The third trimester of pregnancy is the gestational age from 29 weeks to about 40 weeks and ends with the baby being born. Pregnant women entering the third trimester of pregnancy will experience lower back pain due to enlarged uterus and changes in the center of gravity causing discomfort in daily activities. One of the treatments to help reduce low back pain in third trimester pregnant women is progressive muscle relaxation. This type of research is quantitative research using quasy experimental with a one groups pre test-post test design approach and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research location at the Kagok Health Center with 19 respondents. The instrument used to assess dysmenorrhea pain is the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The research data were analyzed using a statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving progressive muscle relaxation measures to the level of dysmenorrhea pain with a p value of 0.00 (<0.05).

Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the most common type of diabetes mellitus, accounting for about 90% of all diabetes cases. If not treated immediately can cause damage to the eyes, kidneys, heart disease, hypertension, stroke and even cause gangrene. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Objective: To determine changes in blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Method: Descriptive method with a case study approach to 2 respondents in Jengglong Hamlet, Karanganyar Regency. The duration of giving progressive muscle relaxation therapy to respondents was 20 minutes in the morning and evening for 7 days from 25 May 2023 to 31 May 2023. Results: The blood sugar levels of the two respondents before applying progressive muscle relaxation therapy were 243 mg/dL and 255 mh/dL. After application, blood sugar levels dropped to 167 mg/dL and 221 mg/dL. Conclusion: The application of progressive muscle relaxation is able to reduce blood sugar levels in both type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Jengglong Hamlet, Karanganyar Regency.

Background of study: Diabetic ulcers is a complication of diabetes mellitus resulting from sensory, motor, autonomic neuropathy and/or vascular disorders of the limbs. One of the diabetic ulcer treatment techniques is using aloe vera gel. Aloe vera contains anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and can repair tissue damage of diabetic ulcers. Objective: to determine changes and developments after applying aloe vera gel to diabetic ulcer wound healing. Methods: This research uses descriptive case studies by observing nursing care for diabetic ulcer patients using aloe vera gel at the Rasika Gunungkidul Wound Clinic with an application 6x and application is carried out every 2 days using the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool. Results: The results of the assessment score before application in respondent 1 score 32 points with categories wound degeneration and respondent 2 score 21 points with categories wound degeneration. After application with aloe vera gel the score on respondent 1 was 21 points with categories wound degeneration while on respondent 2 was 10 points with categories wound regenration. The two respondents had a decrease in score which indicated that the wound had progressed significantly. Conclusion: The application of aloe vera gel can be used as an effective non-pharmacological method for diabetic ulcer wound.

Learning in elementary schools has to be implemented using methods that are in line with 21st century education goals. STEM is a viable solution for use in the implementation of learning because it places an emphasis on students' mastery of science, which in turn encourages students' critical thinking skills, allowing them to gauge their own learning progress. However, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education is still underutilized in elementary schools. Therefore, we want to examine how teaching subjects like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) affects primary school children's capacity for critical thinking in the twenty-first century. Quantitative methods of the experimental kind were used for this investigation. (quasi-experiment). The first phase in the data collecting procedure is the pre-test, followed by the treatment of both groups and finally the post-test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of the approach of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) on the ability to think critically of 21st-century elementary school students.

Background; Progressive Mobilization Level I can affect blood pressure and oxygen saturation in critically impaired patients with reduced consciousness. Progressive mobilization can affect oxygen saturation, this is because after being given level 1 progressive mobilization in the Head of Bed position, gravity will pull the diaphragm down resulting in better lung expansion (distributing oxygen in the lungs) so that the oxygen bound by hemoglobin increases. increase in oxygen saturation values. Objective; Knowing the results of applying level I progressive mobilization to blood pressure and oxygen saturation in patients with decreased consciousness. Method; The application was carried out using a case study descriptive method to 2 respondents in patients with decreased consciousness for 3 days with a frequency of 2 times a day for 15 minutes. Results; Based on the results of the application that has been carried out, there is a decrease in blood pressure and an increase in oxygen saturation before and after the application of level I progressive mobilization. Conclusion; Level I Progressive Mobilization can be used as a non-pharmacological technique or independent intervention in patients with decreased consciousness to reduce blood pressure and increase oxygen saturation.
