Roads are infrastructure that really supports people's living needs. In a broader dimension, the road network has a very important role in regional development, both national, regional and district/city areas according to the function of the road network. The condition of the road damage that occurred on a number of roads in the Makassar city area is increasingly worrying. The reason is that the condition of the road, which was initially slightly damaged due to being abandoned, is now getting worse with deep potholes. As a result, the smoothness of traffic and the safety and comfort of road users are disrupted. This research is intended to provide information regarding the types of road damage that occur, factors causing road damage and mitigation efforts carried out on the Tanjung Bunga metro road, Makassar city. The data collection method is in the form of a visual survey of types of road damage carried out directly in the field and data analysis using the Bina Marga method. The results of research in the field show that the greatest road damage on rigid pavement is grain release with a percentage of 0.076 percent on the left section and 0.089 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of road damage is corner cracking with a percentage of 0.0035 percent on the left section. and 0.0027 percent on the right side. The biggest type of road damage on flexible pavement is grain shedding with a percentage of 0.121 percent on the left section and 0.088 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of damage on the left section is edge cracking with a percentage of 0.003 percent and the type of damage sinking on the right section with a percentage 0.002 percent. Among the most dominant types of damage is grain release.

The recruitment and selection system are a vital component in the Human Resources Management of an organization in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the recruitment and selection system implemented at the Female Daily Network which consists of the recruitment and selection process, recruitment and selection decision making procedures and how to measure the success of the recruitment system itself. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants from this research were four people, consisting of one head of the human resources division, two human resources staff and one new employee, IT staff. The research results show that the recruitment and selection process start from the human resources department posting vacancies and applicants sending CV until the head of HR makes a decision whether to accept them or not.

Kruskal's algorithm in searching for minimum spanning trees can be applied to pipelines installed at the location of PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan where problem identification starts with the water discharge reaching the consumer is small but the discharge flowing from the reservoir is sufficient, so this research is used as a solution to this problem and also as an optimization of the clean water distribution network in the Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of the Tuasan Branch with the intention of cutting the direction of the pipe flow to overcome this problem. The data obtained from PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan Branch is in the form of a floor plan and formed into a weighted graph. After the data is obtained, then it is calculated manually that the length of the installed water pipe is 32,645 m with 86 vertices and 100 edges, then the pipe length is represented as a set of paths and the pipe connection ends are represented as nodes. The pipe length obtained using Kruskal's algorithm and inspection of iterations using the QM for windows software is 22,095 m, with 86 vertices and 85 edges. So, using the Kruskal Algorithm and the help of the QM for windows software, the difference in pipe length obtained is 10,610 m.

This research was conducted in Tanjung Pinggir, Siantar Martoba District to determine the optimization of electrical installations using the Boruvka algorithm to find a minimum spanning tree node with a minimum number of 3 consecutive nodes. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

This rapid development of technological knowledge can help humans fulfill the new order of civilization in the era of technology that was created to make daily work easier. An information system is a system that provides information for the decision-making process at every level in an organization. Network users control what they do through graphical applications prepared for the user. All data including electronic mail (e-mail), databases are stored on the server. Special servers for the internet or even for certain internet functions are the heart of information on the internet. Getting many benefits from the internet, for example reducing communication costs, improving communication and coordination skills, distributing knowledge and providing facilities for e-business or e-commerce, including reducing communication costs. In this article the author explains the implementation of the internetworking concept (internet and extranet), the benefits of using each and the development that can be carried out from the internetworking concept, components and forms of application of the internetworking.

Education is one of the main means to develop the potential or abilities possessed by the younger generation of a country, so that they can become qualified individuals and benefit society. The purpose of the research is to find out what factors influence the interest of vocational students to continue their education to college. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively and used frequency distribution to analyze responses from 47 students of class XII Computer & Network Engineering Department at SMK Islam Assalafiyah. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students have a higher interest in continuing their education to college, and internal factors, especially the drive to achieve a successful career, are the main causes of this interest.  

With the increasing number of internet users, communication in educational institutions is increasing and becoming a priority. Before making a choice to one of the universities, information searches related to higher education are now also carried out. Educational institutions, especially universities, are now starting to open communication networks through social media. As Surabaya State University did, after officially holding the status of a Legal Entity University, the image of the Institution has become a priority. As of October 2022, Surabaya State University officially switched from PTN-BLU to PTN-BH through Government Regulation Number 37 of 2022, concerning State Universities with Legal Entity Surabaya State University. Therefore, there needs to be many breakthroughs in the order of public relations management in order to maintain a positive image of the Educational Institution. With a positive image of the institution, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the number of applicants, leading to an increase in university revenue. So that through the audience reception proposed by Stuart Hall in this research, it is hoped that it will be able to explain the audience's reception of the Kece Media by Unesa social media content, especially the Surabaya State University Talk program on the Unesatv Youtube channel in interpreting the messages contained in the content obtained by the audience. This research uses the Reception Analysis method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Interviews and FGDs showed that each informant gave diverse answers according to their point of view. From the interviews, it was found that the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program provides a lot of insight into what study programs are at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, what will be learned from these study programs and what graduates will become. So that audiences can find out the study program side of each Faculty at Surabaya State University. In addition, according to their views, the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program seems boring because it is presented with static viewing.

