Drug interactions can occur when drugs are administered simultaneously with other drugs, both pharmacologically and clinically. This study aims to identify drug interactions that occur in prescriptions with patients experiencing endocrine system disorders for the period July 2024 at Hospital X, Bandung City. Endocrine disorders, involving hormonal dysfunction such as that of the thyroid, adrenals, or pancreas, can affect the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs, thereby increasing the risk of interactions. This research method involved randomly collecting two prescriptions per day, with a total of 60 recipes analyzed. The results of the assessment showed that there were 15 potential drug interactions with a percentage of 25%, consisting of one minor interaction (6.67%), 15 moderate interactions (93.33%), and no major interactions were found.

Modern cellular tissues have evolved into cell tensegrity structures, where cell strength and stability are established through supportive interactions. Tensegrity improves the efficiency of frequency spectrum use and signal quality in cellular networks. Research shows miRNAs play an important role in the regulation of gene expression in the immune system, providing new insights into the complexity of modern biological systems. Structural Design of Cellular Tissues involves computer simulation studies and laboratory experiments on cell tensegrity. Immune Regulation by MicroRNAs includes analysis of MiRNA gene expression and functionality using technologies such as microarrays and high-throughput sequencing. Data Integration includes identifying microRNA gene targets and understanding transcriptional regulation through methods such as reporter gene assays and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation to predict cellular responses in clinical scenarios. The complex interplay between cellular tensegratas mechanisms and immune regulation by microRNAs shows how widespread their interactions are in human biological systems. The cellular tensegratas structure helps improve intercellular communication, while immune regulation by microRNAs ensures the body's proper response to pathogens. Recent research on microRNAs has exposed their role in the development and function of mammalian immune cells. MiRNAs play an important role in the development and function of mammalian immune cells. The complex interactions between cellular tensile mechanisms and immune regulation by microRNAs demonstrate how structural and functional integration can improve the performance of human biological systems. Integration of these data provides a complete picture of the complexity of modern biological systems and their clinical implications in the diagnosis and treatment of immunological diseases.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali penerapan konsep ibadah, akhlak, dan muamalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mahasiswa Program Studi Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. Konsep-konsep ini merupakan bagian integral dari ajaran Islam yang diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter dan pola perilaku mahasiswa dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik di kampus maupun di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan gambaran mendalam mengenai bagaimana mahasiswa menerapkan nilai-nilai ibadah (hubungan vertikal dengan Tuhan), akhlak (hubungan horizontal dengan sesama), dan muamalah (hubungan sosial dan ekonomi) dalam kehidupan mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan telah berusaha menerapkan ketiga konsep tersebut dalam aktivitas akademik, organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan interaksi sosial mereka. Namun, terdapat variasi dalam tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman terkait implementasi ajaran-ajaran tersebut, terutama dalam aspek muamalah yang lebih terkait dengan transaksi ekonomi dan etika profesi di dunia digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam konteks mahasiswa jurusan informatika.

This research aims to explore more deeply the phenomenon of slang use among UINSU Public Health students and its impact on social dynamics and the development of their identity. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and participant observation, this research seeks to understand how slang plays a role in forming social bonds, creating a sense of belonging to a group, and influencing the way students interact with each other. Preliminary findings show that slang not only functions as a communication tool, but also as a symbol of identity and a means of expressing oneself. However, on the other hand, the use of slang that is too intense can blur the boundaries between formality and informality, thus potentially hampering the learning process and effective academic communication. Therefore, this research highlights the importance of balancing the use of slang with good and correct language rules, so that students can communicate effectively in various contexts without sacrificing their group identity.

Interaksi sosial adalah proses dimana individu atau kelompok saling berhubungan dan mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam berbagai konteks sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk interksi sosial dalam novel Rasa karya Tere Liye. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah novel Rasa karya Tere Liye. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik baca dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini teknik deskriptif interpreatif analisis data yang bertujuan untuk memahami isi yang terdapat pada satuan cerita. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ditemukan adanya bentuk-bentuk interaksi dalam novel Rasa karya Tere Liye. Bentuk-bentuk interaksi dalam novel Rasa karya Tere Liye terbagi menjadi 5 bagian yaitu,  kerja sama, persaingan, akomodasi, pertentangan atau pertikaian, kedudukan dan peran.

Sanggar Bhineka P4GN Sukoharjo, a community that focuses on developing children's knowledge, character and social skills. The volunteers at Sanggar Bhineka are students/internship students from various universities in Solo Raya and have the same goal. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative approach, namely participant observation and more in-depth interviews with children. The results of the research show that the activities carried out in the studio, such as fun games, learning and creative activities, still do not contribute significantly to improving the communication skills of some children. These findings emphasize the importance of an educational environment that supports social interaction for the development of children's character, so that children can express themselves and improve their communication skills.

