This study aims to determine the implementation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City and its obstacles. Research background, that the development of food security and sovereignty needs to be carried out through the provision and establishment of sustainable food agricultural land. But in urban areas, efforts to maintain the existence of agricultural land are quite complicated problems. The high demand for land due to the development of housing, trade, services, industry and others causes a large proportion of the agricultural area to continue to decline every year. The promulgation of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land is expected to reduce the high rate of conversion of rice fields and maintain their ecological functions. This type of research is an empirical legal research. The nature of the research is descriptive because it wants to describe the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture Land in Surakarta City. The results of the study, that the implementation of Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning Land Sustainable food agriculture in the City of Surakarta was only at the stage of inventorying paddy fields and had not yet arrived at the formation of a Regional Regulation. The reason is that paddy fields in the city of Surakarta are not productive because there is no technical irrigation network available, the majority of the livelihoods of the people of Surakarta are not as farmers, and the high demands of settlement needs as a consequence of the development of urban areas. This is in accordance with the results of identification by the Department of Agriculture, BPN and BAPPEDA that out of 111 hectares of agricultural land listed in the Regional Spatial Planning of Surakarta City No. 1 of 2012, the total area of agricultural land is less than 111 hectares and only 80-90 hectares of land. agriculture that is not cultivated and partly in the form of paddy fields surrounded by housing. The absence of a regional regulation that stipulates the protection of sustainable agricultural land causes in practice there is no clarity regarding protected land, sanctions for violations or incentives that will be accepted by the community if they do not carry out or protect the agricultural land they own.

The Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a teaching factory (TEFA) at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije) which provides assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems, comprehensive nutritional assessments, diagnostic services, nutritional counseling, and customized diet plans for clients. Health services, including nutrition, require accurate medical records that include patient identification, examination, treatment, interventions, and other relevant information. However, NCC faces challenges, namely that the medical recording system is still manual paper-based. Medical record numbers do not comply with numbering regulations, age is still used instead of date of birth, the nutritional assessment section is not yet standardized and disease code classification does not yet exist. This manual system is susceptible to damage, loss, and requires dedicated storage time and space. Since it was inaugurated in November 2021, the number of NCC visits has continued to increase both from internal clients and external clients of Polije with initiations with several educational institutions, offices and elderly groups. The use of EMR which is made easier with QR Codes and the application of Whatsapp Bot is the main alternative to build or improve the management of assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems according to client needs. Socialization of assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with QR Code and WhatsApp Bot at NCC aims to make things easier for experts. nutrition to access the client's examination history, allergy history and previous therapy in one view and make it easier for clients to access medical record numbers without a card. This initiative is in line with the Department of Health Research Masterplan 2022 and the development of TEFA services. NCC recognized the need for a more efficient system and proposed implementing EMR with QR Codes and WhatsApp Bots to optimize patient care. This socialization was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic NCC with the presence of participants from nutritionists, students, the community and administrators from NCC. This socialization obtained results in the form of increasing public understanding of nutritional care, especially in relation to the existence of NCC as a teaching factory at the Jember State Polytechnic, the use of EMR via QR codes and WhatsApp Bot as a solution implemented by NCC in optimizing patient care and increasing the empowerment of partners in using it. and implementation of EMR with QR codes and WhatsApp Bot in patient nutrition care at NCC.

Keerom Regency is one of the areas that has the potential for Batugamping mineral resources which is quite potential, this is evidenced by the existence of several mining business actors who are carrying out mining activities in the area. Based on the geological map of the Jayapura sheet (Taritatu Sheet) the distribution of limestone potential is quite evenly distributed in the Keerom Regency area. The distribution of limestone potential in Keerom Regency is spread in the Arso 1, Arso 4, Arso 10, Arso 13 areas to Senggi. Based on the results of the initial survey, mining activities in Keerom Regency have not been managed properly, because some mining sites have carried out mining activities but do not yet have legality, namely a mining permit (SIP), do not have a good and correct mine processing plan based on the mining stages, there are still locations where limestone is not yet known distribution, volume and even the amount of resources and reserves. The potential for limestone is a good investment opportunity if it is developed into a community mine that can provide added value to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have geological mapping activities and also the calculation of resource values. In this case, it concerns the quantity and quality of deposits to be able to provide information as a mineral database for the community as land owners and is also very useful for the Keerom Regency government. This research aims to determine the amount of limestone volume which can later be used as data base information during mining activities. The research also utilized the Surfer 11 application for the creation of topographic maps and to calculate the number of limestone volumes. The research method that will be carried out is the Cross Section Method which is a special method for types of rock minerals.

It is customary in the military world that unit commanders are responsible for the actions taken by their subordinates in carrying out their duties. This also includes violations occurring in war. This research uses a normative juridical research type with library study data collection techniques. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that not all subordinate mistakes can be included in command responsibility which is also borne by the superior or unit commander. This is because command accountability must at least fulfill several elements which include, the existence of a superior and subordinate relationship, the superior's knowledge of crimes committed by his subordinates, and the existence of failure to act, namely action that fails to be taken to prevent, punish and stop criminal acts committed by his subordinates.

This law also proves that there are fundamental demands in human life that are evident in their existence as reasonable beings. Humans should not follow their irrational instincts, but rather considerations of reason and moral sense. In Indonesia, this is regulated in Law No. 5/1960 on the Basic Regulation of Agrarian Principles (UUPA). With the regulation of this Law, the Indonesian people have the legality of land ownership in this case the rights and legal protection for the land owned and used for survival. But currently there is still a lack of socialization of rural communities, especially inland, of the importance of ownership of legal land ownership certificates.

This service management is a crucial process as it can prevent various service-related issues when serving customers. This study aims to understand how the Service Management of Islamic Banks in the New Normal era is perceived in terms of the dimensions of Empathy and Responsiveness. In this research, a qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that in terms of Service Management at the bank, there have been changes in the dimension of Empathy. For example, in welcoming customers, before the existence of the coronavirus, employees greeted customers without wearing masks, there were no barriers or partitions, and their facial expressions were visible. In the new normal, employees must wear masks, there are barriers between customers and employees, and customers cannot discern the facial expressions of employees, whether they are smiling or not. This can lead to customer uncertainty about whether the employee is serving sincerely or not. As for the dimension of Responsiveness, significant changes are evident in customer queues. Before the coronavirus, customer queues could be quite long, whereas during the pandemic, customer queues are limited, and the service takes longer than before. The speed of service is also constrained.
