This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, how women contribute to helping their family's economy, and to find out the obstacles faced by women traders at the Aurduri market. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause women to sell more at the Aurduri market, namely: first, the family economic factor, where the husband's income is insufficient for daily living needs. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The three self-actualization factors from the research show that the informants admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling in their free time also increased their income. The contribution of female traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also for savings. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it falls, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the prices and completeness of goods which are available in almost every neighborhood and housing complex, especially on the road to the Aurduri market.

The bank is an official state institution in the financial sector that has the task of withdrawing and disbursing public money. Banks are one type of trusted institution among the surrounding community. Banks that have a non-trivial task make the bank also registered in the law for its security. There are many banks in Indonesia, one of which is BSI. BSI is the only bank that applies sharia principles based on the Koran and hadith. The existence of these principles makes Islamic banks not carelessly choose transactions or cooperation with other parties or customers. Uniquely, Islamic banks also use a profit sharing system as their ratio. Whereas conventional banks use the deposit interest system as their ratio. That is why researchers are interested in conducting research on the difference between the principles of Islamic banks and conventional banks in fundraising products (funding). There are three types of fundraising products in both Islamic and conventional banks, namely checking accounts, savings accounts and time deposit accounts. The difference is that Islamic banks use wadi'ah contracts and mudharabah contracts. This study aims to introduce to all people that Islamic banks have their own uniqueness and characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the contracts involved in Islamic banking. In this study, researchers used qualitative techniques. There are two data sources: Primary and secondary data sources. The researchers conducted direct interviews with informants based on primary data.

Early savings socialization for students of SDN 56 Perumnas Poka is an effort to teach students about the importance of early savings. This socialization program is useful to provide students with an understanding of how to set aside money, manage money, and introduce the concept of saving. In this program, students are taught about the importance of saving through activities. They are given an understanding of the purpose of saving, such as to prepare for the future or for emergency needs. This socialization activity is carried out using a method in implementing this socialization activity by providing and educating students about the importance of saving and also giving lessons on the benefits of saving since childhood, and practice making piggy banks from used materials. With this socialization program, it is hoped that elementary school students at SDN 56 Perumnas Poka can understand the importance of managing money well and must have the habit of saving from an early age. This will help them increase their awareness of saving money from an early age to build their future.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on saving behavior with self-control as an intervening variable among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at PGRI University Semarang. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collection methods using surveys conducted through questionnaires. The population of this study consists of 1,464 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business cohorts 2020-2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 314 respondents from the Management Study Program and the Digital Business Study Program. Data analysis was performed using SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that financial literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior. Additionally, self-control serves as a mediator in the relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on saving behavior.   Keywords: , , ,

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Seabank promotions and features on the satisfaction and loyalty of FEBI UIN SMH Banten students. Seabank is a digital banking application that provides convenience and comfort in managing your finances anytime, anywhere, from saving to doing various things on your smartphone. PT Seabank Indonesia (Seabank) was previously known as PT Bank Welfare Economics (BKE). After receiving ownership of the Shopee Company, the company name was changed to Seabank on February 10 2021. Based on KEP-12/PB.1/2021 Deputy Commissioner for Banking Control (OJK) of the Financial Control Authority regarding the allocation of use of activity permits in the name of PT. Economic Welfare Bank establishes a business license in the name of PT Bank Seabank Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine Seabank's offers and features as independent variables and customer satisfaction and loyalty as dependent variables. This study uses a quantitative approach. The main data used consisted of 30 respondents. Apart from that, this research material was processed using the SPSS version 25 computer program. The research results show that Seabank promotions and features do not have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially for FEBI UIN SMH Banten students.

Socialization activities to improve financial and accounting literacy in the community were carried out in Rumah Tiga Village, focusing on the role of financial and accounting literacy in family financial management. Rumah Tiga Village was chosen because it still needs understanding and skills about financial management and accounting to support economic development and community welfare. The methods used in this activity include practical demonstrations, surveys to the community, as well as cooperation with Rumah Tiga Village officials. The main focus of this socialization was to increase understanding of household financial management, achieving future financial goals, the importance of long-term savings, education on future investments, and emergency funds to avoid future financial difficulties. The role of accounting in recording income and expenses, preparing budgets, and understanding how to make household financial reports are important points for the community to become better at managing their finances. The implementation of this socialization activity is tailored to the needs of the village community, involving cooperation with the village government to increase understanding of financial literacy and accounting. It is hoped that this activity can provide good knowledge to the Rumah Tiga community about financial literacy and accounting in the community.

A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.

