Improving Social Studies Learning Outcomes Through the Card Sort Method for Class V Elementary School 2 Tongkuno, Muna Regency. Thesis. Elementary school teacher education major. Faculty of teacher training and education, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Supervisor I Muhammad Nawir and advisor II Rubianto.The main problem in this study is the low social studies learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Tongkuno, Muna Regency. The purpose of this study was to improve social studies learning outcomes at Tongkuno 2 Public Elementary School, Muna Regency.This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), which consists of two cycles and each cycle is held in three meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tongkuno, Muna Regency, for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 20 students. 9 men and 11 women. Data collection techniques through observation techniques, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through descriptive statistics.The results showed that there was an increase in social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Tongkuno, Muna Regency. Seen in the pre-cycle the average value obtained was 61 with a classical completeness percentage of 35% then in the first cycle the average value obtained was 64.75 with a classical completeness percentage of 35% and in the second cycle it increased with an average value 83.5 with a classical completeness percentage of 90%.From the results of this analysis it was concluded that using the Card Sort method could improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Tongkuno, Muna Regency.

The background of this research is that the learning process is still carried out by the teacher, and students tend to be passive. Less conducive learning conditions such as daydreaming students, students are still less active in the learning process. Therefore, the picture and picture learning model is used in achieving optimal learning goals. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors, and the impact of applying the picture and picture learning model on history material for Grade VIII students of SMP Terpadu Abul Faidl Wonodadi Blitar. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and interviews to be analyzed inductively. Research result; (1) The steps of the picture and picture learning model in this study are conveying the competencies achieved, presenting the material as an introduction, the researcher reveals pictures of activities related to the material. The researcher selects students to take turns arranging the pictures into a logical sequence. The researcher asked the reason for the sequencing of the images. researchers build concepts according to the competencies achieved, conclusions, and closing. (2) Supporting factors only require pictures and adhesives. inhibiting factor difficult to find the appropriate image quality. (3) The positive impact of training students' reasoning and memory so as to improve student learning outcomes. negative impacts include, it takes a long time to prepare images, increases expenses, it is difficult to find suitable and good images.

The Effect of the Poster Comment Method on Learning Outcomes of Writing Description of Class V Students of UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang, Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency. This research used pre- experimental design. The research population consisted of students of V UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang , Mangarabombang District, Takalar regency. The research used purposive sampling technique, while the samples in this research were the 5th grade students, which consisted of 21 students. The research instruments were; observation and test of learning outcomes.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

The problem that occurs at TPQ Al Furqon is the lack of teacher competence, especially soft skills. So the teachers at TPQ Al-Furqon Demak need soft skills training to improve their teaching and learning competence. This soft skills training takes the form of public speaking and team work with the aim of learning the Koran to run effectively and efficiently. Apart from that, this training aims to create an atmosphere of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) that is structured, clear and directed according to their respective roles. The approach method used includes the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach including sharing sessions. The activity stages consist of the counseling or material delivery stage, the training practice stage and the training evaluation stage including sharing sessions. This activities result show that teachers understand the importance of public speaking and team work so that teaching and learning activities more interesting and effective.

This study aims to increase teachers' knowledge about the Application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model in learning mathematics so that it can support teachers' skills in preparing PjBL learning tools that motivate student learning. In this PKM activity, training and mentoring are collected in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The instruments used are observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and training modules. Data analysis of this activity is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that training and mentoring activities for the implementation of the PjBL Model make a good contribution to increasing mastery of the material and increasing the ability of teachers to design PjBL learning tools that motivate student learning.

Teachers should master various learning methods to improve students' understanding of the subject. The existence of online learning requires them to be able to convey material well to students without going through face-to-face activities and further explanations. Social media can be used in the learning process because it can save and share videos with students without needing to be downloaded and only requires a strong Internet network. One social media that can be used is Instagram that frequently accessed by students, this application can facilitate relationships with people in one direction or two directions, so it can attract and make it easier for students to access subject matter. In this community service implementation, the team provides training to vocational school’s teachers with lectures and questions and answers related to the use of this social media. As a result, teachers can master the Instagram social media application and understand the various features that are used in video tutorial learning media.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) improvements in education, as well as PAUD teacher inability to effectively use the resources at their disposal despite their simplicity in the classroom. Using active and creative learning approaches, the implementation of learning in STEAM-based PAUD is designed to encourage children's creativity. The method's activities included a pre-test to gauge PAUD teachers' familiarity with the STEAM learning approach, instruction about STEAM resources after that, and training or group practice in creating STEAM-based learning resources. introducing new information, since PAUD teachers did not previously comprehend what STEAM was, They understand now it, and because it combines the five knowledges with basic tools and materials, they can develop it for use as an engaging method of instruction in the future.

Improving teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work is very important. Apart from the fact that teachers are required by regulations to compile scientific work every year at least once, being a competent/professional teacher is a necessity. This PKM aims to improve teacher competence through training activities and mentoring in the preparation of scientific work. The PKM method used is a service learning process: Investigation, Preparation, Action, and Reflection (Pramanik et al., 2021). The subjects of the dedication were the teachers of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. Retrieval of data using interviews, observations, tests and questionnaires. The results of PKM activities show an increase in teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work (preparation of research proposals, preparation of research reports, preparation of research outputs, preparation of teaching materials (books/modules/student worksheets) before and after PKM activities. Participant responses to PKM activities were positive and meaningful and they recommend similar activities in the future.

