Currency is a symbol of a country's sovereignty, the Rupiah is currency as well as a legal means of payment for use in economic transactions in Indonesia. Learning to understand the difference between fake and real money and implementing how severe punishments for dealers and users of counterfeit money are carried out effectively will provide a positive change in the future for students. This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

  This study aims to find out the problems faced by student-teachers in implementing online learning. A case study was chosen as the research design because the current research focused on understanding the issues faced by teaching practicum students in improving their performance when teaching using the online learning strategies. The researcher collected data through three types of data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that online learning is not effective and cannot run well in learning activities in online classes. Furthermore, the results of data analysis show that students cannot develop appropriate and interesting online learning materials because they do not fully know how to develop appropriate materials due to the absence of special training for them to be able to teach and develop suitable and interesting materials during online learning activities. The findings also show that the use of online learning platforms has an effect on students' teaching performance because the lack of student participation in the implementation of online classes is more felt by students. The implication of this study is that it is crucial for educational institutions to provide comprehensive training and support in utilizing diverse online platforms for teaching purposes, ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality virtual instruction.    

Training on the utilization of the Genially application as an innovative digital-based learning media for teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Inamosol, West Seram Regency, is an important initiative in improving the quality of education in the region. The training method consists of 3 steps, namely preparation (correspondence and coordination and needs analysis), implementation (socialization and training/practical and mentoring) and evaluation (testimony and post test). The training participants consisted of 10 people. The results showed that the training participants were very enthusiastic and able to create a variety of learning media with the Genelly application. This was also evident from the testimonials of 10 teachers who felt that the topics given were very interesting, and the training material for developing digital-based learning media with the Genelly application as a medium in the teaching and learning process was very useful. With this training, it is expected that teachers will become agents of change in improving the quality of education in West Seram Regency through the effective use of digital technology.

Working and studying from home are demands that must be made at this time, since the Covid-19 pandemic due to the Corona virus. Schools were closed, teaching and learning activities were shifted online at home. Because of this demand, many teachers and parents are required to start adapting to remote teaching and learning activities, using technology. Bridging this, many applications are used for learning. Google provides a special website for teaching and learning activities for school students, in the Indonesian version. With this facility, anyone, including teachers, can create internal project hubs, team sites, publicly displayed sites, and more. Everything is done without the help of designers, programmers and IT. This training is for teachers who are still unclear (look confused) how to operate Canva to support distance learning between teachers and students to make it more interesting and fun.

The team teaching approach in madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) is often considered effective in improving the quality of learning, but empirical evidence on its impact on student discipline and focus is still limited in the context of basic Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative design of a case study in class II of MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Primary data sources include participant observations, in-depth interviews with two teachers of the teaching team and six purposive students, as well as secondary data such as collaborative lesson plans and teacher reflections. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of team teaching in improving student discipline and focus on learning. The results showed that the symbiotic-asymmetrical collaboration between the Core Guides and the Response Facilitators created a pauseless instructional flow, reduced extrinsic cognitive load (time-on-task by an average of 85%), and transformed the discipline from external control to relational-proactive co-regulation that is in line with Islamic ta'dib. These findings have practical implications for MI teacher training.

The Dawuhan Tourism Village which consists of a swimming pool, river tubing, various games for children and adults as well as the Rengrang Market (Traditional Snack Market) is able to help the community maintain local culture and increase income. Pokdarwis, PKK and Karang Taruna as managers and members involved in the Tourism Village which consists of several units need to increase their capacity and capability through basic training and management functions. The service method uses lectures, discussions, simulations and questions and answers regarding the benefits and uses in preparing work programs and organizational structures. The results of the service show that different organizations in managing Tourism Villages and strategies for achieving their management require different methods of communication and delivery. It is necessary to apply andragogy learning so that presenters and participants can be more fluid and linear. Action is needed to provide confidence that the commitment conveyed is not just words, but real action and sincerity. It is necessary to increase the participation of Banjarnegara Regency Government officials (Cross Service) through community organizations in Dawuhan Village such as Pokdarwis, PKK, Karang Taruna which can be further increased with other organizations.

