This is due to the limited ability of students to access references, as experienced by students at Muhammadiyah University in Jambi. Publish or Perish (PoP) is an application that can help students find references. Therefore, this service activity is carried out with the aim of providing training to students to improve students' abilities in writing scientific papers through Publish or Perish (PoP). The training activity began with the delivery of material on the importance of using Publish of Perish (PoP) in writing scientific papers. Introduction to the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. Delivery of material with lectures, questions and answers. Then carry out practice in the form of downloading the Publish or Perish (PoP) application on the desktop, installing the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. Operate the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The conclusion from this PKM activity is that the majority of activity participants who are students at Muhammadiyah University of Jambi are able to use the Publish or Perish (PoP) application well.

This article investigates the relationship between trade liberalization and income inequality in developing economies. The aim of this service is to explain the existence of the slang language spoken which is influenced by social media, almost all students use it. This research aims to analyze the influence of slang on the existence of the Indonesian language, with a focus on the case study of students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The use of slang among students has become an increasingly widespread phenomenon, raising questions regarding its impact on the use and maintenance of Indonesian as the country's official language. This research method involves qualitative research analysis using a structured descriptive method on a number of students from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education department at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This research was designed to identify the level of understanding and use of slang and describe the complexity of the dynamics between slang use and maintenance of Indonesian. This research contributes to our understanding of how the slang phenomenon influences the existence of Indonesian in society, especially in Ujung Lamuru village. The implications of this research can provide a basis for designing educational strategies and language awareness that are more effective in maintaining the existence of the Indonesian language in this modern era. Slang can be said to be a certain code that only a group of people know the meaning and purpose of.

The aim of carrying out community service activities is to provide understanding to Kayutanyo village government officials in formulating legal documents that regulate the organizational structure, governance and business activities of BUMDES in accordance with statutory provisions. The implementation method is carried out by observation, coordination and implementation assistance. The results of the implementation of pkm activities related to the preparation of AD/ART can be concluded that to improve the village economy, Kayutanyo village has natural resources that can be utilized to increase village income. The role of BUMDes in managing the village's natural resource potential will influence the growth of village income and improve community welfare. The BUMDes Articles of Association/Regulations are guidelines, rules and regulations for the implementation of BUMDes activities. So the preparation of AD/ART requires good knowledge and understanding.

The aim of providing assistance for the implementation of independent campus learning in the Class 7 Teaching Campus activities is to facilitate and create a discussion space for students who are interested in taking part in the teaching campus program to develop themselves and contribute to changes in the field of education, provide insight and motivation, and train readiness and equip students regarding the contributions that will be carried out in the campus teaching program. The focus of this article is to analyze the results of assistance in the implementation of independent learning at the independent campus in the Class 7 Teaching Campus activities. The service location is at FKIP, Mulawarman University, targeting students of the Physical Education study program class of 2021. The implementation method used is in stages including observation, interviews, socialization and documentation. The implementation of assistance for the implementation of independent independent campus learning in Class 7 Teaching Campus activities was very helpful in delivering the 15 students who passed and contributed to the Class 7 Teaching Campus activities in 2024 according to their placement at target schools that had been determined in the Teaching Campus program.

Learning with Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) is an involved learning process student in a way active good in network nor outside network in reading, writing, doing experiment, and analyze, as well look for solution to the problem social related science environment public.  This study aims to know the effectiveness of the Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) learning model so that can increase ability think level high among students biology education Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Method in study this is correlate ability think critical and solving problem 2 groups student a total of 40 students where is one group totaling 20 students use learning model of Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) and other groups with Project based Learning. Analysis hypothesis using the t test and effect size. Based on application of the Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) model in the classroom experiment experience increase in t test results significant in cycle I and cycle II. Based on the effect size test, the effectiveness of the Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) model is included in category tall with value 3.244 so effectiveness of the Stimulus Environment Problem Solving (SEPS) model on Skills think level tall own category tall.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of the company CV Putra AR Ciamis. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.

Children with multiple disabilities experience more complex limitations because they have two or more types of disabilities. This causes their rights to be neglected, including the right to education. Therefore, the Disability Service Unit of South Tangerang City is present in its role in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities so that child welfare can be realized. This research aims to find out the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the educational rights of children with multiple disabilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected by applying the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the efforts of the South Tangerang City Disability Service Unit in fulfilling the rights of children with multiple disabilities are through providing social service programs in the field of non-formal education through pre-vocational skills. The activities that support it include eco-printing, soap making, cooking, and juice making.

Values of Humanity in the novel “Sang Saudagar” (Genetic Structural Research). Thesis. Jakarta: Master Study Program of Indonesian Education, Post Graduate Study of Muhammadiyah University of Prof. Dr. Hamka Jakarta, 2015. This study aims to find the human values contained in the novel “Sang Saudagar”. To achieve these objectives, this study used theory of text interpretation by the method of content analysis. The technique used in this study is a technique based on the theory of genetic. Research disclosure humanitarian values using qualitative research, the formal text of novel “Sang Saudagar” of Sultan Ali Bumi in the form of words, sentences, and discourse. The results showed that the novel “Sang Saudagar” contains many human values that exemplary by the readers. Human values are: 1) policy, 2) perseverance, 3) compassion, 4) justice, 5) self-control, and 6) quality. Medium of developing human values in the story is through the background story, view of life figuress, the character's mind, character dialogue, action figures and events of the story..    

