Process scheduling algorithms play an important role in determining the performance of operating systems, particularly in managing CPU utilization and process execution efficiency. Ineffective scheduling mechanisms can lead to increased waiting time and reduced system performance. This study aims to model and simulate several process scheduling algorithms using MATLAB in order to evaluate their performance characteristics. The research method involves developing simulation models for selected scheduling algorithms, including First Come First Serve, Shortest Job First, and Round Robin. Performance evaluation is conducted based on key parameters such as average waiting time, turnaround time, and processor throughput. The simulation results demonstrate that each scheduling algorithm exhibits different performance behaviors depending on the workload characteristics. Shortest Job First produces the lowest average waiting time, while Round Robin offers better response time fairness for time-sharing systems. The findings indicate that simulation-based analysis using MATLAB provides an effective approach to understanding the behavior and performance trade-offs of process scheduling algorithms. This research contributes as a reference for selecting appropriate scheduling algorithms in operating system design and as a learning model for process scheduling analysis.

Pengembangan wisata yang dapat menyesuaikan dan memitigasi kondisi lingkungan harus menjadi prioritas seiring dibukanya kembali sektor pariwisata pasca pandemi Covid-19. Di kawasan hutan Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Mojokerto, terdapat sebuah wisata dengan nama Bukit Kayoe Putih. Wisata tersebut berfokus pada edukasi kayu putih yang digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan minyak atsiri. Ketidaksesuaian kondisi eksisting wisata dengan branding yang diusung membuat tempat wisata memerlukan peninjauan ulang. Hal tersebut antara lain tidak adanya fasilitas edukasi pengolahan minyak atsiri dan implementasi material bangunan maupun landscape yang kurang sesuai dengan karakter lingkungan sekitar. Selain permasalahan eksisting, kawasan tersebut berpotensi menjadi tempat wisata yang unggul jika memanfaatkan ciri khas daerah Mojokerto sebagai penunjang pembangunannya. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pembangunan wisata, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan solusi dan mewadahi potensi dengan menerapkan prinsip pemanfaatan material lokal. Prinsip pemanfaatan material lokal adalah pendekatan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan meminimalkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan memaksimalkan potensi material daerah sekitar. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif dilakukan dalam penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara secara langsung serta kajian pustaka terkait. Kemudian dihasilkan kesimpulkan bahwa bata merah merupakan material lokal yang tepat untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata tersebut karena berperan mengangkat citra daerah yang ikonik, hingga kontribusi positifnya terhadap pembangunan wisata berkelanjutan.

This article on Optimizing the Utilization of Technology in Islamic Education was written with the aim of forming good morals and morals in individuals. This study was conducted using two methods, namely a qualitative survey and literature review through a review of previous studies whose subject matter is of course related to the title of this article. Character education is very important for someone, because good character will form a good and moral person. Character learning naturally forms a person's character based on what is learned, so that the character remains in it and even forms an identity in the future. In the current era of modernization, character education can be achieved through Islamic learning. So that someone even though living in the era of globalization can preserve Islamic values ​​that are rooted within him.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.

This Community Service Program examines efforts to enhance teachers' digital literacy in online learning. In the era of information technology, information and digital literacy have become crucial. The execution of this Community Service Program aims to improve teachers' understanding of digital literacy. This activity is conducted online in the second weeks of June and July. The provided topics include "Digital Literacy and Its Urgency in Today's Education," "Myths and Misconceptions about Literacy," and "Digital Literacy." The Community Service Team consists of two lecturers from Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto, namely Dian Nastiti, M.Pd., and Indah Ayu Permana Pribadi, S.IP., M.Sos, with student participation. Data is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify potential improvements through this program. The results of this program demonstrate that teachers at MI Maarif Nu Attijani are able to apply digital literacy in online learning. They effectively utilize platforms and instructional media with the guidance of the program team. This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy for teachers and the success of the program in enhancing the utilization of technology in online learning.

This service is designed for educators and students to continue to get a creative, innovative, collaborative and fun learning experience in line with the independent curriculum.The method used in this study is a development research method with a descriptive quantitative approach. This study aims to describe the use of the Canva for Education application by educators as a creative, innovative and collaborative learning medium for students in the current era    

Empowerment of KWTs in utilizing house yards is one way to meet needs without having to buy them. The yard of the house can be a place for farming activities that have a big role in meeting the needs of the family. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness, especially women through the use and ability of local communities to actively participate in efforts to empower the utilization and sustainable management of natural resources through the use and arrangement of yards. The method used is the lecture method and direct training with several stages, namely preparation, counseling, training, and mentoring. The target of this activity is the Melati Farming Women's Group in Ahuawali Village. Efforts to use yard land for vegetable cultivation have had a very good impact on the Melati farming women's group. Women are able to contribute to increasing the availability of healthy and nutritious vegetables for the family

The low ability of students in identifying life values ​​in short story texts is the background of this research. One of the causes of this is the lack of use of appropriate learning models by educators. In addition, as a result of the lack of utilization of appropriate learning models, namely the low level of students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model in learning to identify life values ​​in short story texts. This study also aims to examine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills. As well as examining differences in students' abilities in identifying life values ​​in short story texts and differences in students' critical thinking abilities in the experimental class using the Discovery Learning model and the control class using the discussion method. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. The results of the research are based on the Wilcoxon test of the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. That is, it can be concluded that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students identifying life values ​​in short story texts between the experimental class using the Discovery Learning model and the control class using the discussion method. As for the results of the Mann-Whitney test, the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. That is, the Discovery Learning model is effectively used in learning to identify life values ​​in short story texts. Then the results of calculating the average value of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class using the Discovery Learning model are 3.7 and in the control class using the discussion method namely 3.4. That is, it can be concluded that there are differences in students' critical thinking abilities. This shows that the Discovery Learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

