This research was conducted at Pintar Asia Supermarkets Maumere. The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting information system for cash sales and cash receipts that has been running at the Pintar Asia Swalayan Maumere company. The type of research used is qualitative research, where data is obtained from interviews with informants and supporting documentation in the form of an overview and organizational structure. The results showed that the accounting information system applied at Pintar Asia Swalayan Maumere in processing sales transactions and cash receipts has been able to produce good information. However, in practice, the company's organizational structure has described the division of tasks and authority for each section, but has not been implemented properly and effectively. This is because there are still dual tasks in the accounting function and cash function which should be held by the finance admin (accounting function), and the cash function which is actually held by the cashier and head of operations. The sales activities of Pintar Asia Swalayan Maumere are also still implementing a cash sales system, and have not yet implemented an online or digital transaction system.

Young women are prone to anemia due to lack of nutrient intake. Anemia is one of the most common health problems in the world today, especially in young women. The impact of anemia can cause weakness, lethargy, and the face becomes pale. So it needs to be handled, one of which is by means of non pharmacological prevention efforts, namely giving red guava juice. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of giving red guava juice on hemoglobin levels in young women at SMK Bunga Persada Cianjur. This research method uses a quasy experimental research design with a one group pre test – post test design with a purposive sampling model. The result of the study on 17 young female respondents found that the average Hb before being given red juice was 11,5 gr/dl. The average after being given red guava juice is 13,0 gr/dl. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving red guava juice with an increase in Hb in anemia sufferers of young women based on the results of data processing using the paired t – test with the results obtained that there is an effect with a value (p value 0,000) (<0,005).

This study aims to analyze the communication of marine mammals, especially whales and dolphins, through a bioacoustic approach combined with computational science as an effort to support conservation in the Tropical Ocean region. The focus of the location is on the Banda Sea, the Seram Sea, and the tropical Pacific region which are important migration routes for marine mammals. Data were obtained from underwater sound recordings using hydrophones, accompanied by visual observations to validate the behavior and existence of species. The analysis is carried out through several stages, including signal pre-processing with noise filtering and sound segmentation, spectral analysis using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), as well as the creation of a spectrogram to visualize vocalization patterns. Machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to classify interspecies voices, while deep learning approaches are applied to identify more complex communication patterns, including dialect variations. The results showed that whales produced low-frequency vocalizations (20–200 Hz) for long-distance communication, while dolphins used high-frequency clicks and whistles (5–20 kHz) for echolocation and social interaction. The integration of bioacoustics and artificial intelligence improves the accuracy of sound classification by more than 90%. These findings confirm the effectiveness of computational-based non-invasive methods in monitoring the presence and behavior of marine mammals and provide a scientific basis for sustainable conservation.

Nabire Regency is located in Papua Province, Nabire is one of the largest districts in Papua. Pkh is one of the programs handled by the Nabire Social Service office. This program still requires good management so that no errors occur. Management is usually defined as a manager's function, namely planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling. So it can be said that management is a process. The lack of good management at the Nabire District Social Service can lead to inevitable mistakes such as multiple KK numbers, multiple names, different NIK numbers from the IDKTP, this happens because of human error that cannot be avoided. To avoid this problem, it is recommended for the government social service office to provide guarantees that can make the assistant section work well in order to minimize human errors, such as adequate rest time, food allowances while working or salary increases so that employees who input can be more careful in inputting.
