The history of Christianity in Asia encompasses various aspects, including its origins, development, and the dynamics of the Church in a continent rich in cultural diversity and traditions. Christianity first entered Asia in the first century through trade routes and the missions of the apostles, spreading rapidly in regions such as Mesopotamia, Persia, and South India. Despite facing significant challenges, such as interactions with major religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam, as well as complex social and political influences, the Christian Church continued to develop. During the colonial era, European missions provided a new impetus for the spread of Christianity in Asia, though it was often linked with foreign dominance, triggering resistance from local communities. However, the Christian Church in Asia managed to adapt to local cultures and traditions, creating unique expressions of faith in each country or community. This diversity resulted in a unique dynamic within the Church, where Christianity not only survived but thrived despite ongoing social, political, and cultural challenges. In addition to exploring theological and historical aspects, this article also discusses the contributions of the Christian Church in Asia to education, healthcare, and social justice, which played a significant role in shaping social structures and improving the well-being of society. In the modern era, churches in Asia face new challenges such as globalization, religious pluralism, and social change, yet they continue to play an important role in society, both spiritually and socially. Overall, this article portrays Christianity in Asia as an integral part of the continent's history and development, continually adapting to changing times while making significant contributions to society, all while maintaining the core values of its teachings.

This research examines quantitative approaches in flower dissection, with a focus on measuring symmetry and flower structure using mathematical formulas. This research aims to develop an objective method for analyzing flower morphology to support taxonomic, evolutionary and ecological studies of plants. Data was collected through morphometric measurements on various flower species with radial and bilateral symmetry characters. Parameters measured include petal length, corolla width, spreading angle, and number of reproductive parts. The analysis was carried out using geometric formulas to calculate the symmetry index and proportions of the flower structure. The research results show that flowers with radial symmetry have a higher symmetry index value than flowers with bilateral symmetry. Additionally, variations in flower structure were found to correlate with ecological adaptations, such as pollination strategies by insects or wind. This approach successfully revealed consistent mathematical patterns in floral design, providing new insights into the relationship between structure and biological function. This study shows that quantitative approaches can increase precision in the analysis of flower morphology, while providing a new tool for exploring the evolutionary dynamics of plants. This method can be applied to cross-disciplinary research involving morphology, genetics and plant ecology.

Misconduct is an act that violates applicable legal provisions and contravenes professional norms. In the context of banking, violations of financial discipline and professional standards can have a serious impact on the financial stability and reputation of the institution. This research analyzes violations of financial discipline law committed by employees in lending at Bank BRI, based on a case study of Decision No. 10/G/2013/PHI/PN.KPG. These violations included non-compliance with lending procedures, abuse of authority, and violation of professional ethical standards set by the bank. This research uses a normative juridical approach, which focuses on the study of applicable legal norms through the analysis of legal documents and related literature. In its decision, the panel of judges considered evidence and witness testimony that showed negligence and non-compliance by the Account Officer. The implementation of sanctions for these violations is expected to provide a deterrent effect and improve compliance with financial discipline and professional standards. The study also identifies the steps taken by Bank BRI to improve its supervisory system and training for employees to prevent the recurrence of similar violations in the future. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of financial discipline law violations in the banking sector and the remedial measures that need to be taken.

Land issues in Indonesia show complex dynamics due to legal vacuum and legal loopholes in the applicable land law system. This condition is exacerbated by the weakness of implementing regulations of the UUPA which are unable to respond to developments in the era, thus opening up space for land mafia practices and overlapping development policies. This legal vacuum impacts violations of community rights to land, environmental degradation, and the failure to realize optimal legal protection. The study uses a normative legal approach based on secondary data from literature studies to analyze the urgent need for land law reform. The findings reveal the need for the land law system renewal to create stronger protection of community rights and ensure a sustainable development direction by environmental conditions.

The liquidation of a subsidiary in the banking sector is a strategic step with a significant impact on the financial performance, reputation, and sustainability of the parent company. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive liquidation, both internal such as financial performance, mismanagement, and legal compliance, as well as external such as market changes, natural disasters, and globalization pressures. Data were collected through academic literature review using qualitative approaches and data triangulation to improve the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that poor liquidity management, both due to internal and external factors, is the main cause of liquidation. The impact on the reputation of the parent company is dualistic: on the one hand it increases operational efficiency, but on the other hand it risks creating negative perceptions, such as management failures or employee losses. Therefore, companies must strengthen financial management, utilize technology to monitor cash flow in real-time, and develop flexible risk policies. Transparent communication with stakeholders is also important to minimize reputational impact. This study shows that effective liquidity management supports operational efficiency and increases public confidence, customers, and regulators, relevant for both Islamic and conventional banking in dealing with market dynamics.

This article discusses the synergy between Christianity and Batak culture, which is characterized by a reciprocal relationship that changes each other. The process of inculturation of the Christian faith in Batak society shows that religion is not only passively adopted, but is also adapted to meet the spiritual needs of the community. This research reveals how the Batak people who adhere to Christianity try to maintain their cultural identity while integrating the values of the Christian faith. This can be seen in various traditional ceremonies which are now adapted to the Christian context, such as the use of ulos motifs in church liturgy and the incorporation of traditional music in worship. The synergy between Christianity and Batak culture has significant social implications, creating space for dialogue between the older and younger generations regarding the importance of maintaining traditions while opening up to new teachings. Thus, this article highlights the complexity of the interaction between Christianity and Batak culture and the importance of understanding the inculturation process as part of the social and spiritual dynamics of society.

Desa Burno in Lumajang has experienced a significant surge in cardamom cultivation in line with evolving agricultural trends. While initially boosting farmers' incomes, this production explosion has led to a drastic decline in cardamom prices in the market. This phenomenon is exacerbated by the dominance of middlemen who control pricing and marketing, making it difficult for farmers to obtain fair prices. This article explores the dynamics of the cardamom market in Desa Burno, including the impact of mass planting trends on prices and the limitations faced by farmers due to middlemen influence. Through qualitative analysis, market data, and structured interviews, this research uncovers the challenges faced by cardamom farmers and provides recommendations for fairer marketing strategies.