This research aims to describe the validity, practicality and capability of student learning outcomes using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based learning modules . The test subjects in this research involved 20 class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Tilango for the 2023/2024 academic year. The CTL-based module developed refers to the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model which is limited to the limited-scale trial development stage. The research results based on the CTL-based Module show the feasibility value of the valid criteria, the practicality of obtaining a score in the score range of 81%-100%, the learning outcomes of students using the N-Gain formula obtain a percentage value of 0.61% with medium criteria, so that the CTL-based Module is developed suitable for use as a learning medium to improve student learning outcomes on interaction material in ecosystems in class X SMA Negeri 1 Tilango.

Abstract. This study specifically examines efforts to integrate Balinese culture and madrasah through digitalization, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in this integration. There are issues in integrating Balinese culture and madrasahs, such as the influence of global culture that may reduce the interest of the younger generation in local traditions, as well as the digital divide that hinders the spread of information. Additionally, inaccurate information and reduced face-to-face interactions obstruct a deeper understanding of both cultures. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of this study show that this interactive learning not only deepens students' understanding of intercultural tolerance but also connects local values with religious principles, such as helping one another in Islam. Despite facing challenges like limited digital skills and the technology access gap, digitalization also opens up opportunities for closer intercultural collaboration and wider, more effective information dissemination. Abstrak. Penelitian ini secara khusus menelaah upaya dalam mengintegrasikan budaya Bali dan madrasah melalui digitalisasi serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam mengintegrasikannya. Terdapat problematika dalam mengintegrasikan budaya Bali dan madrasah seperti pengaruh budaya global yang dapat mengurangi minat generasi muda terhadap tradisi lokal, serta kesenjangan akses teknologi yang menghambat penyebaran informasi. Selain itu, informasi yang tidak akurat dan berkurangnya interaksi tatap muka menghalangi pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang kedua budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran interaktif ini tidak hanya memperdalam pemahaman siswa tentang toleransi antarbudaya, tetapi juga menghubungkan nilai-nilai lokal dengan prinsip-prinsip agama, seperti tolong-menolong dalam Islam. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterampilan digital yang terbatas dan kesenjangan akses teknologi, digitalisasi juga membuka peluang untuk kolaborasi antarbudaya yang lebih erat serta penyebaran informasi yang lebih luas dan efektif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis tanaman budidaya yang disukai oleh kelompok Macaca hecki di Perkebunan Masyarakat Taluditi, Pohuwato Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi langsung terhadap perilaku makan primata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan jenis tanaman budidaya yang dikonsumsi oleh Macaca hecki, jenis tanaman budidaya paling dominan dikonsumsi adalah jagung (Zea mays) dan kakao (Theobroma cacao). Interaksi antara primata dan praktik pertanian masyarakat berpotensi menimbulkan konflik, sehingga pemahaman mengenai preferensi makanan primata sangat penting untuk mengembangkan strategi budidaya yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi petani dalam memilih tanaman yang tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis, tetapi juga ramah lingkungan dan berkontribusi pada pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci: Macaca hecki, tanaman budidaya, pertanian berkelanjutan, konflik manusia-satwa liar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas media pembelajaran ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto terhadap materi teks anekdot. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diterapkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan interaksi siswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Permainan sliding puzzle yang interaktif dan menantang mendorong siswa untuk memahami alur cerita secara visual, menemukan hubungan antar bagian gambar, dan menemukan pesan moral. Siswa merasa lebih aktif, terlibat, dan percaya diri dalam menulis teks anekdot setelah menggunakan media ini. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kekurangan, seperti keterbatasan konten sliding puzzle yang spesifik, ketergantungan pada teknologi, dan potensi pengurangan interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan bagi dunia pendidikan dengan menunjukkan potensi ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks anekdot.

Istiqlal Mosque, located in Jakarta, is an important symbol of Indonesian independence and the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. Designed by architect Frederich Silaban, the building combines modern architectural design with traditional Islamic elements. The mosque's main function is as a place of worship for Muslims, but it also has important social, religious and educational roles. With a capacity of more than 200,000 worshipers, the mosque is not only a place for congregational prayers, but also a center for activities such as recitation and celebrations of Islamic holidays. The mosque's spacious and open design allows for strong interaction between worshipers, creating social bonds that strengthen their spiritual connection. Apart from being a place of worship, Istiqlal Mosque also reflects a symbol of Indonesia's unity and national identity. Its location next to the Jakarta Cathedral Church illustrates the importance of interfaith tolerance in Indonesia. The mosque is also a center for da'wah and Islamic studies that invites many visitors from various backgrounds to exchange knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islam. As a religious tourism destination, the mosque attracts many tourists who want to experience peace and learn about its history and symbolism. Through its various functions, Istiqlal Mosque not only acts as a place of worship, but also as a social space that strengthens relationships between its users, reflecting the spirit of nationality and deep spirituality.

