The government is committed to empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) in Indonesia, MSMES are a form of small business whose existence plays a very important role in empowering the community to have independence in the economic sector. MSMEs that are used as partners in community service activities are people who are members of the home industry in the village of Randusanga Wetan, Brebes Regency. This article at least describes the results of the community service process carried out by the community service team from Muhadi Setiabudi University, Brebes, offering assistance services on the importance of business legalization so that it can be more competitive globally. Having a business license is very important for the community, but sometimes there are not a few people who don't want to take care of their business license due to lack of knowledge, limited data, and so on. Through this community service activity, the goals and targets to be achieved in community service activities are business legalization for MSME actors. By having business legality, business actors are expected to be able to compete in the free market era. The method used in this service activity is carried out in the form of counseling and assistance in managing business legality

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

Currently, Covid-19 is a major problem that is being faced by almost the entire world, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has multi-sectoral impacts from various aspects, namely health, education, social and economy, including what happened in Blora Regency. Synergy with various parties such as Babinsa, village midwives, village heads and village officials is needed to support health protocols, besides the active role of the National Police in this case Bhabinkamtibmas (Bhayangkara builder of security and public order) is very important in efforts to control the spread, minimize prevention and provide education as well as information to the public regarding Covid-19 in order to create a conducive security and social order situation. The empowerment of the Blora Police bhabinkamtibmas in the target villages or sub-districts has been going well considering the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Blora Regency is increasing every day but is not matched by public awareness to comply with the health protocols applied.

Balai Bina Mandiri Denai is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) as one of the programs to realize Zakat funds originating from the Medan Zakat House. This program is the embodimentSmile Mandiri, which is a local-based economic empowerment program for underprivileged communities with the aim of reducing poverty through entrepreneurship. The purpose of the research on Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is to find out how the Potential and Role of Zakat on MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research by the researcher, which is expected to be able to determine the potential and role of the Zakat Fund on the welfare of MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai. From the results obtained by the researchers, the potential that comes from Rumah Zakat itself is very promising for the MSMEs of the Medan Denai Center for Mandiri Development. And the role of Zakat in the Bina Mandiri Medan Denai hall is very instrumental to them. They can get a profit of Rp. 350,000.00, - up to Rp. 500.000,00,-. per day. With a variety of products sold..Based on research results show that with the Mandiri Smile Program from Rumah Zakat, and with the establishment of Balai Bina Mandiri Denai, it plays a very big role in providing additional funds to meet their household needs.

This community service activity aims to empower the youth of Karang Taruna in Rukun Warga 06, Cipedak area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, through training in basic home electrical installation. The empowerment initiative is expected to enhance the participants’ technical skills and economic independence in facing the challenges of the job market, particularly in the electrical sector, which offers broad prospects. The implementation methods include material delivery/counseling sessions, hands-on practical training, and participant skill evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of basic electrical installation and adequate practical skills applicable at the household level. Participant success was assessed based on their ability to assemble electrical circuits and conduct electricity through prepared media, as indicated by the illumination of light bulbs in each installed circuit. This activity has had a positive impact in shaping more productive youth who are ready to compete in the workforce, while also contributing to community-based local development. The results of the counseling and training on electrical installation for simple houses showed that 80% of the participants were able to carry out residential electrical installations properly and in accordance with the PUIL 2000 standards.

