Based on the results of initial observations obtained from PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, information was obtained that one of the problems that must be resolved at this time is how to encourage employees to further improve their performance. It was informed that the performance conditions of employees at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat is still low. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was part of the population in this study, namely 78 employees using a saturated sample. This research can be concluded either partially or simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

Students' mental health is a crucial aspect of their development, as it directly impacts to their learning abilities, social relationships and emotional well-being. Therefore, it is important to give an attention to their mental health, through educational programs, emotional support, and the development of a safe and supportive learning environment.  This program aims to increase students' knowledge and awareness at SDN 1 Tukadmungga through a visual education approach and interactive discussions in open spaces environment. The method used involves the use of visual media such as informative posters as well as discussion sessions held in open spaces to create a more relaxed and participatory learning environment. The research results show that this approach is effective in increasing students' awareness of the importance of maintaining mental health, as well as encouraging them to be more open in talking about the feelings and problems they face. The results showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge before and after the education was carried out. In conclusion, visual education accompanied by interactive discussions in open spaces could be an efficient strategy in promoting mental health among elementary school students

The advancement of digital technology has revolutionized marketing from traditional methods to online approaches. Digital marketing, leveraging digital media and the internet, including e-commerce and social media, has become a crucial element in promoting products and services. According to Kotler and Keller (2023), digital marketing not only boosts sales but also strengthens brand identity and fosters customer relationships. In Indonesia, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which significantly contribute to the local economy, can utilize digital marketing to expand their market reach and improve efficiency. This study was conducted in Ngampel Kulon Village, Kendal Regency, Central Java, focusing on MSME operators and aspiring entrepreneurs who have not fully utilized digital platforms such as WhatsApp Business. The research method involved observation, economic potential identification, and training using a Participatory Rural Approach. The training covered four main components: an introduction to digital marketing basics, copywriting techniques, digital marketing strategies, and hands-on practice with guidance. Results showed that 34 local residents and 15 KKN students exhibited high enthusiasm and successfully applied promotional strategies through social media. The evaluation indicated an improvement in knowledge and skills in using WhatsApp Business for product marketing. The conclusion is that the training successfully enhanced MSMEs' understanding and skills in digital marketing, including digital content creation and social media utilization. The program also emphasizes the need for policy makers' involvement in planning and managing local product marketing to compete globally and adapt to ongoing technological trends.

This research aims to understand the leadership challenges in improving public services at PT Pelindo III Bima Branch, given the complexities faced, such as resistance from team members, operational pressures, ineffective internal communication, and the importance of relationships with local government. To achieve this objective, the research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a purposive sampling approach, where key informants include the Head of PT Pelindo III Bima Branch and various other stakeholders. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the leadership dynamics in the field. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to reduce and present the data, resulting in accurate findings regarding leadership effectiveness in this context. The study results indicate that leadership at PT Pelindo III Bima Branch faces significant challenges, particularly in managing change, improving internal communication, and building good relationships with local government. However, by implementing appropriate leadership strategies such as developing a clear vision, effective human resource management, and adapting to change, leaders can overcome these obstacles and enhance overall public service performance. In conclusion, effective leadership is key to ensuring that PT Pelindo III Bima Branch can meet the needs of port service users and contribute positively to the local economy.  

Bipolar disorder affects a person’s affect and activities over a certain period of time. In manic and hypomanic episodes, a person with bipolar disorder experiences increased activity and affect in the form of increased energy and activity. In a depressive episode there is a decrease in affect, activity, and reduced energy. This study aimed to determine social adaptation of subjects with bipolar disorder in manic/hypomanic and depressive episode, describe impact of bipolar disorder on social environment of subjects with bipolar disorder, how subjects with bipolar disorder building good friendships, how subjects with bipolar disorder maintain social relationships when in depressive episode, and ability to socialize in campus setting. Researchers used qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses the help of QDA Miner software version 6.0.11. The results of this research show that a person with bipolar disorder have social adaptation strategies including providing understanding to others, self-control, moral adjustment, and respect for other.