This study aims to analyze the positive impact of social media interaction (source credibility, source homophily and content quality) on future intention. The study used a quantitative approach involving 120 online travel agent consumers in Semarang, obtained by purposive sampling. Data were obtained by online questionnaires and then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The study results are that source credibility has a positive effect on future intention, source homophily has a positive effect on future intention, and content quality has a positive effect on future intention. The study concludes that social media interaction (source credibility, source homophily, and content quality) positively impacts future intention.

Social interaction between Muslims and non-Muslims is an important theme in communal life. The Qur'an provides clear guidance on how Muslims should interact with people of different faiths. Based on the interpretations of scholars such as M. Quraish Shihab, Hamka, Imam al-Razi, Ahmad Mushthafa al-Maraghi, and Dr. Aidh Qarny, social interaction between Muslims and non-Muslims should be based on the principles of mutual respect, kindness, and fairness. Qur'anic verses such as Surah Al-Mumtahanah 8, Surah Al-Hujurat 13, and Surah Al-Ankabut 46 emphasize the importance of maintaining good relations without coercion in belief and avoiding hateful debates, especially against the unjust. Islam teaches that debates conducted in a good and wise manner will strengthen interfaith relationships and bring people closer to the truth. In this context, Islam emphasizes the importance of maintaining good character in all forms of social interaction to foster peace and harmony in society.

This article discusses the concept of social interaction in Islam, particularly in the context of relationships between Muslims and non-Muslims. Islam teaches values of ukhuwah (brotherhood), tolerance, and justice in interactions with fellow human beings, both within Muslim communities and with those of different beliefs. The central principle taught in Islam is that there is no compulsion in religion (la ikraha fid-din), as religion is a personal choice and belief that cannot be forced. In the context of dialogue or debate with non-Muslims, Islam emphasizes the importance of good manners, politeness, and gentleness, so that debates or discussions can lead to the mutual discovery of truth without insulting or belittling others. Thabathabai’s interpretation explains that debating with non-Muslims should be done constructively, without containing any errors, flaws, or insults. However, debating with the unjust, who close themselves off from the truth, is considered unproductive and will only worsen the situation. This article also highlights that differences in religion, culture, and beliefs should be an opportunity for mutual understanding and cooperation in creating peace and well-being together. Islam teaches the importance of maintaining harmonious relationships with fellow humans, whether in social, political, or religious contexts, while respecting freedom of belief and personal integrity

Data analysis proìcess uses a floìw moìdel which includes: data reductioìn, data presentatioìn, and coìnclusioìn drawing.This research proìduced research findings in the foìrm oìf: (1) the applicatioìn oìf multicultural values ​​by boìarding schoìoìl administratoìrs doìes noìt prioìritize culture and language in the boìarding schoìoìl and makes it a place with oìther cultures and languages. ​​(2) Implementatioìn oìf multicultural values ​​in the Queen Al-Falah Ploìsoì Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl, such as students' freedoìm oìf oìpinioìn, mutual coìoìperatioìn in cleaning the Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl, proìviding directioìn toì students by roìoìm advisoìrs and discussioìn activities in the Islamic Boìarding Schoìoìl Hall. 

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. This study aims to examine the impact of human relations on adolescents' interactions and behaviors on social media platforms, taking into account psychological, sociological, and cultural dimensions. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this research explores interaction patterns among adolescents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. The findings reveal that social media creates virtual spaces that enhance social networks but also pose risks such as reduced quality of face-to-face interactions, social anxiety, and mental health issues. This study emphasizes how the intense use of social media reshapes traditional communication patterns and influences adolescents' behavior and self-concept. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are proposed for parents, educators, and policymakers to guide healthy social media use, balance its benefits and drawbacks, and foster the development of more meaningful social relationships among adolescents.

Generasi Z, a younger generation in the digital era, uses active social media for effective communication. They use emojis and group chats, but are less formal in formal communication and more informal. Digital communication has both positive and negative effects on their social interactions. Education on media literacy and information literacy is crucial for Genrasi Z to improve critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.

The development of digital technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way of interacting and communicating among the younger generation, especially Gen Z. Gen Z, who was born between 1997 and 2012, grew up in the digital era where social media became the main platform for connecting, sharing information, and building community. This study aims to explore the influence of social media on social interaction among Gen Z, with a focus on the positive and negative impacts arising from the use of social media in their daily lives. Social media allows Gen Z to connect with peers, form identities, and participate in various virtual communities. However, while it provides an opportunity to expand social networks, research shows that social media can also reduce the quality of deeper social relationships. Interactions that occur in cyberspace tend to be more superficial compared to face-to-face communication, which can interfere with the development of social skills and empathy. In addition, social comparisons that often occur on social media also affect mental health, causing feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and dissatisfaction with oneself.
