Family is a fundamental component in individual and societal life that builds emotional bonds between its members such as father, mother and children. The family provides a safe and harmonious environment where the roles of parents and children complement each other. However, gender inequality often occurs in families, especially towards women, due to patriarchal culture. Patriarchy is a social system that considers men as the main authority which influences the views and treatment of women in various aspects, including education and the distribution of domestic roles. Women are often thought to not need higher education or work, being assigned more to housework, while men are prioritized in education and decision making. To overcome gender inequality in the family, contextual theological efforts are needed by applying religious and moral values that teach equality, justice and compassion. With religious teachings that emphasize mutual love and respect, families can create a more just and harmonious environment, where roles and responsibilities are divided based on ability, not gender. This approach aims to support equality and justice in the family, so that religious teachings can become an inspiration for positive social change, including overcoming gender inequality.

A number of studies related to the politics of criminal law in the Dfrat wetboek van straf recht (RKUHP) have increasingly tightened the state's grip on matters that de facto can be resolved by other types of law such as religion, decency and manners that already exist in society. At that point, efforts to think about the objectives of environmental and natural resource crimes in the RKUHP feel increasingly complicated to think about because this draft seems to be complicated and between various things, can consist of understandings, concepts, paradigms, which are related to and conflict with each other. another. This article uses normative legal research, the author obtains data from library materials which are usually called secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The author then studies and explores these legal materials and quotes theories or concepts from a number of literature, including books, journals, papers, newspapers or other written works related to the problem under study. This article explains that the position of the RKUHP regarding laws in the field of environment and natural resources is not yet clear, because the RKUHP does not expressly state its position regarding other laws. UU no. 10 of 2004 concerning the Preparation of Legislative Regulations also does not help provide answers because it does not recognize the general and specific designations or categories of laws as well as the requirements to fulfill these categories and this RKUHP is only able to absorb the criminal articles of each law. sectoral law, apart from other parts contained in the law. This means that the codification of this model consciously releases the historical and logical ties between the parts contained in each law.

Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. In short: The adoption of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an important factor in increasing the productivity and success of the entire enterprise. With the implementation of OSH it is possible to prevent work-related accidents and injuries, prevent employee absenteeism, which increases job satisfaction and creates competitive advantages that can lead to future employee success.

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the work paradigm, creating a work environment that is not bound by geographical boundaries through the utilization of cloud platforms, online collaboration tools, and advanced digital communications. This transformation increases productivity and enables collaboration between employees, even if they work in different locations. However, these changes also bring new challenges related to employee well-being. One of the main issues is stress due to the blurring of working time boundaries, with employees often struggling to distinguish between work and personal time. In addition, there is an increased risk of physical injury due to the use of non-ergonomic digital devices, including injuries from improper keyboard and mouse use. To overcome these challenges, companies must implement ergonomic office equipment to support the physical and mental health of their employees. Modern technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), plays an important role in selecting and customizing ergonomic office equipment to the individual needs of employees. AI analyzes equipment usage and posture data and recommends adjustments to prevent injuries and improve work comfort. The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of office technology and ergonomics in improving employee productivity and well-being. By integrating advanced technology and ergonomic principles, companies can create a more comfortable and healthy work environment. This not only increases productivity, but also improves job satisfaction, creativity and employee retention. One of the places of education in Bandung, namely the 184 Buahbatu State Elementary School (SDN) needs to instill concern for waste in its students. Concern for the environment at SDN 184 Buahbatu is still lacking when viewed from waste management. For example, the results of students' work using used goods were not found. The culture that considers waste to be a useless material has not been conveyed carefully by teachers, so that all waste is still considered to be disposed of or destroyed. The culture of sorting waste has not been implemented properly due to the low understanding and motivation of every student at the school. The school has not felt the direct benefits of waste segregation. There are no restrictions such as pamphlets warning not to litter, which are also needed to remind school members. The aim of the research was to design and build using Construct 3 waste sorting game application for students at SDN 184 Buahbatu in increasing awareness of the school environment and its surroundings. In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. The implementation process begins with the identification of business processes that require SOPs, development of clear SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of SOP compliance and effectiveness. In the manufacturing industry, SOPs are essential in maintaining product quality, occupational safety and health, and supply chain management. SOP helps in maintaining consistent product quality, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and optimizing material flow, inventory, and product distribution.
