This study aims to explore the role of classroom management on students' interest in learning mathematics in grade IV at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This research was conducted because there were still many students who still had difficulties in solving math problems. This research uses observation method and qualitative approach. Through observing and documenting classroom management practices, this study found that good classroom management has a positive impact on students' interest in learning mathematics. Several important aspects of classroom management that were found included effective time management, the use of effective teaching methods, positive interactions between teachers and students, and creating a conducive classroom atmosphere. The research findings show that these factors can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that teachers pay attention to classroom management skills and to vary teaching methods. In this way, students' interest in learning can be increased and the experience of learning mathematics becomes more positive and meaningful for students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing classroom management skills for teachers in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics.

Lack of student learning motivation makes sociology teachers take motivational actions that must be adapted to their students. This study aims to look at the sociology efforts of teachers in motivating students' learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that sociology teachers in student learning use problem-based learning models that have been adapted to the learning desires of students in which they want to get grades and master learning material and prohibit their friends who have not mastered learning material and interactions occur between teachers and participants. teach in the classroom.

Apart from being a teacher, the teacher also plays an important role as a motivator (motivator or generates motivation for students). The technology-based rapid changes that are often referred to as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 have had a major impact on various aspects of people's lives both from Indonesia and the international scene, one of which is the lifestyle of people's consumption. The ease of access to information and the increasing popularity of e-commerce make it easy for people to be tempted to buy things they don't really need. Moreover, it is marked by the presence of social media and digital advertising which reinforces people's lifestyles to become increasingly consumptive with the desired standard of living and forces consumers to buy products that meet these standards. Therefore, it is important for people to understand and be aware of managing their needs within financial limits and use technology wisely to improve their quality of life, thereby avoiding or minimizing a consumptive lifestyle. Researchers will explore this major phenomenon using a descriptive-based qualitative approach. In addition, it is concerned with the theory of Herbert Mead, namely Symbolic Interactionism as a reference for the impact and characteristics that have arisen as a result of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

This study aims to determine the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supporting flight security and safety at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, to find out the obstacles encountered by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. In conducting research, the author uses qualitative research methods, which aim to find, analyze and manage data obtained from direct events that occur in the field by understanding social interactions through interviews and observations. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.

This research investigates the interplay between tax compliance and various factors including tax incentives, tax justice, profitability, and ethical leadership. The study aims to discern the nuanced relationships among these variables in the context of compliance behavior. Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews are conducted with key stakeholders from diverse organizational settings. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation across sectors and organizational sizes. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes emerging from the interviews. Preliminary findings suggest complex interactions between tax incentives, perceptions of justice, financial performance, and leadership ethics, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of tax compliance determinants. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of factors influencing tax compliance behaviors and informs policy and organizational strategies aimed at enhancing tax compliance.

Every citizen has the right to guaranteed access to quality and affordable health services. Initially, all administrative matters related to JKN can be carried out at the BPJS Kesehatan office. However, the covid 19 pandemic situation requires people to limit social interactions to prevent the chain of transmission of covid 19 infection. Therefore, digital innovations such as the JKN mobile application are needed by the public, especially JKN participants. The JKN mobile application is an innovation developed to make it easier for participants who initially carried out administrative activities at the BPJS Kesehatan office, to switch to applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore in depth how the use of the JKN mobile application, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The informants in this study consisted of 8 informants consisting of BPJS Kesehatan officers and 7 JKN participants who had used the JKN mobile application domiciled in Gianyar Regency, Bali. This study was conducted using the indepth interview method with purposive sampling technique. This research shows the results that the JKN mobile application is very helpful for participants in terms of checking or changing participant data, accessing contribution information and printing digital cards that can be used in health facilities. However, there are still many features that have not been utilized due to participants' ignorance of the existence of features such as online consultations and online queues. So that wider socialization is needed regarding the benefits of the JKN mobile application both on social media and electronic media.    

The Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka Program (MBKM which has been running at the Faculty of Language and Literature education and all faculties of education at the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan) is considered to have an impact on the quality of learning and student quality. This study analyzes the impact of MBKM on student quality from the perspective of FKIP students. Based on the results of a survey analysis of 224 respondents, FKIP students who interact directly with inbound students, found a positive impact on student quality. The biggest impact is seen in increasing diversity tolerance and accepting differences. Apart from that, FKIP Nommensen Medan students also felt an increase in their communication and collaboration skills.

Data from the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office, show that the target data for the Gorontalo province in 2019 total elderly people reached 125,762, consisting of 22,384 total elderly people in the city of Gorontalo and 40,340 in the district of Gorontalo. And in 2020 the target for the Gorontalo province total elderly to reach 134,958 consisting of 23,678 total elderly living in the city of Gorontalo and 45,312 total elderly in Gorontalo district. Method: The type of research used in this research is an experimental design (one group pre-test post-test design). The object of this research is the elderly who have low self-esteem at Griya Lansia Jannati, Gorontalo City. Subjects in this case study were clients with low self-esteem as many as 3 respondents. Results: Low self-esteem before social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, namely unable to control emotions and on clients 2 and 3, namely the lack of social interaction after social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, they were able to control the emotions of clients 2 and 3, they were able to interact social. This research aims to analyze the review of the principles of regional government and the implementation of the SOTK. This research uses a normative juridical method that focuses on legal precedents, relevant laws, and regulations. The result of this research is that regional autonomy is based on the idea that autonomous regions have the authority as well as the rights and obligations in managing their own local interests in accordance with the law. In Indonesia, local governance is guided by three basic principles, namely 1) The principle of decentralization. 2) The idea behind de-concentration. 3) Assistance tasks as a concept. There are three parts to the model of how local governments and the federal government work together, namely 1) agency model, 2) the interaction Model, and 3) the relative Autonomy Model The structure of each region will include various interventions. However, the drafting guidelines from the government make the SOTK look uniform, centralized and rigid, so despite the differences, each region's SOTK still has some similarities.

