Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. One of the problems is the emergence of multiple ownership certificate (overlapping). "Double Certificate" can lead to civil disputes between the parties, so to ensure legal certainty over the land it needs to be resolved through a judiciary. Based* on* the* results* of* the* study* indicate* that* the* occurrence* of* double* certificates* caused* by* several* factors,* namely* the* bad* intention* of* the* applicant* for* the* certificate,* an* error* from* the* Land* Office,* namely* in* terms* of* collecting* and* processing* physical* data* and* juridical* data* of* the* land,* and* the* unavailability* of* a* comprehensive* land* registration* map.* Double certificate occur because there are two certificates in one office issued officially by the Land Office. The solar water heater (SWH) testing laboratory (LPPATS-B2TKE) has been able to serve commercial product testing based on SNI 3021-1992 1st Edition. Development of test procedures needs to be improved in order to complement the ability to test all parameters contained in the SNI standard. The SWH system performance testing procedure is implicitly described in the form of tables and formulas, so that it needs to be detailed to be implemented in the test. Adopting the SNI thermosiphon procedure, by calculating the daily heat gain, this procedure can produce SWH daily efficiency parameters, which can be used to predict the annual SWH heat gain, PATS product classification, and solar fraction. The results of testing this procedure on a SWH unit with a capacity of 150 liters and a collector area of ​​1.97 m2 for 19 days, obtained daily efficiency in the range of 39.13% to 47.61% in daily radiation between 3.66 - 5.82 kwh/m2, prediction of annual heat gain of 1370, 87 kWh, 75% solar fraction, and prediction of annual heat gain classification of 2783.49 kWh, placing this tested specimen in class III based on SNI standards.

The Literature Review research aims to find out whether nutritional status influences physical fitness in students by using secondary data, namely previous research journal articles. The data collection technique uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) method. Searching for journal articles in literature reviews uses methodology with the criteria (1) Searching for journal article data to be reviewed according to the research title, (2) Research variables used according to writing needs, (3) Searching for articles with a time period of 2018-2022 or a period of 5 years, (4) The results of the research are measured validly, (5) Data analysis is analyzed appropriately. The database used by researchers was from Google Scholar Eric Journal and Taylor and Francis with keywords (the relationship between "nutritional status" and physical fitness). From the results of the literature review conducted, it shows that the results of the research show that the variables (1) nutritional status have a relationship with physical fitness in students, (2) there are significant results between nutritional status and physical fitness in students due to several influencing factors.

Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that history will have the same interpretation as regulated in the laws and regulations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business scale, age of the company, and the complexity of the task of managing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on the use of accounting information systems. This research was conducted on the manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises furniture in Jepara Regency. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that (1) Business scale has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems. (2) Company age has no effect on the use of accounting information systems. (3) The complexity of the tasks of MSME managers has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems.

Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.

The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Background: The recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has restricted activities involving large groups of individuals, including the learning process at institutions that should use an online learning system. Boredom and trouble understanding information during online learning can result in academic stress for students, who must be able to adjust to a new learning method as well as the demands of campus assignments. The goal of this study is to determine the amount of academic stress experienced by DIII nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana in 2021. Methods: This study employs a descriptive research method. DIII nursing students from Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana made up the study's population, which totalled 94 persons. Random sampling with a modified Dass 42 questionnaire was employed in this study with validity value (0.361-0.603) and a reliable value (0.916). Results: According to the findings of the survey, as many as 37 people (50%) aged 17 to 25 years faced significant academic stress. As many as 25 people were found to be suffering from significant academic stress among male respondents (54.3%). On the other hand, students in their junior and senior years were more likely to feel significant academic stress, with up to 22 people reporting this occurrence (53.6%). Meanwhile, 35 students (49.3%) faced extreme academic stress as they had an accomplishment index score of 2.76-3.5. Conclusion: The amount of academic stress experienced by DIII  nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana, with 94 responses, fell into the severe academic stress group, with as many as 48 people experiencing severe academic stress (51.1% ).

This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

Considering the benefits and nutritional content of young jackfruit, it is necessary to innovate the manufacture of young jackfruit cream soup with fusion techniques. The research objectives are 1) to know the process of making young jackfruit cream soup using fusion technique; 2) knowing the formula and thickening agent for young jackfruit cream soup; 3) find out the community's acceptance of young jackfruit soup cream. The experiment was carried out three times by making cream soup with 3 different thickeners, namely wheat flour with a roux system, pumpkin and potatoes. The experiment was carried out to obtain the best formula. The experimental results show how to make young jackfruit with fusion food processing techniques, starting with material selection, weighing ingredients, boiling young jackfruit, making spices, sauteing spices, boiling all ingredients, sorting bones, thickening with, wheat flour/ pumpkin/potatoes and blending. soup, filter soup.