Juvenile delinquency, including alcohol consumption, is a significant social issue affecting adolescents' social interactions. This study aims to evaluate the differences in social interactions among adolescents before and after ceasing alcohol consumption in Pondok Ranji Village. Data were collected using a qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques, involving observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that behavioral changes in former alcohol users are closely related to internal and external factors, such as self-awareness and family responses. These changes positively impact social interactions, as evidenced by improved communication quality and more harmonious relationships with family and acquaintances. The findings highlight the importance of motivating factors and social support in the recovery process of adolescents from alcohol consumption.

In various business relationships, activities in banking, land, social activities, etc., the need for written evidence in the form of authentic deeds is increasing in line with the growing demand for legal certainty in various economic and social relationships, both at the national, regional and regional levels. and globally. Through an authentic deed that clearly determines rights and obligations, guarantees legal certainty, and at the same time it is hoped that disputes can be avoided. Even though these disputes cannot be avoided, in the process of resolving disputes, authentic deeds which are the strongest and most complete written evidence make a real contribution to resolving cases cheaply and quickly. The objectives to be achieved in the research are:To find out the qualifications of unlawful acts for the actions of a Notary who has handed over a land certificate for the object of sale and purchase without the agreement of the parties. And to find out that the Notary who submitted the Deed of Sale and Purchase without an agreement violated the notary's oath of office.Notaries have an obligation to act in a trustworthy, honest, thorough, independent, impartial manner and safeguard the interests of parties involved in carrying out legal actions. In accordance with the provisions of Article 85 UUJN, the sanctions that can be imposed on a Notary are verbal warning, written warning, temporary dismissal, honorable dismissal, or dishonorable dismissal. The model of Jesus' transformative dialogue in the Gospel of John 1-4, describes the interaction of Jesus Christ conducting evangelism consistently through dialogues in John 1-4 with various figures in different contexts that lead to changes in understanding and spiritual transformation both individually and in the groups He faces. This study aims to identify and analyze the model of transformational dialogue carried out by Jesus Christ in John 1-4 to achieve the transformative goal of building relationships that enable the growth of faith among His listeners and bring people to faith in Him. The research method uses qualitative descriptive and exploratory text analysis with a hermeneutical approach to understand the cultural and theological contexts that underlie each effective missiological dialogue. This study analyzes six dialogues in John 1-4, involving Jesus Christ in conversation with four different groups of people. Dialogues as a means of communication to bring about change and deeper understanding of spiritual truth. The results of this study illustrate that Jesus Christ uses various dialogical strategies to convey the gospel message effectively to people from diverse social backgrounds to build relationships that enable the growth of faith. The transformational dialogue model of Jesus Christ in John 1-4, demonstrates wise and open dialogue in the context of evangelism and provides valuable teaching and guidance for modern evangelism practice and emphasizes the need for adaptation to the individual's social context to achieve maximum effectiveness in bringing people to Christ.

The seminar "Educating Children with Exemplary Behavior and Love," held on August 11, 2024, at the Community Center RW 05, Kelurahan Sangiang Jaya, aimed to equip parents with knowledge about the importance of role modeling and affection in child education. The methods used included a presentation by a speaker and a question-and-answer session. The results of the seminar showed that consistent application of role modeling and affection can improve the parent-child relationship and enhance parenting effectiveness. The implications of these results highlight the need for parents to integrate these principles into their daily lives to support optimal child development. Participants explored the importance of being a good example in daily life and how role modeling can shape children’s character and behavior. Additionally, the seminar discussed how to create a loving environment that provides emotional support for children's psychological and social development. The seminar aimed to help parents build healthy and harmonious relationships with their children and prepare them to become empathetic and responsible individuals.

Background: Nurse turnover intention is a significant problem for hospitals, including RS Mitra Jambi, as it can affect operational stability and the quality of healthcare services. A decrease in the number of experienced nurses can negatively impact the effectiveness of hospital services. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors influencing turnover intention, such as work motivation, leadership style, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) culture. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and OCB culture on nurse turnover intention at RS Mitra Jambi. Methods: This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to nurses at RS Mitra Jambi. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationships between independent variables (work motivation, leadership style, OCB culture) and the dependent variable (turnover intention). Results: Work motivation, leadership style, and OCB culture simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention (p<0.05). Work motivation, leadership style, and a positive OCB culture have a significant negative effect on turnover intention (p<0.05). Conclusion: Work motivation, transformational leadership style, and OCB culture significantly influence nurse turnover intention at RS Mitra Jambi. The results of this study provide guidance for hospital management to develop strategies for enhancing work motivation, implementing transformational leadership styles, and strengthening OCB culture to improve nurse retention.      

