The development of increasingly sophisticated information technology allows consumers to absorb information about a product or service more easily. Consumers are increasingly selective in choosing products to use or consume at this time so consumers will give positive responses to products. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of community: participation. the use of Information Technology and Organizational Commitment has an effect on Impulsive Purchases at Medan Mall. This research was conducted in the city of Medan with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows Determination of the number of samples through non-probability sampling techniques. especially purposive sampling as many as 150 respondents it was found that the community participation variable. the use of Information Technology. had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at Medan Mall and the organization! commitment variable had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at Medan Mall.

Profesi guru menuntut setiap individu yang berkecimpung di dalamnya untuk selalu berimprovisasi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guna meraih kualitas pengajaran yang lebih baik, salah satunya dengan melaksakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), namun sayangnya tidak semua guru secara rutin melakukan PTK dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan akan prosedur pelaksanaannya. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kepada guru SDN 060877 Medan khususnya dalam merencanakan, menyusun, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi untuk menunjang profesionalisme guru. Dengan pemberian pengenalan serta pendampingan penyusunan proposal, mitra mampu menghasilkan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing.  

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Taking into account the modern layout and interior so as to make visitors more comfortable to relax. The attractiveness of a restaurant can be made in various ways, such as a very unique and attractive interior or exterior design. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interior design on the interest of restaurant visitors. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique. Sample random sampling is a technique where sampling is carried out directly at the place to be sampled. An example in this study is the 100 responses that were visitors to a multi-ethnic restaurant in Medan. The technique used in this study uses data analysis techniques to test the validity, reliability and regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

The aim of the study was to find out the description of the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan in 2022.Background: One of the causes of high maternal morbidity and mortality is caused by premature rupture of membranes. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor and wait one hour before the start of labor. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes is close to 10% of all deliveries (Manuaba, 2013). Purpose: This study aims to describe or describe the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes. Methods: The type of research used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the population in the study There were 87 mothers giving birth with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample technique used was accidental sampling, the analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: The study concluded that the high knowledge of birth mothers is strongly influenced by education and experience. Where from 68 respondents with higher education who have good knowledge as many as 18 respondents (72.0%). Experienced birth mothers who had good knowledge were 23 respondents (60.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy is greatly supported by education and experience. Therefore it is suggested that all parties improve services, especially in providing information about the importance of preventing premature rupture of membranes.

The community service activity with the title "Socialization of Technology Utilization and Tax Modernization at SMK Negeri 1 Medan" was carried out well and smoothly. The participation and interaction of the participants in this activity greatly support the success of the activities that have been carried out. Basically, this community service activity is carried out to contribute to the field of education related to taxation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Pendekatan Kontekstual Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Cerita Pendek oleh Siswa Kelas IX MTs. Insan Cita Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi MTs. Insan Cita berjumlah 40 siswa. Objek yang diteliti adalah Penggunaan Pendekatan Kontekstual Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Cerita Pendek. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa tes. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample T-test. Berdasarkan uji Statistic T-paired diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata perbedaan antara pretest (sebelum diberikan treatment) dengan posttest (setelah diberikan treatment) yaitu 3,375 dengan standar deviasion  5,236 dan didapatkan nilai siginifikan (2-tailed) 0.000 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan yang siginifikan terhadap pemerolehan nilai pretest dan posttest.  

This study aims to determine the ability to write narrative texts of class X students of SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The data collection technique is the test. The data analysis technique used was a paired simple test with a different test. The results of this study, namely: that from the results of the pretest test that has been obtained by class X SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan with an average pretest score of 71.14% and an average posttest score of 82.03%. The calculation of the t-test on the posttest tcount (48,836) > ttable (2,052) which means that there is an average difference in the posttest and pretest scores. The increase in pretest-posttest is 11%, which means that the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

This community service aims to enhance knowledge and skills in perineal wound care for postpartum mothers on the seventh day at the Primary Clinic in Medan City in the year 2022. Through seminars and training sessions, our efforts are directed towards providing relevant information on perineal wound care, explaining signs of infection, and instructing proper care techniques. It is anticipated that this intervention will yield positive benefits for postpartum mothers, elevate the quality of perineal wound care, and overall, support endeavors in preventing post-delivery complications. Postpartum infections, such as sepsis, remain a leading cause of maternal mortality in developing countries.

Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan Merupakan 5 – 15 % penyulit kehamilan dan merupakan salah satu dari tiga penyebab tertinggi mortalitas dengan morbiditas ibu bersalin. Hipertensi gestasional merupakan hipertensi karena kehamilan dimana tekanan darah yang lebih tinggi dari 140/90 mmHg yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan itu sendiri yang terjadi pada trimester pertama dengan usia kehamilan lebih dari 20 minggu yang memiliki potensi menyebabkan gangguan serius pada kehamilan .Mortalitas maternal akibat hipertensi mencapai 16% jika dibandingkan dengan penyebab lain kematian ibu seperti sepsis, perdarahan, dan abortus. Menurut data dari Sepanjang tahun 2010-2013, di Indonesia, penyebab kematian ibu yang utama berturut-turut adalah perdarahan, hipertensi dalam kehamilan, dan infeksi. Karena tidak ada gejala atau tanda khas sebagai peringatan dini. Hipertensi dalam kehamilan atau yang disebut dengan preeklampsia, kejadian ini persentasenya 12% dari kematian ibu di seluruh dunia. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan atau keterampilan dalam memberikan Asuhan Kebidanan Kehamilan dengan Hipertensi Gestasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan 7 langkah Helen Varney dan SOAP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam studi kasus adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan responden dalam studi kasus ini adalah Ny. H umur 29 tahun G1P0A0 dengan usia kehamilan 28 Minggu 6 Hari, dari hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan tekanan darah yaitu 140/90 mmHg, ibu mengatakan sering merasakan pusing dan tengkuk terasa berat,tidak didapatkan odema pada tungkai kaki, ibu mengatakan kadang mengalami mual muntah, pandangan kabur selama kehamilannya dan ibu mengatakan tidak ada riwayat hipertensi sebelum hamil yang menandakan ibu mengalami hipertensi gestasional.Saran Bagi Tempat Peneliti diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hipertensi Gestasional di Klinik Pratama Marko Medan Johor.    

Ekuitas Merek belum kuat sehingga banyak calon konsumen yang kurang mengetahui produk alas kaki yang diproduksi oleh PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek dan strategi penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan. PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang alas kaki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengolah data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Medan yang berjumlah 2.247.425 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pelanggan. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 100 konsumen PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran daftar pernyataan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, studi dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Kuesioner ini menggunakan metode Skala Likert dengan cara checklist. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekuitas merek dan strategi harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan dan secara parsial variabel ekuitas merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dan secara parsial variabel strategi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Halimjaya Sakti Medan produk.

Pengelolaan, pengaturan, pemanfaatan, dan pengawasan yang baik terhadap sistem kerja dan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam operasional perusahaan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan. PT. Benua Penta Global Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Food & Beverages (restoran) dan dalam operasionalnya, perusahaan menghadapi beberapa masalah, salah satunya: karyawan mengalami stres di tempat kerja. Tuntutan tanggung jawab, beban kerja yang banyak, dan konflik kerja yang sering terjadi membuat karyawan merasa lelah, tertekan dan tidak nyaman dalam bekerja. Stres kerja yang terjadi pada karyawan PT. Benua Penta Global Medan memicu penurunan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh konflik kerja dan beban kerja pada PT. Stres kerja karyawan Benua Penta Global Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah: seluruh karyawan back office PT. Benua Penta Global Medan yang berjumlah 69 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket, observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka dan variabel diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap PT. Stres kerja karyawan Benua Penta Global Medan, dan secara parsial beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan pada PT. Stres kerja dan konflik kerja karyawan Benua Penta Global Medan.

