The development of financial management was pioneered by the behavior of a person in the decision-making process. Financial management must lead to responsible financial behavior so that all finances for both individuals and families can be managed properly. Early financial planning will help a person to realize his life goals. A student is an age at the stage of self-development to establish attitudes and lifestyle behaviors and be able to carry out good financial planning by understanding financial literacy correctly. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via Google form to students at SMKN 1 Jetis who met the research criteria, namely ages 16-18 years. The research sample was 1256 students using a purposive sampling technique, so that 93 respondents were needed. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results show that the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior, and financial literacy and lifestyle variables simultaneously influence the behavior of financial management.

Conventional Ojek is one form of alternative transportation in Indonesia. Sikka Regency has rapid development in all sectors and has several airports and ports to support the movement of people and goods. Conventional ojek meets the biggest competitor, namely the emergence of online ojek. Although various competitors appear conventional ojek in Sikka Regency is still the main choice of public transportation mode. This study analyzes the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of students who use conventional ojek services at Nusa Nipa University. The population in this study were all students who use conventional ojek at Nusa Nipa University. This study uses purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample using certain considerations with the number of respondents 100 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire with the data collection technique used was to use a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The results show that partially service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conventional ojek has become a means of transportation that is needed by people in Maumere city. Government advice needs to take care of legalization, conventional ojek data collection, infrastructure management and price regulations and to ojek drivers pay attention to safety, comfort and completeness of vehicles.  

The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia assesses that there are still many Islamic boarding schools that have not yet been established, so they need to strive for their independence. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion has launched the “Pesantren Independence Road Map” (2021). This study examines the independence of Islamic boarding schools based on kopontren at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS). The aim is to prove the independence of PPS. The research method used is qualitative research which analyzes data in the form of statements and documentation. From the research conducted, it was found evidence that PPS is an independent Islamic boarding school both in terms of institutional, management, curriculum, manpower and funding aspects. This independence is achieved through the implementation of management principles such as planning, organizing, acting and controlling in managing the pesantren. In addition, the study also found that there are seven characteristics of PPS independence, namely having a business charity that is able to finance the financial needs of the pesantren, being able to manage its finances from the time the students register to completing their studies at the pesantren, being able to meet the basic needs of the students, being able to manage and determine the educational curriculum for the students. santri independently, not asking for help from other parties or the government to build pesantren. In addition, it has educational institutions, da'wah, social, economic and alumni networks that support the independence of pesantren.

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in madrasahs, guided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regulation (KMA) Number 347 in 2022, offers both advantages and challenges. This policy empowers madrasahs in Indonesia to develop education unit-level curricula that cater to the specific needs and management of education. The advantages of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum lie in its ability to respect and enhance Islamic education. Madrasahs can emphasize religious understanding, Quranic studies, and character education, enabling students to deepen their religious knowledge and strengthen their religious identities. Moreover, the curriculum's flexibility allows madrasahs to tailor educational experiences to the needs, social contexts, and local cultures of their students, making learning more relevant and meaningful. By incorporating practical and contextual subjects, the Merdeka Curriculum facilitates the development of broader skills, equipping students with academic, social, and life skills essential for their holistic growth. However, challenges arise in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Educators need comprehensive training and professional development to effectively design and implement a flexible curriculum. Ensuring consistent education standards across madrasahs is also crucial, as the freedom to determine curricula may result in variations. Integration with the national curriculum is essential to ensure that fundamental subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and general knowledge are adequately covered.

The impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the activities, psychological conditions, and behavioral changes in adult learners, with technology-based learning becoming increasingly widespread in higher education institutions. Both professors and students have adapted to engage in distance learning interactions, including those at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of West Sumatra, who have become familiar with utilizing virtual classes through collaborative learning methods. This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing virtual classes with collaborative learning methods, student engagement, and the challenges faced by students in online learning on learning outcomes. The research method employed is a mixed-method convergent parallel design, involving the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is analyzed using a cross-sectional study design. The research findings indicate that student learning through virtual classes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, supported by platforms like Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings, has been effective and has positively impacted students' learning achievements. The challenges encountered by students and professors during online learning include technology mastery, cost, smooth communication, interactive success, internet signal, and time management. For the faculty members of Tarbiyah, it is recommended to conduct online learning based on virtual classes, involving various integrated platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings. Additionally, preparing a comprehensive online learning guide with solutions to handle technical issues would be beneficial. This research contributes to the education field by providing insights into effective online learning practices and highlighting the challenges that need to be addressed to improve the overall learning experience.

