The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, one of which is the introduction of various new media in learning, such as Smart TV. Smart TV, with its interactive multimedia features, offers a great opportunity to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning, particularly in increasing the enthusiasm and interest in reading for elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilizing Smart TV as a digital transformation medium in increasing students' interest in reading at MI Darun Najah, Srobyong, Mlonggo, Jepara. The method used is a descriptive qualitative case study approach, involving fourth and fifth grade students and class teachers as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the application of Smart TV in learning activities. The results of the study indicate that the use of Smart TV can increase active student engagement in the learning process. Students are more motivated and interested in reading, thanks to the attractive visual display and interactive multimedia features. Smart TV also creates a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, by integrating various types of media, such as images, videos, and text, which support learning. However, several obstacles were also found, including limited mastery of technology by teachers and limited time for technology integration in daily learning. Therefore, this study recommends ongoing training for teachers in operating Smart TVs and the development of a more flexible digital technology-based curriculum to maximize the benefits of using Smart TVs in elementary school learning. The study also suggests the need for regular evaluation of the effectiveness of Smart TV use in improving students' literacy skills.

The social transformation that has occurred in the digital era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to developments in information technology to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. One form of this adaptation is the use of e-commerce platforms as a means of marketing and managing their businesses online. This community service activity aims to empower the Kartika Taro Chips MSME through the introduction and implementation of an e-commerce platform based on Odoo.com, an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This activity was carried out by students of the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Victory University Sorong, with the assistance of lecturers from the Information Systems and Sociology fields. The training method includes several stages, namely: the stage of material preparation and analysis of participant needs, the implementation of a workshop that includes the installation and configuration of Odoo.com, and the post-training mentoring stage to ensure the sustainability and independence of participants in managing their online stores. The results of the training showed that participants were not only able to build and manage online stores independently, but also understood the basic concepts of ERP systems and experienced a significant increase in digital literacy. From a sociological perspective, this activity reflects a technology-driven social transformation process, where MSMEs are actively expanding their social networks through digital spaces and increasing their involvement in the digital economy. This demonstrates that integrating technological and social approaches can be a relevant MSME empowerment model in local contexts. Overall, this training has had a positive impact on strengthening MSMEs' digital capacity and opening up new opportunities for sustainable business development in the era of digital transformation.

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the global marketing landscape, providing a huge opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to build and strengthen their brands in a more effective, efficient, and affordable way. This research aims to examine and analyze digital branding strategies implemented by MSMEs in facing various challenges and taking advantage of opportunities that arise in the era of digital transformation. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies on a number of MSME actors who actively utilize digital platforms. Interactive analysis techniques are used to process and analyze the data obtained systematically. The results of the study show that the strategic use of digital platforms such as social media, marketplaces, and websites has great potential in improving brand image, expanding market reach, and strengthening the competitiveness of MSME products in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. One of the key elements of successful digital branding is consistency in visual communication, relevant message delivery, and activeness in building interactions with customers. In addition, the use of digital marketing features such as paid advertising, creative content, influencer marketing, and customer relationship management also supports strengthening brand identity and consumer loyalty. However, the effectiveness of this strategy is greatly influenced by the level of digital literacy, access to technology, and managerial capacity of MSME actors. The era of digital transformation and the Indonesia Golden 2045 agenda demands a new paradigm in governance that prioritises inter-institutional collaboration to achieve effective and responsive governance. This transformation has been accelerated by the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government SIstem (SPBE) and the enactment of Law No. 1 of 2024 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). This study analyses the implementation of good governance through digital transformation and inter-institutional collaboration, evaluates the challenges and opportunities in the digital era, and formulates optimisation strategies to support the achievement of Indonesia's Golden 2045. The research employs a normative juridical method, incorporating both conceptual and statutory approaches, and is reinforced by a systematic literature review analysis of current regulations and case studies of SPBE implementation in various regions across Indonesia. Data were collected through documentary studies of 35 laws and regulations and analysis of 40 academic literature sources from the period 2020-2025. The implementation of good governance through digital transformation shows positive results with SPBE success at the regional level, a 28% increase in government effectiveness, and the development of integrated service platforms serving 72 million transactions annually. However, challenges remain in regulatory harmonisation (47% overlapping authorities), digital capacity gaps (34% of institutions not yet optimal), and sectoral culture among institutions. Inter-institutional collaboration through digital transformation demonstrates positive trends in realizing good governance, but requires strengthening of digital legal frameworks, development of technological infrastructure, and organizational culture transformation to support the achievement of the Indonesia Golden 2045 vision.

