Islamic civilization during the time of Uthman bin Affan was an important chapter in Islamic history which marked the rapid development and broad influence of the Muslim Ummah. Uthman bin Affan, as the third caliph in Islamic history, led the Muslim community in the period 644-656 AD. His reign was marked by the expansion of Islamic territory, economic stability, and the writing of the Koran which was compiled in a standard form. Uthman's reign also saw the development of science, art, and architecture. Increased trade activity and relations with various nations and cultures allowed for a significant exchange of ideas and knowledge. In addition, Uthman is also known for organizing the official copying of the Qur'an to maintain the authenticity of Islam's sacred text. In the social realm, Uthman implemented policies that supported the welfare of Muslims, including distribution of zakat and economic empowerment. Although his reign brought prosperity, it also caused dissatisfaction among several groups, which ultimately contributed to the tragic event of Uthman's assassination. Overall, the period of Islamic civilization under the leadership of Uthman bin Affan reflected a period of progress in many aspects of life. The maintenance and development of the Al-Qur'an, territorial expansion, economic progress and social efforts have made a major contribution to the foundation of a strong and sustainable Islamic civilization.

Economic stability created price stability, because a stable economy could result in low or affordable costs for the community. One indication of economic stability was inflation. Meanwhile, the Consumer Price Index was an important indicator of the financial market and was a general indicator of the level of inflation in Indonesia. For this reason, this research aimed to analyze the influence of the monthly consumer price index on monthly food inflation in Cilacap Regency. The data used in the research came from the Cilacap Regency Central Statistics Agency, which was then analyzed using a simple regression analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the monthly consumer price index and monthly inflation. This was because the CPI was one of the indicators was used to measure the level of inflation. Changes in the CPI over time described the rate of increase (inflation) or rate of decline (deflation) of goods and services.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

By exploring international cooperation between Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia in the use of local currency through the Local Currency Settlement (LCS) framework, this research details the deeper context regarding concerns regarding dependence on the US Dollar after the 2016-2017 financial crisis. with an emphasis on the development of the use of local currencies after the Asian crisis of 1997-1998. This research reveals that one of the main criteria for establishing an optimal currency area (OCA) is exchange rate stability. In looking at the research results, a positive evolution of the use of local currencies in post-crisis ASEAN cooperation is illustrated, especially through the LCS initiative involving Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Although LCS implementation trends show positivity, further improvement is identified as an urgent need to bring it in line with total trade between countries. Hope lies in the LCS collaboration which is expected to strengthen currency stability, spur economic growth and increase trade activity in the region. Thus, this research provides valuable insight into the urgency of regional cooperation in managing dependence on global currencies, especially the US Dollar.

This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.    

Considering the importance of economic activities in maintaining national stability, sharia banking is considered as an approach to boosting the nation's economy. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), three sharia banks that were previously in existence, have merged as a result of the growth of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia, into one business entity. The process of merging two companies into one, where one takes a new name and the other is dissolved while all its assets are combined into the still operating business, is known as a merger. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by business actors in artificial tourism in Metro City in an effort to increase tourist attraction. The research was conducted through interviews with 15 business actors out of a total of 30 business actors who sell at artificial tourism on Jalan Proklamasi No. 27 Mulyosari. The research results show that business actors implement a pricing strategy based on market prices and provide seating facilities to increase visitor comfort. Several business actors also use social media as a promotional tool. This strategy has proven to be quite effective in maintaining the stability of sales numbers from when it first started operating until 2023. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the combination of competitive pricing, increasing customer comfort, and the use of social media is the right marketing strategy for business actors to implement in artificial tourism in the city. Asphalt concrete is a combination of aggregate, asphalt, with or without additives. To obtain high stability in asphalt concrete, it is necessary to have an aggregate that is well graded, dense, and has small voids between aggregate grains. Asphalt concrete performance testing can be done through the Marshall test. The Marshall Test Tool is used to determine the characteristics of a road pavement layer. One of the Marshall test kits that is still widely used in laboratories is the analog Marshall test kit. This study used an experimental method in the laboratory of the Jombang Regency Public Works Office with core test objects (KOR) made of a mixture of wear-resistant steel (AC-WC) with a thickness of 4 cm each. In this test, 4 core specimens were used in accordance with the 2010 General Highways Specifications (revision 3). With the composition of the constituent materials consisting of Aggregate 0-5 mm (42.2%), Aggregate 5 - 10 mm (33%), Aggregate 10 - 15 mm (16.9%), Filler Cement (1.9%), Asphalt Content (6%) those who get the value of 91.3% (stability) is the final residual stability value, before obtaining this value there are several values listed, namely; value 2,292gr/cm3 (Bj Mix), 5.274% (effective asphalt content), 0.772% (absorption of asphalt), 4.71% (VIM), VMA 16.80% (VIM), 71.97% (VFB ), 1178kg (initial marshall stability) , 3.55mm (flow), 332kg/mm (Marshall quetient).