This study is about the analysis of ontological metaphors in Pink Floyd’s selected songs based on the metaphors theory by Lakoff and Johnson. In Lakoff and Johnson theory, metaphors are divided into structural metaphors, oriental metaphors, and ontological metaphors.The author uses qualitative methods in conducting this research. Researchers focused on written data in the form of scripts from lyrics of Pink Floyd selected songs. The researcher uses Jan Mukarovsky's dynamic structuralism approach. There is a relationship between ontological metaphors, social commentary, and idealism. The purpose of this study is so that people can know the impact of ontological metaphors in songs.  If they are aware, then this will benefit themselves and the people around them. This research concludes that Pink Floyd often uses ontological metaphors to convey their metaphorical expression and idealism. From this ontological metaphor in Pink Floyd's selected songs, there are plots, characters, themes, and points of view that can be analyzed.

Community creative economic empowerment plays an important role in improving welfare, preventing stunting, and enabling the development of creative potential and the uniqueness of local culture. The MAMAH TING-TING counselling and cooking demonstration in Sidorejo Village focused on delivering information on the prevention of wasting and stunting through the utilisation of local food, with interaction of question and answer sessions and quizzes, as well as the practice of making corn pudding as a High Calorie High Protein (TKTP) menu for the prevention of stunting in children, attended by 30 out of 40 invited PKK members. The MAMAH TING-TING counselling and cooking demonstration have successfully delivered important information about wasting and stunting prevention to the community, especially the PKK women of Sidorejo Village. Through a comprehensive explanation of the meaning, differences, causal factors, impacts, prevention and control of wasting and stunting, as well as a cooking demonstration of corn pudding as an example of a TKTP menu, participants are expected to better understand the importance of nutritious food consumption in preventing stunting in children. The interaction of question and answer sessions and quizzes have also contributed to ensuring participants' understanding of the material presented.

Each subsector has an important role in economic growth and development of the country. Industry plays an important role in meeting society's needs, creating jobs, increasing national income, and encouraging innovation. Small and Medium Industries (IKM) consist of small and medium enterprises operating in various sectors. SMEs make an important contribution in creating jobs, local economic growth and national industrial development. The government has paid great attention to the development of MSMEs through various programs and policies, as well as support from the private sector and financial institutions.    

OZ Radio Jakarta has a weekly program called UNPOP (Unpopular Opinion). The presence of the UNPOP program in the last few months has been able to attract the attention of the public as well as making OZ Radio Jakarta in the top 3 favorite radio stations in Jakarta after Prambors and Mustang FM. Because in this program the broadcaster has a unique way of conveying information. The broadcaster presented his program in a more relaxed manner, seemed familiar, but was able to control his listeners. Therefore, this research aims to determine the role of broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques on the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program in attracting the interest of listeners. In this research, researchers used Broadcaster Role Theory and Broadcast Engineering Theory. This research includes qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were through in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation at OZ Radio Jakarta. The results of this research show that the roles used by the broadcasters of the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program include five aspects, namely the role of involving listeners (interactive), the role of speaking rather than speaking, the role of maximizing body expression, the role of a radio showcase and the role of a good listener. This research also found that the selection of broadcast techniques in the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program predominantly uses Ad Libitum broadcast techniques, however there are several situations that require broadcasters to use script reading broadcast techniques such as doing Ad Libs or important information that cannot be improvised.

The implementation of socialisation of vigilance and safety of road users at level crossings is an effort to increase public awareness of the importance of safe driving. This socialisation aims to provide road users with an understanding of driving safety at level crossings to avoid accidents. This socialisation was carried out by the KKN UNS 76 Team in collaboration with KAI, the Police, and the Klaten District Transportation Office. The method of this activity is socialisation by directly giving appeals to the target at the location. The result of this programme was an increase in awareness of driving safety for road users, especially at level crossings, with a reduction in the frequency of traffic violations by road users at level crossings between before and after the socialisation.

Human Resources is able to produce quality performance in a firm. To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. This topic has 47 respondents, employing sample collection technique is saturated sample research. Data collecting approaches using a questionnaire and Interviews. Data analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of this study can be stated that the factors of communication and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance variable. The two communication factors have a significant but not significant effect on performance, while the work discipline variable has a significant effect. performance. And the results of the study also suggest that one of the variables has a more significant influence, namely the work discipline variable

Software Modeling is a scientific discipline for studying forms of software modeling that are used as part of the software development stages in a structured and object-oriented manner. This software engineering modeling is presented in Requirements Analysis and described using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a visual modeling method used as a means of designing object-oriented systems. UML diagrams that are often used are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Statemachine Diagrams and Component Diagrams. There are several applications that support UML creation, one of which is Draw.io. Draw.io is a website specifically designed for depicting UML diagrams online. It has a very responsive display and is integrated with Google's file storage service, namely Google Drive, so draw.io is an alternative for creating UML diagrams in a shorter time. On this basis, in the Community Service (PkM) program activities on this occasion, UML creation activities were carried out using the draw.io application and assistance in using UML in analyzing needs is one of the right solutions for solving problems in order to expand knowledge, simplify and improve the quality of education. and will overcome problems, time and socio-economic
