Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Jurnal Aksi Sosial 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

This study focuses on mentoring activities for male and female students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Khalafiyah Syafi’iyyah Zainul Hasan Genggong related to children’s development during the school period. The main issue identified is the lack of optimal learning motivation and independence among students, which affects their academic achievement and character formation. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ observation skills, creativity, critical thinking, emotional regulation, social interaction, and learning motivation in an integrated manner. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interviews, and in-depth documentation as the primary data collection techniques. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ concentration, creative expression through drawing, logical thinking, emotional stability, harmonious social interaction, as well as motivation and discipline in learning. The mentoring activities provide a sustainable positive impact on students’ psychological growth and holistic development within the madrasah environment

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir Kampung Tambak Lorok, Semarang, dalam pengendalian sampah plastik melalui inovasi teknologi berbasis gim edukasi digital bernama 'Marine Protector'. Permasalahan sampah plastik di kawasan pesisir telah menimbulkan dampak ekologis dan sosial ekonomi yang signifikan. Melalui pendekatan gamifikasi, kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan edukasi lingkungan, hukum, dan ekonomi sirkular ke dalam media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik, keterlibatan aktif ibu-ibu PKK RW 14 Tambak Lorok, serta munculnya praktik pengurangan plastik sekali pakai di rumah tangga. Luaran kegiatan meliputi aplikasi gim edukasi, modul pelatihan, video dokumentasi, dan poster edukatif. Inovasi ini terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat dan memiliki potensi replikasi untuk wilayah pesisir lainnya di Indonesia.

Program pengabdian ini menjawab kesenjangan kapasitas UMKM di Desa Plelen sebagai desa penyangga Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), khususnya pada aspek kualitas produk, keterampilan manajerial, dan kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan peluang ekonomi industri melalui: (1) peningkatan kualitas produk dan kemasan; (2) pelatihan manajemen usaha dan penyusunan business plan; serta (3) fasilitasi pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih sebagai wadah ekonomi kolektif. Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Partisipatif diterapkan untuk memastikan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan program. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada diversifikasi produk, standar higienitas produksi, literasi bisnis, serta terbentuknya koperasi yang berfungsi mendukung pemasaran dan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, model pemberdayaan terintegrasi yang menguatkan aspek teknis, manajerial, dan kelembagaan terbukti efektif dalam mempersiapkan desa penyangga menuju transformasi sosial-ekonomi yang inklusif dan adaptif terhadap industrialisasi.

This service activity was carried out in the Domestic Trade Sector, Central Java Provincial Industry and Trade Office with the aim of supporting the data collection process and updating the prices of basic necessities. This activity focuses on providing accurate and up-to-date price data as the basis for making price stabilization policies by local governments. The implementation of activities includes observation of the internal data collection system, daily price data input, data validation, and preparation of price development reports. In addition, the service team also coordinates with field officers and market managers to ensure the completeness of information and consistency of the data received. The technical assistance process related to the use of data collection application tools is also carried out to improve the competence of apparatus in managing information more effectively. The results of the activity show that systematic data updates are able to improve administrative efficiency, database accuracy, and support decision-making processes related to regional economic stability. Furthermore, the availability of more reliable price data allows local governments to detect potential price fluctuations early and formulate more timely and targeted intervention steps.

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tinggi, salah satunya dipicu oleh komplikasi kehamilan akibat kekurangan gizi. Rendahnya literasi nutrisi pada ibu hamil berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya risiko preeklamsia, anemia, dan bayi berat lahir rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi nutrisi ibu hamil melalui pendampingan berbasis media kalender makanan sebagai alat bantu edukasi sederhana dan aplikatif. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kantor Desa Bungaejaya, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, dengan melibatkan 10 orang ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh kepala desa, bidan desa, kader kesehatan, dan mitra Dompet Dhuafa. Metode kegiatan mencakup penyuluhan nutrisi kehamilan, pelatihan penggunaan kalender makanan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu hamil mengenai kebutuhan gizi selama kehamilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi visual berbasis komunitas efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran nutrisi pada ibu hamil serta meningkatkan kemampuan ibu dalam mengidentifikasi nutrisi tepat sehari-hari selama hamil.

The development of information technology offers great opportunities to improve public health services, particularly in managing health data for pregnant women and toddlers. However, at the community level, challenges remain such as manual recordkeeping, limited digital literacy, and the absence of integrated data systems. This community-based digital health data mentoring program aims to enhance the capacity of local cadres and residents to manage health data digitally, accurately, and sustainably. The methods included socialization sessions, training on health data recording applications, and field mentoring over a three-month period in community health posts. The results showed a significant improvement in cadres’ ability to use digital applications (from 45% to 90%) and a 60% reduction in data reporting time. Moreover, the quality of health data collected became more valid and easily accessible to medical staff and local health centers. This program has proven effective in fostering community independence in technology-based health data management and has the potential to be replicated in other regions with cross-sectoral support.

