This study aims to: (1) analyze and discover the nature of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council as an effort to protect the law against notaries in the judicial process; (2) Analyze and find law enforcement for Notaries related to Professional Ethics. This type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, conceptual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The regional MKN has the authority to examine applications submitted by investigators, public prosecutors or judges; as well as giving approval or rejection of requests for approval to take photocopies of minuta deed and summons Notaries to attend investigations, prosecutions, and judicial processes (66 paragraph (1) UUJNP), (2) Sanctions imposed on Notaries who violate the professional code of ethics are regulated in Article 85 UUJN, namely in the form of: Verbal warning; Written warning; temporary stop; Honorable discharge; and Dishonorable Dismissal by the Notary Honorary Council.

Stock investment in the capital market promises two forms of profit, capital gains and dividends. In addition to high profits, stock investments also have a high risk of loss because stocks have a nature high return-high risk. One of the risks posed is the ups and downs of stock prices that occur at any time can cause losses such as capital loss. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE, DER, and exchange rates on stock prices in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained amounted to 13 companies. The results of the analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 shows that ROE has a positive and significant effect, DER has a negative and significant effect, while the exchange rate has no significant effect on stock prices.

This research is motivated by the success of phenomenon educational institution based on nature that serve as one of the alternative educational institutions in Indonesia. The success of the phenomenon came from from the ability of sekolah alam to shape and transform the sought-after core values. This research aims to explain the process of forming and transforming core values based on environmental uniqueness and local wisdom at Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh (SAKT) which conducted in August – December 2021, and located in the middle of an urban area. Researcher used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation as well as analysis using interactive model qualitative techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that all educational and learning activities in sekolah Alam carried out with an integrative holistic approach with nature as a place, source, and learning media in the context of cognitive processes, awareness, enlightenment, empowerment, character building and children's behavior. The core values developed by Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh are based on five values, includes noble character, critical thinking, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and toughness. These core values are the hallmark and differentiator from Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh from other sekolah alam as well as the brand image of Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh. In addition, it continues to embody the three dimensions of core values in general, namely curriculum, methods, environment and physics.

This study aims to investigate the impact of democratic parenting style, single parent resilience, school environment, and religious education on child character development. Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The Digital Age is a period that cannot be separated from the rapid increase in information technology. Islamic nature and character is very valuable as a channel and barrier for children at TPQ in managing information technology in today's digital era. This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. This proof is divided into two propositions, First, Argument a novitate mundi (dalil al-huduts), which emphasizes the temporality of the universe, and has actually been used popularly by Muslim theologians with a general procedure, proving the temporality of the universe, second, the postulate of possibility (dalil al-imkan), focuses on arguments from contingency. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. After the formula for the nature of salbiyah is applied to all Gods, it can be seen that all Gods are void Gods, except Allah SWT who is true.  

Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize the potential of human resources to foster enthusiasm in working with organizational goals. The second factor is the leader as a leader who is able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity leaders are expected to understand the nature and human needs. The hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (ustadz) or employees. Five things human needs that need to be considered are: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization needs. If a leader puts forward human values ​​in motivating his subordinates, then productivity and success can be realized in the institution or agency he leads.

Habitat shifts and species distribution occur in response to climate change, while coral reefs face threats from warming oceans. These threats require effective conservation adaptation efforts, considering pollution risks, ecosystem health, and water resource sustainability. The purpose of this study is to show that currently Indonesia is facing significant challenges related to the destruction of natural resources and the environment. High deforestation, caused by illegal logging activities and the expansion of oil palm plantations, is a major cause of habitat loss and threats to biodiversity. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that increasing the active participation of all components of the nation to achieve forest management goals, increasing the implementation of the Eco Tourism program as a mitigation effort in overcoming pollution risks, ecosystem health, and sustainable water resources to mitigate the impact of global warming in the context of National Resilience.  