This article discusses the importance of introducing educational technology in improving the quality of Islamic education. Islamic education has an important role in educating generations who are noble and capable. Educational technology can be utilized to increase the availability of Islamic educational resources. Students have easy access to high-quality and diverse Islamic learning materials through online learning platforms. In addition, educational technology allows for more active interactions between teachers and students. Teachers can assign assignments, submit materials, and provide direct feedback to students, encouraging personalized learning, and focusing on individual student needs. Educational technology also offers opportunities to further develop the professional skills of teachers in Islamic education. Teachers can take advantage of additional learning resources, expand collaborative networks with other teachers, and participate in professional training online. However, when implementing educational technology in Islamic teaching, care must be taken to ensure clear guidelines, adequate support, and a balance between the use of technology and traditional approaches to Islamic learning. The introduction of educational technology can be an effective way to improve the quality of Islamic education to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and able to make a positive contribution to society.

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in madrasahs, guided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regulation (KMA) Number 347 in 2022, offers both advantages and challenges. This policy empowers madrasahs in Indonesia to develop education unit-level curricula that cater to the specific needs and management of education. The advantages of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum lie in its ability to respect and enhance Islamic education. Madrasahs can emphasize religious understanding, Quranic studies, and character education, enabling students to deepen their religious knowledge and strengthen their religious identities. Moreover, the curriculum's flexibility allows madrasahs to tailor educational experiences to the needs, social contexts, and local cultures of their students, making learning more relevant and meaningful. By incorporating practical and contextual subjects, the Merdeka Curriculum facilitates the development of broader skills, equipping students with academic, social, and life skills essential for their holistic growth. However, challenges arise in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Educators need comprehensive training and professional development to effectively design and implement a flexible curriculum. Ensuring consistent education standards across madrasahs is also crucial, as the freedom to determine curricula may result in variations. Integration with the national curriculum is essential to ensure that fundamental subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and general knowledge are adequately covered.

The results of observations, efforts to improve the quality of education, SDIP Haji Muhammad Subandi need tools or media to convey lessons as a substitute for teaching aids, describe an incident, and provide examples. Computers and projectors are only used to display text using Microsoft Word and Power Point application software. Animation, sound and video are never used. Multimedia has many variations in appearance so that learning activities become more interesting, effective and efficient. The development of multimedia technology, one of which is the website, provides many tools for making various media such as images, converters, sound, animation, and video, which can be used to facilitate the creation of multimedia-based learning media. Canva on its website mentions its mission so that people can design and publish anywhere and anytime. This training was held for teachers at SDIP Haji Muhammad Subandi so that teachers have additional knowledge and alternative options for teaching students using Canva's easy-to-use and complete tools..

The research background is the low learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar and is influenced by pedagogic competence and teacher professional competence. The aims of this study were to: 1) The influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 2) The effect of teacher professional competence on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 3) The effect of teacher pedagogic competence and teacher professionalism on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total of 56 respondents. Statistical data processing using SPSS 21.0. The results of the study show that 1) Teacher Pedagogic Competence at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the frequent answers with quite high criteria, however there are indicators that need to be improved, namely training teachers specifically and personally. The results of testing the relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation are included in the moderate correlation category, then there is a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning motivation. 2) The professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the professional answers of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar which is in the answer often with moderate criteria, however there are indicators that must be improved, namely increasing teacher professionalism from various sources. The results of the hypothesis test show that the teacher's professional competence has an effect of 35.1% on students' learning motivation while 64.9% is affected by other factors. Thus the professional competence of teachers has a positive effect on students' learning motivation. 3) The learning motivation of students is generally at a fairly high criterion. However, there are indicators that need to be improved, namely the development of self-students to foster a sense of enthusiasm for success.

In this article, we are introducing a new community engagement initiative that aims to train vocational school teachers in creating impactful learning podcasts. The goal of this training is to equip educators with the necessary skills to develop dynamic audio content that combines visual and textual elements, resulting in interactive learning experiences. Throughout the program, participants will explore scriptwriting, recording techniques, and post-production editing, all while learning how to effectively integrate multimedia components to enhance student engagement and comprehension. By offering practical exercises and expert feedback, this initiative empowers educators to adapt their teaching methods to the digital age, ultimately enhancing the quality of vocational education. This training bridges the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern learning preferences, and promotes an enriched educational environment while nurturing the growth of educators as innovative pedagogical influencers.

SDK Mardiwiyata II Malang like nowadays education institutions has shared the same difficulties using Google Classroom as a learning platform during the pandemic. Some problem identified as follows: parents have confusion on 1) joining the class either using a code or an invitation from the teachers 2) reply the thread announcement 3) accessing the materials 4) submitting the assignments and quizzes 5) communicating using a Google Meet. The results of these training activities indicated that most of the parents can understand the basic features of Google Classroom. These results were obtained from the Google Form of the post-training questionnaire that been responded from 151 respondents.

Housewife with daily activities, usually get difficulties in earning income due to constraints on working outside the home. Stock investment can be one of the solutions. One way to attain maximum profit in ARA stocks with minimal risk can be achieved through transactions in newly listed stocks (IPO) in the market. With accurate and comprehensive analysis, it can be determined whether the IPO prospectus has potential for ARA or ARB. IPO stock transactions also require relatively small capital as the prices offered in IPOs are still very affordable. Through this online training, housewife can engage in remote learning and practice their knowledge. Profit results from IPO stock sales have also been experienced by participants.

The background of this research is because there are problems that have been identified as follows. Teaching staff cannot create new innovations in learning. Teaching staff cannot collaborate on something that can create something interesting in learning. Cannot create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The low use of learning media in the teaching process. In this case, according to the results of interviews with the head of the Ciamis District education office, learning still uses a simple method. So it does not increase student enthusiasm in learning. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on increasing the creativity of educators through competence development based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. The method used is descriptive and verification research methods. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if the training is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Increasing competence has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if competency improvement is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators through increasing competency based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the training is carried out with an increase in competence, then the creativity of the teaching staff will also increase.