The community assistance program in understanding BPJS administrative procedures at healthcare facilities aims to improve health literacy and service accessibility for participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN). Many citizens, particularly in rural areas, still face challenges in understanding BPJS registration, referral, and service claim procedures. This activity was carried out through a community-based participatory approach using socialization, service flow simulations, and direct mentoring at healthcare facilities. The results show a significant increase in public understanding of BPJS administrative stages, improved ability to access services independently, and higher satisfaction with healthcare services. The program also strengthened collaboration between communities, health cadres, and BPJS officers in facilitating administrative processes. Therefore, this initiative contributes to improving service efficiency and promoting equitable access to healthcare for all community groups.

This community service activity aims to improve the time management skills and understanding of fifth-grade students at SDN Kuin Selatan 3 through educational outreach and learning assistance. The background of this activity is the low awareness of students in utilizing their time effectively due to a lack of understanding of the importance of time planning. The implementation methods include interactive outreach, daily schedule planning exercises, ice-breaking activities, and pre- and post-activity questionnaires to assess students level of understanding. The evaluation results show an increase in the average score from 23.5 to 27.3, or an increase of 3.8 points (16.17%). The aspects with the highest increase were the ability to distinguish between study and play time by 80% and the use of time reminders by 52.63%. These results indicate that socialization and mentoring activities have a positive impact on students' awareness, discipline, and responsibility in managing time. These activities are effective as character education efforts based on time management at the elementary school level.

The low effectiveness of student organizational performance in designing and managing structured work programs presents a major challenge to strengthening the leadership culture at MTsN 1 Probolinggo. This community service program aims to enhance students’ managerial and leadership capacities through performance mentoring for the Intra-Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM), based on innovations in learning management. The methods employed include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring, all designed collaboratively with school stakeholders. The activity stages began with a needs analysis and problem mapping, followed by the development of training modules, the implementation of organizational management training, and interactive workshops aimed at developing adaptive and applicable work programs. The proposed solutions encompass strengthening foundational understanding of organizational management, enhancing the role of members in program planning, and facilitating the implementation of OSIM activities that support the creation of an active learning environment. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure comprehension improvement, field activity observations, and assessments of work program achievement. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ cognitive and practical skills, particularly in the planning, execution, and evaluation of OSIM programs that are now more structured and goal-oriented. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully reinforced student leadership competencies through an innovative approach to managing student organizations, while also promoting the development of a sustainable culture of collaborative work. Based on the outcomes, it is recommended that this mentoring model be replicated in other madrasahs and that OSIM leadership development programs be systematically integrated into extracurricular curricula to ensure the continuity and expansion of the positive impacts achieved

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi aplikasi Smart Village dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan literasi digital di Desa Mlese, yang dikenal sebagai Desa Pelopor Pancasila. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan administrasi desa, transparansi informasi, serta penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kolaborasi antarwarga. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital pada kelompok lanjut usia, keterbatasan akses internet, dan preferensi layanan tatap muka. Pemerintah desa berupaya mengatasi kendala ini melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, meskipun perbaikan infrastruktur dan sosialisasi lebih intensif masih diperlukan. Kesimpulannya, Smart Village memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung transformasi digital dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila Kata Kunci : Smart Village, Literasi Digital, Desa Pelopor Pancasila.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Smart Village application in enhancing community empowerment and digital literacy in Mlese Village, known as a Pancasila Pioneer Village. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that the application positively impacts village administration by simplifying processes, increasing information transparency, and strengthening Pancasila values through community collaboration. However, challenges remain, such as low digital literacy among the elderly, limited internet access, and a preference for face-to-face services. The village government is addressing these issues through training and assistance, although more intensive infrastructure improvements and outreach are still needed. In conclusion, Smart Village holds significant potential to support digital transformation and community empowerment in alignment with Pancasila values. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to assist students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirojut Thalibin in understanding the adolescent development period through the perspectives of Aristotle, Comenius, and Charlotte Bühler. The mentoring was motivated by the complexity of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual changes during adolescence and the low interest of students in studying the stages of human development. The activity was carried out for one week through educational, interactive, and collaborative strategies, using participatory discussion methods, theoretical explanations contextualized with the realities of adolescent life, varied learning media, role simulations, and joint evaluation and reflection. The subjects of the activity were students of MTs Sirajut Thalibin Racek Village, Tiris District, Probolinggo. The results of the mentoring showed an increase in students' understanding of the stages of adolescent development, a higher awareness of maintaining physical and mental health, and a better ability to link personal changes with developmental tasks and life goals. Teachers and the madrasah also experienced positive impacts in the form of strengthened understanding of adolescent characteristics and adjustments to a more holistic learning approach. This activity produces scientific articles, activity documentation, and student work products, while also recommending the integration of human development material in learning and guidance programs to support the moral, intellectual, social, and spiritual development of adolescents.

