This study examines the impact of differentiated learning models in inclusive educational settings, focusing on their effect on student participation, motivation, and academic performance. Differentiated instruction (DI) adapts content, teaching methods, and assessments to meet the diverse learning styles, interests, and abilities of students. Using a mixed methods approach, the research combines quantitative and qualitative data to explore how DI influences engagement and academic outcomes in diverse classrooms. The findings show that DI significantly increased student participation, as lessons tailored to individual strengths encouraged more active involvement. Motivation also improved, with students displaying higher intrinsic motivation when engaging with relevant material at their own pace. Additionally, academic performance improved, especially for students who had struggled with traditional teaching methods. These results suggest that DI is an effective strategy for inclusive education, particularly for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The study emphasizes the importance of teacher training and ongoing professional development for successful DI implementation. The implications are significant for global educational settings, where classrooms are becoming more diverse. By adopting differentiated strategies, educators can create more equitable and inclusive learning experiences. Future research should explore the long-term effects of DI in various cultural and educational contexts.

This study explores the relationship between digital literacy and student engagement in language education. With the increasing integration of technology in modern education, digital literacy has become a fundamental skill, influencing various aspects of academic participation. The research employs a correlational design and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the impact of digital literacy on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement in language learning. The findings suggest that students with higher levels of digital literacy demonstrate greater cognitive engagement, including improved critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, digital literacy was found to positively influence behavioral engagement, such as increased participation, effort, and persistence in learning tasks. Furthermore, emotional engagement, measured by students' enjoyment, interest, and sense of belonging, was strongly associated with digital literacy. This study highlights the critical role of digital literacy in fostering deeper engagement and improving overall learning outcomes in language education. Implications for practice include the integration of digital literacy skills into language curricula, with educators encouraged to incorporate digital tools to enhance engagement. The study also calls for further research to examine the long-term effects of digital literacy on academic performance and to explore the potential disparities in digital literacy levels across different student populations. As educational technology continues to evolve, understanding its impact on student engagement remains essential for developing effective teaching practices that meet the needs of contemporary learners.

This research was conducted as a response to students' low interest in learning in English subjects at Al Amin Islamic Middle School, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. Several factors that cause this low interest include the lack of attractiveness of the material, monotonous teaching methods, and the lack of connection between English language material and students' daily lives. The impact is a decrease in students' interest in these subjects, which can affect their interest in learning. In an effort to increase students' interest in learning, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is used, where the teacher gives students ample opportunities to determine problem topics that are relevant to the learning material, even though the teacher has prepared the material that will be discussed in the lesson. The learning process is focused on students' abilities to solve problems systematically and logistically. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Through observation, interviews and documentation, the research results show that the application of the PBL learning model at Al Amin Islamic Middle School, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency can increase students' interest in learning. English teachers who use the PBL model get good responses from students, where students are active in the teaching and learning process, ask questions actively, and are able to answer questions well and appropriately during discussions. The PBL learning model also encourages students to be more diligent in doing their assignments and provides high motivation to learn. Education has a major role in the process of forming the character, ethics and morals of Gen-Z or the current generation. The subject that reflects several Islamic values is Fiqh. Students' understanding or interest in Fiqh subjects is still not optimal. So it is necessary to apply effective learning methods to increase student understanding. The demonstration method is one approach that is very suitable for achieving this goal. Because, students have the opportunity to see firsthand how the concepts in Fiqh can be applied in worship as well as everyday life . The process begins with a planning stage carried out with the teacher to identify various fiqh concepts that are confusing and often difficult for students to understand. Then there is a live demonstration where students actively participate in learning through observation and asking questions. Then the data was collected through interviews and observations of students, and qualitative analysis was carried out. Implementation will be greatly supported by the presence of materials or tools such as printed Fiqh of Worship books, visual presentation tools, animated videos and other multimedia support, while the instruments are still guided by interviews and observations . The demonstration method makes an important contribution to the development of students in critical thinking and solving problems, developing ethics and understanding related to worship in Fiqh. By formulating solutions, the ability to analyze problems, and also make ethical decisions. The right step in improving the development of the quality of Islamic religious education in the field of Fiqh in the context of worship is to use the demonstration method, because in this method, students will easily understand several concepts of worship in Fiqh by being more involved in learning and better.

One of the causes of this is due to the teacher's lack of ability to create interesting teaching aids, so that in the learning process students are less active and enthusiastic following ongoing learning. To overcome students' learning difficulties, PAKIN (Indonesian diversity board) is used so that students can be actively involved in learning. The approach or method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is a research model that seeks something to connect the research process to the process of social change. This method aims to produce relevant knowledge. This activity was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Tualang Cut, Kab. Aceh Tamiang.