Abstract. This study analyzes the factors determining customers' choices regarding wadiah savings in Islamic banks. Islamic banks, as financial institutions operating based on Islamic principles, offer wadiah savings products that are free from interest, speculation, and uncertainty, making them an attractive option for individuals who wish to accumulate savings in accordance with sharia. Using qualitative methods and a literature study approach, it was found that the determinants of customers choosing wadiah savings are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, religiosity, knowledge, and family influence. External factors include occupation, social interaction, service quality, and other factors such as economic conditions, technology, regulation, and promotion. Understanding these factors is crucial for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, attract new customers, and strengthen the position of Islamic banks in a competitive market. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan pilihan nasabah terhadap tabungan wadiah di bank syariah. Bank syariah, sebagai lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, menyediakan produk tabungan wadiah yang bebas dari unsur bunga, spekulasi, dan ketidakpastian, menjadikannya pilihan menarik bagi individu yang ingin mengakumulasi tabungan sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penentu nasabah dalam memilih tabungan wadiah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kepribadian, religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh keluarga. Faktor eksternal termasuk pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, dan promosi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor ini penting bagi bank syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, menarik nasabah baru, dan memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar yang kompetitif.   Abstract. Research shows that leadership plays an important role in improving and reforming schools and education systems in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mustiningsih, Maisyaroh, and Ulfatin 2019). In the context of the digital industrial revolution, leaders are not only responsible for academic performance and the proper functioning of schools but are also responsible for all activities carried out by schools (Kurniawan et al. 2023). This revolution includes automation and digitalization of all aspects of the industry to create products that meet consumer needs (Lanang Putra et al. 2021). This revolution also presents challenges for tax reform, including integrating various changes caused by digitalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mayasari and Narsa 2020). In the field of education, leadership abilities in understanding and using digital knowledge are very important to support learning activities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Sugiarto and Dewantara 2021). The leadership qualities demonstrated by Christ are very important for pastors in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to be able to lead effectively and overcome challenges (Eppang 2022). The fourth industrial revolution offers opportunities to increase savings and reduce consumption through the development of e-commerce and the digital economy (Suwardana 2018). In addition, this Revolution has also changed job design, job structure, and required skills, thereby increasing the demand for people with different skills (David 2021). Finally, business orientation, digital capabilities, leadership skills, and the environment influence business decisions (Justin and Handoyo 2023).

This research investigates the impact of work motivation and leadership, mediated by job satisfaction, on employee performance in savings and loan cooperatives during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pemalang. The population consists of employees from Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Muti Artha Utama, Graha Mandiri, and Merdeka Makmur the Main Branch Office in Pemalang, totaling 250 individuals. Data collection is conducted through a questionnaire, and the validity and reliability of the instruments are assessed through appropriate tests. The analytical approach involves multiple regression analysis. The findings from the multiple regression analysis indicate that work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance, while leadership also demonstrates a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation is found to exert a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and leadership similarly shows a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is then identified as having a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results suggest that job satisfaction serves as a mediator, enhancing or fortifying the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance. Similarly, job satisfaction acts as a mediator, amplifying the impact of leadership variables on employee performance within savings and loan cooperatives in Pemalang.

This research examines Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Taqwa in improving sharia microeconomics in Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun district, Jambi province. The aim of the research is to find out the strategic role of BTM Taqwa in improving sharia microeconomics. Apart from that, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by BTM taqwa. This type of research is qualitative using a managerial and sharia economic approach; the research paradigm is direct involvement and intense interaction with informants; data sources are empirical data obtained in the field through the Founding Board, Management, Members and customers of BTM Taqwa as well as the regional government of Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun district, Jambi province (primary sources) and documents and books related to research (secondary data); The instruments for this research are observation, interviews and documentation and the data collection tools are observation guides, interview guides and documentary study guides; data collection stages include preparation, implementation and preparation; and the validity testing techniques used are credibility and compatibility. The results of this research show that BTM Taqwa plays a role in improving sharia microeconomics in Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. The role played by BTM Taqwa is the role of empowering human resources and an entrepreneurial spirit, the role of improving microeconomic welfare, and the role of distancing people from the practice of usury. The results of this research also show that the supporting factors for BTM Taqwa's success in micro economics internally are strategic location, commitment of the board of trustees, management and members, and high participation in member savings, while externally there is high demand from micro business actors for BTM Taqwa, ease of obtaining business capital assistance received by micro business actors, and government support. The inhibiting factors experienced by BTM taqwa internally are BTM taqwa's lack of human resources, lack of financial capital and technology, while externally there are many customers who are lazy about making savings capital payments.

