Community Service activities are carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency with the target of understanding about Harmonization of Industrial Relations to the Development of Industrial Technology. The main purpose of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge about the harmonization of industrial relations to the development of industrial technology in Mojowatesrejo Village. In order to obtain and support a conducive working atmosphere working together to build productive partnerships. Therefore, socialization carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to do. The other objectives include to provide understanding to be able to build a good and appropriate communication with the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Provide an understanding of the importance of improving morale and discipline for employees because of digitalization and its impact on employment. Provide understanding to avoid all forms of industrial conflict to ensure industrial peace by providing a better standard of living and working for workers, namely legal intelligence in responding to the industrial revolution 4.0.

Bookkeeping administration is an important aspect in waste bank activities because it has the benefit of recording and carrying out complete and detailed reporting within a certain time period, so that there are no differences in calculations between customers and the Waste Bank management. The importance of bookkeeping administration in managing the Waste Bank (recording the entry and exit of each type of waste managed by the Waste Bank), can help optimize waste management and increase the effectiveness of waste management. Simple bookkeeping (in the form of Socialization) was introduced in the transaction cycle at the Bank Sampah "Sami Berkah", Kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Semarang (making a Chart of Account, Journal from proof of transactions, posting to the ledger and subsidiary books, up to making Financial Reports). The administrative management of the Bank Sampah Sami Berkah has met the minimum requirements of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, starting from books, officers, waste reception schedules, until the waste deposited has been sorted by customers/members. Likewise, the duties and responsibilities of waste bank management officers are in accordance with the job and description of the organizational structure. The proposed use of the information system at the "Sami Berkah" Waste Bank is the use of an Android-based application or web system (mobile web access) in order to accommodate the need for faster and easier information access for customers/Members and Waste Bank managers, as well as being able to overcome the Bank's operational problems. Waste starts from customer registration, savings transaction processes to reporting, efficiently and with integrity. and easy to manage by admins and monitored by users directly.

Family plays a strategic role as a source of aspiration for its members in shaping human resource quality and sustainable social development. However, various challenges remain, including limited understanding of the importance of emotional support, harmonious communication, and educational roles within the family. This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of the family’s role as a source of aspiration for family members in Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. A participatory approach was employed through socialization activities, interactive presentations, group discussions, and the development of informational media. The results indicate an improvement in community awareness and understanding of the importance of harmonious families, reflected in initial changes in attitudes and behaviors, increased support for family members’ education, and the emergence of community leaders and youth as local change agents. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the family’s role in human resource development, contributing to the potential for sustainable social transformation.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the services of the population and civil registration offices towards ownership of identity cards, family cards and birth certificates for citizens of North Central Timor District. This research method is empirical juridical legal research, which is field research that examines the applicable legal provisions and the reality that occurs in the community. The aspects to be researched in this research are conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the service of DISDUKCAPIL TTU Regency was good enough, so that there was an increase in residents who wanted to take care of population documents, by looking at indicators of the five dimensions of public services, namely Tangible (Physical Evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Factors that hinder, namely: public awareness, distance, power outages resulting in disrupted networks, damage to tools/machines. Efforts of DISDUKCAPIL TTU Regency; conducting socialization related to the importance of ownership of population documents, conducting online ball pick-up activities, providing special services to people with disabilities, coordinating with parties related to public services to be able to get services from DISDUKCAPIL.

Introduction: International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) is an official international document issued by the Port Health Office as the agency with authority to prevent the entry and exit of infectious diseases from Indonesia to other countries or vice versa, as proof that a person has received certain vaccinations. Socialization is a social process where an individual develops attitudes to behave in accordance with the behavior of the people around him. In filling out and giving the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) the skills of polyclinic nurses at the Haji Hospital Jakarta are needed. For this reason, researchers see the need to hold a socialization of operational standards for filling out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) regarding the ability of nurses to fill out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital Polyclinic in 2023. Objective: This research is to determine the ability of nurses to fill out International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) in accordance with the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) Standard Operational Procedures Research Method: This method uses a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest design type. Data collection methods include the use of observation sheets to measure nurses' abilities before and after the intervention. Socialization of Standard Operational Procedures for Filling Out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV). This study aims to assess the influence of Socialization of Standard Operational Procedures for Filling Out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) on Nurses' Ability to Fill Out International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital Polyclinic in 2023. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the p value obtained was p 0.001<0.05, meaning there was a significant difference or influence between the abilities of nurses after carrying out the Socialization Standards. Operational Procedures for Completing the International Vaccination Certificate (ICV). Conclusion: The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence of the socialization of standard operational procedures for filling out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) on the ability of nurses to fill out the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) in the polyclinic at Haji Hospital Jakarta.