Integrating innovative pedagogical approaches becomes paramount as the contemporary educational paradigm evolves. The study addresses the gap in the current literature by offering insights into the multifaceted implications of gamification in higher education settings. The primary purpose of this research is to analyze the attitudes, experiences, and perceptions of both educators and students toward gamified elements in LMS. The study combines qualitative interviews with teachers and students and quantitative surveys to gather a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The methodology encompasses diverse higher education institutions to ensure a representative sample. Results highlight the nuanced perspectives of participants, revealing key factors influencing the effectiveness of gamification in LMS, such as motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The findings provide a foundation for a more informed integration of gamified elements into educational practices. In conclusion, this research contributes to the field by offering empirical evidence and nuanced insights into the perceptions of gamification in higher education. The study enhances our understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with gamified learning and provides practical implications for educators and policymakers aiming to foster innovative and engaging learning environments.

The role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is needed by employees as a provision for them to face the changes and demands of the times in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Operating a computer is a part of hard skills, employees need to have skills in operating programs found in Windows and the program most frequently used is Microsoft Excel. However, to achieve this, companies must overcome several obstacles, such as a lack of quality competence to develop and manage, analyze various high-tech systems Workers who have the competence and skills will be accepted in the world of work in the industrial era 4.0. The output target of this dedication is in the form of training services in the form of information for students about data processing, calculation and data management using the Microsoft Excel application. The method of implementing the activities used is the offline training, discussion, and question and answer method. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application for preparing financial reports and improving the hard skills of Pt employees. Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.

Tourism is a creative economy-based service industry that is very important for the progress of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Tourism in Indonesia has great potential and makes a significant contribution to the economy, job creation, infrastructure development and community empowerment, including in rural areas. With good and sustainable management, tourism can grow in a sustainable manner and provide long-term benefits. Selection of tourist attractions can be adjusted to the goals of each tourist. The tourist village is a tourist attraction that can be developed and can make a positive contribution to the people of Jombang. The tourist spot chosen in this research is Sumber Biru tourism area. The implementation method used in this study is a qualitative approach with types of observation, documentation, and literature studies to obtain information about the problems faced by blue tourism sources starting from tourism development such as repairing or updating photo spots and obstacles in tourism promotion. The population in this activity were managers and visitors to the Sumber Biru tourism area which had been analyzed by KKNT students. In this community service, the team hopes to contribute more to Wonomerto village so that it can have a positive impact on local residents, especially on Sumber Biru tourism.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and parental socialization both simultaneously and partially on the interest in saving at the Bank in students of the Management Study Program of Bina Sarana Informatika University. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS version 25. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents through google forms. The results showed that financial literacy and parental socialization had a significant influence on interest in saving at the Bank. Simultaneously, financial literacy and parental socialization have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at the Bank in Management study program students of Bina Sarana Informatika University.

Websites have an important role in academic management and enhance the reputation of a company or institution. Website service quality is an important factor in education. On university web ranking sites such as webometrics, Indonesia's ranking is relatively low, including universities in Central Java which are ranked in the 1000's. Therefore, this study aims to find the causative factors and analyze the current quality of academic websites. The Webqual 4.0 method was used in this study to evaluate the quality of websites based on indicators of usability, reliability, novelty and user satisfaction. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is also used to determine indicators that need to be repaired, updated, and maintained based on user perceptions and expectations. This research involved 144 respondents, namely students and staff at STIKOM Yos Sudarso. The results of the study show several indicators that need to be improved on the STIKOM Yos Sudarso website, especially in terms of appearance and quality of information such as novelty and clarity of content. Recommendations from this study include improving the appearance by developing designs and simplifying features. In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of information by updating information in a timely, accurate and regular manner. Interaction with users also needs to be improved by adding a live chat feature and improving all indicators to build a good website reputation

The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system. This article discusses the importance of the evaluation process in elementary school learning. Evaluation plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of educational goals. Evaluation helps teachers obtain valid data on students' abilities, identify their learning difficulties, and understand their position among their peers. Through evaluation, teachers can make professional decisions in developing their teaching methods. The article emphasizes the significance of understanding and skills in conducting effective evaluation. Evaluation should not only be carried out at the end of a lesson but throughout the entire learning process. By conducting accurate and comprehensive evaluations, educators can gather precise information about students' abilities, enabling them to make informed decisions in their teaching practices. Improving understanding and implementing effective evaluation processes contributes to enhancing the quality of elementary school education. Effective evaluation not only benefits teachers in decision-making but also helps improve self-quality and classroom management.

