five patients experienced an average reduction in residual radiopharmaceuticals of 2.965945119 mCi. Several factors, such as examination time, radiopharmaceutical dose, and body metabolism, influence the decay of radioactive activity in the body. The calculation of the absorption percentage for the five patients showed variations between 0.190070697% and 0.3510157519%

The incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal in terms of proportionality, that is, there are quite significant differences in the receipt of incentives for nursing staff for the same item and in the same month. Apart from that, employee performance is not yet optimal in terms of work quality, namely there is still a lot of work that is not completed on time, employee attitudes are less friendly towards visitors, and employees are not quick and agile in serving patient wishes. Furthermore, working time is not optimal because there are still complaints, especially doctors' hours which are sometimes not on time and nurses have not been able to make good use of working time so that their work is not fulfilled according to the schedule set by the hospital. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, and Triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) The service incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal, this is because the indicators in the service incentive system are not running optimally, namely proportionality, but the indicators of performance, professionalism, distributiveness and teamwork are running optimally. (2) The performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not yet optimal, this is because the performance indicators have not been optimal, namely the quality produced and working time, but the quantity produced and cooperation has run optimally. Acute Myeloid Leukemia is part of a group of clinical diseases caused by genetic changes in stem cells in the bone marrow. This mutation causes the bone marrow to produce immature blood cells. Some patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) often experience relapses in their illness. About 5% of patients have recurrences within 5 years in the extramedullary and about 29% have repeated in the bone marrow. Therapy in AML aims to achieve complete reduction and avoid duplication through chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation. Bone marrow transplant is given to patients with acute myeloid leukemia with high cytogenetic risk. A complete remission rate of 80% can be achieved, especially in younger patients with overall 5-year survival of 40%. The data obtained came from primary data through history taking, physical examination, and supporting examinations. The results showed that the patient's complaints were related to the weakness that had been felt about 1 week ago. The weakness that is felt is getting heavier day by day. Laboratory examinations showed decreased levels of hemoglobin, platelets, and increased leukocytes. The management of this patient was carried out using non-pharmacological and pharmacological management by giving transfusions of PRC 3 bags and TC 10 bags and other supportive therapy during the treatment.