The purpose of this research is to determine accountability and transparency, as well as determine the obstacles faced in implementing accountability and transparency in birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency. The Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency is the agency that manages and issues population documents. Employees in serving the community who take care of birth certificates are quite accountable and transparent, but this is not optimal because there are still obstacles faced by employees. Accountability can be seen from the professionalism of employee work, clarity of service, no fees, timely completion, adequate facilities and infrastructure. Transparency can be seen from outreach to villages, mobile services, official websites. The obstacles faced by employees include power outages, network disruption, lack of mobile service cars, the presence of brokers, and no incentives from the local government.

Twitter is a social media that provides information for its users. Interactions on Twitter may increase the amount of data from its users. Business development cannot be separated from product competition between business actors. One way for companies to win the competition is to know the purchasing power of customers. A product's selling power can be known one way or another through user interaction on Twitter. User-generated content (UGC) results from data on Twitter. UGC data can be used to determine the product supply scheme taken by laptop products in this study. The method used to analyze the interaction is Social Network Analysis (SNA) by comparing the properties of the network. Social network modeling on UGC data was carried out on three laptops: Lenovo v14, Asus ZenBook S, and Acer Swift 3. From the graph visualization, it was found that Acer excels in two properties, namely "Size" and "Average Degree." Meanwhile, the Asus ZenBook S dominates the "Modularity" property.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Every motorized vehicle driver must comply with traffic rules and regulations. This aims to ensure the safety of motorized vehicle drivers and other road users. But because of the increase in the number of motorized vehicles, the accident rate continues to increase every year and the number of victims continues to increase, which is one of the bad factors in the increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia. This factor occurs due to the driver's human negligence, starting from lack of sleep, fatigue, carelessness, and low rider discipline. The police enforced it with fines but it was still frequently violated by motorists. Therefore, the existence of electronic tickets (E-TLE) using CCTV surveillance cameras, is expected to help reduce violations and reduce the level of road accidents. This study raises problems by looking at the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines and the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines in the jurisdiction of the Surabaya City Police. This research uses empirical juridical research. The results of this study are the obstacles that traffic police officers face when applying ETLE fines are: Unclear ETLE cameras, lots of fake license plates, E-tickets that are not on target, Accessibility of the application network, E-ticket services that are just In Time, integration of data that has not been uploaded, lack of socialization and the community does not have the E-Tilang application. The company must have an effective and efficient strategy to offer and sell Gesits electric motorbikes in Indonesia. The purpose of this MAGANG REPORT is to find out the implementation of marketing strategies implemented by PT WIMA. This internship final project research uses a qualitative method, namely by interviewing and collecting data from several parties involved in PT.WIMA's marketing. From the results that have been obtained, PT.WIMA must carry out a 4P marketing strategy such as conducting more widespread promotions, expanding the dealer network and authorized workshops, PT.WIMA must carry out a price slashing strategy, PT.WIMA must improve service to consumers.

Social media is currently in demand by many people. Star Radio Tangerang utilizes Instagram social media to promote its broadcast programs so that listeners do not find it difficult to continue listening to their broadcasts. The purpose of this research is to find out the utilization of Instagram social media at Star Radio Tangerang in promoting broadcast programs for its listeners and to find out how the feedback obtained after utilizing Instagram social media. This research uses Social Media theory, using a qualitative approach, and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study show social media as a medium for socialization between broadcasters and listeners, making it easier for them to access and listen to broadcasts. Social media is proven to be the latest development of new internet-based web development technology, which makes it easier for everyone to communicate, participate, share and form a network online.

GPA reflects the quality of one's academic achievement in college and is often used as a measure of academic success. This study was conducted to find out more about the effect of organizational activities followed by students on the average GPA achieved. The research population only includes active students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. In this study, the sample used amounted to 50 students studying at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used is a survey method using Google Form as the main tool and distributed through social networks such as WhatsApp groups. The research method includes several stages: Identify research variables, collect data and test the relationship between the two research variables. The results showed that at the 5% significance level there was no relationship between student GPA and student participation in organizations. Students do not need to worry because the Cumulative Performance Index (GPA) and student organization activities at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University are not valid. Because according to this study, if you join an organization, your cumulative grade point average (GPA) is always good and above average.

The advent of the Internet as an effective means for resource sharing has consequently, led to proliferation of adversaries, with unauthorized access to network resources. Adversaries achieved fraudulent activities via carefully crafted attacks of large magnitude targeted at personal gains and rewards. With the cost of over $1.3Trillion lost globally to financial crimes and the rise in such fraudulent activities vis the use of credit-cards, financial institutions and major stakeholders must begin to explore and exploit better and improved means to secure client data and funds. Banks and financial services must harness the creative mode rendered by machine learning schemes to help effectively manage such fraud attacks and threats. We propose HyGAMoNNE – a hybrid modular genetic algorithm trained neural network ensemble to detect fraud activities. The hybrid, equipped with knowledge to altruistically detect fraud on credit card transactions. Results show that the hybrid effectively differentiates, the benign class attacks/threats from genuine credit card transaction(s) with model accuracy of 92%.