Digital transformation in the world of education is a strategic step to improve efficiency and quality of services, including in terms of attendance recording. This study aims to examine the change in the manual attendance system to digital in an effort to improve the quality of learning documentation at PPTQ Al Huda. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to teachers and academic staff. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital attendance has been significantly beneficial for the majority of respondents. This system is considered more practical, accurate, and efficient than manual methods. Digital attendance not only makes it easier to record student attendance, but also strengthens transparency, accountability, and supports data-based decision making. In addition, this system plays a role in improving student discipline and responsibility. Digital attendance has also been proven to reduce the practice of asking for attendance, minimize recording errors, and facilitate real-time data access by Islamic boarding school administrators. Ease of use and convenience of the system are also supporting factors for successful implementation. Moreover, the adoption of digital attendance encourages the development of a technology-based culture within the institution. It fosters digital literacy among educators and students, enhancing their adaptability to technology in daily academic routines. This transformation aligns with the broader educational goal of integrating technology to create a modern, effective, and sustainable learning environment. Therefore, the shift to a digital attendance system is not only a technical innovation but also a reflection of institutional commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence. This innovation proves to be a relevant and strategic solution for strengthening educational administration in Islamic boarding schools.

In today's era of rapid globalization and modernization, each generation in Indonesia has distinct characteristics, particularly in their ways of thinking, interacting, and facing life's challenges. Generation Y (millennials) and Generation Z, who are now entering the world of education, have very different mindsets and adaptation methods compared to previous generations. One of the major challenges faced by educators is how to address these differences, particularly in teaching Islamic religious values and shaping students' religious character amidst the rapid development of technology and social dynamics. The transition from Generation Y to Generation Z brings significant changes in the world of education, particularly for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. Generation Z, more familiar with digital technology and the internet, often has a more interactive and visual learning style. They tend to prioritize fast and easily accessible information, and are more open to global cultural influences. This phenomenon presents new challenges for PAI teachers in delivering Islamic religious learning materials that are contextual, relevant, and easily understood by students. The transformation of PAI teachers in shaping students' religious character in this transitional era requires a deep understanding of existing social, technological, and cultural changes. Islamic Religious Education teachers are not only required to possess in-depth knowledge of religious teachings but also to be able to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of today's students. For example, the use of digital technology in Islamic religious education can facilitate students' access to various relevant information sources, such as Islamic preaching videos, Islamic learning apps, or e-books that can enhance their understanding.

The transformation of education in the digital era demands inclusive, creative, and relevant learning innovations in line with technological developments. To address these challenges, utilizing digital platforms is a strategic step in driving the digitalization of education. One innovative solution that is becoming widely used is no-code platforms like Thunkable, which enable users, including students, to create applications without having to master complex programming. This article reviews the results of a community service activity conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Sorong City, focusing on improving digital literacy and strengthening 21st-century skills through training in creating educational applications based on Thunkable. This activity utilized experiential learning and project-based learning approaches, implemented through hands-on training, interactive demonstrations, independent practice, and participatory evaluation. This training not only targeted students as the primary participants but also involved teachers as facilitators who accompanied the learning process and encouraged the application of training outcomes in classroom activities. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in student enthusiasm, critical thinking skills, and creativity in designing simple educational applications tailored to learning needs and local contexts. Despite obstacles such as limited digital devices and uneven internet access, this activity still succeeded in creating an innovative and transformative learning space. Furthermore, this training makes a significant contribution to supporting the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in the areas of digital literacy, independence, mutual cooperation, and creativity. It also serves as an effective means to instill the value of digital responsibility and foster a learning culture that is adaptive to technological change. The success of this program demonstrates that a simple yet applicable technology-based approach like Thunkable can be replicated in other schools, particularly in the 3T (disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost) regions, with the support of structured and collaborative training.

This community service activity focuses on improving financial recording practices at Maya Fruit Shop, an MSME in Palangka Raya City, which previously relied on manual bookkeeping. The main objective of this activity is to help business owners switch to a more efficient and accurate digital financial recording system using the cashier application and Manager.io. The method used is Participatory Action Research, which is carried out based on transactions for three months through the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the mentoring showed a significant improvement in business owners' understanding and ability to manage financial records, reducing administrative errors, and enabling the preparation of more accurate financial reports. These improvements increased the owner's confidence in making business decisions and strengthened the financial resilience of the business.

