The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate, develop efficient business strategies, and regularly monitor the relationship between operational costs and profitability.

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

Palembang Songket Cloth is one of the cultural works of South Sumatra which is included in the list of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage. As the era of songket cloth has developed into a profitable business opportunity, and marketing strategy is the most important factor in business because this is what determines everything, the increasing competition in the business world means that all business actors must be able to think creatively and innovatively to attract consumer interest. Therefore, the author is looking for marketing strategies for songket cloth in South Sumatra, one of which is located at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. Based on the results of Griya Kain Tuan Kentang Palembang's research in the field directly with the people involved as well as observing aspects of the product, location, advertising, price, process, physical evidence, it can be concluded that it is functioning or running well. And the author suggests that Griya Kain Tuan Kentang needs to innovate or initiate so that it is more widely known by consumers, for example participating in events such as exhibitions and markets.

The logo serves as a visual representation encapsulating the essence and unique characteristics of the orphanage, creating a first impression that can shape a positive perception of the institution. More than just a personal expression, the importance lies in the observer's perception and response, making it the primary focus in the visual communication design process. The success of a design is determined by its ability to effectively communicate ideas, stories, or information to the observer or targeted audience. Therefore, alignment between the intended message and the observer's perspective and understanding becomes the key to success in visual communication design. With a well-crafted design, the logo can establish an emotional connection with stakeholders, build trust, and enhance the appeal of the orphanage in the eyes of the public.  

Bina Desa is a form of community service carried out by students by plunging directly into the community environment so that students learn to socialize and know the problems faced in the environment, the PKKM Bina Desa Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems faced by the community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from August 21 - November 24, 2023, One of the work programs that I worked on was a visual identity design and branding program for Penanggungan village MSMEs, The problem experienced by owners and managers of MSMEs in Penanggungan village is the lack of education about the importance of visual identity and branding in their snack products, so that they have not been able to reach markets outside their regional area. Therefore, this visual identity and branding design program is sought to help MSMEs so that they can be better able to develop their products in a more organized manner and can reach a larger market in the future. This program has been completed on time and pursued as best as possible.  

This scientific work assignment discusses legal policies in optimizing local original income in the city of Pekanbaru. This research aims to explore an in-depth understanding of the role of legal policy in increasing local revenue in the region. In this study, an analysis of the applicable rules and regulations and their impact on potential regional financial revenues was carried out. The research methodology used includes document analysis, interviews, and comparative studies with similar cities. The results of this research can provide a clearer view of the importance of legal policy in supporting regional economic growth and provide recommendations for further improvement. It is hoped that this research will be an important contribution to the practical and academic understanding of this issue in the Pekanbaru city.

This study aims to assess the challenges faced in implementing the Social Sciences (IPS) curriculum in the era of globalization. Employing a literature review methodology, it gathers and analyzes data from academic publications, educational policy reports, and case studies related to the IPS curriculum. The findings suggest that the current IPS curriculum needs to integrate contemporary global issues and utilize educational technology to enhance student engagement and understanding. The study also identifies an urgent need for teacher professional development to teach methods that meet the needs of 21st-century students. Furthermore, the study recommends strategies to strengthen students' critical and analytical skills in responding to global dynamics. The main conclusions emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing an adaptive and sustainable curriculum.

The influence of digital media is growing rapidly and influencing the lives of Christian families. The development of digital media has an impact on Christian families. Families have challenges in dealing with this situation. So Christian families need to rebuild a foundation that is able to meet the demands of the times and is in accordance with God's teachings. Building an attitude of love that can answer the needs of the times and is in line with God's teachings. The love that is built in a Christian family is Agape love. Agape love means total love, identified with God's love for His creation. An attitude of love is important for Christian families in everyday life. This article focuses on efforts to build an attitude of love in Christian families and the importance of an attitude of love for Christian families in the digital era. The implication of this research is to guide Christian families in using social media and technology responsibly. This includes monitoring the content consumed and maintaining Christian values ​​in interactions. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The data used in this article is secondary data from various sources such as books, articles and journals. Based on the research results, it was found that an attitude of love helps Christian families to maintain integrity and harmony in the digital era with healthy communication, using devices or applications that support togetherness and technology as a means of strengthening the quality of family relationships.

Catechesis is the process of faith formation conducted by the Church to assist the faithful in understanding and living the Catholic faith. To design accurate contextual catechesis, catechists need to understand the needs and context of the society. In this regard, social analysis plays an important role in designing contextual catechesis. Social analysis is the process of collecting and analyzing data about society. This article focuses on the role of catechists in optimizing social analysis to design accurate contextual catechesis. The purpose of this article is to explain the role of catechists in optimizing social analysis, as well as the importance of social analysis for contextual catechesis. The issue in this article is how catechists can optimize social analysis to design accurate contextual catechesis. The implication of this study is that catechists need to have a good understanding of social analysis and how to optimize it in designing contextual catechesis. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The data used in this article is secondary data from various sources, such as books, articles, and journals. Based on the research results, it was found that catechists have an important role in optimizing social analysis to design accurate contextual catechesis. Social analysis is important in designing contextual catechesis because it can help catechists understand the needs and context of society, design relevant and effective catechesis, and improve the quality of catechesis.

