Nowadays, many Islamic boarding schools have been found as a place to pursue education in the frame of Islam like mushrooms in winter. One of them is Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. The famous name Darul Falah to various regions certainly cannot be separated from the roles and ways of various parties, in the form of the efforts of the asatidz and the contribution of students combined with the utilization of existing resources, such as extracurricular activities. This research has the aim of knowing how much extracurricular roles and their influence on the development of Pondok Pesantrean Darul Falah. The method used in this research is qualitative method, through interviews and literature review as data collection techniques, while the data analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that, in fact, extracurricular activities are very helpful and have a positive impact on the development of Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This is evidenced by several things. Although it is not a mandatory program, extracurricular activities play an important role in the development of Pesantren Darul Falah.

This research explores the representation of bribery and window dressing practices in the novel "Negeri Para Bedebah" and its relevance to audit and accounting theories. Thomas, the main character, engages in fraudulent activities by bribing and manipulating financial reports to save Bank Semesta. Bribery involves risking one-third of customer savings to influence the central bank to approve the acquisition. The practice of window dressing is also revealed in the attempt to acquire and merge four small banks. The central bank is involved in covering up data to create a positive impression of Bank Semesta's financial health. This research contributes to the understanding of audit and accounting theories and provides new insights into fraud prevention and detection.

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur is a public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. One factor that can influence a company's financial performance is managerial ownership. The aim is to provide a holistic understanding of the relationship between managerial ownership interacting with the financial performance of a company and understand the factors that may or may limit the impact. The descriptive method for analyzing managerial ownership of the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can involve calculating certain formulas below. managerial ownership (km)(Number of managerial ownership shares)/(Number of outstanding shares) X 100%. Based on the results of the calculations above regarding managerial ownership in 2022 at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, namely the number of managerial ownership shares is 1,380,020 and the number of outstanding shares is 8,780,426,500, so the result of the number of managerial ownership shares and the number of outstanding shares is 0.00015717. The discussion regarding managerial ownership of financial performance includes an analysis of the impact of managerial share ownership by management on the company's financial performance. Conclusion regarding managerial ownership at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur can have a positive impact on the company's financial performance.

Previous research or relevant research has a very important role in a scientific work. Through previous or related research, theories and relationships or influences between variables can be strengthened. This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price perception, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan products in the Solo region. The study utilizes a quantitative approach, employing primary data obtained through distributing written instruments or questionnaires and receiving responses from 100 samples. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis is used to evaluate the hypotheses in this research, which is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis conducted, it shows that purchasing decisions are positively (significantly) influenced by brand image, price perception, and promotion.

The study aims to analyze the impact of Suroboyo Bus transportation services on improving the satisfaction of the people of Surabaya. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey methods and cross-sectional design. The research was carried out on the Suroboyo Bus public transportation route Rajawali-Purabaya Terminal. This research uses a questionnaire-type instrument using the Likert scale. The number of samples used in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula and samples were obtained from as many as 400 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrumental testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and double linear regression testing. Instrumental testing results refer to valid and reliable instruments. The results of classic assumptions also showed normal-distributed data and variables X and Y have a linear relationship. The results of the hypothesis test with the F test obtained a P-value of 0,000, so there is a significant influence on the quality of public transport services Suroboyo Bus in general on the improvement of public satisfaction. The result of the analysis of dual linear regregation can be known that all free variables have a positive value coefficient. The determinant coefficent test results showed a large influence of service quality on public satisfactions is 77.49%.

Tthis research intends to analyze financial reports in measuring financial performance in startup companies. The sample used in this research was PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The data used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research analysis uses financial ratio formula calculations consisting of liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios as analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of startup companies. The results of the research show that the company liquidity performance is classified as very good, the activity ratio is classified as good in the total assets turnover ratio, is classified as poor, and the profitability ratio shows a fairly good level of profit generation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of memorising the Qur'an on the value of tafsir class takhossus lessons at Madrasah Aliyah al-fathimiyah lamongan. is one of the important activities in the life of Muslims. This research method is a quantitative case study type using observation instruments, documents, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the effect of memorising the Qur'an with the Takhossus program on the value of the Tafsir lesson of class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fathimiyah is that there is no significant effect of memorising the Qur'an on the value of the lesson of MA Al-Fathimiyah takhossus students. Lesson Value Variable (Y) is explained by the variable memorising the Qur'an by 27.40% and the remaining 72.60% is influenced by other variables.

