This research explores the role of the church as an agent of social change by applying the principles contained in Jesus' political manifesto. In the context of increasing social injustice, the church is expected not only to function as a place of worship, but also as an entity that is active in empowering society. Through a theological and praxis approach, this study analyses how the teachings of Jesus can be implemented in concrete actions to address issues of injustice, such as poverty, discrimination and inequality. Using a qualitative method, this research collected data through interviews and case studies in various church communities that have successfully carried out social transformation. The results show that the application of these principles not only improves the quality of life of congregation members, but also strengthens solidarity and social care in the community. The findings are expected to provide new insights for churches in formulating more effective and relevant ministry strategies to address social challenges in the modern era.

Decoction water betel leaf is a traditional Balinese medicine containing the active compound hydroxychavikol, has antioxidant and antidyslipemic activity. From the results of the study it was reported that decoction water of betel leaf contains the active compound hydroxycavicol (HC). The active compound hiroksikavikol has activity as an antioxidant and antidyslipidemia. As an anti-oxidant, it can scavenge ROS and inhibit the activity of free radicals. As an antidyslipidemia, it can normalize lipid metabolism by lowering total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL and VLDL levels and increasing blood serum HDL levels. Oxidative stress and dyslipidemia are major risk factors for heart disease caused by atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is the occurrence of plaque formation in the lumen of blood vessels triggered by oxidative stress through endothelial cell dysfunction, inflammation and lipid peroxidation. Oxidative stress causes endothelial cell dysfunction, increased contractility, VSMC growth, monocyte invasion and lipid peroxidation, inflammation and increased deposition of extracellular protein matrix. Based on these things, it was concluded that HC loloh boiled water of betel leaf has antioxidant and antidyslipidemic activity to prevent heart disease.

B lymphocyte cells and T lymphocyte cells are two important types of cells in the human body's immune system. B Lymphocyte cells are responsible for producing antibodies that identify and help eliminate pathogens, such as bacteria and viruses. They also play a role in the adaptive immune response and can become memory cells, allowing the body to respond more quickly if exposed to the same pathogen in the future. T lymphocytes on the other hand, function in the recognition and destruction of cells infected by viruses as well as in regulating the immune response. T cells can be divided into several subtypes, including cytotoxic T cells, which directly destroy infected cells, and helper T cells, which help coordinate the immune response by secreting cytokines. These two types of cells work together to provide effective protection against infection and contribute to immunological memory, which is important for long-term immunity

Childbirth causes pain due to shortening of the uterine muscles. Normal childbirth occurs because of pain, which is an important part of labor. During labor, pain can influence uterine contractions through the secretion of catecholamines and cortisol. It improves the function of the sympathetic nervous system, changing blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, and length of labor. The aim of this research is to find out how warm compresses impact how severe the pain of labor during the first active phase is. This research design is pre-experimental with a one group pre test and post test design. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth at BPM Nursehan Dahliana Birayang (Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province), using an accidental sampling technique and a sample size of 30 respondents was obtained. A warm compress is placed on the lower abdomen using a hot bladder. Data analysis used the Paired T - test. Based on the research results obtained, the average pain score before treatment was 8.13 and the average pain score after treatment was 4.66. The results of statistical analysis of tests of differences in pain intensity before and after treatment showed significant differences (p=0.000; 95% CI -3.900-(-3.031). The conclusion of this study is: warm compresses can reduce the intensity of labor pain in the active phase of the first stage. Warm compresses can be used as a way to reduce the intensity of labor pain.

Sleep disorders such as insomnia are health problems that have a serious impact on quality of life. This research aims to design and build a brain wave stimulator based on Audio Visual Stimulation (AVS) as a non-invasive solution to help improve sleep quality. It utilizes a synchronized combination of light and sound, controlled by an Arduino NANO microcontroller, and supported by a DFPlayer Mini module, speakers, and blue LEDs as a stimulation medium. The research methods used are applied research with observation stages, literature studies, system design, tool implementation, and function testing. Functional tests were performed five times in a span of 15 minutes after the device was activated. The results of the voltage measurement on each component also show that the performance of the tool is within normal limits according to the datasheet. Thus, this tool successfully functions as designed and has the potential to be a viable solution to improve sleep quality.

Human breathing involves a process that brings oxygen from the outside air to body tissues and expels carbon dioxide from the lungs. This mechanism is characterized by decreased inspiratory pressure, reduced minute ventilation, and increased tension in the respiratory muscles. So that breathing for humans is very important, in certain conditions, the respiratory tract can be disrupted and cause various symptoms, one of the respiratory disorders is pneumothorax. Pneumothorax is the presence of air in the pleural cavity. This can cause problems with ventilation, oxygen supply, or both. When these symptoms occur in the absence of lung trauma or obvious pathology, the patient is said to have primary spontaneous pneumothorax. If the pneumothorax is accompanied by complications or the presence of pulmonary disease, the prognosis of the disease will be worse and treatment will be more difficult. One of the actions in pneumothorax cases is physiotherapy rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether physiotherapy intervention can reduce complaints in pneumothorax patients. .  Patients are given exercise therapy in the form of pursed lip breathing, thoracic expansion exercise and gentle massage. From the therapy given as much as 3x therapy, the results were obtained in the form of decreased shortness of breath, increased thoracic expansion and increased functional activity.

Nowadays, women do a lot of housework, reflecting a major shift in gender roles. In the past, women were more focused on family duties in patriarchal societies. However, today women also contribute to the professional world, often becoming the backbone of the family. The purpose of writing this article is to find out about the role of women who work hard in the family to meet family needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study to explore feminist theories and related literature that discuss the role of women in the family. The results of the study show that the role of women in the family has now developed into more than just a housewife; they also function as double workers who contribute to the family economy, both in the formal and informal sectors. Although involved in financial decision-making and earning a living, women often face challenges in balancing careers and household responsibilities, which can cause stress and fatigue. Therefore, it is important to have fairness in the division of tasks so that women can focus on their careers without being burdened by domestic responsibilities, while also being a role model for future generations in teaching the values of gender equality and the importance of collaboration in the family.

To deal with the environmental crisis, greening is an environmental conservation strategy. The concept of greening is needed because regional conditions are developing and the function of space is changing for development. Apart from playing an important role in preserving the environment, humans also have a responsibility to exploit environmental wealth for the ecosystem's survival. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method builds community commitment to reforestation efforts to preserve the environment. The result is that the climate becomes fresher, healthier, and cooler, nature becomes maintained and clean, and people learn more about greening through planting tree seedlings. Reviving natural aesthetics, using trees as air fresheners, and reducing flooding are the goals of this service initiative.