The purpose of this study is to determine how product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy affect the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk milk. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, incorporating both primary and secondary sources of data. The study's population comprises Indomilk milk consumers residing in Palu, the exact number of whom has not been determined. Due to the unknown quantity of the population, the number of respondents for this survey was calculated using the Paul Leedy formula and came to 81. The data for this study was gathered through the distribution of a questionnaire to the sample of respondents. This study employed various data analysis techniques, including instrumental tests, tests for double linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. On the basis of this study's data analysis, it is possible to conclude that product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk.

Destinasi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Pati menjadi trend wisata saat ini yaitu wisata alam di Hutan Pinus Pangonan. Hutan Pinus ini merupakan wisata Alam yang berada di pegunungan Muria, lebih tepatnya di Desa Pangonan, Kecamatan Tlogowungu, Kabupaten Pati. Hutan pinus Pangonan merupakan lahan milik Perhutani yang sangat potensial. Pengelolaannya di bawah Bumdes Gunungsari Pangonan. Dari kajian melakukan penelitian mengenai Hutan Pinus Pangonan untuk dijadikan sebagai destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Pati. Masyarakat dan Pemerintah daerah ikut terlibat dalam pengelolaan daya tarik Hutan Pinus Pangonan. Daya tarik wisata Hutan Pinus Pangonan ini masih belum maksimal untuk anggaran yang dikeluarkan, sehingga membutuhkan suatu kerjasama yang maksimal antara pengelola dengan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pati. Perkembangan pariwisata dengan trend global back to nature terus mengalami peningkatan. Sebab pada umumnya pengembangan pariwisata di daerah tentu memiliki motivasi pada kemanfaatan ekonomi yaitu devisa bagi daerah, negara, serta peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan, bahwa fasilitas yang sudah memadai menjadi faktor pendukung untuk dikembangkannya menjadi sebuah destinasi unggulan dengan konsep ekowisata. Pengembangan atraksi di Hutan Pinus Pangonan harus menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaannya.

The subject of Tax Law is an individual (person) and a Legal Entity or Corporation. In the enforcement of tax law, there are often deviations from the Tax Law, both committed by individuals and corporations. Efforts to resolve these irregularities for person actors are easier to resolve in accordance with applicable law, but for corporate actors there are many obstacles. What is this obstacle, is revealed through research. The research was carried out with the type of juridical nomative research, the nature of the research was descriptive. The dominant data source is secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the obstacles that arise in law enforcement against corporations are caused by weaknesses in legal substance, weaknesses in legal structures, weaknesses in legal culture and weaknesses in procedural law.  

Tamanan sub district is a developed sub district, always keeping up with the times. Especially with today's socialization, parents must also participate in monitoring the socialization of their children, because one of the factors causing underage marriage is uncontrolled socialization so they are afraid of causing accidents. The above fact is an interesting phenomenon to study. Therefore, it provides an opportunity for writing to analyze the factors that cause early marriage in Tamanan District. In addition, the opinions and solutions of religious leaders regarding early marriage.In this study, the research used by the compiler is a type of field research (field research), to the Tamanan KUA and several Tamanan religious leaders regarding their views on early marriage. The nature of the research used is descriptive, analytical, primary data, namely the original source without previous intermediaries, which is the source of data on the words or actions of a person who is observed or interviewed. In this study, the authors used Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially articles related to the discussion in this thesis. Based on the methods used above, it was revealed that the factors causing early marriage in the District itself, namely: environmental factors, economic factors and also factors regarding understanding of religion. these factors are what cause many early marriages in Tamanan District. Then the opinion of the figures is that there are some who agree with the existence of early marriage or in the legal language of marriage dispensation. Because there are dasrnya that allow marriage dispensation. Some religious leaders disagree with early marriage. Because a marriage needs readiness from various aspects. One of the figures agreed with early marriage, as long as the marriage was carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of financial stability, external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization to financial statement fraud. The sample used in this study is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)in the period 2018-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 77 mnufacture companies as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression. In this research include overall fit model test, hosmed and lemeshow test, goodness of fit test, and classification matrix result of this study indicate that the financial stability is significant to financial statement fraud, while external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization are not significant to financial statement fraud

