Dalam era digital saat ini, platform perdagangan elektronik seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee telah menjadi sarana utama bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) untuk menjual produk mereka secara online. Di sisi lain, aplikasi mobile memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan bagi penjual dan pembeli. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan aplikasi Android GAWAY sebagai alat yang mampu mengoptimalkan penjualan gerabah melalui platform-platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses implementasi GAWAY dalam mengelola aspek penjualan, mulai dari pengaturan produk hingga manajemen pesanan. Metode analisis data melibatkan pemantauan statistik penjualan, interaksi pelanggan, dan tingkat kepuasan melalui fitur GAWAY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan GAWAY secara signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas produk, interaksi pelanggan, dan akhirnya peningkatan penjualan gerabah di platform Tokopedia dan Shopee. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi teknologi aplikasi dengan platform perdagangan elektronik untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UKM dalam ekosistem digital.

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is a type C hospital that is currently developing offering health services with target service coverage in Sukoharjo Regency. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of job desks for each marketing member result in less than optimal marketing efforts. The digital revolution has fundamentally changed the educational paradigm, influencing the way of learning, teaching and interacting in the educational environment. In responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by this technological era, the concept of "Freedom to Learn" emerged as an approach that empowers students to be active and independent in the learning process. This article discusses how the Merdeka Belajar approach can increase students' competitiveness in the technological era by combining the potential of the digital revolution in education. In the initial stage, the article introduces the concept of Merdeka Belajar which places students at the center of the learning process. By giving students the freedom to choose the time, method and learning materials according to their interests and abilities, this approach aims to increase students' motivation, creativity and participation in learning. Next, the article discusses the use of technology in education, including e-learning, learning videos, online learning platforms and educational applications. The use of this technology allows students to access various learning resources more easily, expand the range of knowledge, and increase learning efficiency. Technology integration is key in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and providing an interactive and interesting learning experience for students. In addition, the article highlights the importance of developing digital literacy abilities, technological skills, and an understanding of digital ethics for students in an era of ever-developing technology. Merdeka Belajar plays an important role in helping students hone these skills, so they can be better prepared to face the challenges of the digital world. The article also examines the challenges and obstacles in combining Merdeka Belajar with technology, such as limited access to technology, lack of training for teachers, and concerns about data security . Solutions and strategies to overcome this obstacle are also discussed in the article. In its conclusion, the article underlines the importance of adopting the Independent Learning concept integrated with technology to bring innovation in education. This approach can improve the quality and relevance of learning, prepare students to face the challenges of the technological era, and increase their competitiveness in facing an increasingly digital future.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of influencer services, Instagram promotion media and product quality which have a significant influence on online product purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with research methods in the form of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.The regression test results show that 72.30% of the factors of buying decisions can be explained by brands, price discounts and salespeople, while the remaining 27.70% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the Influencer Service Usage, Instagram Promotion Media and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions with the results of the analysis namely Fcount (87,016)> Ftable (2,700). The t test results show that the influencer service use variable shows the results of the tcount,¬ (0.060) and the Instagram Promotion Media variable shows the results of the analysis of tcount (3.727) while the product quality variable is 6.620 where the t table is (1.98498) then partially the Instagram promo media variable and product quality that has a positive and significant influence on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla The influencer service variable does not have a positive and significant effect on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla. The dominant variable affecting online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla is Product Quality.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

Online transportation has become an integral part of urban mobility, providing an efficient and convenient alternative for people. This study aims to analyze user preferences between the two main online transportation platforms, namely Gojek and Grab, in the city of Pasuruan. The TOPSIS (Technique For Order of Preference by Similarity to ideal Solution) method is used to identify user preferences in the context of the city. This research was conducted through a survey of a sample of online transportation users in the city of Pasuruan. The data collected includes factors such as price, convenience, performance and security offered by Gojek and Grab. The data is then processed and normalized to obtain the relative weight of each factor based on user preferences in the city of Pasuruan. Next, positive and negative ideal matrices are formed to compare user preferences for platforms. The results of the analysis using the TOPSIS method show a user preference for Gojek of 0,56, while Grab obtains a preference value of 0,43 in the city of Pasuruan. These findings provide insight into the most influential factors in user decision making in choosing between the two platforms in the city of Pasuruan.