This study examines the genealogical transformation of the Neosufi order in Indonesia, focusing on the shift from a private-ritual institution to an active and open social movement in the public space. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study and hermeneutic analysis, this paper highlights how the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN) Suryalaya represents a new form of Sufism that combines spiritual depth with collective social action. This transformation is seen in various fields, ranging from drug rehabilitation, Islamic boarding school education, to spirituality-based economic empowerment. The order is no longer just a space for contemplation, but also plays a role in the process of social reconciliation, moral advocacy, and expansion into the public space through digital media. However, this dynamic also raises genealogical problems in the form of spiritual symbolization by the state, co-optation of power, and ambiguity in the interpretation of modernity. Indonesian Neosufism is a contextual response to spiritual and social crises, as well as a field of negotiation between the legacy of tradition, the demands of modernity, and the structure of state power. The goal of this study is to describe the focus of the research that consists of the characters in the film “The Pursuit of Happyness “by Gabriella Muccino. The data were taken based on the quotations that focus on the characters found in the film script and time sequence “The Story of My Life”. The research is analyzed by using the qualitative approach. The kind of characters is based on eight instruments, they are major, minor, protagonist, antagonist, flat, round, static, and dynamic. This study is conducted based on literature reviews by observing documents from the film. The film consists of 1 hour 57 minutes duration and 103 pages of the original script. The findings that are found based on the observation from this film were significant. The character instruments consist of Minor by 30% % at the highest position, then Protagonist by 20 %, static by 10 %, antagonist by 10 %, Dynamic by 10 %, Round by 10 %, and Major by 7 %. and flat by 3%. The conclusions showed that the character that emerged as the minor character that consists in this film makes this film more interesting. After analyzing this film, the writer concluded that this element emerged from the major character’s hard work and self-empowerment strength that builds the personal competence involving personal journey and process of understanding as the effect of many problems in his life.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, teknologi informasi juga ikut berkembang pesat. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi informasi adalah dengan adanya internet. Adanya internet memudahkan mengakses sumber informasi yang ada di seluruh dunia. Pengabdian masyarakat (community empowerment) menjadi isu utama dalam program dan orientasi pembangunan nasional pada saat ini. Kegiatan peningkatan sarana jalan diupayakan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif melalui Pengabdian masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan bimbingan UMKM Ayam Goreng Bu Sumarni, tujuan utamanya adalah untuk membangkitkan dan memberdayakan kembali UMKM lokal yang terkena dampak pandemi. Bimbingan yang dilakukan terdiri dari rebranding logo, kemasan, dan spanduk, kemudian juga memberikan materi mengenai pentingnya Brand Awareness pada sosial media, dan pemberian materi mengenai Instagram    

In general, Tinawun Village has a lot of potential to become a prosperous and prosperous village. In addition to having fertile soil, good human resources, healthy and conducive village government, Tinawun Village has one potential village tourism, namely Religious tourism to the Tomb of Sheikh Zakaria every Kliwon Friday. However, apart from tourism, there are many things that can be used in Tinawun Village, namely corn, which is usually only used for cooking, but now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making rice. In addition to corn, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen, now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity, by mixing it with various flavors, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase the body's immunity during this pandemic. Apart from the plant aspect, there is also the empowerment of catfish as an income source for local residents.

This community service is carried out to introduce the brand that has been owned by Bukit Tegal Santun to the wider community. This PKM service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is an in-process approach method. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. With a brand that is increasingly known to the wider community, it is hoped that it will increase tourists to Bukit Tegal Santun.

Law Number 6 of 2014 states that Village Funds are funds sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget that are intended for villages and are used to finance the implementation of government activities, implementation, development, community development and also community empowerment. Fund management accountability is a form of village government accountability to the community. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of apparatus competence, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation on village fund management accountability in Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This study uses primary data by giving questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is village officials and community representatives who are involved in the allocation of village funds in Sukolio District, Pati Regency, which consists of 16 villages with a total of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling or census sampling with the data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program.  The results showed that the competence of the apparatus, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation affected the accountability of village fund management.

Anemia in pregnant women can be a cause of postpartum hemorrhage and an indirect cause of death. Community involvement as a community where anemia clients live in pregnant women is of course very much needed in an effort to provide social support for anemia clients in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community in an effort to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa auxiliary health center. The method of implementing this Community Service Program is a form of partnership with health center cadres and officers, training health cadres and counseling about anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa Assistant Health Center, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency, which is one of the inspirational efforts for PPM (Community Service Program) activities. , where the number of participants who attended the first stage of the training were 36 cadres, 10 students, 1 village head and 1 health center officer and 12 pregnant women, while in stage II the number of cadres who attended was 38 people and 1 assistant head of the health center as Resource Person. Activities start from the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation to the preparation of reports.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.
