The research intends to reveal the philosophical meaning in a cup of coffee of life, with a descriptive qualitative approach. After discussing and analyzing concluded; Coffee is a drink for all people. A connoisseur can know the existence of God from a cup of coffee, that in the fragrant aroma and delicious taste there are signs of the Kauniyah, the majesty of God. In front of connoisseurs, a cup of coffee never chooses who has the right to drink it. Likewise God, all servants before Him are the same, except piety. However delicious coffee must have a bitter side, but delicious coffee is bigger than the bitter side. Along with the bitter side of coffee, there are various tastes, that God has the nature of Jamaliyah (beauty). A cup of delicious coffee consists of various compositions: coffee, sugar and water, that enjoyment can be achieved because there are differences, life with differences is a blessing. Enjoy coffee when it's still warm, not hot or cold. Likewise religion, understanding religion must be precise and in context, not excessive. Peace, harmony, and unity are the teachings and commandments of God. That is one sign of God's greatness shown through coffee.

The existence of political parties plays a strategic role in the development of democracy and the nation is faced with a number of issues that create a negative impression on these organs, some of which include; first, the problem of involvement of political parties in various cases of corruption and money laundering crimes that have an impact on the fall of public image and trust in the organization; second, the problem of pro and contra accountability of political parties involved in cases of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering before the law; and third, the issue of imposing criminal sanctions on political parties as the subject of corporate offenses known in corruption and money laundering. This research belongs to the typology of juridical normative legal research with secondary data types in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The approach taken includes the comparison, conceptual, statutory, and philosophical approaches, and analyzed descriptively qualitatively through literature. The results of the study show that; first, the justification of political parties as corporations in criminal acts of corruption and criminal acts of money laundering can be seen in five basic perspectives, namely philosophical foundation, juridical basis, historical basis, sociological basis, and political foundation of criminal law; second, the ideal concept of political party punishment as a corporation is carried out with a reconceptualization of the subject of corporate delictions in the affirmation of two types of corporations, namely corporations in the form of private and special corporations or in the form of public with different provisions on punishment arrangements. The need for an amendment to some provisions of the Corruption Law and the TPPU Law related to corporations in accommodating the two types of corporations into a forum for the implementation of ideas, of course issuing a law that contains specific provisions regarding special corporate punishment can be the answer to a myriad of issues regarding criminalization

Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Land is very beneficial for human life and is a gift from God Almighty. Human life and land are closely intertwined. Humans need a piece of land not only to survive but also to die. As a result, land scarcity is increasingly appearing, even though the need for land is increasing. For human existence, land is an essential component. This is due to population growth which increases every year in direct proportion to the need for land. A number of strategies are used by the community to manage, own, and even trigger land conflicts. This shows that land also has rights, has social purposes, and that the public interest overrides private interests in its use. All land rights have social uses, according to Article 6 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agricultural Regulations or UUPA. A grant is the gift of an item to someone where the giver is still alive. This study aims to determine the legal status of land that has been donated and then resold and what are the legal consequences arising from the land that has been granted and then resold, in Putiana Village, Orchid District, North Gorontalo Regency in a review of Law Number 5 of 1960. Based on the results of the research it is understood that the withdrawal of gift items according to the Civil Code is regulated in article 1688 which reads that a grant cannot be revoked and therefore cannot be revoked, except in 3 cases, namely if the grantee's conditions are not fulfilled by the recipient of the grant, if the person the person who was given the grant is guilty of committing or participating in an attempt to kill or some other crime against the donor himself, and if the grantor falls into poverty while the one who was given the gift refuses to provide for him. If the recipient of the grant refuses to provide a living or allowance to the grantor, after that the grantor falls into poverty. With the withdrawal or elimination of this gift, all kinds of items that have been donated must be returned to the grantor in a clean condition of the burdens attached to the item. The legal consequence of the decision to cancel a grant that has permanent legal force is that the object of the dispute, namely land, will return to the grantor and their rights. If the object of the dispute has been certified on behalf of the recipient of the grant, then with this decision the certificate becomes null and void.
