Aides aegypti or Aides albopictus is a type of mosquito that carries and transmits dengue virus to humans. Dengue hemorrhagic fever appears as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), causing panic in the community because it has the risk of causing death and spreads very quickly. Based on records from the Directorate for Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (P2PM) until Week 36, the cumulative number of confirmed cases of DHF from January 2022 was reported as 87,501 cases (IR 31.38/100,000 population) and 816 deaths (CFR 0.93%). Sampang Regency, East Java, is currently starting to anticipate the possibility of an outbreak of dengue fever. After the local regency government released three districts that were considered prone to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), namely Sampang District, Omben District and Torjun District. The Health and Family Planning Service (Dinkes-KB) of Sampang Regency, East Java, noted that cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the area have decreased in 2021 compared to the number of cases that occurred in previous years. This study aims to determine the implementation of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) prevention policies in Sampang District and what are the inhibiting factors. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method that used data collection such as interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the research results in assessing the Implementation of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Management Policies in Sampang Regency, it has not been maximized when viewed from several indicators of evaluating the implementation of public policies, namely (1) Policy resources such as a lack of health workers, sufficient health facilities and funds, (2) ) the disposition or attitude of the executors is not firm and the lack of community participation in PSN activities, (3) economic, social and political conditions that are not conducive.

This study discusses the impact of the development of agricultural technology for the community which initially traditionally became more modern in Bukur Village, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency, East Java Province. Advances in agricultural technology have brought significant changes to society. The impacts of the changes can change the lifestyle and work of farmers. This study uses a qualitative method where researchers have the aim of analyzing the impact of agricultural technology on social change in society. Social change in society is not a result or product but a process. This process of change is of course the result of an agreement or joint decision taken by an individual or a community group. The decisions taken are of course in accordance with the wishes or expectations of the group so that social change can be realized. However, the application of technology does not always have a positive impact, sometimes there are negative things with several obstacles. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of community empowerment using technology, one of which is secondary human needs that arise after their primary needs are met.  

This study aims to describe the choice of language in the communication of PBSI muktiethnic students which include: (1) when doing lecture assignments, (2) during HMPS activities, (3) when chatting in the campus canteen, and (4) the implications for learning to speak in senior high school. The results of research on the choice of language in PBSI multi-technical student communication show (1) the choice of language when doing coursework is in the form of: a. Dayak Ngaju speakers and Batak speakers choose Indonesian; b. Dayak Ngaju speakers and Banjar speakers choose Indonesian and Banjar languages; c. Ma'anyan speakers and Ma'anyan speakers choose Indonesian, Ma'anyan and Banjar; d. speakers of Javanese, bMaanyan and Dayak Ngaju languages choose Indonesian and Dayak Ngaju languages; and e. speakers of Ma'anyan, Banjar and Batak languages choose Indonesian and Banjar languages. (2) the choice of language during HMPS activities is in the form of: a. speakers of Dayak Ngaju and Banjar languages choose Indonesian; b. speakers of Javanese and Batak languages prefer Indonesian and Banjar languages; c. speakers of Ma'anyan, Banjar and Dayak Ngaju languages choose Indonesian. (3) the choice of language when chatting in the campus cafeteria is in the form of: a. speakers of Dayak Ngaju and Dayak Ngaju languages choose Indonesian and Dayak Ngaju languages; b. speakers of Banjar and Dayak Ngaju languages choose Indonesian and Banjar languages; and c. speakers of Ma'anyan, Batak and Dayak Ngaju languages choose Indonesian and Banjar languages. Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that has more than a hundred different motifs, even in every region throughout Indonesia has its own distinctive motifs. There are several batik motifs that are very popular among Indonesian people including mega mendung batik, parang batik, sogan batik, and keraton batik. Techniques in making batik itself vary every region and every motif. Batik making in Indonesia is popular with writing, stamping, printing, tie, and splashing techniques. The tie and splash technique is a technique that is easy to learn compared to other techniques, because it does not require special techniques in its manufacture. In East Java, precisely in Tlumpu Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City, there are batik craftsmen who develop batik with splash and tie techniques. Website is one of the promotional media that can be used as an introduction, promotion, or sales medium of a product. The creation of a website for Batik Apik MSMEs in Blitar City aims to help analyze the potential of batik in Blitar City and become a promotional medium for MSMEs. The hope is that creating a website can help MSMEs in promoting their products and becoming a product sales platform.

The development of world globalization at this time has resulted in all countries having to be able to adapt to the changes that have occurred. One of the impacts of globalization is the growing development of international markets which has led to more open export and import activities between countries. Export activities are activities of selling goods abroad, while import activities are the opposite, namely activities of buying goods from abroad. The development of import and export can improve the country's economy if it is managed effectively. Commodities that are often exported and imported are the non-oil and gas sector. Non-oil and gas itself stands for non-oil and gas. Export and import activities in the non-oil and gas sector in each province tend to be different and fluctuate, one of which is in West Java Province. This analysis aims to determine the development of the non-oil and gas export-import sector in West Java Province. The research method used in this analysis is to use qualitative methods by collecting data using literature study techniques collected through data from West Java BPS (Central Statistics Agency) regarding non-oil and gas exports and imports according to Goods Class (Millions USD) in 2013-2017. The results of this analysis show that (1) the export-import performance of the group of non-oil and gas goods in West Java Province from 2013 to 2017 shows an instability that can be seen in the value of imports, then an increase in the value of exports; (2) The trade balance shows a positive value, meaning that foreign trade in the non-oil and gas sector is dominated by exports.