Abstract. The Islamic financial industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. Generally, Abstract. factors such as knowledge, needs, abilities, concerns and judgments influence customer decisions in using financial products. However, with the variety of influencing factors, many students and individuals with higher education are not yet interested in saving in Islamic banks. As students, they may have a superior understanding because as students, students continue to review the transformation of the times. As part of the academic world, students are accustomed to the continuous learning process, gaining deeper insights into changes and trends in various fields. This study aims to uncover the views of students and family circles who tend to prefer conventional banks over sharia banks. Likewise, this study is also intended to provide public understanding of bank selection knowledge, so that it can stimulate deeper discussions regarding individual considerations in choosing sharia banks. On the other hand, this study was compiled with the aim of clarifying the importance for students to consider their choices of  sharia banks. This study is intended to explore knowledge about sharia banking and the family environment towards sharia banks. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. With data analyzed using a questionnaire filled out by 51 student respondents. The main objective of the study is focused on understanding the knowledge of students and family environment towards sharia banks, a descriptive qualitative approach with the intention of describing and analyzing the causes of a phenomenon. Data collection is carried out through observation and observation to describe the phenomena that occur. The research respondents consisted of 50 students from various campuses. The study revealed that there were variations in perception among students. and family environment, including in terms of gender, student knowledge, and the influence of the family environment on sharia banks. Umumnya, faktor-faktor seperti pengetahuan, kebutuhan, kemampuan, perhatian dan penilaian yang memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan produk keuangan. Meskipun begitu, dengan beragamnya faktor yang memengaruhi, banyak mahasiswa dan individu yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi belum tertarik untuk menabung di bank syariah. Sebagai mahasiswa mungkin memiliki pemahaman yang lebih unggul karena sebagai pelajar, mahasiswa terus meninjau transformasi zaman. Sebagai bagian dari dunia akademis, mahasiswa terbiasa dengan proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang perubahan dan tren dalam berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pandangan mahasiswa dan lingkup keluarga yang cenderung lebih memilih bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Demikian pula, penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberi pengertian masyarakat mengenai pengetahuan pemilihan bank, sehingga dapat merangsang diskusi yang lebih mendalam mengenai pertimbangan individual dalam memilih bank syariah. Disisi lain, penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk memperjelas pentingnya bagi mahasiswa untuk mempertimbangkan pilihan mereka terhadap bank syariah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan mengenai perbankan syariah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap pada bank syariah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan data dianalisis menggunakan kuisioner yang diisi oleh 51 responden mahasiswa. Tujuan utama penelitian difokuskan untuk memahami pengetahuan mahasiswa dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud menguraikan dan menganalisis penyebab suatu fenomena. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan observasi untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa dari berbagai kampus. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat variasi persepsi di kalangan mahasiswa. dan lingkungan keluarga, termasuk dari segi gender, pengetahuan mahasiswa, dan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah. This research aims to examine the effect of non-performing loans on economic profitability in the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The unit of observation in this research is the financial report and non-performing loans for 2016-2020. The results of this research show that there is an influence of non-performing loans on economic profitability, which means that if non-performing loans increase, economic profitability will decrease, and vice versa, if non-performing loans decrease, economic profitability will increase.

This community service activity aims to train young children to be more independent, especially in realizing their desire to have something in the future. Children are invited to learn to manage personal money, have financial planning, respect money, learn discipline and make them proud. One of the simplest saving methods is to save money through a medium called a “celengan”. This service activity was carried out at Guntur Macan 1 State Elementary School, where the participants in this activity were student in grades 4 and 5. The method of implementing this socialization was divided into several stages, namely coordination, media preparation, material socialization, discussions and games. The socializations material provided is history of saving, why you save, what banks are in Indonesia, and finally setting a savings target. The material is packaged with interactive videos so that children can be enthusiastic in participating in all the activities. This activity went well and was lively because it was accompanied by college students who guided the activity will provide ongoing motivation for children to continue saving an so that the agreed targets can be achieved

Blood donation is a crucial activity in maintaining the availability of blood for transfusion; however, awareness of the importance of blood donation still needs to be increased in various communities, including Desa Kampung Baru, Kelurahan Galang Baru, Kota Batam. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of education about the benefits of blood donation in increasing community participation in the area. The education was conducted through interactive lectures and question-and-answer sessions at the Desa Kampung Baru Community Hall. The educational material included the benefits of blood donation for both recipients and donors, the blood donation procedure, and the requirements to become a donor. The study results showed an increase in community participation in blood donation activities after the education was conducted. More residents of Desa Kampung Baru now understand the benefits of blood donation in saving lives, reducing the risk of heart disease, and renewing red blood cells in the body. Nonetheless, further monitoring and evaluation efforts are needed to ensure the sustainability of participation in blood donation in the future. This study significantly contributes to increasing public awareness of the importance of blood donation and ensuring the availability of blood supplies to support overall public health.

