Digital marketing has become a vital tool for business growth today, especially for housewives running small businesses. However, challenges such as a lack of technical knowledge and limited access to digital devices often hinder them from competing in the modern marketplace. In response to this phenomenon, the Community Service (PKM) initiative in Tamallayang Village, Bontonompo, was specifically designed to strengthen the capacity of housewives through education on the use of marketing technology to advance their businesses. This program employs a participatory training model that emphasizes two-way discussions and real-life case studies, allowing participants to understand and directly apply material such as digital marketing fundamentals, WhatsApp optimization, and content creation techniques. The success of this program is reflected in the substantial increase in competency and growing optimism of the participants in managing their businesses in the digital realm. The mothers now not only master the theory but are also able to execute the strategies they have learned to expand product exposure and boost sales figures. The benefits of this activity also have broad implications for strengthening the family economic structure and overall social welfare in the region. Going forward, the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies in Tamallayang Village is expected to become a prototype for empowering MSMEs in other areas, while also emphasizing that technological adaptation is a mandatory step in strengthening business competitiveness in the current era.

The development of MSMEs in the traditional food sector requires business actors to increase production capacity. MSME Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco plans to build a larger facility to meet increasing demand. However, the layout planning is still based on rough drawings and experience, which can lead to inefficient material movement. This study aims to provide an overview of recommendations for a more efficient production facility layout using the CRAFT method. The research method involves collecting data on production processes, departmental areas, and material movement frequency. Moreover, an Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) is compiled to identify the close relationships among departments. The results of the analysis are visualized with a Block Plan. Furthermore, the layout is optimized using the CRAFT method. The results show that the recommended layout reduces the total material movement distance from 60.96 meters to 58.19 meters or a reduction of 4.53%. In addition, material handling costs also decreased from Rp. 780.64 to Rp. 766.19 or a savings of 1.85%. Thus, the application of the CRAFT method resulted in a more efficient production layout at the Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco MSME.

Litopenaeus vannamei is a brackish-water aquaculture commodity that is highly favored by the Indonesian community and represents one of the country’s leading aquaculture products, with production continuing to increase in response to rising domestic and export demand. One of the main factors triggering disease in L. vannamei is the presence of Vibrio sp. bacteria, which are recognized as serious pathogens in various aquaculture organisms and serve as causative agents of bacterial diseases. These bacteria naturally inhabit marine environments and are categorized as opportunistic, meaning they become pathogenic when environmental conditions decline and host health is compromised. Disinfectants are chemical substances used to inhibit or eliminate microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi (excluding bacterial spores) on non-living surfaces. One disinfectant material is Smart Care (Intracare B.V., The Netherlands), which contains stabilized hydrogen peroxide with a prolonged-release mechanism. This study employed an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications. The treatments included a control (without H₂O₂) and applications of H₂O₂ at concentrations of 1 ml/L, 2 ml/L, 3 ml/L, and 4 ml/L. The results indicated that the addition of hydrogen peroxide at different concentrations did not produce statistically significant differences in suppressing the growth rate of Vibrio sp. Nevertheless, treatment C (3 ml/L H₂O₂) showed the highest inhibitory effect, with no bacterial colony growth observed. Therefore, the application of H₂O₂ at 3 ml/L demonstrates potential in reducing Vibrio sp. growth and supporting sustainable shrimp aquaculture practices.

Vaname shrimp is one of the export commodities with high economic value. Therefore, to meet increasing market demand, it is necessary to improve aquaculture productivity. However, the development of vaname shrimp farming in Indonesia faces several challenges, including the emergence of viral, fungal, and bacterial diseases (Astria et al., 2022). Vibrio sp. bacteria can cause bacterial infections and are opportunistic in nature. Vibrio sp. can attack shrimp at all stages and may lead to decreased production yields (Astria et al., 2022). Generally, farmers control bacterial diseases by adding antimicrobial compounds. However, bacterial disease control in vaname shrimp culture can also be carried out using hydrogen peroxide (Astria et al., 2022). This study examined the effect of different doses of hydrogen peroxide in suppressing Vibrio sp. bacteria using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The doses used were 7 ppm, 9 ppm, 11 ppm, 13 ppm, and 15 ppm, with five treatments and five replications. The results showed that the application of different doses of hydrogen peroxide had a significant effect based on the One Way ANOVA test (0.00 < 0.05). The lowest effectiveness was observed in treatment 1 (7 ppm), while the highest effectiveness was found in treatment 5 (15 ppm). Although hydrogen peroxide was able to reduce the number of Vibrio sp. bacterial colonies, the doses used in this study were not able to completely eliminate the colonies (0 cfu/ml).

