The purpose of this study was to obtain data on irrigation assets in the Grojogan irrigation network at this time, to analyze the performance conditions of the Grojogan Irrigation Network system (very good, good, less or poor), to obtain the results of the Grojogan irrigation system performance index from the results of the performance assessment using the ePAKSI application. The results of the irrigation asset management inventory include the main building consisting of 1 dam. The carrier channel consisting of a secondary channel of 1.71 km and a tertiary channel of 2.62 km. The building on the carrier channel consisting of 5 regulatory buildings and complementary buildings (4 culverts, 2 waterfalls, 6 inlets, 1 side spillway building, and 4 bridges). The performance conditions of the irrigation system are included in the Poor Performance (J) criteria so that immediate attention and handling are needed. The overall results of the Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) from the performance assessment of the main irrigation system and tertiary irrigation system are 51.18% (<55%)

Employee performance represents the ability to fulfill tasks and responsibilities according to organizational standards. At UPTD Puskesmas Kosambi, the evaluation of Non-Civil Servant (Non-ASN) healthcare workers is still done manually and tends to be subjective, primarily based on attendance. This study aims to address the issue by developing a decision support system using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. A descriptive-applied approach and the waterfall development model were employed. Five evaluation criteria were used: attendance (25%), service quality (35%), report timeliness (20%), patient complaints (10%), and lateness (10%). Data from 20 Non-ASN healthcare workers in April 2025 were analyzed, with Anis Julianti achieving the highest MOORA score of 0.3839. The system underwent validation through black-box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), both confirming its accuracy and usability. The findings were compared with previous studies. Harningsih et al. (2024) used the MOORA method for promotion evaluations at the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Office and recorded a top score of 0.3616. Dewi Yohana br Ginting et al. (2024) applied the method at a beauty clinic and found a top score of 0.3747. These comparisons indicate that the MOORA results in this study fall within a consistent and valid range. The developed decision support system is expected to enhance the objectivity, transparency, and accountability of performance evaluations for Non-ASN employees in primary healthcare services, offering a more comprehensive alternative to manual assessment methods.

System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a common methodology used to develop information systems. The purpose of this study is to determine system development between the Waterfall and Rapid Application Development (RAD) models The advantage of using the waterfall method is that the quality of the resulting system will be good because the implementation is carried out in stages. The disadvantage of using the waterfall method is that the system development process takes a long time. The advantage of using the RAD Model method is that the integration of sensors/other applications can be processed faster and more effectively. The disadvantage of using the RAD method is the limitations of payment gateways, and chat bots.

The research activities carried out in Cipancar Village, Subang Regency, West Java focused on efforts to develop the local tourism sector through digital promotion strategies. One of the leading destinations in the village is Curug Cijalu, a natural waterfall that has great potential but is still minimal in terms of digital exposure. This study aims to design a social media-based promotion strategy, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, to increase the attractiveness and reach of tourists to Curug Cijalu. The methods used include field observation, interviews with local stakeholders, and creative content production tailored to the characteristics of each digital platform. The results of the implementation show that an attractively packaged visual approach can increase audience interaction, expand the reach of promotion, and build a positive image of the destination. In addition, the use of social media also plays a role in encouraging local community participation and the development of digital literacy. Therefore, social media has proven to be an effective tool in supporting the promotion of sustainable tourism in rural areas.

This paper aims to overcome the problem of manual financial recording that is still commonly used by MSMEs, which often causes data loss and inefficiency in financial management. To answer this challenge, researchers developed a mobile-based financial recording application using Flutter and a number of available supporting packages. This application is designed to be able to record and store income and expenditure data directly on the user's mobile device, making it easier for MSMEs to monitor their financial condition in real time. The development was carried out using a waterfall model approach, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. To test the functional performance of the application, the Black Box testing method is used to assess the accuracy and reliability of the features without looking at the internal code structure. The test results show that all features can function as they should and the application is considered effective in supporting digital MSME financial recording.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based outpatient registration information system at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) X to overcome issues arising from the manual registration system. The current manual registration system at RSUD X causes problems such as long queues, potential data entry errors, lost files, and difficulty in finding patient medical history. As a result, patient waiting times are longer, the administrative staff's workload increases, and the overall effectiveness of services decreases. The research method used is a qualitative one, which describes various processes in the system, from patient data input to the digital registration receipt output. The system design approach uses the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, while data gathering was done through interviews with registration officers, direct observation, and a documentation study in the medical records unit. The system is built with a combination of technologies, including PHP as a server-side programming language and MySQL as the database. The result is a web-based outpatient registration information system that can improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. The advantages of this system include wide accessibility, time efficiency, and effective data management. This system is expected to reduce patient queues, improve the efficiency of the registration process, and simplify patient data management. However, the implementation of this system may face challenges such as limited resources and user skills. Solutions to overcome these challenges are effective resource allocation and user training. Overall, the web-based outpatient registration information system can be an effective solution to improve service quality at RSUD X.

The need for an efficient system to manage academic works in digital format is growing in universities, including at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). Despite previous developments in digital repository systems, many academic institutions, including UINSU, still face challenges related to data management, security, and accessibility. This study aims to develop a web-based repository system for UINSU using the Waterfall method, to improve the storage, management, and accessibility of academic resources. A structured quantitative approach was adopted, focusing on the development and implementation of the repository system. The Waterfall methodology was chosen due to its step-by-step approach, ensuring a thorough and organized development process. The implementation of the system resulted in an organized, user-friendly platform where students, faculty, and staff can upload, manage, and access academic documents efficiently. The system features a clear interface for searching, uploading, and managing documents, with administrative controls for approving and maintaining submissions. The repository system significantly improves data management at UINSU, providing a long-term solution for archiving academic work. Continuous evaluation and system upgrades are essential to ensure it adapts to future needs and technological advancements.
