The slow speed of internet access is often a problem that most users of computer network services complain about because there are no restrictions or efficient bandwidth management. Bandwidth management is a concept in which several computers in an office or office environment can be connected to each other and share data and information in accessing the internet. In the application of bandwidth management with the simple queues method for optimizing computer network security systems on proxy routers, it is proven to be able to solve problems that are often complained of by most users of computer network services that are located in terms of availability, reliability, stability, performance stability and can provide protection to prevent unauthorized access or minimize attacks coming through the network against owned resources. MikroTik RouterOS is a Linux-based operating system that is intended as a network router. Designed to suit all users. MAC address-based authentication systems may not be able to cope with the significant growth in the number of users. Using different system in a hotspot network can provide additional security advantages. By replacing the MAC address authentication method with a different system, access risks can be reduced to improve overall network security. After the hotspot network with the voucher system is running well, the Company can develop further by adding additional features or services according to the needs of the company. This development can improve security or increase network capacity to accommodate companies. Replacing the system with a Hotspot Voucher system using Mikrotik will increase flexibility, management, and access control in a hotspot network using Mikrotik Router devices, Switches, UTP Cables, and Access points. From the specifications above, Mikrotik is quite suitable for hotspot vouchers with a voucher system to provide flexibility in managing user access. Previously used MAC address-based authentication was difficult to manage and inflexible. With a different system, setting up and managing access becomes more efficient and can be done more easily. Hotspot voucher configuration with a limit of 5 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload. MAC address system can be overcome with a hotspot voucher system. Data analysis techniques using data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The government segment cannot do hard selling like other segments. This is because the government segment is included in B2B sales and cannot expand the market easily. Apart from that, because government segment customers are government agencies, the government's budget is also limited because it is regulated in the APBN. Regarding the problems and challenges faced by government services, the author wants to analyze the government segment's business strategy in increasing sales with customers and limited government budgets. The final internship assignment was prepared by the author using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with account managers and supervisors. The results of interviews and observations of the government segment have strategies in conducting B2B sales, namely carrying out acquisitions or scaling, conducting account manager soft skills training, building and maintaining customer loyalty, conducting outreach related to the success of work programs that have been implemented by other regions, conducting outreach and offering programs work, holding a service business request (SBR) program, carrying out business processes with direct selling and personal selling, having an account manager's role as a consultant, building and maintaining customer trust, and registering various Telkom products in the E-Catalog.

However, there is a major obstacle to increasing production,  namely  the  availability  of  deep  water.  Therefore,  the  Nganjuk Regency  Government  is  trying  to  overcome  the  availability  of  water.  These include providing irrigation network infrastructure, Farmer Business Level Irrigation Network/Village Irrigation Network (JITUT/JIDES), Farming Business Roads, Pumping and Empowerment of the Water User Farmers Association (GHIPPA).

One mathematical model in the form of a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is the predator-prey model. The predator-prey model explains population changes of one prey population and one predator population due to changes in time. The radial basis function network method is used to find a numerical solution to the predator-prey model. The radial basis function network method can directly approximate the function and derivative of the prey-prey model using a basis function. The basis function used is a multiquadric basis function. Numerical solutions using the radial basis function network method obtained from this research show high accuracy and low error. The absolute error obtained from the two simulations with Δt = 0.01 each is 0.0066 in the first simulation and 0.022 in the second simulation. The errors obtained are relatively small because each only represents 0.66% of the initial value of the first type and 0.5% of the initial value of the second type. This shows that the radial basis function network method is efficient in calculating the predator-prey model solution.

Reliable and high-performance Internet access is essential to support practical activities in the IBN Lampung Computer Laboratory. Dependence on a single ISP often leads to connection disruptions, reduced service quality, and interruptions in the learning process. This study aims to design and implement a Mikrotik-based load balancing system to improve Internet performance by utilizing two ISP links and providing an automatic failover mechanism when one link becomes unavailable. The research employs the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach, which includes network requirement analysis, multi-WAN topology design, implementation of load balancing and failover configurations on Mikrotik, and performance testing. The results show that the load balancing system successfully distributes traffic more evenly, enhances connection stability, and provides more consistent Internet speed. Additionally, the failover mechanism works effectively and ensures service continuity when an ISP experiences downtime. In conclusion, the implementation of a Mikrotik-based load balancing system effectively improves Internet access quality and supports smoother laboratory activities.

In the era of technological development and digitization in various fields, MSMEs as a type of business that has a large role in building the economy also need to experience development in the field of technology in marketing their products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand the MSMEs marketing network. One example of MSMEs that need digital marketing assistance is UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family". The method used in this community service activity is divided into four stages, namely the survey stage, the digital marketing socialization stage, digital marketing assistance and the maintenance and evaluation stages. Digital marketing assistance activities for UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family" are a form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in elevating regional potential so that they can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market.

Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Ethics relates to good living habits, both in a person and in a society or community group. This means that ethics are related to values, good ways of life, good rules of life, and all habits that are adopted and passed from one person to another or from one generation to another. Islamic Bank Services In Indonesia (BPRS) formulates ethical Islamic work ethics  which in the form of its main values is an elaboration of ethical values applied by all BPRS employees (employees). This study conducted a qualitative mapping  of research articles on ethical behavior in service from 2019 to 2023, focusing on the year of publication, theories used and research variables. A total  of 100 articles from accredited journals on Google Scholar were included in the analysis. In this study assisted by two software including publish or perish software and VOSviewer. The theory of ethical behavior in Islamic banking services  is found to be a theory  that  is considered to be used quite often, but the relationship between the ethical behavior of servants in Islamic banks and fukus is that BPRS is still very rare. Melikan Village area is part of Pegunungan Sewu area. This area is included in a national protected area and has been part of UNESCO's Global Geopark Network since 2015. As a karst areas, this area has potential natural resources, human resources, and socio-economic-culture. This research has mapped all of these potentials to become the basis for designing the Taman Budaya Banglipuran which is the focus of the development of the Melikan Village area. The approach used in this study is action research which is carried out in three stages. The research phase are: mapping, planning and development. The mapping is digital using Quantum GIS. Planning is carried out with FGD. And development includes area planning with 3D visuals. This research aims to assist the community in developing the Banglipuran area by producing area designs.  

The drug problem in Indonesia is still something that is urgent and complex. In the last decade this problem has become widespread. Evidenced by the significant increase in the number of drug abusers or addicts, along with the increasing disclosure of drug crime cases, the pattern of which is increasingly diverse and the syndicate network is getting more massive. The impact of drug abuse does not only threaten the survival and future of those who abuse it, but also the future of the nation and state, regardless of social, economic strata, age or level of education. Until now the level of drug trafficking has penetrated at various levels, not only in urban areas but has touched rural communities.

The term smart museum has started to emerge in recent years along with the development of digital technology and smart concepts related to the application of technology in helping people in various sectors of life. The concept of a smart museum itself refers to the use of internet of things (IoT) technology such as sensors, wireless networks, digital applications, virtual reality, augmented reality, and smart systems to increase the interactivity, accessibility and involvement of visitors in the museum. Now more and more museums are adopting this smart solution as a way to attract visitors and optimize the visitor experience. In Indonesia, one of the museums that has transformed into a smart museum is the Museum Penerangan. In its efforts to become a smart museum, the Museum Penerangan has several supporting factors such as the number of human resources, technology support, program creativity, and support from top management. However, the main obstacle is funding because it requires a large investment to transform into a smart museum, besides that special human resources are needed to understand the technological needs that match the collection.

This study aims to find out how non-cash transactions are implemented in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province, to find out what obstacles arise in the implementation of non-cash transactions in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province and what are the efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise on the application of non-cash transactions in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data comes from several things, namely in the form of words and actions. The rest is additional data such as documents and others. To complete the research data, two data sources are needed, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely collecting data related to the problem to be studied so that it can be described descriptively, qualitatively and comprehensively, namely describing the prevailing reality and still having something to do with applicable legal aspects. The results of the observations presented by the author use closed questions through interviews with several trusted sources who work at the Secretariat of the DPRD of West Sumatra Province. The results of the study found that the implementation of non-cash transactions carried out by the West Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat was smooth and theoretical, but not all procedures were the same because in a company there were different parties and different functions together. Procedures related to the non-cash implementation system at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province have several obstacles such as the smart city internet network that is used is still inadequate, the lack of socialization from the regional financial manager and the nagari bank regarding the non-cash implementation system, which results in a lack of understanding from related parties regarding the system This.

This thesis is entitled: Cultural Arts Teacher Pedagogic Competence in Improving Student Creativity (Descriptive Study at SMK Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City). Arts and culture teachers are responsible for providing effective, inspiring and supportive learning towards the development of students' creativity. through good pedagogical competence, arts and culture teachers can become effective agents of change in creating a learning environment that inspires, empowers, and promotes the diversity of cultural arts expressions in society. This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of arts and culture teachers in planning, implementing and evaluating learning, the steps taken, the obstacles encountered, and the solutions made in increasing the creativity of students at SMK Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out through triangulation with data sources from school supervisors, school principals, arts and culture teachers, visual communication design teachers, leather and imitation DPK teachers, wood and rattan DPK teachers, school committees and student representatives. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The pedagogical competence of arts and culture teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya in planning, implementing and evaluating learning is quite good. (2) The steps taken are to observe the opportunities that exist, foster curiosity, create fun learning, integrate technology, open a wide network, encourage students to always dare to try something new, think positively, be confident, develop extra-curricular activities and take part in various events. (3) Obstacles faced are students' lack of understanding of the goals to be achieved, fear of making mistakes, fear of being criticized, not thinking pro-actively, problems with school financial funding, lack of participation from parents, infrastructure and availability of practicum materials that are not optimal. (4) Efforts made in dealing with these obstacles are to provide understanding to students, build mentality and encourage them to always think critically, unify understanding of the importance of extra-curricular activities in schools, and submit complete infrastructure facilities that are not yet optimal. Based on these conclusions, it is suggested: (1) Schools must be able to make a comprehensive and realistic School Financial Budget Plan, by prioritizing clear priority scales for effective and efficient allocation of funds, (2) In the learning process it is hoped that the teacher will provide material according to the needs them, open assignments that challenge them to always think critically, creatively, collaboratively and innovatively, (3) students are expected to continue to practice, be confident, not afraid of making mistakes and always ask for suggestions and input from the teacher to produce quality work.

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.