Economics is an interesting field of study if studied from a historical perspective, in its journey, Malang apparently is not only the center of coffee plantations. Malang at that time had a large sugar factory (PG). As the economy of Malang City grew, the number of sugar factories continued to increase. This transformation extends to the trade and service sector which has brought Malang to play an important role as one of the pillars of the economy in East Java. In this research, the author used a qualitative method. The key to the successful evolution of the Malang region's economy is the synergy of political authority (government), the central bank as the monetary authority (BI Malang), and business actors so that they can become a transformative collective force in developing programs with an insight into regional potential and the institutional capacity of the local community, to the ability to adapt and capture new opportunities that arise in a rapidly changing economic order and environment is developed.

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in fifth grade students at SDN Wanoja 02 Brebes Regency, Central Java. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of character education in class V students at SDN Wanoja 02. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of character education in class V students at SDN Wanoja 02 in learning activities and outside learning activities is carried out in various ways. The implementation of character education in learning is implemented through five models, namely habituation, learning methods, conditioning, exemplary, and providing motivation, advice, understanding, and appreciation. Meanwhile, the implementation of character education outside of learning activities is implemented through habituation, provision of school programs, exemplary, and provision of motivation and appreciation.

The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". This study aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage as a variable moderating innovation capability and entrepreneurial marketing on the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in Central Java. Problems caused by declining MSME marketing performance around the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population of this study is the SMEs in the catering industry in Central Java Province, including a total of 100 SMEs, and the sample is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the analysis show that innovation capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. Wonogiri Regency, Central Java, is famous for its large number of residents who work as breeders, especially sheep/goat breeders. The feed for goats/sheep breeders in Wonogiri district is sourced from weeds. However, the enumeration was still done manually using a sickle, so the enumeration process was ineffective because it required more time and effort. Through this community service scheme, the process of making a machine for chopping weeds is carried out which will later be used as fodder for goats/sheep, especially in the Wonogiri area. The machine is driven by an electric motor and there is a chopping knife which is designed to be more effective. The results of this community service program show that the increase in sheep feed production increased from 200 kg/day before using the machine to 350 kg/day or an increase of up to 75% when compared to without the chopping machine.

KSPPS BMT NU of East Java, which is a non-bank financial institution, has the task of gathering and channeling the financing, especially in Lenteng sub-district. As one of the institutions that has an important role in funding, the employees of KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch have duties and responsibilities, as well as the goal of each period to be able to gather or give funding to the community. Of course, it is not easy. Therefore, the leadership factor is very necessary to motivate the employees to carry out the tasks and responsibilities has been given. The purpose of this research is to analyze the styles of Islamic leadership applied and also to find out how the styles of leadership can improve the motivation of the employees of KSPP BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch. This research used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the Islamic leadership style applied in KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch is a typology of the democratic leadership style. The style is quite good in improving the motivation of employees. It can be proved by the presence of a harmonious, open working environment as well as by giving good motivation and appreciation to the employees.

This study discusses the analysis of the power structure of leading industry clusters in Sidoarjo Regency. Sidoarjo Regency is one of the districts in East Java Province that has the potential and success in developing the local economy through the formation of industrial clusters. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods by collecting secondary data through literature analysis. The results of the analysis show that factors such as superior natural resources, infrastructure availability, labor skills, research and innovation facilities, and government support policies affect the successful formation of leading industrial clusters in Sidoarjo Regency. Industrial clusters increase productivity, efficiency, innovation and commercialization. This study provides an understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of leading industry clusters in Sidoarjo Regency and the factors that influence efficiency. The results of this study can be the basis for further development to optimize the economic potential of the region with the help of industrial clusters.

The stretching of Indonesia's economic growth after Covid 19 shows conditions that are increasing, this can be seen from the business activities that have started to be carried out for people in villages and urban areas. This opportunity for the people of Rejoso village, Nganjuk Regency, is an opportunity that is very exploited so that traded products are able to penetrate big cities in East Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of businesses to create financial performance and to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of financial performance. This type of research is a quantitative research using primary data for the July 2022 period and distributing questionnaires to 110 MSMEs. The data source is from the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The analysis of this study uses the financial performance index and SEM PLS. The results show that managerial ability and innovation in achieving good financial performance have been achieved with an index of 96.91. These results are in line with the test results where the statistical T values ​​and P values ​​are in areas that are significant.