This community service activity aims to improve the soft skills capacity of the Ibu-Ibu Mekar community in Semarang City to face the demands of the Society 5.0 era. The program was implemented through four stages: needs assessment, participatory planning, training, and mentoring. The methods used included interactive lectures, group discussions, role-play, and contextual practice. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in participants' communication, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. In addition, several participants began to demonstrate informal leadership roles and greater involvement in community activities. These findings indicate that the experience-based participatory mentoring approach is effective in strengthening women's empowerment and preparing communities for socio-technological change. The program also helped participants develop adaptability to change, increased self-confidence, and facilitated the formation of broader social networks in their communities. Empowering women through soft skills development is expected to create a more resilient community in facing the challenges posed by digital transformation in the Society 5.0 era. This program emphasizes the importance of sustainable soft skills development as a foundation for community resilience in the Society 5.0 era.

This community service activity aims to assist the Ibu Jum Tempe Home Industry MSME in Bandar Lampung in implementing the process costing method as a more accurate, measurable, and efficient production cost calculation system. To date, MSMEs still use simple cost recording without a clear separation between raw material costs, labor, and factory overhead, so that product selling prices often do not reflect actual production costs. To address this problem, this activity was carried out through several stages, namely interviews to explore MSME needs and problems, production process observations, socialization regarding the importance of cost accounting systems, and direct training in the preparation and implementation of process costing. The results of the activity showed an increase in MSME owners' understanding of cost classification, unit cost calculations, and the preparation of production cost reports. After the process costing method was implemented, MSMEs were able to calculate costs more systematically and consistently, thus being able to determine more appropriate and competitive selling prices. In addition, the implementation of this method also contributed to increased cost management efficiency, transparency of financial information, and the managerial ability of business actors in making more appropriate decisions related to cost planning and control.

Solid Dwipantara is a micro, small, and medium enterprise engaged in the custom furniture business located in the Denpasar area. In terms of marketing, the partner has not yet optimally utilized digital technology and still relies on repeat orders, or in other words, orders that come mostly from customers who have used the partner's services before and also from direct recommendations from customers to potential new customers. For furniture design, the partner still uses manual methods by drawing designs on paper for the size and model of furniture desired by customers. This greatly affects the accuracy of the size and model after production because there may be differences between the final product and the initial design desired by the customer, so sometimes the finished product has to be redone. The partner also lacks understanding in utilizing digital technology to find and obtain the latest custom furniture models and designs that keep up with the times. The partner needs a digital marketing medium and assistance in utilizing digital technology to support the product design process

The main problem in this Community Service (PkM) activity is the condition of students at Al Kautsar Kraksaan Islamic Junior High School. They are in the puberty phase where emotional conditions are unstable. This situation results in problems in the form of negative social interactions, low motivation to learn, and social conflict within peer groups. For this purpose, the purpose of this PkM, we strive to provide educational and preventive assistance by increasing students' understanding of the application of scientific methods in studying behavior. In this case, we use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which invites students to actively collaborate with us in several important stages, namely: problem identification, action planning, evaluation, and reflection. The results of this activity show that students are able and even successful in using scientific methods to curb their behavior, in controlling emotions and rationally in making decisions in social life. This activity, in mentoring and participating in efforts to shape the character of students who are more responsible and ethical as well as more mature emotionally and socially.

This community service addresses the critical struggle of students at SMP Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar (SMP TI Al-Kautsar) to understand the major psychological and emotional changes during adolescence. This lack of clarity often led to confusion and challenges in self-adjustment, pointing out a significant gap in the school's existing guidance support. The main goal was to solve this by creating and implementing an Integrative Mentoring Model (IMM). This model directly explained their developmental stages using three key psychological frameworks: Kohnstamm, Oswald Kroh, and Jean Piaget. We followed a hands-on Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, where 50 adolescent students actively joined six specialized, interactive workshops and group coaching sessions over two weeks. The activity showed clear success, as students displayed much stronger self-awareness regarding their cognitive and emotional growth after the program. They reported increased confidence and began using the developmental theories to better understand their peers and manage their own changes. The IMM effectively translated complex academic concepts into practical life knowledge. This success confirms the IMM as a valuable, theory-backed framework for enhancing student well-being and adaptation in other religious educational settings.

This community service activity aimed to foster financial literacy awareness and develop wise financial behavior from an early age through the “Early Saving Movement” socialization program for fifth-grade students of SDN Antasan Besar 7 Banjarmasin. The activity was conducted face-to-face using an interactive approach that included the delivery of educational materials, group discussions, question-and-answer sessions, simple simulations of money management, and the administration of pre- and post-activity questionnaires to measure changes in students’ knowledge and attitudes. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in students’ motivation to save by 93% and an improvement in their understanding of the benefits of saving by 58%. These findings indicate that direct socialization methods accompanied by active student engagement are effective in enhancing elementary school students’ financial literacy and interest in simple and practical financial management. However, challenges were still found in controlling students’ consumptive behavior, which is influenced by the family environment and daily social interactions. Therefore, follow-up efforts are needed in the form of regular saving habit programs and the involvement of parents and teachers in supervising students’ financial behavior. Overall, this activity had a positive impact on shaping students’ discipline, responsibility, and financial independence from an early age.