Based on observations that we have done some time ago, and also accompanied by the results of interviews that are casual in nature, Pulisen residents, especially RT.07 / RW.08, in understanding about obtaining certificates through the PTSL program this is done incidentally as a State program carried out by BPN, including among others: 1. Marriage is a contract that contains the prohibition of something that was strictly forbidden before. This is a relationship between the opposite sex. Thus, sufficient understanding is needed regarding the conditions and pillars that must be fulfilled so that the marriage is carried out in accordance with religious provisions. In Indonesia, the family system—the implementation of which determines whether or not to marry—varies. From here the author is interested in studying mahram relationships that have been determined by religion. The aim of this research is to describe and classify who can marry and who cannot, based on the interpretation of the holy Koran. This research is library research, which is descriptive qualitative in nature by conducting a literature review related to the themes presented. The data is then analyzed and produces conclusions. The results of the research show that the family relationships implemented are in accordance with the provisions provided by the Shari'a. It is not permissible to marry only if it is customary and does not touch halal and haram within a religious framework, so that existing marriages are valid because they fulfill the requirements and are in harmony with each other religiously.  

Black garlic adalah produk fermentasi dari bawang putih yang dipanaskan dengan suhu antara 65 – 80ºC dan kelembapan 70 – 80% dari suhu kamar selama satu bulan. Black garlic  telah diketahui memiliki kandungan antioksidan yang cukup tinggi sehingga bisa menjadi produk baru dari jenis bawang putih yang berfungsi menghambat radikal bebas dalam tubuh. Menentukan jenis bawang yang menghasilkan aktivitas antioksidan lebih tinggi setelah melalui proes pemanasan black garlic. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktorial, dengan faktor pertama adalah waktu perlakuan pemanasan dengan suhu 65-850C, selama 8 hari, 12 hari, 16 hari dan faktor kedua variasi jenis bawang, bawang garlic, bawang kating, bawang lanang. Analisis kimia yaitu aktivitas antioksidan, kadar air, total fenol, gula total dan uji sensoris yaitu tekstur lembut, rasa manis, rasa pahit, flavour bawang, after taste rasa pahit, serta kesukaan keseluruhan. Black garlic yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi pada perlakuan lama pemeraman 16 hari dengan variasi bawang garlic yaitu memiliki aktivitas antioksidan 69,87%, kadar air sebesar 19,61%, kadar total fenol sebesar 2,67%, kadar gula total sebesar 19,58%, dan dengan uji sensoris tekstur lembut memiliki nilai 2,80, rasa manis 1,96, rasa pahit 2,39, flavour bawang 2,25, serta after taste rasa pahit 1,96, hasil yang banyak disukai oleh konsumen yaitu pada perlakuan lama pemeraman 8 hari menggunakan variasi jenis bawang lanang dengan nilai 2,13.Kata kunci: Antioksidan, black garlic, bawang. ABSTRACT Black garlic to research this alleged to have antioxidant content a high so that it can become new product of a kind of garlic that serves hinder free radicals in the body. A person's identity can be interpreted as the basic nature, mentality, character, or self-esteem of the person. The character of the Indonesian people is to live a simple life, obey the rules, and like to work together. Gotong royong is a harmonious cooperation that produces products that are beneficial to people's lives. For example gamelan, various types of gamelan instruments are beaten together to produce harmonious musical sounds that are pleasant to hear, useful, and make people relaxed and not stressed.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran masyarakat dalam manguatkan pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan.2)Mengidentifikasi hambatan yang ditemui masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu tahun 2019. 