Problems of learning often happen, especially when implementing it in class. The problem in spesific is lack of learning time for practical material in arts and culture-based subjects. This makes the skills that students have cannot be identified and perceived well by the teachers. Students are required to be able to understand theoretical material and practice their abilities as psychomotor values ​​within 3 hours of lessons. The amount of time was too short to sharpen their skills. So video media-based group vocals are a solution that is able to overcome obstacles that occur in the learning process during the co-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using the experimental method type One – Shoot Case Study) in class IX SMP, the test results were analyzed by the t-test and the percentage illustrated in the form of a pie chart. The process of compiling these learning media is able to help students understand the material provided, re-study the material while at home, and sharpen their skills with their colleagues. The material was prepared by involving the local cultures of Aceh for students of Javanese, Batak and Chinese ethnicity via online, it proves that students are more creative and innovative, not only able to sing in a vocal group but also dance and performing theater talents in one group task as well, so that the covid-19 pandemic 19 does not hinder students’ learning process.

This study analyzes the causes, consequences and solutions to portrait poverty in post-reform Mojokerto Regency, including: Poverty Line, Number of Poor Population, Percentage of Poor Population, Consequences and Solutions to Post-Reform Poverty. Poverty is a very dynamic problem that depends on the challenges faced. In Indonesia, each government period has its own focus and character in efforts to reduce poverty. Preparing for the analysis requires information to be used in the research process. Information in the form of research published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Finland (BPS), other information from the BPS of East Java Province, BPS of Mojokerto Regency, using time series data (time series data) at least from the most recent period of 3-5 years, and using djpb data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The results of the study show that the poverty line is known to be directly proportional to the increase in the number of poor people in 2020. This indicates that the increase in the price of food and other staple goods will be far above the average. spending of the poor. The very poor and the poor remained in place, while the near poor became even poorer as their spending could no longer keep up with the rising poverty line. It is hoped that during this reform period, the Mojokerto Regency Government will be able to overcome the impacts and consequences and find solutions or steps to reduce the current poverty problems in Mojokerto Regency.

There is demand for transportation services from other sectors (such as agriculture, industry, trade, mining, fisheries and others) causing the provision of transportation services (Adisasmita: 2011). This is like what happened in the Pandaan area, East Java. Due to the large number of factories producing goods needed by the community, especially bottled drinking water, the demand for transportation services is also increasing. So transportation capacity must be provided in balance with demand, in order to be able to serve the development of activities in other sectors.  

This research aims to analyze the conservation or solutions to flood disaster problems as a community need with a healthy environment. The research was conducted in Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java Province, with an area of 6.27 km2. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and the data used is secondary data. Based on the analysis of the flood hazard map for Bandung City, the research results show that the entire area of Sukasari District is highly prone to flooding. Based on the findings, the overflow of the Cidurian, Cipamokolan, and Cibeureum rivers poses a threat of flooding in Sukasari sub-district. Green Open Spaces in Sukasari District consist of 16 location points spread across 3 sub-districts. The utilization of Green Open Spaces serves to maintain ecosystem balance and increase the availability of clean air and water catchment areas. Solutions to reduce flood disasters include reducing the level of risk, decreasing vulnerability, and enhancing community capacity.

The enactment of Law No. 24 of 2009 concerning Flags, Languages and State Symbols and the National Anthem which is confirmed by PP No. 57 of 2014, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 42 of 2018, and SK No. 0424/I/BS.00.01/2022, of course, must be obeyed by all Indonesian citizens. Governance of correspondence in government agencies is one that is regulated in the law, in particular Article 33 paragraph 1 which reads "Indonesian must be used in official communication in government and private work environments". Meanwhile, linguistic problems, such as spelling errors, word choice errors, sentence meaning errors, sentence composition errors, are rarely considered. There are many versions of letters sent by government agencies, especially at the village/kelurahan level. There are many variations and there is no standard one related to this correspondence because government officials do not yet have standard guidelines. There are so many mistakes made by government officials in making official letters. The target group for this community service is the sub-district in Donorojo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province which consists of 12 hamlets. This community service program will be carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the program is planned to last 6 months starting in mid-2023. This implementation begins with planning, implementation, and ends with evaluation.  

The art of Reog Ponorogo is one that has quite long values and history in the process of Islamization of the people of the land of Java, particularly in East Java. This is particularly true for East Java. In Islamizing people in East Java, the values contained in Reog Ponorogo include traditional, religious, cultural, social, political, and historical values. These values are all interrelated in some way. Since Islam was introduced to Java, the traditional art of Reog has been transformed into a form of propaganda that is utilized to disseminate Islamic principles. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the ways in which Reog is utilized as a tool for Islamization in Java. There are a number of symbols connected to the religion of Islam that can be found in Reog. One example of this is the depiction of a horse, which represents the Mi'raj Isra journey that the Prophet Muhammad undertook. Ulrich Beck's theory of the risk society faces is utilized in the method of analysis. Ulrich Beck investigates the ways in which contemporary dangers mold and transform society, as well as the difficulties inherent in mitigating these dangers in a way that is both equitable and environmentally responsible. In the context of the Islamization of Reog culture, through the lens of Ulrich Beck's point of view, it is possible to interpret that the culture of Reog Ponorogo is the result of a modernization process and also a response to increasingly complex changes in both the global and local contexts.