Perusahaan pembiayaan merupakan perusahaan yang memberikan pinjaman dana kepada calon debitur dengan jaminan tertentu seperti halnya PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan. Dalam bisnis ini sering kali dana perusahaan tertanam karena debitur yang menunggak. Oleh karena itu pihak perusahaan mempunyai petugas lapangan yang berfungsi untuk melakukan penagihan ke rumah debitur serta melakukan penarikan atas unit pembiayaan yang sudah melewati batas wajar dari waktu pembayaran. Pelaksanaan aktivitas penagihan yang dilakukan pasti berhubungan dengan keselamatan kerja setiap petugas lapangan. Permasalahan keselamatan kerja seperti pemukulan yang dialami petugas lapangan berdampak pada pelaksanaan penagihan yang dilakukan. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses penagihan menjadi kurang maksimal karena petugas merasa was-was akan keselamatannya. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga berdampak pada kinerja karyawan, seperti kurangnya ruangan kerja yang membuat karyawan tidak leluasa dalam bekerja, hubungan yang kurang baik mempengaruhi proses komunikasi dalam pengambilan keputusan serta pengarsipan dokumen yang tidak rapi akan mempengaruhi proses pencarian dokumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT. ITC Multi Finance Cabang Medan dan juga sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Variabel diukur dengan skala Likert. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak bahwa keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Cabang Medan, dan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran katekis untuk meningkatkan pastisipasi umat dalam kehidupan menggereja di Stasi Santo Agustinus Batu Tojah Paroki Santo Klemens Puruk Cahu. Melalu studi ini para katekis  diharapkan  dapat  menyadari  dan  menghayati  peran  mereka  sebagai seorang katekis dan menjadi contoh kehidupan menggereja. Permasalahan yang ditemukan oleh peneliti yaitu kurangnya peran katekis dalam pelayanan pastoral di stasi yang jauh dan jarang mendapat pelayanan pastoral. partisipasi atau keterlibatan umat dalam kehidupan menggereja adalah hal yang penting dalam sebuah Gereja stasi, namun kenyataannya semua kegiatan peribadatan dan kegiatan-kegiatan gerejani lainnya tidak dilaksanakan karena minimnya pengetahuan umat terhadap hal-hal demikian. Metode  yang digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi topik, profil informan, wawancara dengan informan, pemetaan masalah, analisis pastoral, refkleksi teologis, dan perencanaan pastoral. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa peran katekis untuk meningkatkan partisipasi  umat dalam kehidupan menggerja di Stasi Santo Agustinus Batu Tojah Paroki Santo Klemens Puruk Cahu,   masih sangat kurang, kunjungan rutin dilakukan  ketika ada mahasiswa  yang  berpraktek  pastoral.  Penyebabnya  ialah faktor pekerjaan sehingga tidak cukup waktu, kesibukan dalam keluarga, sarana prasarana transportasi, jarak tempuh yang jauh, medan yang sulit dan masih menggunakan akses jalan tanah dan melewati jalan perusahaan. Stasi Santo Agustinus Batu Tojah merupakan salah satu stasi yang mesti mendapat perhatian khusus karena pengetahuan yang soal keagamaan yang masih rendah dan kurang mendapat pelayanan pastoral. Umat sangat membutuhkan pelayanan berupa pengajaran, pembinaan dan pelayanan berbagai peribadatan.

The process of finding employees, or what is often called employee recruitment, is an important concern for employers. Recruitment is carried out with the hope of getting employees with the required classification. After the recruitment process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct training for new employees according to their job title. The training was conducted to equip employees to be more creative and able to provide excellent service to visitors. Training is one of the efforts to achieve the service standards that have been set in the business. The population and sample of this study were all 37 employees at RIC, with the data collection method in this study being a questionnaire that will be distributed to employees. The list of questions on the research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents to solve the problems to be studied, and quantitative analysis is carried out by processing the data using the SPSS version 23 software tool. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between recruitment and training on employee performance at Coffee Idea House. This means that business people must pay attention to a good recruitment process and intense training to improve employee performance.

The specific target in this community service is that the people of Medan Johor sub-district know what promotions are, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The materials presented in this community service are: what is job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. Which in relation will affect the improvement of employee work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets solutions to job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction so as to improve work performance.

Material cor semen dengan konstruksi tetap sifatnya dan memiliki bentuk yang sangat masif serta memberikan kesan visual yang sangat berat bahkan secara keseluruhan tidak memberikan karakteristik yang sesuai untuk dikonsumsi oleh anak-anak yang tampak di kawasan taman kota adalah spesifikasi yang terdapat pada bangku taman khusus untuk anak-anak di kota surabaya. Tak jarang, bangku yang diperuntukan untuk anak-anak justru banyak digunakan oleh orang dewasa. Alhasil, banyak bangku yang bisa dikatakan keluar dari tujuan dan sasaran awal pembuatannya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan yang didukung oleh beberapa data yang akan dianalisis untuk menilai dan memberikan beberapa paparan dari segi aspek konstruksi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Disusul dengan metode pendekatan estetis yaitu pendekatan khusus yang menekankan pada aspek seni rupa dan desain dalam kaitannya dengan daya tarik aspek estetika dengan memberikan kesimpulan yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses pembuatan bangku taman khususnya untuk anak-anak di masa depan, dan diharapkan mampu memberikan jawaban atas kesederhanaan bentuk dan kelemahan bahan yang terkandung dalam proses pembuatan kursi taman khusus untuk anak-anak secara efektif dan efisien yang berdampak pada biaya produksi.

Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Job Satisfaction influences the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination that value .10 means compensation and job satisfaction can explain employee work productivity by 31% and the remaining 69% (100-31) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: work motivation, career development, work environment and so on