Poverty is a complex and ongoing social problem that requires an integrated and sustainable approach. The problem of poverty impacts various aspects of people's lives, so it is important to overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of this research is to describe public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the data used in the form of secondary data sourced from documents, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), research journals, articles and relevant sources. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the data obtained, then analyzed in relation to public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The results of this research show that public policy strategies have been successful and effective in reducing poverty levels through the leadership policies of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla including the Prosperous Family Savings Program (SKS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the Healthy Indonesia Program, then during Joko's leadership period Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin with the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program.

In financial and economic management activities, the term banking is often known, both conventional banking and Islamic banking. Islamic banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in managing people's funds. Islamic financial institutions generally have a variety of products offered to the public. In banking activities, there are two main functions of the bank, namely as a savings and loan institution. The purpose of this article is to discuss and analyze related to one of the Islamic bank products, namely loan products that apply the Qardh contract to Islamic financial institutions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qardh contract in Indonesia is adjusted to the pillars, qardh requirements, and shigat qardh. Qardh contract can be interpreted as a loan that must be returned in the same amount with a certain pre-agreed period. In other words, Qardh is a loan without profit. If it is technically reviewed, then this loan will be given to someone or a sharia financial institution to another person who is used for emergency or urgent needs. The implementation of sharia accounting with Qardh contracts in Indonesia is guided by Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 35 paragraph (1) which states that in practice sharia banking is required to implement the 5C principles, namely character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, and collateral.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (2) What is the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (3) How does advertising affect the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? This research aims to study, know, and analyze (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (2) The customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (3) The influence of advertising on the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Simple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is high. With the highest score on the sales response indicator and the lowest score on the persuasive influence indicator (pre/post preference testing).  This means that advertising is heavily influenced by sales response indicators. (2) The customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is very high. With the highest score on the customer compatibility indicator and the lowest score on the dramaturgy indicator. This means that the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is greatly influenced by customer compatibility indicators. (3) Advertising has a positive effect on the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if advertising is improved, then the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch will also increase.

The main problem in this research is what factors influence customer decisions in choosing BRI Bank Britama Savings Products in Fatukoa Village. The aim of this research is to see and explain what influences the decisions of Fatukoa Village customers in saving with Britama Savings Products. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. determining informants using Purposive Sampling, totaling 6 people. The time and place of the research was carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year, on a number of customers who live in Fatukoa Village, Kupang City. The results of this research explain that the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Britama Bank BRI savings products are influenced by cultural factors because cultural influences play a key role in customer decisions. The socialization process from the experience of being a customer for eight years, the use of banking products since the beginning of college, and the management of business transactions are the main factors in choosing Britama Savings. Social Factors due to the existence of reference groups, both from friends and family, have a big impact. Suggestions from friends about the benefits of interest rates and easy access to BRI Bank's online services, as well as recommendations from wives who are BRI Bank customers, are taken into consideration in the decision to save on Britama Products. Personal Factors due to Age, life cycle stage, work and economic environment are factors personal influences on product choices. The decision to save in BRI Bank Britama Products is based on long-term goals, investment, financial discipline, and economic considerations as well as income that can be invested, and Psychological Factors because the motivation for opening a Britama Savings account is related to biogenic and psychogenic needs, such as increasing pension funds, long-term investment, increasing financial discipline, and building savings habits. Trust and positive attitudes towards Britama products, supported by the reputation and security of BRI Bank, also play a key role in decision making. Apart from that, information from reference groups, socialization experiences, economic considerations, and trust in banking institutions are key factors that shape customer decision behavior.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the factors that influence Non-Performing Loan (NPL), such as Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Bank efficiency, Diversification Income, Current Account Saving Account (CASA). The population in this research is from the banking subsector listed on the IDX during the period 2018 to 2022, using data from the annual financial statements of conventional banks. The data collection technique in this research uses the Purposive sampling method using secondary data, so that 75 data from 25 companies in the banking subsector in Indonesia are obtained. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis using JASP statistical data processing application. The research results can be interpreted that return on assets (ROA) has a negative but insignificant effect on NPL. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Diversification Income and Current Account Saving Account (CASA) have a negative and significant effect on NPL. Meanwhile, bank efficiency has a positive and significant effect on NPL.