MSMEs play a very important role for the progress of the Indonesian economy. With the involvement of MSMEs as a driver of improving the economy in Indonesia, it is certainly hoped that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. In the current era, MSME actors are expected to be able to make the best use of technology. One of them is the world of digital marketing, because digital marketing has an extraordinary influence so that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. This prompted the East Java MBKM Thematic KKN UPN Veterans Group 74 to hold counseling with the theme "Utilization of Digital Marketing in Improving MSME Marketing" this is also because the results of surveys and observations that have been conducted by KKN-T MBKM Group 74 Surabaya showed a lack of knowledge and the use of digital technology in marketing. Therefore, by holding this counseling, it is hoped that MSME actors can develop more quickly by expanding the market.

This journal discusses assistance to members of KWT Aren Asri and explains the utilization of spinach leaves which can be said to be quite abundant in the Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District. The reason for choosing KWT Aren Asri is because the KWT has a great opportunity to be developed. Seeing the potential that exists, it was decided to innovate by managing spinach leaves to become crispy spinach. Spinach leaf plants can be used as products that are processed in an innovative way, but the processed plant products are still not varied. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Group 34 members to manage spinach plants to become Crispy Spinach. Partners in this community service activity are members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. In this community service the method used is by conducting surveys, product manufacturing practices, and explaining material regarding packaging and products through counseling. Members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City seemed very enthusiastic about the material on how to manage spinach plants into Crispy Spinach products. In addition, KWT Aren Asri members are also very interested in practicing their own ways of making processed innovations from spinach. This community service activity produces Crispy Spinach processed products from spinach plants.  

Increasing population density is now affecting all aspects. Spatial planning that is not conducive affects the level of community welfare. Reduced land makes people unable to grow crops to the fullest. Modern agriculture can be implemented in a simple way, namely starting from the family environment by utilizing narrow land or through the use of land that is not large. Utilization of land that is not large is by using a verticultural cropping system which can overcome the narrowness of the land. The activities carried out were at KWT Dewi Sartika, to be precise, in the Sentul Village, Blitar City. The activities carried out are counseling and mentoring regarding the incorporation and application of verticultural methods in dealing with less extensive land. The implementation of this activity aims to educate the public regarding the use of narrow land for conventional, organic and commercial farming. This activities also aims to update the vertical system that has been carried out by the community.

Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Digital marketing is an absolute tool for today's business people, because consumers are more inclined to carry out purchasing activities online, especially after the pandemic. On the other hand, optimizing the use of digital marketing is also an interesting topic in the business world. Considering that currently almost all business units use information technology to support their business operations, even MSMEs are no exception. But unfortunately, not all MSMEs understand the role of digital marketing in reaching potential markets.The use of digital marketing in its development is carried out as an effort to survive amidst the onslaught of increasingly complex business competition. One of the MSMEs that has not adapted to digital marketing is Geprek SS, which is in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. The purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to Geprek SS business owners to utilize social media, create content in the form of videography and photography that can support product marketing. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely: (1) Identification of problems which analyze what are the obstacles to the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS and Needs Analysis; (2) Socialization and training to the owner of Ayam Geprek SS regarding the features available on social media and how to use them as digital marketing utilization; (3) Assisting the owner in implementing various explanations at the socialization and training stages so that they can use social media independently. The results of this activity are expected to be the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS which has implemented digital marketing and is increasingly developing the contents or content in it so that it does not fade the branding of its products, and continues digital marketing and explores more features in social media.

The problem that is often faced is the large number of mangrove forests that have been damaged, both by natural factors and irresponsible human activities. Efforts that can be made to help preserve mangrove forests are to conserve mangrove forests by planting mangrove seeds in the area. Through mangrove forest conservation, it can help revitalize mangrove forests in the Kampoeng Kepiting area. Ecotourism is an alternative program that can be applied to improve the welfare of the local community. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competency and information technology utilization on the quality of regional property reports (a case study at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province). The method used in this study is quantitative, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. In analyzing the data using SPSS 25 software, the sampling method used was purposive sampling of 52 ASN respondents from the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the competence of human resources and the use of information technology affect the quality of regional property reports at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province..

The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

This study aims to determine the effect of utilization of gadget as political communication towards the political culture orientation of students in senior high school. The design in this study is descriptive research using a quantitative approach and using correlational research. The sample in this study was taken from the population with a proportional purposive sampling technique that was as many as 347 students. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the utilization of gadget as political communication towards. This is indicated by the t-count values is 6,398> t-table (6,398 > 1,649) and a significance value <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05)

Management of Village Fund Utilization in Infrastructure Development carried out by the Village Government to support community development and empowerment. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by examining four aspects, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. The results of this research show that the Management of Utilizing Village Funds in Infrastructure Development in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Toli-Toli Regency begins with the planning process, namely the Village Development Planning Conference (musrenbang). then in the organizing stage at this stage the organizing in terms of division of work is carried out by the village head.
