Selection of the wrong type of examination sample can affect the results of the examination. Examination of blood cell counts can be taken from venous blood and capillary blood, but in capillary blood sampling there can be a dilution of the blood by tissue fluid so that the results of the blood cell count allow for differences between capillary blood samples and venous blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the number of platelets in venous blood and capillary blood in a hematology analyzer. This type of research is descriptive-analytic. Examination using Sysmex KX-21 with Blood Cell Counter method. All data were tested for normality using Shapiro-Wilk and hypothesis testing using Independent Sample T Test. The results of the examination showed a significant difference, where the platelet count of the capillary blood was lower than that of the venous blood and statistically showed a significant difference in the number of platelets with a value of =0.01 (<0.05). So it can be concluded that there are differences in the number of platelets in venous blood and capillary blood.

Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies or small children with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. Every effort is made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies, which is called lactation management (Sutanto, 2018). Giving formula milk is not recommended for babies aged 0-6 months, because it can increase the risk of illness and even death in babies. UNCIEF states that giving formula milk can increase by 25 times the incidence of death in babies early in life compared to babies who are given exclusive breast milk.               This study used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in the study was 50 people using Consecutive Sampling sampling, all subjects who came and met the selection criteria, and were included in the study until the required number of subjects was met. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.004. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.004<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.003. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.003<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal education and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.005. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.005 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between mother's work and giving formula milk, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted.       The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal education and the provision of formula milk at the Tanoh Alas health center. It is hoped that this research can be used to provide appropriate steps or strategies to encourage the public and health workers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, by minimizing the factors that influence early provision of formula milk.

It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed

The postpartum period is a crisis for mothers due to various changes that occur physically, psychologically, and in family structures that require an adaptation or adjustment process. From the records of the Jepara District Health Office in 2021, data obtained from 127 of 392 maternity mothers (32.4%) experienced postpartum blues symptoms between the ages of 17 and 19. This study aimed to determine the relationship of adolescent postpartum mothers to the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were teenage mothers who gave birth in July 2022 at the Nalumsari Health Center Jepara. The sample is 35 respondents utilizing total sampling. The research instrument used the EPDS questionnaire and was analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents, as many as 20 people (57.1%), were in their late teens (16-19). (2) The incidence of Postpartum Blues in postpartum mothers who did not experience postpartum blues was 14 people (40%), mild postpartum blues were nine people (25.7%), and severe postpartum blues were 12 people (34.3%). (3) the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between postpartum teenage mothers and the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara (p-value 0.254 > 0.05). The result showed that age was not the main factor in the incidence of postpartum blues; however, it was caused by other factors such as social, psychological, and emotional factors. In addition, a person's maturity level cannot be determined merely by age. It is suggested that mothers who will undergo childbirth should enrich their knowledge about postpartum period psychological adaptation and factors influencing the incidence of postpartum blues by carrying out activities during antenatal care so that there is preparation to undergo the delivery process until postpartum care and baby care appropriately.   Keywords: Teenage postpartum mother, Postpartum Blues Occurrence