The aims of this study were 1) to find out about inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program, 2) to find out the obstacles in inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program, 3) to find out the solution to the obstacles in inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research location was at SMPN 18 Surakarta. The research subjects were teachers, school principal, and students. The method of collecting data in this study was through interviews, documentation, and observation. To check the validity of the data in the research, source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques were used. The data analysis technique was to use descriptive qualitative with an interactive model starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) teaching students about inculcating of value of environmental care character through the P5 program on managing inorganic waste into crafts, 2) obstacles in inculcating character through the waste management program into crafts occurred from within or from the conditions of the students and the limitations of tools and material. While external obstacles were from the family or environment. 3) the solution to these obstacles was to make rules and punishments, provide counseling to students' families and the environment to actively participate in environmental care activities.   Keywords: Character Education, Environmental Care, Waste Management Programs into Crafts

Anxiety among adolescents is a growing concern due to its significant impact on their mental and physical well-being. Providing anxiety education in schools can be a crucial step in imparting understanding and stress management strategies to teenagers. This activity aims to conduct an anxiety education program for 10th-grade students at Kalam Kudus II Senior High School, Jakarta. The program is implemented using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, comprising four stages. The planning stage involves identifying objectives, analyzing needs, planning the content, and scheduling the sessions. Subsequently, in the execution stage, 10th-grade students are given education on anxiety and stress management through presentations and group discussions. Demonstrations and practice of stress management techniques are provided to enable students to apply the skills taught. Upon completing the program, an evaluation is conducted to assess students' understanding of the material and their application of stress management techniques in their daily lives. Feedback from students is collected to evaluate the effectiveness of the activity and identify areas for improvement in future sessions. This initiative is expected to benefit 10th-grade students at SMA Kalam Kudus II, Jakarta, in coping with anxiety and stress during their adolescent years. The education program aims to enhance their understanding of anxiety and equip them with valuable skills for stress management. Ultimately, it is hoped that these teenagers will be better prepared to face life's challenges and achieve improved mental well-being  

The role of management in improving the quality of education in the digital era aims to plan education that is fair, of high quality, effective and responsible, and enhances the positive image of education. The research process aims to provide knowledge about the need for management in educational organizations. Researchers used a descriptive-qualitative method by relying on library research or library research. Data collection was then analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques, this analysis process involved review and evaluation. Management is a valuable element of an organizational institution that manages a life with the hope that it can run smoothly without obstacles. The urgency of improving the quality of education in the digital era includes the quality of student learning, supporting the government's independent learning program. There are challenges and obstacles to education management, namely the lack of educator skills in dealing with the digital era, security threats such as data hacking. The inclining situation of the Covid-19 pandemic has also pushed back the tourism economy, including hospitality. The purpose of this activity is to carry out community service activities with the general theme of capacity building at Kasuari Exotic Resort located in Bandongan Subdistrict, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. The topics conveyed were about digital marketing and English for hotels. The target participants were management and staff at Kasuari Exotic Resort. This activity lasted for 3 (three) months starting from November 2022 to January 2023 in accordance with the agreement of both parties. This activity was carried out entirely in the Kasuari Exotic Resort Meeting Room. This activity involving a team of lecturers and students and the management and staff assigned from Kasuari Exotic Resort as participants. The materials given were Photography, Videography, English for Hospitality, Tourism Finance Management, E-Business, E-Commerce, Basic Web and SEO, and Digital Marketing

Educational facilities and infrastructure are facilities used for the implementation of educational activities so that the infrastructure used to support the learning process can still function properly. Therefore, school principals need to have a strategy in managing facilities and infrastructure so that they can still be used to support the occurrence of a quality learning process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students. Collecting data by interview, observation, and recording. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining went well, this was due to several strategies developed by the principal in the management component of facilities and infrastructure. (2) To realize some of these strategies, the principal needs to take steps to implement the principal's strategy, and in this case the principal includes several teachers/staff/employees as the person in charge of each facility and infrastructure.

This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.