A library is a facility or place that provides reading materials. Good book arrangement can help the library in obtaining good reading sources. The arrangement of library service book collections based on borrowing patterns, there is an alignment between user needs and the availability of reading materials available in the library. Analysis of book borrowing patterns provides valuable insights for library staff in determining the books that are most in demand and often needed by users. Data mining is defined as mining data or efforts to dig up valuable and useful information in a very large database. The most important thing in data mining techniques is the rule for finding high frequency patterns between sets of itemsets called Association Rules. The method used in this study is Apriori (Association Rule). This technique is used to find relationships or associations between items or variables in data. Well-known algorithms such as Apriori and Eclat are used to find association rules in transactional data. The purpose of this study is to find out library visitor data using the Apriori Algorithm method and to find out the application of data mining for compiling book collections based on borrowing patterns. The results of this study are the multiplication of support and confidence, choose the one with the largest multiplication result. The largest result of the multiplication of these multiplications is the rule used when borrowing books. Because the results of the multiplication of the 4 borrowings have the same value, all of them can be used as rules.  

Science and Technology is one of the sciences that learns about how technology develops. This science also learns about the internet that can connect one device to another. By using the internet, we can access websites to make work easier or even find a job that we are interested in. Two examples of websites that we can visit are LinkedIn and Jobstreet. LinkedIn is one of the websites where we can do self branding and add relationships with other audiences. Meanwhile, Jobstreet is one of the websites that provides such types of jobs that we can later apply to a certain place or company. These two websites are very useful for many people, especially for vocational students who after graduating will continue their journey directly in the world of work. In this counseling, we will also teach students how to make a good and correct CV and what things distinguish between an ATS CV and a creative CV. In addition, this counsling is expected to be able to add skills and insights to students related to LinkedIn and Jobstreet so that they are more familiar with using these two platforms in their daily lives. The output results that we get through the implementation of this activity are made in the form of article and poster.

Family Planning (KB) is an action that assists individuals or married couples in achieving specific objectives, preventing unwanted pregnancies, spacing pregnancies, controlling the timing of childbirth within marital relationships, and determining the number of children in a family. Injectable contraception is one of the most commonly used pregnancy prevention methods in Indonesia. Factors related to the use of injectable contraceptives include Knowledge, Parity, Husband's Support, and Income. To review the literature on the factors influencing the choice of 3-month injectable contraceptive KB. Method: The method of writing this article is a literature review using Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on open access, full text availability in English and Indonesian published in the last decade (2020–2023). There are 6,750 articles identified and published from 2019-2023. Out of these 6,750 articles, 10 articles meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the research findings, the 10 reviewed articles indicate that several factors influence the choice of 3-month injectable hormonal contraception. Based on the literature review conducted on the factors influencing the choice of 3-month injectable hormonal contraception KB, it is influenced by Knowledge, parity, husband's support, and income, with Knowledge being the most dominant factor.  

Teenage promiscuity is a significant challenge in contemporary society. This article aims to present an approach that integrates Christian spirituality in order to tackle this phenomenon. Through a qualitative method with a focus on literature, we explore the role of spirituality in shaping the character of adolescents and providing positive alternatives in dealing with promiscuity. In-depth analysis of theological and psychological sources shows that spirituality is not only a source of internal strength for adolescents, but also plays an important role in building healthy relationships with oneself, others, and God. The results of this study show that the integration of Christian spirituality can be a strong foundation for adolescents in facing the challenges of promiscuity. The practical implications of the findings are presented as a contribution for educators, parents, and youth leaders in guiding adolescents towards a life based on Christian values.

