This study investigates the role of profit-based tangible assets and sales growth (ProTAPP) in enhancing the relationship between market ratios and financing decisions in property and real estate companies across Southeast Asia from 2019-2023. Using agency theory, pecking order theory, and trade-off theory, the research examines how EPS, TATO, and CR influence DER, with ProTAPP serving as a mediating variable. The analysis, based on panel data from ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, aims to provide practical insights for investors, corporate managers, and policymakers in optimizing financing strategies within the property and real estate sector. The study emphasizes the significance of tangible assets and sales growth dynamics in financial decision-making for achieving an optimal capital structure. Findings reveal that ProTAPP significantly mediates the relationship between EPS, TATO, CR, and DER in Southeast Asian property and real estate firms. The impact of these independent variables on DER through ProTAPP varies by country, reflecting specific market dynamics and company strategies. These results offer valuable guidance for developing more effective financing strategies in the sector.

Financial consolidation has become a crucial strategy for multinational companies in addressing increasingly intense global competition. It is often employed as a primary approach to expand market reach and drive corporate growth, ultimately affecting liquidity, equity-earning based measures, and profitability. This study specifically examines the impact of consolidation on a company's liquidity, equity-earning based metrics, and profitability using financial ratio analysis, including Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) as key indicators. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research utilizes secondary data from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk before and after consolidation in 2023. The methods applied include a comparison of financial statement items pre- and post-consolidation and a literature review relevant to financial performance analysis. The data analysis results reveal that post-consolidation, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk recorded an increase in liquidity ratio (current ratio) by 15.26%, reaching 1.9171, and an equity-earning based ratio (earnings per share) rise of 53.74% to 0.001309, which positively impacted the company. However, profitability ratio (net profit margin) declined by 22.81% to 0.1028, indicating challenges in cost management and operational efficiency following the consolidation.

Profit growth is the rate of increase in profit obtained by a company. Profit growth is an important factor in assessing a company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on profit growth in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. The research sample used was 20 companies with 80 observation samples. The financial ratios used are liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. These financial ratios are proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TAT), respectively. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the profitability ratio proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on profit growth and the activity ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TAT) has a negative effect on profit growth. Other results, namely the liquidity ratio proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) and the solvency ratio proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on profit growth. These results mean that the profitability ratio and activity ratio can be determinants of profit growth predictors and can be a reference for investors to make investment decisions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance, which is proxied through the board of directors (X1), audit committee (X2), and the proportion of independent commissioners (X3), as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (X4) and Liquidity Ratio measured by Current Ratio (X5), on Financial Performance proxied through Return on Asset (ROA) (Y) in Food & Beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Through the purposive sampling method, a sample of 26 companies was obtained for 5 years. The analysis was carried out using Eviews version 13 software, with techniques including determining data regression models, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that simultaneously, the board of directors, audit committee, proportion of independent commissioners, CSR, and current ratio have a significant effect on ROA. However, partial tests indicate that each of these variables does not have a significant influence on ROA individually. This model explains that independent variables affect ROA by 50%, while the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables that are not studied,

Although the liquidity ratio remains high, the initial decline indicates challenges in liquidity management. The solvency ratios remain low, indicating a reliance on equity rather than debt, with fluctuations in these ratios reflecting the stability of this reliance. Activity ratios show stability with slight decreases, while Inventory Turnover and Receivable Turnover experienced fluctuations and declines, respectively. Profitability performance increased significantly, reflecting improvements in operational efficiency and profitability during the study period.

This research is motivated by a decrease in the Liquidity Ratio in cash and cash equivalents due to an increase in investment acquisition and purchase of fixed assets which will cause depreciation expenses in the coming years to be greater which will directly reduce the company's profit. The Solvency Ratio has increased due to an increase in debt which will directly increase interest expenses, so it must be covered from operating profit. The Profitability Ratio has decreased in current year profit because the increasing amount of expenses will reduce net profit. The Activity Ratio has decreased inventory turnover due to decreased sales which has resulted in an increase in the amount of inventory. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and Activity on Financial Performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, the data in this study uses secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Liquidity ratio using Current Ratio has a partial positive effect on Financial Performance with Good criteria, this shows the company's ability to pay short-term obligations. Solvency ratio using Debt To Equity Ratio does not have a partial effect on Financial Performance with Poor criteria, this shows the company's inability to meet long-term obligations because risk assessment is ineffective, resulting in a greater risk of loss. Profitability ratio using Return On Asset does not have a partial effect on Financial Performance with Poor criteria, this shows that it is inefficient in using its assets to generate profits and ineffectiveness in accounts receivable turnover so that the small capital invested. Activity ratio using Total Asset Turn Over has a partial positive effect on Financial Performance with Very Good criteria, this shows the company's ability to utilize its assets to generate income.

This research aims to analyze the influence of cash management and inventory management on the financial performance of Ling Food Stores in Makassar City during the 2020-2022 period. The main focus of this research is to evaluate how cash and inventory management contributes to a company's liquidity, profitability and operational efficiency, which are measured through various financial ratios such as Current Ratio, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research results show that the Current Ratio in 2020 cannot be calculated due to the absence of short-term liabilities, while in 2021 and 2022 each was recorded at 0.095% and 0.216%, reflecting low liquidity. On the other hand, the decrease in Average Inventory from IDR 754,200 in 2021 to IDR 715,000 in 2022, followed by a significant increase in net profit, shows efficiency in inventory management. The increase in GPM, OPM, NPM, ROI, and ROE ratios from 2020 to 2022 reflects significant improvements in financial performance, indicating that more effective cash and inventory management can improve a company's financial health.

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of Islamic banks and conventional banks in Indonesia using library research methods. Data sources come from related literature such as scientific journals, articles, previous research reports, and relevant online sources. Bank financial performance is measured through several ratios including capital ratio (CAR), asset quality (NPL), liquidity (LDR), profitability (ROA and ROE), and efficiency (BOPO) which are calculated based on the bank's financial statements. The results of the analysis show that in general the financial performance of both types of banks is in a healthy condition and meets regulatory standards. However, there are differences in performance in several ratios individually. Conventional banks tend to have better performance in CAR, NPL, BOPO, and ROA ratios, indicating better capital quality, assets, operating costs, and profitability. Meanwhile, Islamic banks show better liquidity performance (LDR) and asset growth. However, the difference in performance is not yet fully statistically significant. In general, the financial performance of conventional banks is superior. However, the performance of Islamic banks also experienced an annual increase. To improve competitiveness, Islamic banks need to continue to make improvements, especially in terms of capital, cost management, credit quality, and increasing fee-based products. Both types of banks have developed and operated harmoniously without causing significant financial turmoil. The results of the study are expected to provide a stronger picture of the comparison of the financial performance of Islamic and conventional banks in Indonesia.
