Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

Implementasi kurikulum dan kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Secara garis besar Kurikulum sebagai program pelajaran yang direncanakan. Secara realitas SDIT Albanna Denpasar memiliki variasi kemampuan pendidik dalam tingkat pencapaian kurikulum, pembuatan kurikulum dibuat oleh semua kepala sekolah dan semua waka kurikulum seluruh unit. Yang mana kemungkinan hal ini akan mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh implementasi kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru di SDIT Albanna Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020. 2) Besar kontribusi implementasi kurikulum mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SDIT Albanna Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif kolerasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan implementasi kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru di SDIT Albanna Denpasar, diketahui dari F linearity Fhitung < Ftabel yaitu 0.956 < 4.15, sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, yang artinya regresi linier. 2) variabel implementasi kurikulum (X) memiliki kontribusi secara simultan sebesar 16,5% terhadap variabel kinerja guru (Y) selebihnya 83,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Persaingan di perusahaan jasa bongkar dan delivery petikemas semakin menuntut semua pelaku usaha untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan yang terbaik agar dapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Hal itu dapat dicapai dengan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dapat peroleh dengan menjaga iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan yaang baik. Sehingga dalam menetapkan variabel yang sudah dijelaskan hal tersebut dapat dijangkau oleh keinginan dan harapan karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan dari iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Prima Terminal Petikemas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi pada kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada PT. Prima Terminal Petikemas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Prima Terminal Petikemas sebanyak 40 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (versi 28.00). Secara parsial Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada PT. Prima Terminal Petikemas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus at the Medan City Industry Service office, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research was a descriptive quantitative research used Multivariate Linear Regression Analysis method. Population in this study amounted to 52 employees and the sample for this study also amounted to 52 employees, so that the sampling technique used the Saturated Sampling Technique. Instrument test of this study used Likert Scale and data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science software program version 25. Result showed that as partially, the Job Performance Assessment had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -3.366 and significant value of 0.00 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Promotion had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -4.348 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Employee Competence had a positive and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of 3.511 and significant value of 0.001 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Simultaneously, Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence had Positive and significant effects on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with F-count value of 8.027 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Based on the results of the R2 Determination test, it was known that the Adjusted R value is 0.292, which meant that the contribution of the influence was given by the three independent variables to the dependent variable was 29.2%, the remaining 70.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada permasalahan kehidupan sehari-hari berbentuk soal cerita banyak ditemui terutama pada materi program linear. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan pemodelan matematika peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu sekolah menengah di Kota Semarang. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil secara acak yaitu peserta didik kelas XI berjumlah 17 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes berbentuk uraian materi Program Linear. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah menggunakan pemodelan matematika pada peserta didik kategori rendah.

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis pendekatan kontekstual yang berkualitas dengan kategori valid, praktis, dan efektif, untuk menaikkan kemampuan memecahkan permasalahan matematika peserta didik pada materi program linear. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan merupakan lembar validasi bahan ajar interaktif, lembar validasi RPP, lembar validasi angket respon, lembar validasi tes kemampuan, angket respon guru dan siswa, serta tes kemampuan siswa. Setelah bahan ajar interaktif, RPP, angket respon dan tes kemampuan dinyatakan valid oleh para ahli, tahap selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba lapangan. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan kontekstual yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria dari aspek kevalidan menurut penilaian para ahli dengan rata-rata validitas bahan ajar interaktif yaitu 3,44 untuk validasi materi dan 3,49 untuk validasi media dengan kategori sangat layak serta rata-rata validitas RPP adalah 3,54 dengan kategori sangat layak, (2) Bahan ajar interaktif berbasis pendekatan kontekstual yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria dari kepraktisan dengan: a) hasil angket respon peserta didik mengenai bahan ajar interaktif menunjukkan persentase kepraktisan 80,46% dengan kategori sangat praktis; b) hasil angket respon pendidik mengenai bahan ajar interaktif menunjukkan persentase kepraktisan 90,47% dengan kategori sangat praktis; (3) Bahan ajar interaktif berbasis pendekatan kontekstual yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria efektif melalui: a) aktivitas waktu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar interaktif yang dikembangkan sama dengan waktu pembelajaran biasa, dan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan di dalam RPP, (b) respon peserta didik terhadap produk pembelajaran positif, dan (c) ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal 88,89%. Melalui uji Gain, tampak bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik dengan menggunakan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis pendekatan kontekstual mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,74 dengan kategori tinggi.

The purpose of this research to revisits methods that are more effective in nonlinear Optimization with single variable polynomial functions at high degrees. Models with linear objective functions and constraint functions are Polynomials of third, fourth and fifth degree reconstructed into subproblems that are easier to solve, namely quadratic programs, using bilinear Auxiliary Functions and solved by MATLAB simulations. The method used is the development of Tawarmalani & Sahinidis' research regarding relaxation with Auxiliary Functions. Examples of nonlinear Optimization with polynomial functions are also given to illustrate the implementation of this algorithm. The results of the research show that the application of the development reconstruction method produces a global solution that is no better than the solution to the original problem so that it is not an effective alternative method to use.

The purchase decision is the stage in the buyer's decision-making process where the consumer actually buys. Decision-making actions that include decisions about the types and benefits of products, decisions about product forms, decisions about brands, decisions about the number of products, decisions about the seller and decisions about when to buy and how to pay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The benefits of this research are for writers as an addition to knowledge about the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, for companies as information and guides for companies to improve purchasing decisions through product quality and service quality in the future, and for other parties as input and reference for researchers furthermore. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on product quality and service quality on the decision to buy an Xpander car. In this study using a quantitative/associative approach and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling as many as 96 respondents taken from consumers of PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor. Sources of data in this study are from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique models, and processed with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous effect tests, partial effect tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality is the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine what factors influence Turnover Intention in Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City. The population used in this study are all marketing division imployess in the PT Musawa Land and the sample used is 112 employees with the slovin formula, using a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. Testing the hypothesis with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention for Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City.
