The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, 2). To determine and analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance. This study is quantitative with a population of all employees of PT. Hansoll Indo Java totaling 91 people, The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested in advance and tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Forensic audits and investigative audits are used to uncover, detect and prevent fraud. In preventing fraud, the auditor is required to have competence, professionalism and spiritual intelligence to maximize fraud prevention. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at BPKP Representatives of Central Java. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and obtained a sample of 40 respondents. The method of collecting data is through a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, and auditor competence have no significant effect on fraud prevention. while professionalism and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on fraud prevention

This study aims to determine the effect of transactional leadership and employee career development at the Ditreskrimsus Polda Central Java. The population used in this study were all employees who worked as many as 70 respondents, with proportional stratified random sampling. The source of the data used is primary data, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of linear analysis state that transactional leadership and career development have a positive effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination and career development can explain the variation in employee performance variables of 58.3%. The results of the hypothesis using statistical tests are obtained that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development which is positive and significant on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Forensic Accounting, Investigative Auditing, Independence, and Professional Skepticism on Fraud Disclosure at the Representative of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province. The data in this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the respondent unit at the State Audit and Development Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed in numbers. The data were processed using SPSS version 26 with the results obtained that Investigative Audit and Professional Skepticism affect the disclosure of fraud. Meanwhile, Forensic Accounting and Independence do not affect fraud disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the population growth rate and unemployment rate have an impact on the poverty rate in West Java. Population growth and the unemployment rate are the independent variables, followed by the poverty rate as the dependent variable. The time series data used in this study include the years 2019 through 21. Multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 is the analytical approach employed. Where the regression equation, Y = 41,491 + 9,385 X1 + 14,239 X2, is discovered. This demonstrates that the poverty rate in the province of West Java has a unidirectional relationship with both the unemployment rate and population growth. The T test results showed that there was no relationship between West Java's poverty level and the unemployment rate. Additionally, the West Javan poverty rate is unaffected by the population growth variable. The F test indicates that the independent factors collectively have an impact on the dependent variable. The poverty rate is affected by the unemployment rate and population growth to the tune of 7.7%, with other factors affecting the remaining 92.3%.

Management of zakat funds requires an institution that handles it in a professional, trustworthy and accountable manner, starting at the central level to the regional level (read: at the lower level it is called UPZ). UPZ (Zakat Collector Unit) is an institution that collects as well as distributes or distributes zakat, formed and officially issued by the local regional BAZNAS. The purpose of its establishment is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011 concerning zakat, namely by becoming UPZ BAZNAS, UPZ operations have been standardized according to the principles of proper zakat management. The services provided by UPZ BAZNAS are more optimal with the authority to provide Evidence of Zakat Deposit (BSZ) printed by BAZNAS. The BSZ can be used as evidence that the zakat paid can be calculated as a deduction from taxable income (zakat as deductible items). One area in East Java in Gresik Regency, Dukun District, has formed a UPZ which is coordinated by the Dukun District UPZ Coordinator who oversees several UPZs, be it Village UPZ or Mosque UPZ and Taklim Assembly UPZ. The existence of the UPZ Coordinator is quite effective in coordinating the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) for Muzakki (Zakat Givers), or Mustahik (Zakat Recipients) and Munfiq (Shodaqoh Givers). The potential of ZIS in Dukun Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is quite high, both from the trade, agriculture or animal husbandry sectors as well as from the professions through Professional Zakat. From the early 2017 formation of UPZ until 2021, there was a significant increase. From simply recording ZIS acquisitions to making direct deposits to BAZNAS Gresik, the nominal amount of potential starts from the acquisition of 800 million rupiah to more than 3.5 billion in 2021. Online media news is known for its lack of credibility in conveying information and its lack of prioritizing objectivity (accuracy, fairness , completeness) in pursuit of instantaneousness. There is quite a bit of news that puts Muslims in a corner, creating a negative image of the Islamic religion . This research aims to find out how the Radar Bogor media presents news content, as well as knowing the accuracy of news content about Islam on the Radar Bogor online media. This research uses the library research method or library study using Roland Barthes' Semiotics. The assessment categories in analyzing accuracy are in accordance with research conducted by the Press Council in reporting research on 28 newspapers in Java in 2004, including checking, writing errors, relevant news sources, title and content accuracy, photo and content accuracy. The results of the research show that in terms of checking and rechecking, suitability of photos and news content, relevant news sources, suitability of news titles and content, Radar Bogor accurately presents news about Islam. However, in news writing, the 5W 1 H element is complete, the sentences are connected to each other. In spelling, typos or typos were found in 6 news stories which did not reduce the original meaning.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of position characteristics and team work on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Public Works & Public Housing Agency, Bogor Regency, West Java. The population in this study were all employees with the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Bogor District Public Works & Public Housing Service. The population in this study were 287 people. By using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 167 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job characteristics and team work have a significant effect on employee performance.    

