SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

Cork Fish (Channa striata) is used for traditional medicine and is one of the economically important fish in Indonesia so that it contains protein and albumin which are important for health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the snakehead fish extract ointment on the healing of burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus). Then burns in rabbits were observed for up to 11 days. The data analysis used was using the Independent Sample t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the research formula one can be the t value count 4,666 and the table t value 2,085 and the second formula obtained is the t value count  of 2,185 and the table t value of 2,085 according totheresearch hypothesis is accept H1 then formula one dan formula two have an influence in the process of healing burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).

This research aims to determine the influence of main duties and functions (TUPOKSI) on the work effectiveness of employees at the Siborongborong Superior Livestock and Forage Animal Breeding Center. The sample in this research is all 76 employees at the Sibarongborong BPTU-HTP Office. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. To calculate the closeness of the relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results show that TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) is 0.743 in the strong category. The Determination Coefficient obtained was 0.552% or 55.20%. This shows that the influence of TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) at the BPTU-HTP Siborongborong Office is 55.20% and the remaining 44.80% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research. From the calculation results, through simple linear regression calculations the line equation is Y = 6.734 + 0.581 Hypothesis testing results tcount 9,552 > ttable 2,000, this means that the TUPOKSI (X) variable has a positive and significant influence on Work Effectiveness at the BPTU-HTP Siborongborong Office, so the research hypothesis is accepted.

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is a spice plant that produces essential oils of economic value. Especially the myristicin compounds contained in nutmeg oil have potential as antioxidants and also anti-aging. The content of nutmeg which shows antifungal activity is flavonoids, saponins and alkaloids. Flavonoids as antifungal compounds work by interfering with the permeability of fungal cell membranes and changing organic components and nutrient transport which ultimately results in toxic effects on fungi. This study aims to determine the chemical content and whether the nutmeg extract can be formulated in cream preparations as well as the results of the physical properties test on the preparation of the nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) ethanol extract of cream. The type of research used in this study was experimental research in the laboratory. Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans), phytochemical screening test on nutmeg extract, cream preparation formulation, cream physical properties test (organoleptic test, pH test, homogeneity test, cream type test). Nutmeg extraction was carried out using the maceration method using 70% ethanol. The results of phytochemical screening of the ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) indicated the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins. The preparation of cream of ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) using a Vaseline album base ratio of F1 (10%), F2 (15%) and F3 (20%) had stable physical properties.

Dian Wacana Demak Christian Kindergarten-Kindergarten School, which is one of the agencies engaged in the science and early childhood education. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

The information system for purchases and cash disbursements is one of the entire information systems. In retail sales companies need control of purchases and cash disbursements that are precise and fast. This is what encourages the author to conduct research on CV. Angkasa Baru and choose the title "Purchasing Information System and Cash Distribution at CV. New Space. In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value. The development of technology allows one to obtain other people's spatial position data. One mobile technology that utilizes spatial data as a supported factor is location-based services. The large number of employees at the PT.XYZ causes the presence of a controlled process to be under control, and even tends to be questioned. Because it takes a GPS-based presence system on android that is expected to be a solution of the problems that occur at this time. The system development method used is a six-step R&D method, consisting of: Research and information gathering, Planning, Development of initial product forms, initial field testing, major product revisions, main field testing. The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Pembelajaran Scientific Approach  Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PPKn Materi Nilai Pancasila Dalam Praktik Penyelenggaraan Kekuasaan Negara Pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA2. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung sebesar 12,412. d.b = (N-1) sehingga (36-1) = 35 dalam taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,030. Jadi thitung lebih besar dari ttabel atau 12,412 > 2,030, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi hipotesis“Ada Pengaruh Pembelajaran Scientific Approach  Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PPKn Materi Nilai Pancasila Dalam Praktik Penyelenggaraan Kekuasaan Negara Pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu Tahun Pelajaran  2019/2020” dengan taraf signifikansi yang sebesar 5%, bisa dibuktikan kebenarannya.

Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

Latar Belakang. Kanker serviks, masih menempati posisi kedua terbanyak pada keganasan setelah kanker payudara, diperkirakan, kanker serviks diderita perempuan sebanyak 500.000 wanita setiap tahunnya. Di Indonesia kasus kanker serviks tahun 2019 sebanyak 14,368 orang, dari jumlah itu meninggal dunia  sebanyak 7,297 (50 %) dari jumlah kasus yang ada, dan prevalensi kasus kanker serviks sebanyak 10,823 orang per tahun. Kasus kanker serviks di Indonesia diperburuk dengan banyaknya kasus hampir 70 % diketahui dan datang ke petugas kesehatan atau fasilitas kesehatan pada stadium lanjut. Mayoritas wanita yang terdiagnosa kanker serviks biasanya tidak melakukan deteksi dini (Skrining), ada juga yang tidak menindaklanjuti pemeriksaan maupun pengobatan setelah ditemukan hasil yang abnormal. Tujuan. Kegiatan PKM meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam hal ini ibu sekaligus ikut serta dalam pemeriksaan IVA test sehinga secara dini terdeteksi dengan menggunakan IVA test. Metode.Kegiatan diawali dengan koordinasi dengan Puskesmas Muara dan bidan koordinator, Kepala Desa, Bidan Desa dan Kader tentang sosialisasai, penyuluhan dan pelaksanaan pemeriksaan IVA Test sebagai strategi untuk mendapatkan peserta. Hasil. Hasil yang didapat 66 orang wanita usia subur tanpa memandang usia sampai usia 45 telah ikut dilakukan pemeriksaan, Hasil pemeriksaan diperoleh dengan dicurigai 14 orang (21,21 %) dan negatif sebanyak 52 orang (78,78 %). Simpulan. Pengetahuan wanita usia subur akan IVA Test masih  kurang, bahkan ada wanita usia subur yang tidak hadir untuk mengikuti pemeriksaan IVA Test, walaupun dalam penyuluhan hadir. Pengetahuan akan IVA Test masih perlu ditindak lanjuti, sehingga wanita usia subur memiliki kesadararn sendiri, sebagai deteksi dini akan kanker serviks, sehingga mengurangi agka kematian ibu.

This research is to know the Influence of Communication, Motivation, And Work Ability To Performance Of Subdistrict Officer Of Universitas STEKOM Semarang. Research data was obtained through questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 82 respondents. The data obtained were processed by using descriptive  analysis  and  quantitative  statistical  analysis.  Quantitative  analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables to  dependent  variables,  but  before  the  test  is  done  first  test  the  validity and reliability test.The result of regression analysis shows that Communication, Motivation, and Work Ability to Performance.

Latar belakang : Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang berisiko terkena gempa bumi dan tsunami karena terletak di pesisir Samudera Hindia.Lokasi tersebut merupakan pertemuan dua lempeng besar dan berada dekat zona subduksi tektonik Sunda yang sewaktu-waktu dapat bertabrakan. Dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya bencana, diperlukan kesiapsiagaan dari setiap sektor termasuk perguruan tinggi untuk mengurangi risiko bencana. Tujuan: meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiwa Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Siaga Bencana (PERWAGANA) mengenai manajemen bencana gempa bumi. Metode: terdiri dari empat sesi yaitu: pre test, ceramah, praktek, dan post test. Penyerahan materi dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan melakukan keterampilan penanggulangan bencana gempa bumi. Hasil: pengetahuan  mahasiswa meningkat setelah diberikan pelatihan mngemen disaster gempa bumi.Kesimpulan: Penanggulangan bencana gempa merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan dan tindakan preventif yang dilakukan oleh dosen STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti melalui kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dan simulasi dengan sasaran mahasiswa agar siap turun ke lapangan.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

This research aims to find out and analyze the factors that are predicted to determine the firm value, the factors are liquidity, debt policy, asset turnover, and profitability. The sample used in the mining sector listed on BEI for the period 2014-2018, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, obtained 118 samples. Data analysis uses multiple regressions using the SPSS program version 23. Hypothesis test results found debt policy and asset turnover positively affected firm value, while it did not prove liquidity and profitability affect firm value.

Pebryani Lestari, 2020. Analysis of Determinants of Interest in Revisiting the Taman Limo Jatiwangi Tourism Destination in Bekasi. Essay. Faculty of Economics and Business, Singaperbangsa Karawang University. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing factor analysis, as well as making and suggesting. Samples were collected using random sampling technique with a sample size of 385 respondents and processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 new factors that are formed from 21 indicators which are the influence of the determinants of interest in returning to the tourist destination of Taman Limo Jatiwangi Bekasi, these five factors are named Factor 1 which is named the Visitor Perspective Factor consisting of the Self indicator Fullfilment, Financial Security, Leisure Time, Relaxation, Amenities and Variety. Factor 2 is named the Expectation and Desire Factor consisting of indicators of Prestige, Romance, Wish Fullfilment and Local Activities. Factor 3 is named as the Destination Factor consisting of indicators of Fun Vacation Trip, Escape, Play, Strengthening Family Bonds, Educational Opportunity and Knowledge Driven. Factor 4 is named Implication Factor consisting of indicators of Business Travel and Government Business Travel. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the forensic accounting and audit investigations in detecting fraud procurement of goods and services. The rise of fraud cases in Indonesia, one of which is fraud related to public needs, namely the procurement of goods and services. This is reminiscent of the real threat of fraud in the form of corruption in the procurement of goods and services that can cause poor quality of goods / services produced so that they cannot serve the public interest effectively and efficiently. In this context, the community is the most disadvantaged party. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 34 auditor respondents in the field of Investigation of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan DKI Jakarta. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique, using SmartPLS software testing tool version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the application of forensic accounting and investigative audits have a significant effect in detecting fraud procurement of goods / services.