Every Muslim is required to be able to read, write, and memorize the Quran and understand its contents and apply it in everyday life. Teachers as people who are handed over the responsibility by parents in educating and guiding their children to the Qur'an are also required to be able to understand the character of students and the rules of learning Qur'an literacy and even be able to create a harmonious and humanist relationship in learning so that there is involvement of students in every learning activity so that creativity from fun and meaningful learning is realized. The purpose of this service carried out by the abdimas team is to provide assistance and training for the teaching team, namely two Islamic boarding school teachers about models, methods and media as well as the learning environment. Pemberian kredit selalu memiliki risiko seperti kredit macet, sehingga pihak kreditur (bank) dituntut untuk lebih objektif dan akurat dalam mengevaluasi setiap permohonan kredit. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menemukan algoritma mana yang paling akurat dalam memberikan suatu keputusan kredit, dengan melakukan perbandingan terhadap algoritma XGBoost dan algoritma Random Forest. Pada kedua algoritma digunakan data berukuran 10.000 dan 100.000 dengan 19 variabel yang relevan dalam pengambilan keputusan kartu kredit. Proses penelitian ini melibatkan pre-processing data, splitting data, training data, parameter tuning dengan Random Search, testing data, serta evaluasi model dengan confusion matrix. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa kedua algoritma menghasilkan kinerja model yang cukup kompetitif, dimana XGBoost mampu mencapai 1.0 untuk semua metrik evaluasi baik pada data berukuran 10.000 maupun data berukuran 100.000. Random Forest sendiri berakurasi 0.998 untuk data berukuran 10.000 dan 0.999 untuk data berukuran 100.000. Akan tetapi, Random Forest hanya mampu mencapai F1-score sebesar 0.700 untuk data berukuran 10.000. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua algoritma memiliki performa yang sangat baik dan akurat dalam mengklasifikasikan keputusan pada data kartu kredit. Namun, Random Forest kurang akurat bila digunakan pada data berukuran kecil yang tidak seimbang.

In Regency Majalengka, West Java, this community service adopts the idea of business communication training for public perpetrators in Industry Small Intermediate (IKM). The goal of this activity is to increase the public's ability to rise beyond COVID-19 by teaching them more effective communication skills and how to perceive and analyze market trends. At this point, a lot of people are interested in learning about these topics. Method implementation activities take the form of seminars or workshops with around 49 participants over the course of a full day. Outcomes of the action In particular, society has developed the ability to do role-playing, commercial communication, and product interpretation in order to boost income.

Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The result of the implementation was that the activities run in an orderly manner according to the plan and according to the targets set. From this activity, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the competence of educators in developing digital-based assessments of learning tools after being given training.

The rapid development of technology 5.0 requires teachers to have competence in utilizing technology optimally. Teachers are expected to innovate in the learning process, such as developing interactive and interesting teaching materials. Apart from that, there is still a lack of effective learning resources that are ready to use and suit learners’ needs. Moreover, the use of the Merdeka Curriculum requires stakeholders and students to move as dynamically as possible. This certainly hinders the teaching and learning process. Through this activity, teachers are able to create digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules with the help of bookcreator application. The method of this activity is in the form of delivering material, training as well as mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity include increasing teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials. The materials can be used as a learning resource for students. This is in line with the increasing creativity of teachers in utilizing all digital sources as needed as teaching materials

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a student learning process through various direct activities in the community, and students strive to be part of the community. Students have a strategic role as agents of change. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service of higher education students in certain areas which is carried out in integrated groups between departments at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. KKN activities are divided into 4, namely, training or debriefing, implementation activities at locations, reporting, and evaluation. The Community Service Program was held on July 5 - August 14 2023 in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency by Command Post 41 Batch 1. The KKN program in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village that is carried out is a program that can develop children's skills and achievements and can create a society that is prosperous, creative, compact, intelligent and comfortable in the form of kinship. We also hope that the knowledge that we have taught can be useful for young people and children and the people of Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village.

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.
