Technological developments and globalization have brought changes to the mindsets and behaviors of the younger generation, including a declining interest in history learning and low historical awareness. Islamic Cultural History (ISH) plays a crucial role in shaping historical awareness because it encompasses values of faith, scholarship, tolerance, leadership, and morals relevant to modern life. This study aims to analyze the role of ISH learning in shaping the historical awareness of the younger generation, explain its importance in understanding Islamic historical values, and examine the effective implementation of ISH learning in the modern era. This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were obtained from books, scientific journals, articles, and various other sources relevant to the research theme. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through a process of collection, reduction, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that ISH learning plays a significant role in building the historical awareness of the younger generation by instilling Islamic character values and identity. Historical awareness helps students understand the interconnectedness of the past, present, and future, enabling them to draw lessons from historical events. Implementation of Islamic Education (SKI) learning can be carried out through a contextual approach, active learning methods, the use of digital technology, role models, and experiential learning. Thus, SKI serves not only as a means of transferring knowledge but also as a medium for character and identity formation for the younger generation in the era of globalization.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed various sectors of human life, including church ministry and religious organizational management. This study aims to analyze Christian leadership ethics in the use of AI within modern church ministry. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through theological literature review and analysis of recent studies concerning digital technology and pastoral ministry. The findings indicate that AI provides significant benefits for church administration, digital communication, congregational data management, and online evangelism. Nevertheless, ethical challenges also emerge, such as the weakening of pastoral relationships, data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the risk of dehumanization in ministry practices. From a Christian theological perspective, ministry is fundamentally relational and incarnational, reflecting the example of Jesus Christ who ministered through personal presence, compassion, and direct interaction with people. Therefore, AI should be understood as a supportive instrument rather than a substitute for spiritual authority and pastoral presence. Christian leadership in the digital age must be grounded in integrity, transparency, spiritual discernment, and respect for human dignity as the image of God (imago Dei). This study contributes to the development of ethical guidelines for churches in utilizing AI responsibly while maintaining theological integrity and Christian spiritual values.

Cooperatives in indonesia constitute the foundational pillar of the national economy and hold a constitutionally strategic position. However, their existence is currently under pressure from the hegemony of modern markets, which are dominated by large capital interests and the penetration of digital technology. This study aims to provide a comprehensive mapping of the internal strengths and fundamental weaknesses of cooperatives within the Indonesian market system through a systematic literature review. The analysis examines 24 selected scholarly journal articles published between 2019 and 2026 to ensure the data remains relevant to current economic dynamics. The synthesis indicates that the primary strengths of cooperatives lie in their social capital, the principle of kinship (asas kekeluargaan) which fosters member loyalty, and their potential for digital adaptation as a tool to mitigate economic recessions and the dominance of multinational corporations. Conversely, the findings confirm chronic, unresolved weaknesses, including low managerial professionalism, limited access to capital, and small economies of scale that hinder price efficiency in competitive markets. External challenges, such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution and shifting consumer behaviors, demand that cooperatives undergo immediate structural transformation. This article concludes that the key to cooperative sustainability in the face of modern market hegemony lies in the implementation of agile strategic management, service digitalization, and the strengthening of strategic partnerships. Policy recommendations are directed toward reinforcing regulations that protect the cooperative ecosystem without compromising its inherent competitiveness within the market mechanism.

The rapid growth of digital technology and social media has reshaped communication practices, consumer behavior, and marketing approaches, particularly among Generation Z, who are widely recognized as digital natives. For this generation, social media serves as a major channel for obtaining information and exploring product references before making purchase decisions. In this environment, influencer marketing has emerged as a prominent promotional approach because it can foster audience interaction, emotional connection, and trust more effectively than conventional advertising. This study aims to examine the factors influencing employee engagement in AI-driven organizations, particularly from the perspective of Artificial Intelligence (AI) leadership. This literature review focuses on the relationship between AI leadership, AI utilization, and employee engagement in contemporary organizational settings. The review was based on recent empirical studies selected according to their relevance to artificial intelligence, leadership, employee engagement, work engagement, and knowledge sharing. The analysis indicates that AI does not inherently improve employee engagement merely through its availability in the workplace. Employee engagement is likely to improve with AI-savvy leadership that is supported by meaningful AI utilization, an innovative organizational culture, effective change leadership, work engagement, and enhanced team performance. AI implementation can promote employee knowledge sharing through learning opportunities, especially when supported by paradoxical leadership and positive employee attitudes toward technology. Therefore, this review highlights the importance of human-centered leadership in enabling employees to experience AI as a source of learning, collaboration, empowerment, and meaningful contribution.

This article discusses the relevance of the concept of the bonum commune (the common good) in the thought of Thomas Aquinas as a moral foundation in the era of digital disruption. The era of digital disruption is characterised by profound changes in the way humans live, interact, and utilise technology. Amidst these developments, a weak moral foundation has led to a lack of technological orientation towards the common good. Without a fundamental moral foundation, technology will be directed solely towards profitability, disregarding human values and fostering an individualistic society. This study employs a qualitative method based on a literature review, analysed through a hermeneutic reading of Aquinas’s principal work, the *Summa Theologica*, as well as literature on digital ethics. The results of the study indicate that the bonum commune is a fundamental ethical principle that can guide the use of digital technology towards justice, social responsibility, and the common good.