This study aims to explain the factors that influence human development from a western perspective and an Islamic perspective. The data sources we use are obtained from relevant and reliable literature, namely primary data sources that we use are developmental psychology books and secondary data sources that we use are scientific journals supporting the topic of discussion. The research method used is a qualitative method of literature study. The data analysis technique used is content analysis and core research, which aims to maintain the stability of the assessment process and anticipate misunderstanding or misinformation in this research. This research is presented with simple and easy principles, in order to make it easier for readers to understand the content and core on the factors that influence the development that we present in this research.

Therefore, it is very important for every country to fully embrace it.

Chili is a popular vegetable in Indonesia, often used as a spice in various local dishes. The surge in demand before major celebrations, coupled with unpredictable weather, can impact chili production and lead to price fluctuations. Predicting prices becomes crucial to anticipate market changes and maintain economic stability in Indonesia. This study aims to predict the prices of curly red chili in Samarinda City in 2024 using the Linear Regression method. The data, sourced from the last three years (January 2021 to November 2023) via Lamin Etam's website, underwent processing with RapidMiner. Analysis using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) indicates an accuracy level of 240.487+/-, signifying a relatively large margin of error. These results underscore the importance of adding data attributes to enhance the accuracy of curly red chili price predictions in Samarinda City.  

Financial distress is a situation where a company faces serious financial problems that can threaten the continuity and stability of the company. This can affect the company's reputation, credibility and public trust, and even lead to bankruptcy. Therefore, effective management, prudent financial planning, and monitoring the state of the company are very important to prevent or overcome financial distress. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse the theory that explains the effect of investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency on financial distress moderated by managerial ownership. This study uses qualitative descriptive method for literature research. The results of this study indicate that the variables of investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency affect financial distress. Managerial ownership is able to moderate the investment opportunity set, operating cash flow, and solvency on financial distress.

This study aims to determine how effective the implementation of local government information systems (SIPD) in supporting financial reporting at OPDs in Mataram City, namely RSUD X. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. The research analysis refers to the UTAUT effectiveness indicators consisting of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences and Facilitating Conditions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SIPD in supporting financial reporting at RSUD X when viewed in terms of indicators of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions is still less effective because in its implementation SIPD still has many weakness both in terms of system stability and the availability of features needed, while for indicators of social influences SIPD can already be categorized as effective because the implementation of financial report data entry is adapted to user needs.

Monetary policy is a vital instrument in managing a country's economic stability. Global economic transformation and dynamics in financial markets require in-depth evaluation of monetary policy. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of monetary policy and investigate the impact of its transformation in the current economic context. Through a careful methodological approach, this research uses secondary data analysis from various global and national economic sources. The literature review investigates the current literature on monetary policy and economic transformation. The results of the data analysis provide deep insight into the factors influencing monetary policy and the consequences of its transformation. The main findings show that changes in the global economic order, financial technology and capital market dynamics play a major role in changing the monetary policy paradigm. This transformation can have a significant impact on economic stability and societal welfare. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to economic transformation. The practical implications of this research include the need to update a more dynamic monetary policy strategy to answer new challenges in the era of globalization. It is hoped that further research will deepen specific aspects of monetary policy transformation to provide a more comprehensive view.

Elections have become the mainstream of modern countries. Elections are founded on the principle of equality, namely that every citizen has equal rights and position in the government, therefore every citizen actually has the same power to govern. This people's power is the source of legitimacy and legality of state power. Freedom, Security, Justice and Peace in General Elections must be obtained by all Indonesian people in essence. Of course, this cannot be realized if there is no national stability. Elections do not only rely on the state or military, but involve the strength and role of individual citizens, including non-governmental or private organizations. To hold free, safe, fair and peaceful elections in the General Election, space and mechanisms for full participation must be created, where citizens develop democratic mechanisms and have the power to make decisions in accordance with the wishes of the citizens themselves, without any persuasion or intimidation from other parties. party. interested parties, because the idea of democracy being promoted is actually quite simple, namely to protect the rights of citizens in exercising their freedom to express opinions. For this reason, freedom, security, justice and peace in general elections must be maintained by the government and the government  must  build  stability  in  the  country  in  implementing  elections  well.

Based on the results of this study, researchers found many factors and habits of students in the field, students feel burdened in completing assignments as a responsibility, students view the task as a heavy burden in doing the task as the responsibility of a student. This study aims to determine the important role of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in global economic stabilisation and recovery efforts, especially in the midst of the international financial crisis. The IMF serves as a critical provider of financial assistance to crisis-affected countries through an emergency lending mechanism, the IMF provides the financial support needed to address urgent economic pressures. In addition, the IMF acts as an economic policy advisor by providing guidance to its member countries. By designing appropriate structural reform programmes and economic policies, the IMF helps countries to recover from the crisis and build a stronger economic base. The importance of international co-operation is also a focus of the IMF in promoting global economic stability. This article has a formulation of the problem of how the IMF's role in providing emergency financial assistance for the economic stabilisation of countries affected by the international financial crisis. The analytical method used by the author is a qualitative approach. This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large.