The development of the Church is increasingly growing marked by the increasing number of people who attend the church. The church needs to utilize technology in paying attention to spiritual growth in existing congregations. But to do that, there needs to be a system that can see data that is well visualized and can be used by the church. It is not easy to visualize data manually so a practical and portable system is needed. The purpose of this study is as a material consideration in seeing the development of the Church in the Church and improve efficiency without having to use a computer. The process of gathering congregational data comes from the data warehouse of the Indonesian Christian Church Synod in the Central Java Region which is obtained from the Church Information System called SISWA which is local in every church. The interface design process is also carried out using User Centered Design which is centered on the user. This system will be designed using Resrful web Service which has better capabilities than other web services. By building this system, it can facilitate the church in seeing the development of the church and can be taken into consideration in making decisions by the church.

We found the phenomenon of human−primate conflict (HPC) in the Kalisalak Forest, Central Java, Indonesia. This location is also known locally as the research site of the Kalisalak Study Site or Kalisalak Grand Forest Park (KGFP) and is used for religious activities by local ethnicities. The research site is used for pilgrimages every Suro Month in the Islamic calendar. Based on the history adopted from the local people, the macaques already existed in the colonial period of the Dutch East Indies. We interviewed "caretakers", mentioning that there are about 75 to 100 long-tailed macaques, but an unusual phenomenon occurs in HPC. According to local people, this conflict is in the form of crop-raiding, expressing agonistic behaviour such as grimacing and chasing visitors. However, when we repeated observations for one month, there was no conflict between long-tailed macaques and humans. The recorded population is still one large group. Besides, to conserve long-tailed macaques and minimize the incidence of HPC, further research is needed to be related to the management of primates by considering the location of the grand forest park type as well as secondary forest types, with the main commodity of the community being forest products.

This research is mainly aimed at improving the way of discharging coal at PLTU Rembang, which is one of the power plant business units of a subsidiary of PT PLN located in Sluke District, Rembang Regency, Central Java Province. It maps the dimensions of the discharging speed using conveyor and grape . Data collected through surveys to coal shipping companies are regressed in the Linear Regression model. The results show that two characteristics of discharging services with conveyors and grapes affect time and cost (1) The duration of coal discharging (2) The cost of coal discharging. using qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary by direct observation to the field and data collection then the data is processed using multiple linear regression, the targeted outputs are national journals, national seminars, monographs.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city  is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.

: Family support is one of the factors that may affect relapse in patients with epilepsy. Epilepsy is one a illness of brains and nerve’s with the highest incidence to four from ten diagnose in the Mental Hospital of West Java Province in  January-march 2022, with the incidence rate of as much as 500 patients. This study aims to determine the relationship of social support of families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Design of quantitative research with cross sectional approach and the sample amounted to 62 patients with epilepsy. Results of that study (40,3%) less family support, (9,7%) were family social support, and (50%) good family support. Results for the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy (38,7%) high recurrence rate (32,3%) recurrence rate was, and (29%) recurrence rate is low. The results using spearman rank test was obtained ρ value of 0,000 < 0,05. Means Ho is rejected, this shows there is a relationship of social support for families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Spearman correlation coefficients obtained a value of 0,603 which means that there is a significant relationship between social support of families with the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy. So it is suggested that the education in the family in order to continue to provide support to patients with epilepsy and is expected to nurse a mental hospital to provide information to families about the importance of the meaning of family social support for patients with epilepsy.

The emergence of the current COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's activities from various aspects of life, both in foreign countries and in this country in various sectors, namely economic, political, social and cultural. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost 3 years and has not been fully controlled. Government policies that have been made and implemented require good management, for that full support from the community is also needed. The implementation of existing policies, ranging from PSBB, transitional PSBB, emergency PSBB, New Normal PSBB, Emergency PSBB 2, PPKM, emergency PPKM, Micro PPKM is felt to have not shown a significant decline, this makes the government continue to strive to continue to make policies and regulations. To reduce the rate of suspected Covid-19 contamination, the last government policy through the Java and Bali Level PPKM showed good results, was able to suppress and control the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 control will not work if only the government does it, but requires participation of all elements of society in their respective areas. The government really needs the participation of various parties, namely the business world, the community, Covid-19 volunteers, community leaders and the media. In addition, community behavior is expected to be disciplined in implementing the health protocol, namely 3M (maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands frequently), with 3M discipline being the key to strengthening the implementation of 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) down to the village level. In addition, social distancing, long-distance travel restrictions, and proper promotion and education to the public are forms of public health efforts in breaking the chain of the spread of the Corona virus. In fact, there are still people who don't follow the rules, go out on motorbikes, don't wear masks and helmets, don't maintain social distancing, still crowd in the market, they tend to ignore the rules for wearing masks, even though there are rules from PerWali Semarang number 57 of 2020 article 6 paragraph 3

This study aims to describe the improvement of elderly health that has been carried out at the Jawa Jawa Kramas Christian Church, Semarang City. Most of the elderly in the church are elderly women who are still active in domestic activities and micro/small economic businesses. Based on the action plan to improve the health of the elderly, it is carried out with integrated data on the elderly, the establishment of elderly institutions, capacity building for health cadres and the implementation of health checks as a promotive step and basic services to the Tembalang Community Health Center. In its development, efforts have brought results and have received appreciation from the church and the surrounding community.

Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang merupakan salah satu bangunan bergaya arsitektur Belanda yang dibangun di tanah Jawa. Arsitektur indische Belanda merupakan arsitektur yang memadukan antara budaya Barat dan Timur. Arsitektur indische Belanda hadir melalui karya arsitek Belanda dan diperuntukkan bagi bangsa Belanda yang tinggal di Indonesia, pada masa sebelum kemerdekaan. Bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dibangun pada tahun 1760, dan bangunan ini merupakan salah satu bangunan tertua di kawasan Kota Lama Semarang. Fungsi awal bangunan ini adalah kantor pengadilan (Rad Van Justitie), kemudian menjadi Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Semarang pada masa Orde Baru, pada tahun 2006 dikonservasi dan dimanfaatkan sebagai rumah makan (adaptive reuse). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gaya arsitektural indische Belanda pada bangunan ‘Ikan Bakar Cianjur’ Semarang. Agar terjaga keasliannya dan dijadikan sebagai pendataan bangunan cagar budaya sebagai langkah awal untuk dilestarikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif-rasionalistik dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan objek pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang dan menganalisa gaya dan karakter bangunan dari masa ke masa. Hasil penelitian merupakan temuan karakteristik pada bangunan “Ikan Bakar Cianjur” Semarang terhadap outline, irama pada arsitektur dan interior bangunan, dan kualitas bangunan yang dapat dimanfaatkan The "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building is one of the Dutch architectural-style buildings built in Java. Indische Dutch architecture comes from the work of Dutch architects and is intended for the Dutch who lived in Indonesia, in the pre-independence period. The "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building was built in 1760, and this building is one of the oldest buildings in the Old Town area of ​​Semarang. The initial function of this building was a court office (Rad Van Justitie), then it became the Semarang District Court Building during the New Order era, in 2006 it was conserved and used as a restaurant (adaptive reuse). This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Dutch Indische architectural style in the 'Ikan Bakar Cianjur' Semarang building. Maintaining its authenticity and serving as a data collection on cultural heritage buildings is the first step to being preserved. This study uses qualitative-rationalistic research with descriptive methods, namely describing objects in the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building and analyzing the style and character of the building from time to time. The results of the study are characteristic findings of the "Ikan Bakar Cianjur" Semarang building on the outline, the rhythm of the architecture and interior of the building, and the quality of the building that can be utilized. 

The Lembu Sora Building Monument and the Pure Milk Monument are monuments located in Boyolali Regency, Central Java which will be used as ready to wear motifs with the aim of introducing the area as the largest producer of cow's milk in Central Java. Taking pictures of the motifs uses deformation techniques and distortion techniques which are realized by polyflex screen printing techniques on ready to wear. Based on the problems and objectives, this study aimed to determine the application of the image of the Lembu Sora Building Monument and Pure Mil Monument as a motif on ready to wear with Polyflex Screen Printing Technique. The research methods used were observation, documentation, and literature review. This final project was completed by: creating designs, preparing tools and materials, conducting trials on selecting fabrics and polyflex types, determining sizes, creating ready-to-wear patterns, cutting fabrics, pressing the coating material, carrying out the polyflex screen printing process, ready-to-wear sewing process, and completion. Furthermore, the polyflex screen printing process on ready-to-wear included the following steps: creating polyflex screen printing designs, printing designs with a cutting machine, peeling polyflex (polyflex cleaning), gluing polyfex on the fabric, and finishing, which was the process of removing the masking from the polyflex sheet. Researchers suggest that during the pressing process on polyflex, it is required to alter the temperature and time with the type of polyflex. According to the recommendation that can be utilized, the pressing process on polyflex for temperature and duration must be adjusted to the type of polyflex.

The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. The author makes a system, namely the Financial Administration Application Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Waringin Jaya Village based on Java SE.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a very serious health problem in Indonesia. According to the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) the highest ARI diseases were in the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara (41.7%), Papua (31.1%), Aceh (30.0%), West Nusa Tenggara (28.3%), and East Java (28.3%). In Riskesdas 2007, East Nusa Tenggara is also the province with the highest ARI. The time period for the spread of ARI in Indonesia according to Riskesdas in 2013 was 25.0%, not much different from that in 2007 which was 25.5%. People are sometimes reluctant to go to the doctor and tend to ignore this disease. For solutions to these problems, we need a system that can help the community in diagnosing respiratory disorders so that later the community can more easily consult to anticipate a worse impact. One system that can be used to assist diagnosis is an expert system. This system is not to replace the position of an expert, but to promote the knowledge and experience of an expert.

Palagan is the name of a board game with a type of card game that has been distributed in the East Java region since the end of 2020 where the game is connected in one big narrative regarding the education of Covid-19 prevention behavior protocols equipped with attractive visual illustrations, Palagan is equipped with an Augmented Reality application as a complementary feature where the advantage is that it can arouse the interest of its users to learn and can make its users feel entertained, the contribution of this research is to map augmented reality content with the theme of health protocol education which is specifically intended for elementary school-aged children as an effort to minimize the gap in the level of compliance with the application health protocols in the community in urban areas.
