The Indonesian Digital Business Polytechnic has made a significant contribution to SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 through the implementation of PPDB website training and digital marketing. This community service activity is a tangible form of the university's commitment to answering the challenges of the digital era. The issue and focus of this community service is that SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 has a shrinking number of students every year, this is due to the lack of massive new student registration information and the absence of technology to support PPDB SMA Bina Pendidikan 2. The implementation of PPDB Website Development & Digital Marketing Training at SMA Bina Pendidikan 2 Bogor, it is proven that teachers and staff have shown an increase in understanding related to the concept of website creation and digital marketing, which includes aspects of the target market, copywriting to procedures for creating a website. Teachers and staff learn that marketing schools is not only conventional strategies in this era, but also requires us to enter the world of technology and digital to reach a wider market, as well as increase publishers about schools. This increase in understanding is reflected in the results of the pre-test evaluation and material presentation which shows an increase in knowledge in understanding the concept of website creation and digital marketing.

Community development programs are very important in reducing poverty and enhancing societal prosperity by improving quality of life, fostering economic empowerment, and promoting inclusivity. However, not all the programs have success as expected. This study examines ten evaluation studies of community development programs across various areas and tries to find common weaknesses. A qualitative analysis of evaluation studies identifies shortcomings in three domains i.e. program design and management, stakeholder engagement and participation, and external resource constraints. It is argued that these shortcomings are largely predictable and highlight the need for proactive strategies. The paper suggests that embedding risk management into the conception and implementation of community development programs can mitigate these challenges. A simplified framework adapted from project management practices is proposed, encompassing risk identification, measurement, assessment, evaluation, and control. By systematically integrating risk management, community programs can anticipate obstacles, strengthen accountability, and enhance their likelihood of success. Recommendations include applying risk management throughout program cycles and conducting post-implementation evaluations to inform future initiatives.

This research aims to analyze the influence of inclusive education at Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions on the socialization abilities and character development of early childhood at TKIT IBU HARAPAN. Inclusive education allows children with special needs to learn together with other children in the same environment, so that social interaction and character formation can develop in an inclusive atmosphere. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Through observations, researchers recorded interactions between children in inclusive classes, especially seeing how children with special needs behaved and were accepted in the group. In-depth interviews were conducted with teachers, teaching staff, and parents to gain perspectives on the influence of inclusive education on children's socialization and character, as well as the challenges and successes they experienced. Documentation includes daily activity records, progress reports, and evaluation of the school's inclusion program to understand the overall changes that have occurred. The research results show that inclusive education has a significant positive impact on early childhood socialization abilities, including increasing the ability to share, cooperate and empathize with peers. Children learn to appreciate differences and develop empathy by helping friends in need. Inclusive education has also been proven to support the development of children's character, especially in the aspects of independence, honesty and self-confidence.

The media used is leaflet media distributed to all counseling participants containing definitions, what not to do, and recommended times for doing baby massage with 20 participants. The evaluation results of this counseling showed an increase in knowledge for mothers.

Hospital Information System (HIS) is an important component in supporting effective and efficient health services. Evaluation of the maturity of information systems is needed to ensure that the implementation of SIRS is in accordance with the standards and needs of the organization. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of information systems at Amanah Hospital using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 framework, specifically in the Service Operation domain. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents involved in managing information systems. The evaluation was carried out on five subdomains, namely Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, and Access Management. The results showed that the maturity level of the Amanah Hospital information system was at level 3.81 (Managed), with the highest value in the Incident Management and Access Management subdomains (4.00), while the lowest value in Event Management and Request Fulfillment (3.66). Based on these results, several improvements are recommended including the development of an integrated monitoring system, strengthening operational procedures, improving HR competencies, and implementing more structured periodic evaluations to achieve an optimal level of maturity.