The aim of writing this journal is for readers to see more about the perspective of criminaI law in dealing with the specifics of same-sex relationships in Indonesia. The research was carried out using normative legal methods so that it is necessary to criminalize or expand criminal regulations for deviant acts committed by the LGBT community in reforming criminal law. The study results show that same-sex relationships are considered to violate norms in Indonesian society. Many people are uncomfortable with the presence of LGBT in their environment, which makes people question how the law in Indonesia handles cases of same-sex relationships. Meanwhile, same-sex relations carried out by LGBT people are not yet regulated as a criminal offense according to Indonesian criminal law, the regulation is still very limited because it only regulates same-sex sexual relations committed by adults with minors.      

A stipulation born between two or more parties that is legally guaranteed and creates specific rights and obligations for each individual is the definition of a contract. In the law of obligations, a contract is considered a fundamental instrument that allows individuals or entities to manage their relationships with each other. However, in practice, breaches or non-compliances with what has been agreed upon, known as "default", are not uncommon. Default occurs when someone bound by an agreement does not fulfill their obligations in accordance with the content agreed upon in a contract, whether in the form of a direct violation or not taking the necessary actions. The impact of a default can be in the form of material losses, immaterial losses, or both. Resolving defaults typically involves negotiations between parties, mediation, arbitration, or even formal legal routes through the courts. It is important for contracting parties to understand their rights and obligations to prevent defaults and reduce the risk of disputes in the future.

Police Sector (Polsek) is one of the agencies that provide protection, order and ensure public safety in the sunggal area. The number of cases of criminal acts that occur makes residents feel unsafe and always feel threatened in certain areas in the Sunggal sub-district, the pattern of criminal acts that often occur due to several factors, one of which is due to the lack of security in the area so that many criminal acts occur as well as behaviour that has been planned by the perpetrator to achieve their goals by planning, preparing, implementing, disposing of evidence, even hiding or escaping depending on the type of crime committed based on the characteristics of the perpetrator, and the situation or context in which the crime occurred. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse techniques from existing criminal data using the a priori algorithm method to find patterns of relationships between variables that can assist agencies in taking action for public safety. Based on the research conducted, the above case is tested with a minimum support = 10%, confidence = 100% so that the results of the rule that meets the support and confidence values are obtained: ‘If the criminal act is theft then the job is self-employed’, then giving value is successful with 15% support, 100% confidence. And ‘If the age of 17-25 years, the criminal act is Theft then the job is unemployed’, then giving value is successful with 10% support, 100% confidence.

The Community Service Program, which is being carried out by KKN students from the National Development University "Veteran" East Java, aims to provide knowledge and practical skills to the community, particularly PKK mothers RW 03 Babatan Jati Village, Sidoarjo, in processing traditional medicinal plants, ginger, into high-value products, namely gummy candy. This session included a firsthand demonstration of the gummy candy-making process, with ginger extract as the key ingredient. The outcomes of this exercise demonstrated that the participants were quite enthusiastic, as seen by their active engagement in discussions and activities. The finished product was gummy candy with a unique ginger scent and a chewy texture, which is expected to generate new economic prospects in the local community. This initiative is also designed to increase community welfare and develop relationships between students and the local population.

The main objective of this kkn activity is to increase the visibility, competitiveness, and revenue of MSMEs through product promotion on social media platforms. The main problem faced by MSMEs is limited knowledge in developing innovative products, which hinders the ability to compete with foreign products. Therefore, the urgency of this project lies in the importance of supporting MSMEs in utilizing digital media to improve their competitiveness. The results of this video creation show significant positive impacts, including increased product visibility, increased sales, and improvements in the packaging process. Not only did the video capture the attention of consumers, but it also helped build closer relationships between producers and consumers through social media. These results confirm the importance of visual content in digital marketing strategies for MSMEs, as well as the need to innovate and develop the brand on an ongoing basis.

The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy in encouraging MSMEs in Kedungpeluk Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely by rebranding. This research discusses the rebranding strategy for five MSMEs in Kedungpeluk Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency as a form of care. Rebranding is one of the tactics that has proven effective in increasing the competitive ability and relevance of MSMEs. For MSME players, rebranding can have a positive impact, namely attracting consumer attention, contributing to increased sales, responding to changes in market trends, expanding the market, building relationships with consumers, strengthening positions in competitive industries, and realizing potential that can attract consumer attention to the importance of this and maintain existing Indonesian local culture. This rebranding also provides solutions for MSME players to improve the quality of their products, especially through more attractive packaging.