The aim of this research is to find out the role and function of the Court of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in dealing with violations of the council's code of ethics. This research approach was carried out using a normative approach. From this research it can be seen that the role of the Council's Honorary Court in upholding the DPR's code of ethics is carried out through prevention and enforcement efforts. Prevention efforts are carried out in various stages, namely socialization, training, sending circulars and providing recommendations, or other methods determined by the Honorary Court Council.

This article discusses the implementation of the Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development Policy in the City of Bogor. This research aims to describe the implementation of HI PAUD policies in Bogor City. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the Policy Implementation theory according to George C. Edward III, in which there are four indicators to assess the success of a policy, namely (1) Communication, communication has been carried out, but has not been optimal because socialization has not been carried out thoroughly to every PAUD unit; (2) Resources, in terms of the quantity of human resources, are inadequate, causing the delivery of information to be less effective, the limited budget means that the Bogor City Education Office only helps a little in terms of facilities for PAUD units; (3) Disposition, the officers have the knowledge and ability as a form of commitment in implementing the HI PAUD policy, but incentives cannot be given to PAUD Unit managers due to budget limitations; (4) Bureaucratic structure, in implementing HI PAUD policies, implementers only refer to applicable regulations and make adjustments to the conditions of each school. The suggestion from this research is that socialization must be carried out massively, it would be better for the Bogor City Education Office to add personnel, maximize the use of social media and provide incentives to PAUD unit managers.

After Government Regulation (PP) No.71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards (SAP) and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) No.64 of 2013 were issued, Article 10 paragraph (2) states that every regional government is obliged to provide accurate financial reports and accurate according to the provisions in effect starting in the 2015 fiscal year, if they use accrual-based SAP. The purpose of this research is to find out how the presentation of financial reports is carried out and how ready the district government is. Sei Balai to present accrual-based SAP financial reports. Data was collected through field studies and analyzed using descriptive methods. Data was collected through field research. The research results show that the government of Kec. Sei Balai has not implemented the PP. No.71 of 2010, but is in accordance with PP. No.24 of 2005, which means using the cash basis for accruals. Apart from that, there are obstacles in preparation because it requires an increase in the number and quality of implementing human resources with appropriate accounting education, socialization, and technical guidance to produce reliable and transparent financial reports. There is a shortage of implementing human resources in each SKPD and supporting equipment is not yet ready.

The duties and functions of a lecturer are to implement the Tri Darma of Higher Education which consists of teaching and education, research and community service. Community service is intended to participate in advancing community welfare and making the nation's life smarter. For this purpose, community empowerment is carried out through training in basic welding techniques to provide skills for people who have dropped out of school and employees who have been laid off by the Company due to being hit by the economic crisis as a consequence of the spread of Covid-19 globally and having a broad impact on various aspects of human life. The basic welding techniques training activity began with a socialization and discussion session together with educational and community leaders in Patekke Village, South Makale District. The results of the discussion are part of an analysis of situations and phenomena in society in general and for former of PT Malea Energy workers in particular. This training activity aims to provide training participants with skills and competencies so that they can work independently to activate and run the economic activities again. Training materials related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Industrial Materials, work facilities and equipment, and working drawings. The benefit of training is increasing HR capacity to increase productivity which is expected to improve the family's economic performance.