This research discusses the importance of developing effective contextual catechesis methods for prospective catechist students, especially in facing modern challenges involving social change, technology and contemporary moral issues. The focus of the research is to understand the integration of these aspects into religious teaching approaches to prepare students to apply religious values ​​in their daily lives. Spiritual challenges in the modern world, including clericalism and restrictions on the scope of catechists, require innovative and adaptive responses in learning and preaching approaches. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study to investigate relevant literature. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a theoretical and practical basis for religious educators, enabling prospective catechist students to integrate religious teachings with the context of their lives. Thus, this research contributes to developing catechesis methods that are responsive to changing times, preparing the younger generation to face spiritual challenges wisely in the ever-changing modern era.

But not infrequently, companies that still do not pay attention to the work stress of their employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the work stress of employees at PT. Bank X Tbk Tanah Abang Branch Office which includes factors that cause work stress, the impact of work stress, and effective stress management strategies for employees of PT. Bank X Tbk Tanah Abang Branch Office. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely primary and secondary data, and used sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. The results showed that employees of PT. Bank X Tbk Tanah Abang Branch Office which experiences work stress is caused by various factors and has an impact on employee performance and productivity as well as physical and mental health.

This paper aims to find out the process of managing export and import documents by PT Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch, the process starts from before the arrival of the ship to the port of Belawan, the agent has prepared the documents needed by the ship in loading and unloading activities. The data collection method used by the author in writing this paper is the field observation method (field research) and the library method (library research) to find out more closely how the company PT. Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch in carrying out export and import document management activities. The problems faced in the process of managing export and import documents are frequent quantity differences that cause revisions to documents. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in the management of export and import documents is needed for the smooth service of handling export and import documents

Several countries have made efforts to increase investment within the framework of their economic policies, as one way to encourage the process of strengthening the economy (Jati, 2012). Over the last decade, investment has not only become an important need for a country to advance its economic development but is also the most important means of developing industry. The research method used in this journal is qualitative. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the factors influencing traditional markets and their impact on society and the economy. In this research, the author uses descriptive analysis to explain the conditions of traditional markets and the impact of changes in consumer preferences and the shift in people's shopping places to modern shopping centers. Indonesia has decided to become a member of both regional and world trade, such as: GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), AFTA (Asean Free Trade Area), APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) and WTO (Word Trade Organization). Indonesia has become a member of regional and world trade, so at the same time, Indonesia has become part of the global community and trade liberalization. Basically, liberalization creates an era of global trade that is free of borders, protection and barriers. This also increases trade competition between economic actors. The challenges of traditional markets in facing the impact of globalization and trade liberalization are characterized by the flow of investment into Indonesia from one most profitable region to another in all investment sectors. This phenomenon makes capital investment or investment a demand to meet the needs of a country, company and society, for example by investing in the modern retail industry (modern markets), such as: supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets.

Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas  

Management and utilization of community plastic waste at TPS is one of the efforts to lessen the bad effect of plastic waste at the environment. This observe goals to determine the management and utilization activities of network plastic waste at TPS. This studies uses qualitative studies strategies with a case have a look at technique. The object of research is: TPS Jl. Ambil no 83 kelurahan Sidorejo hilir kec Medan tembung. TPA Air Terjun Di Medan Marelan kelurahan bandar selamat. Bank sampah karya mitra jl. Datuk kabu, bandar klippa, kec. Percut Sei Tuan, kabupaten Deli Serdang. The results showed that the management and utilization of community plastic waste at the TPS was still not optimal. Plastic waste management activities at TPS are only limited to collection and transportation to the landfill. Plastic waste utilization activities at TPS have not been carried out optimally. Some factors that hinder the management and utilization of community plastic waste at TPS include: Lack of public awareness about the importance of managing and utilizing plastic waste waste; Lack of support from the government and private parties; Lack of facilities and infrastructure for managing and utilizing plastic waste waste. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to: Increase public awareness about the importance of plastic waste management and utilization; Increase support from the government and the private sector; Improve facilities and infrastructure for the management and utilization of plastic waste waste.

Regular and effective maintenance at Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin is very important to maintain the performance and reliability of the system. However, the maintenance process is often still carried out manually or using less efficient methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based ARFF maintenance application that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process. From the results of research on the development of the Web-based Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport Maintenance Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (Arff) application, conclusions can be drawn in the form of making it easier for officers/admins to search and present actual information. Makes it easier to create monthly or annual reports that include all reports that can be done efficiently. 

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.