This community service program aims to increase the use of abundant milk from dairy cows in Sereng Hamlet, Kemiri Village, Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency, through training in making sucked pudding or pudot. The local community, which previously only sold raw milk to collectors with low economic value, is trained to process milk into value-added products that are more attractive to consumers using direct practical methods to facilitate community understanding and skills at every stage, starting from socialization, training theoretically, hands-on practice, to digital marketing. The results of the activity showed that participants not only mastered the technique of processing pudot with various flavors, but also utilized digital platforms to reach a wider market. Apart from improving technical and economic skills, this program motivates communities to innovate and be independent in managing local products. With ongoing support and evaluation, it is hoped that the people of Sereng Hamlet can create new, sustainable business opportunities and strengthen the village economy through diversifying dairy products. This program is expected to become a model for rural economic development that can significantly improve the quality of life of local communities

The Employee Attendance Information System is a crucial component in human resource management at SMP Negeri 15 Jakarta, a vocational high school institution. This study aims to analyze the quality of the attendance information system using the McCall Method, which provides a comprehensive evaluation framework. The analysis measures indicators of correctness, usability, reliability, and efficiency. The evaluation results show that the attendance system achieved average scores ranging from 0.74 to 0.76, with a total score of 298 out of an ideal score of 140, placing it in the good category. While the system functions well and positively contributes to management, there remains significant room for further development. This study identifies factors influencing system quality, which can serve as a basis for future improvements. The recommendations derived are expected to support the development of a more effective and efficient attendance information system, enhancing employee discipline and productivity, and contributing to improved educational quality for students.

The development of tourist villages in Indonesia is increasing with government support and a shift in tourist interest towards educational and sustainable tourism. Sidomulyo Tourism Village, one of the tourist destinations in Jember Regency, has shown the potential for developing community-based tourism (CBT). However, the management of this village is still under the auspices of the village government, which could lead to continued dependency in the future. Community involvement is still limited because the village government decides the entire planning and management process. Through educational training, this community service program aims to strengthen CBT practices in the Sidomulyo Tourism Village. The process of transferring knowledge and experience is carried out by a manager of one of the independent tourist villages in Indonesia. This activity includes training and evaluation sessions. The results show increased participants' understanding of CBT and independent management of tourist villages. This program recommends developing priority attractions and improving digital marketing as initial steps to support sustainable tourism in the village.

Education through the Merdeka curriculum, particularly the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Module (P5), focuses on the development of students' character and skills. The implementation of the aquaponics system in madrasahs is expected to enhance students' scientific understanding, critical thinking skills, and environmental awareness. This community service method includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the aquaponics system at the school to support P5PPRA. The research findings indicate that the application of the aquaponics system at the school successfully improved students' understanding of ecosystems, as well as technical skills and teamwork in system maintenance. In conclusion, the aquaponics system is effective as a learning medium that supports the implementation of the P5PPRA module.

This research examines the impact of infrastructure development on people's lives in Kampung Perabaga, Piramid District, Jayawijaya Regency, Papua. The results of accompanying brain exercise activities in the morning by applying varied greetings can create discipline, students' readiness to learn with a happy, enthusiastic mood and become an evaluation for future teachers to create other creative ideas.

The findings indicate that CV Dejeefish is in a relatively strong position, with more strengths than weaknesses and threats. However, CV Dejeefish still needs to implement a combination of SWOT-based business strategies and a SWOT Matrix. Firstly, in the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, the company can leverage high-quality broodstock from BBAT to expand its market, adopt the latest technology in aquaculture, and develop value-added products. Secondly, in the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, expanding the use of aquaculture technology and improving responsiveness to climate change and market conditions is strongly recommended. PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

According to ADDIE, learning design creates learning through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. Learning system design development methodology is used to explain the research and development design process. Primary data collected through distributing questionnaires is the required data source. Participants in this study include media experts, material experts, and students. Nurul Huda University Sukaraja PGMI 6B students participated in this study. The interactive video is suitable for the application of learning, and the results of learning validation are rated as good.