This paper was created with the aim of providing insight into strengthening national identity. National identity is an understanding of the identity of a nation and state, besides that the formation of national identity itself has become a provision that has been mutually agreed upon. Upholding and maintaining what already exists and trying to correct all mistakes within a nation and state. National identity consists of a collection of cultural values that develop and grow in various aspects of life. However, at this time the interaction between individuals was reduced due to the busyness of each community and the influence of globalization so as to create a society that does not care about other people and forgets about identity as a society with a nation and state. This task aims to provide efforts to strengthen national identity through civic education. We hope that this assignment can regenerate our awareness of national identity.

The meaning of customs and traditions passed down from ancestors is something that is difficult to just leave even though times have changed because they are deeply rooted and practiced continuously. One example is early marriage among the Madurese community, especially in Bandang Laok Bangkalan Village. Among the Madurese, their children, especially girls, choose to get married immediately rather than continue their studies or work. This study aims to find out how the perspectives of the Madurese people and ordinary people regarding early marriage in Madura, where this phenomenon is still common, especially in rural areas. The researcher also relates it to the Symbolic Interactionism Theory with the concept of mind, self and society to be analyzed from a sociological point of view. In this study, researchers used literature studies to obtain data and indirect observations. The results of this study are that this phenomenon is a real form of human unconsciousness about themselves, maybe they agree about arranged marriages carried out by their parents or family, but actually they are also depressed.

The widespread use of social media among the public has created a new need, namely the urgency to create space for conducting business activities, causing the platform to turn into a place for communication, interaction, as well as a trading space. These changes bring various impacts, one of which is the formation of new types of crime in cyberspace. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. The research method used to answer these problems is normative legal research with a case study approach in the form of legal behavior products.    

Each religion has its own symbols and uniqueness. Islam is the dominant religion in Indonesia. Islamic women are usually symbolized by the hijab and long clothes. Not infrequently there are also Muslim women who wear the veil. The veil is a face covering for Muslim women that covers all parts of the face except for the eye area, which is combined with a hijab and long clothes which are usually dominated by dark colors. But in Indonesia itself, women who wear the veil reap many pros and cons. This research was conducted to find out how the interactions that occur between women who wear the veil and the surrounding community. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Qualitative research helps researchers to obtain an answer to a symptom, fact or reality that is being faced and to be able to understand a problem that is being studied. Ethnography is the study of culturally shared groups involving the core values and beliefs of their members. The subjects of this study were students studying at several campuses in Jember Regency. The results showed that the motivation of the informants in wearing the veil was as a form of obedience to religion and also to protect and avoid bad things. Several informants stated that they experienced some difficulties in interacting with the surrounding community when they wore the veil. Not infrequently they also receive negative stigma from society. So this is also a big challenge for veiled women in Indonesia, especially in the area around Jember Regency.

The rapid development of information and communication technology produces a multifunctional internet. This development brings us to the threshold of the fourth revolution in the history of human thought, when viewed from the construction of human knowledge which is characterized by a borderless way of thinking. The acceleration of technology is increasingly increasing which is the material cause of continuous change in all interactions and activities of the information society.

Self-disclosure through cyber counseling or online counseling has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is because more and more people feel comfortable seeking counseling or psychotherapy help online rather than in person. Advances in communication technology and the internet have made online counseling more accessible and acceptable to many people. Online counseling also provides clients with greater anonymity and privacy, allowing them to be more open about the problems they face. In addition, online counseling also provides convenience in terms of time and place. Clients do not need to come to the counseling place in person, so they can save time and transportation costs. Online counseling also allows clients to conduct counseling sessions from a comfortable and safe place for them. However, keep in mind that online counseling also has some drawbacks. One of them is the lack of social interaction which can affect the counselor's ability to observe the client's body language and facial expressions. In addition, online counseling also requires higher technology and data security skills to maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

In Aceh Province, the Religious Court is called the Sharia Court, each district or city has its own Sharia Court office which is located in the district or city. As stated in Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning amendments to Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts that: "The Religious Court is located in the capital of the district or city and its jurisdiction covers the district or city area. This research is based on field research. The purpose of field research is to intensively study the background of the current situation and the interaction of the environment of a social unit; individual, group, institution or community. The results of the study are that community participation in the implementation of the circuit court in divorce cases at the Tapaktuan Sharia Court is very high, there are even several special requests from the community for the implementation of the circuit court for several cases, especially divorce cases and the influence of the circuit court in the social life of the community is the emergence of awareness for the community that the termination of a marriage relationship is very important to obtain legal certainty.

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators who are members of opportunities for students to develop their potential so that all their potential can develop to the fullest. Through learning, students will acquire knowledge, skills, and character attitudes. The problem is that writing skills are much more difficult and more complicated than other linguistic aspects, namely listening skills, speaking skills, and reading skills. Another obstacle encountered in learning to write short stories comes from students. Students do not like short story writing lessons. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. Data was collected through document study/literature study and interviews. This study aims to overcome how students experience problems writing short story texts in the learning process. The results and discussion of the research are the Study Case Problems of Learning Short Story Writing in Lhokman, South Aceh by discussing several aspects such as obstacles when teaching both from teacher students and learning, learning solutions and strategies, evaluation in learning, student characteristics, and teacher efforts to overcome differences in learning.