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways and respiratory symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and cough, which vary over time in both frequency and severity. This condition is accompanied by limitations in expiratory airflow, which can be either reversible or persistent. In asthma patients, especially those treated in the Emergency Department (ED), a common nursing problem is ineffective airway clearance due to mucus accumulation and bronchospasm. One strategy to address this is the administration of warm drinking water, aimed at improving airway clearance. The design used in this final nursing scientific paper is a qualitative case study with an intervention of warm water intake. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 asthma patients in the ED, and the intervention was conducted from January 3-11, 2026, at the Emergency Department of Charitas Hospital Km.7 Palembang. Airway clearance was measured before and after the intervention, which involved giving 200 ml of warm water at 38ºC, without a control group. After the intervention, all three patients showed improved airway clearance, indicated by more effective coughing, decreased sputum production, reduced wheezing, improved breathing patterns, and improved respiratory rate. The implementation of this evidence-based practice (EBP) is expected to provide additional information regarding the use of nonpharmacological therapy, specifically the administration of warm drinking water, in asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance.

Many senior high school students face significant difficulties in generating ideas, organizing thoughts, and selecting appropriate vocabulary when writing descriptive texts. Traditional teaching methods often limit creativity, making the integration of visual media crucial. Therefore, this study aims to develop creative poster-based learning module for teaching descriptive writing. A Research and Development (R&D) design was employed, adapting the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. However, due to time constraints, this research is strictly limited to the Analysis (Needs Analysis) and the initial Development (Prototype Development) stages. The participants for the needs analysis consisted of 22 senior high school students in Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online needs analysis questionnaire. The findings indicate a strong student preference for visual support, which informed the design and creation of a poster-based learning module prototype intended to help students visualize concepts. The implications suggest that while the prototype aligns with student needs, further research is required to validate and test the product.

The development of information and communication technology has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly in the process of searching for information prior to making a purchase. One rapidly growing phenomenon is Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM), which refers to informal communication among consumers through digital platforms such as social media, online forums, and product review websites. eWOM is considered more credible than traditional advertising because it originates from real user experiences. This study aims to analyze the impact of eWOM on consumer purchase intention with trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed, involving active users of digital platforms who accessed product reviews before purchasing. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression and mediation testing (Baron and Kenny approach with Sobel test). The findings reveal that eWOM has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust (β = 0.72) and directly influences purchase intention (β = 0.31). Trust demonstrates a stronger effect on purchase intention (β = 0.56) and serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention (indirect effect = 0.40). These results highlight that the quality, credibility, and consistency of eWOM information are crucial in building consumer trust, which subsequently enhances purchase intention. Theoretically, this study enriches digital marketing literature, while practically it provides implications for companies to manage online reviews transparently and foster consumer trust to drive purchasing decisions.

Bronchopneumonia is a lower respiratory tract infection that remains a major health problem, especially in children, which can cause impaired gas exchange and ultimately decrease oxygen saturation. This condition, if not immediately treated, can lead to hypoxia and improve the patient's clinical condition. One intervention frequently administered in the emergency room is nebulizer therapy, which functions to help widen the airways, reduce secretion production, and improve pulmonary ventilation. This study aims to determine the effect of nebulizer therapy on increasing oxygen saturation in bronchopneumonia patients in the emergency room of Dr. Dody Sardjoto Air Force Hospital. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study sample was bronchopneumonia patients who received nebulizer therapy intervention in the emergency room. The results showed an increase in oxygen saturation after nebulizer therapy with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect. Thus, nebulizer therapy is proven effective in increasing oxygen saturation and can be used as a treatment intervention in the management of oxygenation disorders in bronchopneumonia patients.