Penerapan konsep kota cerdas menjadi arah strategis dalam mengelola kompleksitas urbanisasi sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar lebih adaptif dan kompetitif. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi teknologi masyarakat, serta belum optimalnya integrasi teknologi dalam tata kelola kota. Kesenjangan ini dapat menghambat upaya membangun SDM yang berdaya saing tinggi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi kecerdasan buatan dapat mendukung transformasi kota cerdas dalam kerangka peningkatan daya saing manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif berbasis studi literatur, dengan fokus pada pemetaan peran kecerdasan buatan dalam mendukung pilar smart city: smart governance, smart economy, smart people, smart mobility, smart environment, smart society, dan smart living. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan mampu mendorong efisiensi layanan publik, memperkuat sistem pendidikan berbasis personalisasi, mendukung analitik data untuk pengambilan keputusan, serta menciptakan ekosistem inovatif yang merangsang pengembangan kompetensi SDM. Selain itu, sinergi antara pemerintah, sektor industri, dan lembaga pendidikan menjadi kunci dalam memastikan bahwa transformasi digital yang dilakukan mampu menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat secara adil dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan secara inklusif dan etis, kota cerdas tidak hanya menjadi solusi teknologi, tetapi juga platform strategis dalam mencetak manusia yang unggul dan siap bersaing dalam era global.

One strategic step that can be taken is to adopt a Management Information Sistem (SIM) to support information management, accelerate decision-making processes, and improve business efficiency. This article examines how MSMEs can optimize the use of MIS in their business activities, highlighting the benefits, challenges, and appropriate implementation strategies. Accurate financial record-keeping is essential for MSMEs, yet many still rely on manual methods. Arsi Dekorasi, for example, had not produced formal financial reports such as income statements or cash flow reports. Digital transformation through accounting applications offers a solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial records. This study aims to explore how the implementation of the Akuntansiku application enhances financial recording efficiency at Arsi Dekorasi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Diffusion of Innovation framework. The findings reveal that prior to using the application, records were manually kept and incomplete. After adopting Akuntansiku, financial recording became more efficient, accurate, and capable of generating automatic reports. Initial technology-related challenges were resolved through mentoring. The digital transformation proved to positively impact both the efficiency and quality of financial records. The study highlights the crucial role of management in sustaining and developing financial digitalization through continuous training and capacity building.

Although MSMEs are an essential part of the national economy, many still face challenges in utilizing digital technology to enhance their business competitiveness. As a micro-enterprise based in Medan City, KYTA MSME produces herbal beverages made from natural ingredients. They encounter difficulties in digital marketing, particularly in showcasing their products and disseminating information online. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the capacity of KYTA MSME through training and mentoring in the creation of digital catalogs, which serve as effective and contemporary promotional tools. The results of the activity indicate that the MSME actors gained a better understanding of digital technology, basic graphic design skills, and knowledge of visual marketing strategies. The outputs of the activity include ready-to-use digital catalogs, instructional modules on using Canva and Google Drive, and documentation of the reporting process. It is expected that this program can serve as a replicable model for the digitalization of other MSMEs and encourage more flexible marketing transformation in the digital economy era.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2025 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This study examines collaborative implementation strategies as an effective model for addressing employment challenges in the era of economic and technological transformation. Focusing on collaboration among the state, business sector, and labor unions, the study adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review, policy analysis, and case studies. Findings reveal that trilateral partnerships—inspired by the European concept of flexicurity—promote enhanced job security, worker productivity, and adaptability. The empowerment of labor unions through collective agreements and mediation has proven to strengthen industrial dialogue and prevent conflict. In Australia’s public sector, consultative committees involving union delegates and management demonstrate the effectiveness of consensus-based policymaking. Strategic recommendations include strengthening dialogic capacities, process digitalization, and the application of worker-driven social responsibility (WDSR) models for platform-based employment. The study concludes that multistakeholder collaborative networks are key to reinforcing labor market resilience and advancing social justice.

This study aims to analyze how digital transformation is implemented at SDN 2 Labuhan Lombok to improve services to students and parents, and to identify challenges encountered during the process. Digital transformation, in this context, encompasses changes to the learning system, administration, facilities, and technology-based counseling services. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that digital transformation has had a positive impact on communication effectiveness, administrative service efficiency, and parental involvement in the educational process. However, obstacles remain, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and minimal technology training for teachers and parents. With adequate infrastructure support and strengthening human resource capacity, digital transformation in elementary schools has the potential to sustainably improve the quality of educational services.