The marketing process in Islamic economics must be implemented correctly, and in accordance with sharia principles. In distributing products, it must be evenly distributed so that all people can enjoy the product. This research is about e-marketing analysis in increasing sales on shopping applications. The purpose of this research is to find out how marketing strategies increase sales on the Belanjo application. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques.The research results show the marketing mix strategy implemented by Belanjo to increase sales, including product availability, price, promotion and place. Supporting and inhibiting factors for the marketing mix strategy implemented by Belanjo in increasing sales, including supporting, conducting socialization and collaboration and increasing employee skills and knowledge. obstacles, low consumer buying interest and the marketing area for chips is still limited. Cross-sector land registration is land registration with subsidized assistance for low- income people who work in small and medium enterprises, SMEs, agriculture, fishermen, and fish farmers, in this case financing land rights certification services at the land office. That is how the issue is stated. (1) How Kupang City should go about implementing cross-sector land registration. (2) What are the challenges facing Kupang City in adopting cross-sector land registration? (3) How may cross-sector land registration be implemented in Kupang City? Empirical research is the methodology employed, and data is gathered through a literature review and interviewing 20 respondents. The findings of the study demonstrate (1) Kupang City's cross-sector land registration implementation procedure. Cross-sector land registration is implemented sporadically, making it a cross-sectoral process. sector comes before the gathering of legal data. (2) Obstacles to the implementation of cross-sector land registration in Kupang City include many incomplete documents, absences during the socialization of land title certificates, and problems with the applicant's land. (3) The solution to the obstacles to implementing cross-sector land registration is that the land authorities carry out monitoring and evaluation every week From the onset to the conclusion of the cross-sector implementation, and the community participates more in cross- sector implementation activities. This research has led to the following conclusions: (1) cross-sector land registration implementation Planning, negotiation, team building, gathering legal data, certification, and reporting are the phases of implementation that will take place in Kupang City based on the decision made by the head of the Kupang City Land Office. (2) Barriers to the implementation of cross-sector land registration In Kupang City, obstacles occur internally and externally, internal land parties must build relationships with related agencies and externally there are still many incomplete files, lack of community participation and land problems. (3) How to get around roadblocks in the way of Kupang's cross-sector land registration implementation; how to have officers be more proactive in reaching out to pertinent agencies and supplying information about cross-sector land registration.

Particularly in the Mena deanery of North Central Timor, a culturally diverse and pivotal area, STP St. Peter's efforts aimed to align pastoral agents with this renewed vision. The collaborative educational approach underscores the importance of education, economic prosperity, and synodal collaboration as church success cornerstones. This strategy fosters a uniform approach across the diocese, encouraging ecological farming initiatives for sustainable development, and dynamic evangelization. The ultimate goal is fostering a community that progresses in intelligence and prosperity, in harmony with the Church's evolving vision and mission.

Background: Hypertension is the number one cause of death in the world every year because it causes complex cardiovascular problems. Semarang City Department's 2023 health profile data shows the number of hypertension is 24,949. Practicing holding a handgrip is a non-pharmacological therapy for treating hypertension because it stabilizes blood pressure and heart rate. Many combination therapies are used, including combining handgrip exercises with sound waves. Natural sounds will stimulate the hypothalamus, resulting in a feeling of calm and have an effect on the blood pressure regulation mechanism. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were clients who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Sekaran Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument uses a digital spygmomanometer and SOP for action. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps in the preparation stage are literature study, field survey, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds, expert review, and socialization of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds to clients and families. The implementation stage is carried out by collecting data on clients registered at the Sekaran Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spygmomanometer, implementing actions according to the prepared SOP, observing implementation using an observation sheet. In the data processing stage, a Paired Sample T-test was carried out to assess the effect of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for this combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds is level 2. The research results showed that 91.67% of respondents experienced an average reduction in systolic blood pressure of 10.69 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of 6.11 mmHg. Based on the Paired Sample T-test, the results obtained were 0.000 for the systolic value and 0.001 for the diastolic value, both of which were smaller than the p value of 0.05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. The results of this research can be input for related parties to implement a combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds as non-pharmacological therapy for hypertension sufferers.

Community Service Program (PkM) for FKIP students at HKBP Nommensen University in Medan together with the team carried out Adaptive Technology activities to support the implementation of digital learning and numeracy literacy at Deli Murni Private High School. Technology adaptation refers to the process by which an identity, whether an individual, organization, or system, integrates and changes the way they operate or interact with new technology or innovation. Technology will affect the education system in Indonesia, one of which is schools with literacy and numeracy limitations. Numeracy literacy is the fundamental ability to understand, use and apply mathematical concepts in everyday situations. The method of implementing activities is carried out in the stages of survey, socialization, learning, evaluation and documentation. The results of activities carrying out administrative tasks at school using technology such as laptops and computers, completing various files through the school dapodik book, dividing teams, we carry out activities according to school needs including helping guidance and counseling teachers every morning before marching, the school administration center, working on documents and help teachers in doing assignments.

Ngandong Village, Gantiwarno District is the village designated to be the location for implementing KKN with the theme Disaster Resilient Village. The problems faced by Ngandong Village based on the results of research conducted include sedimentation, landslides and flooding. The aim of holding KKN in Ngandong Village is to ensure that Ngandong Village can become a Disaster Resilient Village and increase the capacity of the village community in the context of disaster management. Activities carried out in efforts to develop Disaster Resilient Villages include FPRB (Disaster Risk Reduction Forum), SPAB (Disaster Safe Education Unit), Volunteer Capacity Building, Disaster Literacy, Evacuation and Disaster Prone Route Signs, Disaster Recap and Socialization Maps, and making EWS Tools (Early Warning System). Apart from the main activities, there are supporting activities to increase capacity in the form of Ecoprint training and decorating Pertiwi Kindergarten.