The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Strategy is a way or method that is chosen or it can also be interpreted as a way to achieve a goal in education. The definition of a learning strategy can be interpreted as a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve certain educational goals. The learning strategy includes specific learning approaches, models, methods and techniques. This research is a qualitative method, which is a method that aims to make a systematic, factual, accurate description, picture or painting of the properties and relationships between the phenomena investigated. In other words, descriptive research takes the problem or focuses on actual problems as they were at the time the research was carried out. What was collected was in the form of primary data and secondary data about teacher strategies in online learning, the techniques used in data collection were observations, interviews and documentation studies. Research leads to the methods used by teachers in online learning activities using platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and technology-based zoom.

The government is required to always adjust to what is needed by the community, one of which is the need for decent public services. Collaboration is a stage to give birth to a service innovation in the public sector, therefore collaboration in innovation seems endless to always be discussed by the government as well as organizations and other sectors. In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. The theory used by Penta Helix Collaborative according to Howkis (2009: 34) is, optimizing the role of academic, business, community, government and media (ABCGM), in developing goals because it relates to policies made by the government because this theory is a breakthrough and new strategy in In this millennial era, some regional heads have even made the Pentha Helix concept a new strategy to deal with several problems that occur in the region. This study uses a qualitative approach where the qualitative approach is an approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism, while for researching on natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined). Where data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of generalization. Researchers have made direct observations to Penatih Dangin Puri Village. In addition, the authors also conducted observations and documentation studies on existing documents and policies, as well as in-depth interviews with all informants related to the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) permit service.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Workload, Training, and Principal Supervision influence the improvement of teacher performance in the online learning process. The population and samples taken in this study amounted to 26 teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Kota Tangerang with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive, internal data analysis technique through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 application. The results of the study show that workload and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Likewise, the same thing with the Principal's Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Tangerang City. This research provides input to all elementary schools to take into consideration regarding online learning which has an impact on increasing the ability of teachers to apply it so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the paylater and hedonic shopping motivation features on impulse buying and repurchase intention in Generation Z e-commerce Shopee users in Pasuruan Regency. This research was conducted on generation Z in Pasuruan district using the Shopee e-commerce, in 2023. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire which was distributed online via the Google form. The sample used in the study was 114 respondents with a purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample in which the people selected as the sample are in accordance with the purpose of conducting the research. In processing this research data is done by using the method of path analysis (Path Analysis).

Meizaya adalah sebuah brand kerudung yang kini sudah tersebar di kalangan masyarakat. Banyak sekali brand kerudung yang tersebar di Indonesia seperti Zoya, Rabani, Ellzata, dan masih banyak lagi, banyaknya persaingan membuat Meizaya menerapkan sebuah alternatif yaitu menciptakan produk kerudung yang berkualitas terbaik dan terbaru. Meizaya menampilkan koleksi terbaru dan terbaik dalam perkembangan bisnis yang kian kompetitif membuat Meizaya terus melakukan inovasi dari hari kehari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah aktif dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner pada responden melalui online menggunakan google form. Brand Awareness memiliki arah yang positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kerudung Meizaya. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai thitung untuk Brand Awareness (X1) sebesar 4,518 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 1,984 (2,916 > 1,984) dan nilai sig. uji t pada Brand Awareness lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,004 < 0,05) dan Marketing Mix memiliki arah yang positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kerudung Meizaya. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai thitung untuk Marketing Mix (X2) sebesar 2,019 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 1,984 (6,268 > 1,984) dan nilai sig. uji t pada Marketing Mix dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Brand Awareness dan Marketing Mix secara bersama-sama Kep utusan pembelian Kerudung Meizaya. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 226,033 lebih besar dari nilai ftabel sebesar (226,033 > 3,93).

Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of personality traits and individual competencies on knowledge sharing and employee performance. This research was Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Pasuruan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that’s been released online through Google Forms. Selection of research samples using sampling jenuh was 76 respondents. For statistical and data processing, Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0). This result showed: (1) Personality traits (X1) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (2) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (3) Personality traits (X1) do not affect employee performance (Y2). (4) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2). (5) Knowledge sharing (Y1) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2).