Traditional markets themselves can be said to be centers of interaction and transactions that allow speakers and speech partners to come from various regions with different backgrounds, statuses and mastery of languages. Differences in social backgrounds in speech communities in traditional market environments result in greater opportunities for the emergence of code-switching and code-mixing phenomena, and are interesting to study in more depth in terms of form, type and factors that influence the emergence of these phenomena.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to examine data by explaining or describing the data contained in the remarks. The phenomenon of code mixing is the use of two or more languages ​​in a speech. Code mixing can occur if a language speaker, when using Indonesian, then inserts regional language elements into Indonesian speech. In other words, someone who speaks using the main Indonesian language code has an autonomous function, while the regional language codes involved in the main code are just fragments without function or autonomy as a code. This research analyzes the role of the Karang Taruna Organization (OKT) in empowering the community of Tambakrejo Village, Krembung District.  The research method uses a literature review to detail the context and success of social empowerment programs.  Analysis of social, economic and organizational factors, as well as community participation are integrated in the literature review.  Findings highlight the importance of understanding local traditions, gender engagement, and understanding community needs.  Economic factors and resource accessibility influence participation rates.  Responsiveness to feedback, inclusive programs, and developing community networks are strategies to increase participation.  This research provides a conceptual basis for designing effective empowerment programs at the village level involving OKT.

This research is a qualitative research type, in which public sector organizations are the object of the research being studied. Conducting research methods in the form of a literature review by analyzing books and scientific writings that have the same title and discussion, so that there are 3 journals taken randomly. This study found that there is a significance between Performance Audits on Public Accountability and Functional Supervision in moderating performance audits on Public Accountability.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Current Rasio (CR), (2) Total Aset Turn Over (TATO), (3) Debt to Equity Rasio (DER) on profitability in transportation companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2020. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research are 26 transportation companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that liquidity ratio (CR) has negative and not significant influence on profitability (ROE) because the current ratio of good transportation company means that there is decrease the profit because the profit is used to pay its short term debt. Activity ratio (TATO) has positive and significant influence on profitability (ROE) to rapid asset turnover indicates the ability of transportation companies to earn profits. Solvability ratio (DER) has negative and not significant influence on profitability (ROE) because transport companies tend to increase debt although not necessarily increase profit. It can be concluded that profitability can be influenced by liquidity, activity and solvability good for company. Transportation companies should pay more attention to financial performance to know the development of a company.

This research was motivated by the absence of research on analyzing the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method regarding aroma, texture, color and taste. As well as knowing how to process tomato sauce using the roasting method, developing creativity in processed food products, adding information about processing tomato sauce, providing information to the public on how to process tomato sauce using the roasting method, increasing sales value, food security and product quality by empowering food ingredients. local. Producing tomato sauce with the best results can also be utilized and preserved by future generations. This type of research is a pure experiment, namely conducting direct experiments on the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method. This experiment is also called a single factor experiment because it only analyzes the influence of one factor, namely the influence of the roasting method on the quality of tomato sauce. This research stage will be carried out using organoleptic testing, carried out by 3 panelists on the quality of tomato sauce which includes aroma, texture, taste and color. This research was carried out 3 times repeatedly by distributing questionnaires to 3 panelists. The influence of the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) on the world of education, so that both teachers and students are required to always adapt to existing developments. Technology is the result of knowledge originating from the world of education therefore the world of education should utilize technology to increase efficiency in learning. Chemistry among students is still considered material that is difficult to understand. One of its attractions is the abstract nature of chemical material. Chemistry learning does not only include theoretical learning but also includes practical activities. This research was carried out to determine the effect of using a virtual laboratory on students' skills during direct practicum. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses a lot of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data and presentation of the results. A total of 52 students in class XI, Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg. Presenting the results in the form of a representative table will increase the reader's level of understanding and make it easier to access information. Virtual laboratories help students understand the practical process. Based on the results of data analysis obtained from filling out the questionnaire, it was found that 78.8% or the majority of students answered agreeing that the virtual laboratory had an effect on increasing pH testing. This proves that the use of virtual laboratories can be a way out so that when doing direct practicum students do not experience difficulties and the practicum runs more effectively.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of motivation and parental attention on the achievement of Semester 1-7 IAT IAI TABAH students. This research method is Quantitative with the type of case study by maximising Questionnaire, Interview, Observation, and Documentation instruments. The results showed that the influence of motivation and parental attention on achievement for students of Al-Quran Science and Tafsir of the Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan Islamic Institute had no significant effect. 58.8% of parents never demand children to be able to everything.64.7% of parents always support children in campus.  41.2% of parents always support children to buy learning books in campus.70.6% of students rarely buy books. 41.2% of parents never encourage students to go to campus regularly. This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center.
