This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. Usually, a woman not only becomes a housewife, but also contributes to the family home by working outside the home. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. They only follow the local village customs. From the above results it can be concluded that a wan.

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Pregnancy is a physiological and normal process, not only related to biological aspects but also related to a woman's psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects in life. A woman has a duty to fulfill the role of a mother during her pregnancy. This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about pregnancy, various psychological changes during pregnancy and how to make psychological adaptations during pregnancy in achieving the role of mother at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 20 people which was carried out on November 21 2020 at the Tallo District Office using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during pregnancy.

Early childhood development has an important role in the development of an individual. In order for a child to have good development, it is necessary to carry out early detection of the child's growth and development with the aim of achieving optimization of a child's development. Data shows an increase in the prevalence of parents who do not regularly monitor their children's growth and development. Monitoring the growth and development of toddlers is carried out in conjunction with early detection of developmental disorders in toddlers so that intervention and simulation can provide optimal results. This community service activity aims to determine children's developmental growth and deviations that occur as well as providing education to parents, especially about the growth and development of pre-school children and the factors that support children's growth and development. The target of the activity is pre-school children and mothers/parents of Prima Bhakti Kindergarten students. The method used in the activity is the KPSP child growth and development detection instrument and to increase parents' knowledge about growth and development, it is carried out through counseling, question and answer discussions and demonstrations on how to stimulate children's growth and development. The results of early detection of growth assessment using the WHO curve showed that 95% had normal stature and normal nutrition and 5% were malnourished. Examination of children's development with the KPSP instrument was 100% developmentally appropriate. The education provided to parents shows that they are active participants in question and answer discussion activities and demonstrations of growth and development stimulation.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan pada PPKn bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaran, kepala sekolah dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta kurang optimal. Hal tersebut ditujukkan dengan hasil penilaian aspek afektif yaitu kurang optimal, hal tersebut ditunjukkaan siswa kurang aktif menjawab pertanyaan serta siswa kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru dengan seksama. Hasil penilaian aspek psikomotorik yaitu aktivitas siswa dalam menyampaikan hasil kerja kelompok di depan kelas sudah baik. The kind of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data are primary and secondary data. The subjects of the research are teachers of civics subject, the principal, and the students. The methods of collecting the data are observation, interview, and documentation. The trustworthiness was conducted through source and method triangulation. The technique of analyzing the data used interative analysis model. The research findings show that the process of norms and justice learnings on civics of 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta is less optimum. It could be viewed from less optimum affective factor showed from the studenst who are less active in answering questions and they less pay attetion of the teacter. The result of assessment from psychomotor aspect is that the activity of the students in conveying the result of group activity in front of the class is good. This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.  

Quality of service not yet optimal because many basic health facilities do not meet the standards of service readiness and the absence of standard health service guidelines. Puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce inequalities in health development in all regions. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of health services for outpatients at the Lateri Public Health Center in Ambon City in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study using a descriptive design with a sample of 137 respondents by using accidental sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and writing instruments. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. Research resultIt is known that the tangibles variable (evidence / form) the respondent answered did not support more with it, the number of respondents was 69 people (50.4%). Reliability (Reliability), respondents answered more not according to amounting to 69 (50.4%). For the responsiveness variable (responsiveness), respondents answered responsiveness amounted to 83 people (60.6%), good Assurance (Assurance) amounted to 95 people (69.3%) while the empathy variable (empathy) who answered was 97 people (70.8 %).It is concluded that almost all of the dimensions of service quality found in this study are good.

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The data collection method uses interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region. The marketing system is based on local and non-local transaction. By fixing prices around Rp. 2,000-Rp. 5,000, can increase turnover for foreign exchange boarding schools. The presence of bakery business for Al-mawaddah santri is able to grow entrepreneurial stock when it plunges into the world of society, so that’s when the manifestation of the creation of human beings works.

Background: Hypertension is a disease that causes high morbidity and is the main cause of death in almost all developing countries. The lack of information circulating in the community regarding the signs and symptoms of hypertension means that this disease is often referred to as a deadly silent killer without any symptoms as a warning to its victims. The prevalence of hypertension is increasing all the time while the condition of the health workers is limited, so it requires family participation in efforts to prevent hypertension and empower families so that the dangers of hypertension can be understood by the community.Aims: This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling to the community regarding knowledge and skills about preventing hypertension in families in Mencon, Tawun Village, Kasreman District, Ngawi Method: that used was lectures, training, question and answer. Result: Through 14-days hypertension control program, activities carried out of counseling in the community, 3 times of early detection training and prevention of hypertension to the family, 2 times of low sodium salt distribution. Conclusion: Partners are able to find out hypertension prevention efforts, early detection and public health status in Mencon, Tawun Village, Kasreman District, Ngawi. 

This article aims to describe the review of Islamic law on the obligations of a father who abandoned the maintenance of the child in the decision of the Supreme Court number 608/K/AG/2003 and describing a living madliyah children after divorce based on the protection of children's rights in Law Number 23 Year 2002 on the Protection of Children. This research is included in the type of normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The processing of legal materials in normative legal research is by means of literature studies which are described and then linked between one legal material and other legal materials, especially the relationship between the elements covered in the research problem. So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. This imposition on the grounds that the father in condition to be able to work deliberately remiss. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 does not conflict with Islamic law. Every parent has an obligation to be responsible for nurturing, nurture, educate, and protect children. Deliberateness of a father neglects the obligation to provide maintenance, so that children can not get their rights and suffer a loss, then it can be described as acts of negligence as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 on the Protection of Children

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.