3)Untuk mengetahui pendekatan dan upaya yang digunakan masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data menggunakan data primer maupun data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Gondosuli Kecamatan Tawangmangu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Peran masyarakat dalam menguatkan pendidikan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan yaitu tokoh masyarakat Desa Gondosuli sudah menghimbau mendaki merupakan kegiatan untuk mengenal alam bebas sehingga menimbulkan rasa cinta kepada alam yang menjadikan mereka pantang berbuat kerusakan dengan presentase 42,86% sangat memahami dan 14,28% kurang memahami.2) Faktor-faktor yang hambatan  masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan bagi pendaki gunung lawu yaitu pendaki jail yang kurang sadar akan rasa tanggung jawab sesuai dalam kode*etik kepecinta alaman dengan presentase sebesar 42,86%, faktor ekonomi sebesar 28,57%, terbatas nya sumberdaya manusia dalam melaksanakan pengawasan secara langsung sebesar 28,57%.3)Upaya pendekatan yang digunakan masyarakat dalam menguatkan karakter tanggung jawab dan peduli lingkungan yaitu memberi dan menambah rambu-rambu peringatan, memperketat peraturan dalam pendakian, melakukan pengawasan rutin dengan besar presentase pemahaman sebesar 71,43% Sangat memahami dan 28,57% cukup memahami.Kata Kunci: Peran Masyarakat, Karakter Tanggung Jawab dan Peduli Lingkungan, Pendaki ABSTRACTThe research were aimed at: (1) to know how the role of community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environment in mountain climbing activity (2) identify obstacles that faced by community in strengthening character of liability and care of environment to lawu mountain climbers in 2019 (3) to know approach and efforts doing by community to strengthen character of liability and care of environment to lawu mountain climbers in 2019. The research method used wae qualitative descriptive, source of data used primary and secondary data. The subject og this research were people in gondosuli village tawangmangu subdistrict. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity technique used were source triangulation and method triangulation. The technique og analiysis data used was interactive analysis model. Based on finding, it can be concluded that (1) the role of community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environment from the public figure of gondosuli who has been explained that climbing in an activity to understand wild that initiate love feeling to nature which make them aware of doing damage with 42,86% in the level of very undwerstand, and 14,28% less of understanding. (2) The obstacles factor are ignorant climbers who are less aware og their liability based on the ethics regulation in 42,86%, economic factors 28,57%, limitation of human resources who directly supervise 28,57%. (3) efforts that has been done by community in strenghtening character of liability and care of environmentto lawu mountain climbers are giving and adding the warning signs, tightening climbing regulations, doing regular supervision with the level of understanding 71,43% very understanding and 28,57% qiute understand.Â

Paguyuban Batik Tulis Langensari (PBTLS) is a community of batik artisans in the area around Embung Langensari, Yogyakarta. Determining the target of enthusiast of handmade batik from PBTLS crafters requires a strategy so that batik results can be right on target. The strategy that will be carried out requires an agreement that becomes a joint agreement in the community, given the current fashion trends that are developing very fast. Along with the development of the main trends in life, namely go green that returns to nature, fashion trends are also following. Today's global fashion trends are shifting from fast fashion to slow fashion. The target of the PBTLS is to determine the meeting point between products that have been produced as supply and market needs/demand. The method used in determining PBTLS targets is carried out through 4 stages. The first stage identifies the range of products that have been produced by PBTLS. The second stage determines the target users of PBTLS products. The third stage determines the direction of product development. Then the fourth step determines the uniqueness of PBTLS products. In carrying out these four steps, a crafter's poll was conducted through a "mentimeter application" conducted on 17 PBTLS artisans and focus group discussions (FGD). Through the application of the "mentimeter" the results of the PBTLS artisans poll can be immediately known to be discussed and formulated together through the FGD. The results obtained by the main target of PBTLS are middle-aged mothers consumers. Uniform fashion / formal batik fashion becomes the main target for the direction of PBTLS product development by developing the unique PBTLS products namely motifs and colors of handmade batik.