Media for learning is a crucial part in the world of education. Well-crafted media is likely to influence classroom teaching and, ideally, improve student performance. This article discusses education on using Kahoot! as an interactive learning media to increase students' motivation and understanding in learning English. The method used is by providing socialization and increasing students' abilities in using social network-based learning media with the web and mobile-based Kahoot application which will be delivered face-to-face or offline. By holding this socialization, it is hoped that students will be able to use the application well and can take advantage of the Kahoot! as an interesting medium for learning English. The results achieved in this socialization were that students agreed that the Kahoot! can help make the atmosphere more fun and less boring.

This community service aims to explore and improve knowledge, insight and literacy of driving safety on the road. The methods used were socialization, counseling, lectures, questions and answers, providing examples of traffic cases and implementing transportation safety materials to 75 participants consisting of lecturers, STIE Ganesha students, online motorcycle taxi drivers (ojol) and the people of the Ciputat area. The findings of this activity are that this program is very useful and useful for increasing awareness and safety of driving on the road. Participants can find out the role of each institution of the Traffic Communication Forum in the city of South Tangerang, namely the Transportation Office, Public Works Office, Police Satlantas, PT Jasa Raharja Banten Branch and Hermina Hospital Ciputat Branch and the Indonesian Devensif Team. Participants did not understand the details of the provisions of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, so a more comprehensive understanding of road traffic is needed to reduce the number of traffic accidents. After socialization, the participants' insights increased. Understanding in motorcycle driving safety is broadening. As parents, it is expected to be able to guide families and children to be aware of safety riding to avoid road accidents. Efforts to prevent traffic accidents, by (a) increasing public awareness of traffic safety, (b) improving the quality of road infrastructure, (c) increasing traffic law enforcement and (d) improving traffic safety education and training.

The learning media that is widely used today is educational games. Educational games are a learning medium that describes a game designed to help the learning process. This socialization activity aims to utilize the use of technology in the field of education by using a game engine. The use of technology in the field of education has also succeeded in creating an interesting learning process, for example educational games, combining play and learning, examples of educational games that are often used are assembler edu, wordwall and Construct 2. This socialization activity took place in the Bina Bangsa IT SMP Hall involving 39 7th grade students. Computer technology is very important for the world of education, namely as a tool that can be used to improve the implementation of educational programs in the learning process and in improving student learning outcomes. To make mathematical material more specific, user-friendly Geogebra software is provided. The software was developed by Hohenwarter and aims to make learning easier for students. Therefore, educators need to be trained more deeply in the use of technology, in this case how to use the GeoGebra software. Learning media is needed to improve students' low understanding of mathematical concepts in Indonesia. Media that are considered effective include the GeoGebra application. The GeoGebra application is dynamic mathematics software for all levels of education that brings together geometry, algebra, spreadsheets, graphics, statistics and calculus in one engine.If students' interest in participating in class learning is very low, conditions that are allowed to continue can of course result in students' low understanding of concepts which will later affect student learning outcomes, therefore the GeoGebra application has a big influence on understanding concepts to facilitate the learning of mathematics that will be studied. . One example of the use of the GeoGebra program in learning mathematics is that it can produce geometric drawings quickly and accurately compared to using a pencil, ruler or compass. This socialization activity took place in the IT Bina Bangsa Middle School Hall involving 39 students from VII. This activity was attended by the Principal and the Teacher Council with resource person Mrs. Desty Endrawati Subroto M. Pd. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that using the GeoGebra application on quadrilateral congruence material can improve the conceptual understanding ability of class VIII SMP IT Bina Bangsa students.

This research is classified as empirical research using a qualitative approach and then using data collection techniques by means of interviews, literature review, documentation, and using descriptive data analysis. The results of this research indicate that law enforcement efforts against the circulation of illegal tobacco products by Gorontalo Customs and Excise officials include preventive law enforcement (prevention) and repressive law enforcement (Action). In preventive law enforcement Customs and Excise officials carry out legal socialization activities, routine patrol activities and carry out observations, to enforce repressive laws from Customs and Excise officials when they receive information from the intelligence unit or complaints from the public, the data received is then analyzed. If the results of the analysis show that the data meets operational standards then the process of action, deterrence, inspection, sealing and confiscation is continued. . Customs and Excise officials in carrying out law enforcement have not yet reached the realm of court, only the imposition of administrative sanctions.   Keywords: ; ;