Percepatan transformasi digital di sektor publik menuntut adaptasi tidak hanya dari sisi teknologi, tetapi juga kepemimpinan dan keterlibatan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja ASN di Bapenda Semarang, dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian kuantitatif explanatory ini mengumpulkan data dari 109 ASN melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM via SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement (t=7,124) dan kinerja ASN (t=2,647), serta literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keduanya (t=3,369 dan t=2,203). Employee engagement memediasi hubungan ini secara signifikan. Temuan menegaskan peran penting employee engagement dalam mengoptimalkan transformasi digital.

Digital transformation is a shift from traditional (manual) working methods to more modern and efficient ways of utilizing technology. This study aims to describe the digital transformation process in population administration services and the supporting and inhibiting factors in Tangerang Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach. There are three data collection types: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is interactive. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital transformation in population administration services in Tangerang Regency has had a positive impact, especially in accelerating and facilitating access to services. Despite facing challenges such as limited technology, digital literacy, and human resource readiness, the government has taken strategic steps to overcome them. Continued infrastructure support and education programs are the key to success.

This article explains that the transformation of thematic hadith studies in the digital age marks a major shift in the way Muslims access and understand hadith sources. This study aims to outline the changes in the approach of thematic hadith studies from classical tradition to digital practice, as well as to examine the challenges and opportunities that arise from these changes. The study used a qualitative approach with a desk study method, analyzing primary and secondary references that discuss thematic hadith methodology in various periods. The results of the study show that the classical approach emphasizes sanad validity, matan criticism, and strong contextual linkages, while the digital approach is more prominent in aspects of access efficiency and outreach. However, without a strong methodological foundation, digitization is prone to bias and simplification of hadith meanings. Therefore, an integrative approach is needed that combines the scientific rigor of the classical tradition with the convenience offered by modern technology. This study affirms the importance of maintaining the integrity of thematic hadith studies to remain epistemologically sound amidst the accelerating digitalization.

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pendidikan karakter Kristen dalam keluarga di era kontemporer yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan globalisasi. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menganalisis landasan teologis, konsep teoretis, dan strategi implementasi pendidikan karakter Kristen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter Kristen memiliki fondasi yang kuat dalam konsep Imago Dei dan mandat Alkitabiah, khususnya Ulangan 6:6-7 dan Efesus 6:4. Keluarga berfungsi sebagai ecclesia domestica yang menjalankan fungsi kerygma, koinonia, leiturgia, dan diakonia dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Nilai-nilai fundamental seperti buah Roh (Galatia 5:22-23) menjadi karakteristik utama yang perlu ditanamkan melalui metodologi keteladanan, pendekatan naratif, disiplin redemptif, dan ritual keluarga. Namun, tantangan kontemporer seperti sekularisasi, relativisme moral, teknologi digital, perubahan struktur keluarga modern, dan pluralisme agama memerlukan strategi adaptif. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan Teori Transformasi Karakter Holistik (TKTH) yang mengintegrasikan dimensi teologis-antropologis, psiko-sosial, pedagogis-metodologis, dan komunal-ekosistemik. Revitalisasi pendidikan karakter Kristen dalam keluarga menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk membentuk generasi dengan fondasi moral dan spiritual yang kuat di tengah dinamika perubahan sosial yang cepat.

This community service program focuses on transforming financial management at Pharmacare Pharmacy Ciputat through the integration of digital accounting and strengthening human resource (HR) management. The background to this activity stems from the problem of partners who still rely on manual recording for financial transactions, inventory management, and report preparation. This condition results in inefficiency, late reporting, potential recording errors, and difficulties in strategic decision-making. In addition, limited HR competency in the use of digital accounting technology and the absence of financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) are major obstacles to improving organizational performance. The main objective of this activity is to implement an integrated digital accounting system capable of producing real-time financial reports, increasing inventory management efficiency, and building transparent financial governance. Simultaneously, employee competency is improved through intensive training and mentoring in the use of accounting software and the preparation of financial SOPs. The involvement of students and faculty in this activity aligns with the spirit of Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) and supports the achievement of the university's Key Performance Indicators (IKU), particularly in providing off-campus experiences and utilizing work results for the community. Through this program, it is hoped that Pharmacare Ciputat Pharmacy can improve operational efficiency, strengthen business sustainability, and provide more optimal healthcare services. More broadly, this activity contributes to community economic empowerment by strengthening the capacity of small businesses in the healthcare sector.
