This study is focused on the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) growth in Indonesia. Various literature sources have been consulted to address the existing problems, and secondary data from relevant agencies such as BPS, BI, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs have been used. The challenges faced by SMEs in enhancing their business capabilities are multifaceted, encompassing several indicators. These include insufficient capital, both in terms of quantity and sources, inadequate managerial and operational skills in organizing, and limited marketing opportunities. Moreover, there is also unhealthy competition and economic pressures leading to a restricted and narrow business scope. It is crucial to address these concerns, especially in anticipation of Indonesia's participation in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the resulting open market. It is imperative for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. However, these problems can be effectively tackled through various policies that facilitate easy access for SMEs to the banking industry. The fact that only 13.6% of credit growth is disbursed by the banking sector demonstrates that capital-related issues can be easily resolved, subsequently impacting management and enabling the production of more competitive products. By effectively addressing the challenges posed by the AEC, the government's concerns can be better addressed.

As a developing city, Binjai has a variety of business potential that can be exploited by micro entrepreneurs. However, in identifying and exploiting these opportunities, they are often faced with various obstacles, such as lack of access to market information, intense competition, and changes in consumer needs. Therefore, determining effective business opportunities is the key to the growth and sustainability of micro businesses in Binjai City. Determining business opportunities for micro businesses in Binjai City includes an understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by the MSME sector in identifying and exploiting business opportunities. Determining business opportunities requires alternative types of business in the TOPSIS method to compare various business opportunities based on important factors so that you can choose the one with the most potential and profit. In this context, the use of the TOPSIS method is important to assist in making more informed and effective decisions for authorities such as the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs. This method will provide a systematic framework for evaluating various existing business opportunities, enabling a more objective and accurate assessment to support the development of MSMEs in Binjai City.

PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia is a company operating in the field of transportation and ship agency. Based on the results of observations during land-based practice in related research, researchers found several obstacles that could cause low effectiveness and gaps in the process of procuring goods on ships. Some of the problems that occur are that in the procurement process goods often have to arrive so that it has less impact on time effectiveness. Apart from that, the participating vendors do not comply with the company's SOP, so price conditions often occur. Based on these problems, an innovation is needed to overcome these problems with the existence of My Vendor. This research was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the application design are intended for 3 main user parties, namely PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia, PT Teknik Samudra Indonesia, and PT Thufail Segara Tama. The results of this research are in the form of an application design that has been integrated into the procurement process for necessary goods. The design and build process has 6 stages, namely planning, development, system design, implementation, testing and application maintenance. The researcher carried out 2 tests, namely using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtained program correctness function results and output of 100%. Apart from that, based on the results of the usability function, the percentage of feasibility for the accumulated presentation was 95 percent. This means that the design that has been created is suitable for use.  With the proposed digitalization system, it is hoped that it can become a bridge to solving problems based on appropriate trials. Apart from that, researchers hope that the proposed application will not only be for one company but will later be developed more widely for other companies and become a more useful and efficient business opportunity.

Big Data Analytics has gained significant popularity in recent years, with many companies integrating it into their information technology roadmaps to enhance business performance. However, surveys indicate that Big Data Analytics demands substantial resources, including technology, costs, and talent, which often leads to failures in the initial stages of implementation. This study proposes a VGG6 architecture approach, intended to provide a framework for the initial implementation of Big Data Analytics. The study's outcomes include the implementation of the VGG6 architecture for processing images of aromatic plants using Python. Furthermore, this approach enabled the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution that adheres to general Big Data principles, such as the 3Vs (Volume, Velocity, and Variety), and encompasses key technological components: 1) Data Storage and Analysis, 2) Knowledge Discovery and Computational Complexity, 3) Scalability and Data Visualization, and 4) Information Security.

Community service activities carried out in Semboro Village, Jember Regency aim to provide benefits for Pokdarwis and the community who play a direct role in its development. Although orange production in Jember Regency has increased, farmers do not feel the same benefits because the price of oranges is uncertain. The ornamental fish business is experiencing quite rapid development and has promising economic prospects. Ornamental fish is one of the fishery commodities that has the potential to become an export commodity because ornamental fish originating from Indonesia are in great demand by the international market. The development of the ornamental fish market is increasing but is not followed by a sufficient number of ornamental fish breeders and the lack of regulation of marine ornamental fish exporters in Indonesia, can trigger exporters to over-exploit natural ornamental fish to meet the needs of the ornamental fish market which can result in several species of marine ornamental fish It is threatened with extinction and causes the destruction of coral reefs because several types of coral reefs have direct symbiosis with fish. This research uses qualitative research methods or field research depending on what happens in the field, in this case PT Agung Aquatic Marine. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on sales data for ornamental Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) from 2022 to 2023, sales show that sales continue to increase. Meanwhile, Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) which experienced a decrease in orders from customers include Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) with size (S). This could be caused by the quality of the fish not matching the customer's taste. However, there are also Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) whose orders continue to increase every month, such as Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) with size (M) and Black Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris). This is because these ornamental fish have good quality according to customer tastes. Direct marketing of Clownfish ornamental fish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) at PT Agung Aquatic Marine can be said to be effective because it has been able to achieve sales targets and company goals that have been previously set.

In every transaction or agreement they observe, notaries are crucial in guaranteeing adherence to sharia rules. It is essential for notaries to comprehend sharia principles in muamalah (business transactions) in order to perform their duties responsibly and in compliance with applicable legal rules. Muamalah based on sharia principles addresses a number of topics, including justice, openness, unity, and adherence to Islamic legal norms. To determine if a transaction or agreement complies with the relevant sharia principles, notaries must comprehend and internalise these principles. This research aims to find out, analyse and explain in depth the role of notaries in making financing agreement deeds based on sharia principles, so that they can contribute to the development of Islamic banking law and notaries in Indonesia, and analyse and explain comprehensively the responsibilities of notaries both civilly, criminally, and administratively for the sharia financing agreement deeds they make, so that they can contribute to the legal protection of the par. This research uses a type of legal research that is Normative as well as Sociological (empirical). The findings revealed that the role of the Notary in the application of Sharia principles in contract deeds at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Batam is not overly dominant, because the Notary's role is essentially limited to legalising the contract, while the bank determines the contract's content entirely. The notary bears accountability for the Sharia Financing Agreement deed and must read and comprehend its contents. With this reading, the notary can also amend any inaccuracies in the deed's contents. The Notary will refuse to legalise the deed if it violates the law, public order, or decency. The constraints of the absence of Notary competencies that are in accordance with and fulfill sharia provisions, make not all Notaries who are partners of Islamic banks lack understanding of sharia principles.
